In the Master’s Paper the system of payments by drafts, opportunities of business funding with the help of drafts as well as their significance in the activities of the national commercial banks and economic entities are analysed. In order to realize the selected aim, the theoretical aspects of payment by drafts, analysed by Lithuanian and foreign authors, were systematized and generalized. Structure, level and trends of the obligations with drafts of the economic entities and the drafts, discounted in the national banks, comparing the indices obtained with other business financing forms were established. Public registry data on the objected against drafts was analysed in order to find out dynamics of non-payment by drafts as well as essential sizes and spread of the draft amounts and terms. Thorough investigation of the reasons, predetermining the intensity the draft is used in the commercial activities was performed: issues encountered by the companies using drafts as well as reasons for the drafts aren’t used were established. In the constructive part of the Master’s Paper I suggest recommendations for improvement and optimum use of the payment by drafts in line with the current economic and legal situation in the country.

Strak als Prozessschritt in der Produktentwicklung ist für die Haushaltsgeräteindustrie Neuland, während in der Automobilindustrie der Strakprozess als Standard durchlaufen wird. Generell kann Strak dann eingesetzt werden, wenn an Produkte ein besonders hoher ästhetischer Anspruch an die Topologie der sichtbaren Oberflächen gestellt wird. In einem Prozessberatungsprojekt wurde im Jahr 2014 analysiert, wie Strak in seinen Ausprägungen – Strak-CAD-Modellierung und Strakkoordination – bei der Miele & Cie KG. sinnvoll angewendet werden kann. Als Berater wurde die Designsurf GmbH, als langjähriger Partner für Strak im Bereich Wäschepflege gewonnen. Die Erwartung war, dass Strak in der Lage ist, die Produktentwicklung so zu ergänzen, dass der Zielrichtung des Markenversprechens „MIELE – immer besser" vor allem an der Schnittstelle zwischen Design und Konstruktion noch besser entsprochen werden kann. In der Analysephase wurden die bestehenden Vorgehensweisen zum Thema Sichtflächen in der Produktentwicklung und im Design ermittelt. Hierzu wurden Mitarbeiter aus Design und Konstruktion der verschiedenen Produktgruppen allgemein und anhand von abgeschlossenen Projekten zur Umsetzung von Designvorgaben in Konstruktionsentwürfe in einer angepassten Methodik des Leitfadeninterviews befragt.

The following report details the process of writing the feature screenplay "Cheer Up, Charlie," from inspiration and conception through outline, first draft, and rewrite. I will examine these steps in order to better understand the creative decisions made between the birth of the idea and the current screenplay draft, and reconcile the differences. / text

La thèse porte sur une étude génétique de la première mythobiographie de Claude Louis-Combet Marinus et Marina, un projet tut à fait original puisque, jusqu’à nos jours, aucune thèse génétique n’a été réservé à cet auteur. Notre étude englobe le manuscrit autographe de la mythobiographie et le dossier des marginalia, dossiers que l’auteur à prêtés au centre Jacques-Petit et que le laboratoire à numérisés. Nous avons choisi de soumettre ce roman à l’épreuve de la critique génétique afin de surprendre la genèse de l’œuvre, confrontant les avant-textes à l’autographe, faisant la différence entre les brouillons qui parlent des remords et des choix du romancier, et les ébauches abandonnées, qui dessinent un autre roman, celui où la sainte moniale n’était peut-être pas envisagée aussi sublime dans son épanouissement cosmique. Et surprendre aussi à travers le dossier des notes documentaires conservées par l’auteur, la gestation du roman. Gestation et genèse : étude des sources et confrontation de ou des avant-tes au texte, voilà notre double démarche génétique qui permet d’apporter des éclairages et des commentaires, nécessairement lacunaires, sur la première mytobiographie de Claude Louis-Combet / The thesis concerns a genetic study of the first “mythobiographie” Claude Louis-Combet Marinus and Marina, a project completely original because, until our days, no genetic thesis has been reserved for this author. Our study includes the original manuscript of the “mythobiographie” and the file of marginalia, files which the author lent to th center Jacques Petit-center and which the laboratory digitized. We chose to subject this novel to the test genetic criticism to surprise the genesis of the work, comfronting pre-texts with the autograph, making the difference between the drafts which speak about remorse and about choices of the novelist and abandoned sketchs, which draw another novel, were the saint was not maybe envisaged so sublime in her cosmic self-fulfillment. And surprise also, through the file of the documentary notes preserved by the author, the gestation of the novel. Gestation and genesis: study of sources and confrontation of pre-text to the text, here is our double genetic approach which allows us to the provide insights and comments, inevitably incomplete, on the “mytobiographie” of Claude Louis-Combet

