Peng-Hu county is shortage of daily water frequently., Every time the major fire starts, fire fighting department audits the whole situation and rescue process and analysis the factor for improvement. We realized the shortage of water supply is often the main deficiency. Winter is even worse, gale, storm and strong north-east season wind makes fire become larger. During the primary period, if we do not supply enough water to extinguish the fire, it would extend and it is the main reason for major property lost. Due to water supply shortage, misses the critical time hence unable to extinguish the fire efficient. This study views the rescue project to enable planners