La trilogie des Trois Villes est un cycle à part dans l’œuvre de Zola, notamment parce qu’elle s’enracine dans la problématique de son temps, au sein de la bataille entre la foi et la raison. Ce travail a pour ambition d’étudier comment elle participe à cette bataille en analysant ses principales sources afin de mettre au jour le passage d’un Zola lecteur à un Zola créateur, soit la lecture comme enrichissement de l’écriture romanesque. Ainsi, la dialectique entre la foi et la raison est menée par Zola avec ses sources, qu’elles lui servent de repoussoirs ou de modèles. À travers la réflexion et la réflexivité de la lecture et de l’écriture, dans un jeu constant de divergences et de convergences, le processus de création se trouve éclairé par la dynamique permanente des sources aux dossiers puis des dossiers aux romans, ces derniers étant le résultat d’une herméneutique des premières. De fait, chaque source est évaluée à l’aune de l’expérimentation romanesque. De Lourdes à Rome, puis de Rome à Paris, les romans, placés sous le signe de l’empirisme, signent la faillite du catholicisme auquel la science assène le coup fatal. La trilogie apparaît donc comme la réponse à une société en quête de repères et que l’Église voudrait guérir par une saignée de la raison. Le catholicisme mort, il faut donc proposer autre chose pour fonder une société nouvelle et satisfaire le besoin de croire intrinsèque à l’homme. Telle est l’ambition du romancier. C’est pourquoi, révéler le rapport de Zola à ses sources, c’est analyser Les Trois Villes comme des romans-expérience, véritable réponse du romancier, en plus de revenir au fondement même de l’écriture comme matrice du paradigme zolien. / The Three Cities are not as any Zola’s work as it is rooted in the problematic of its era struggling between faith and reason. This thesis aims at studying how Zola’s cycle contributes to this dichotomy throughout the study of his reference sources. It enhances the transition of Zola from being a reader to a creator, i.e. reading as an improvement in the process of fictional writing. Therefore, either he rejected or used these sources as a model, they are at the core of his work to deal with the dialectic between faith and reason. Through the writing and the reading’s reflection and reflexivity, in a constant game of divergences and convergences, the process of creation is enlightened by the permanent dynamic from the sources to the drafts and the drafts to the novels. The novels are the result of hermeneutics of the sources. Each source is assessed in the light of experimenting the fictional writing process. From Lourdes to Rome, then from Rome to Paris, these empiricist novels reveal the fall of Catholicism and how science finally put an end to it. This trilogy can be seen as an answer of a society willing to find new bearings while the Church would try but fail to heal it by draining reason. The end of Catholicism must be followed by something else to establish a new society and fulfill human beings’ need to believe. This is the novelist’s ambition. That’s why, highlighting the connection between Zola and his reference sources enables us to read The Three Cities as a « novel-experience». It is a real answer from the novelist as much as it helps returning to the true bases of writing, writing as a Zola’s paradigm.

This thesis focuses on the convergence project of IASB and FASB with the aim to create a new lease standard. The main goal of this thesis is to point on weakness of existing IAS 17 which is criticized, go through the history of the project development for preparing new standard since 2006 and to find out which changes have been prepared and accepted by IFRS for eliminating critical deficiencies. IASB published two drafts, the final standard has been published on 13 January 2016.

«L’irrealtà quotidiana» di Ottiero Ottieri è un saggio-diario costruito attraverso memorie personali e riflessioni intellettuali che tratta il tema del sentimento d’irrealtà dal punto di vista sociale, letterario, psicoanalitico, scientifico. L’opera è stata molto rielaborata prima di approdare alla stampa, le carte autografe registrano cinque stesure complete e più di dieci stesure parziali. Attraverso le diverse stesure emergono importanti mutamenti strutturali e contenutistici. Le modalità della revisione non sono univoche: le non poche cadute sono compensate da numerose aggiunte, che vanno nell’ordine di un chiarimento più analitico e sottile del complesso processo di formazione propria e generazionale. La tesi è dedica all’analisi archivistica, filologica, strutturale e critica delle carte autografe dell’«Irrealtà quotidiana»: è stata formulata ipotesi sull’ordine cronologico delle numerose stesure autografe, si è cercato di stabilire gli anni di elaborazione, è stata commentata la dinamica dei titoli scelti, la genesi e l’elaborazione della struttura, gli appunti autografi. Inoltre si è analizzata in varie fasi di elaborazione una finzione d’autore di notevole interesse presente all’intero dell’opera, «Una autobiografia culturale» di Vittorio Lucioli, che è un alter ego di Ottieri. / «L’Irrealtà Quotidiana» («Daily Unreality»), written by Ottiero Ottieri, is an essay-diary that collects personal memoirs and intellectual reflections on the feeling of unreality from a social, literary, psychoanalytic and scientific perspective. The text has been reworked multiple times before its final publishing; the author’s autograph manuscripts have been rewritten completely five times and partially more than ten times. Relevant amendments in its structure and contents have been made through the various editing processes. The editing mode has not been univocal: the final text has been subject to some subtractions and many additions aiming to provide a more analytical and lighter explanation of the complex process of the author’s self-development and generational development. The thesis is focused on the archivist, philological, structural and critical analysis of the author’s autograph manuscripts related to «L’Irrealtà Quotidiana». I have developed a theory regarding the chronological order of the author’s manuscripts in an attempt to date the text. I have provided some comments to better understand the dynamics of the title-selection process for each manuscript. Furthermore, I have analysed the origin and processing of the autograph notes. Finally, I have looked at an author-fiction of notable interest included in the essay titled: «Un’autobiografia culturale» («A cultural autobiography») of Vittorio Lucioli. The latter is Ottiero Ottieri’s alter ego.
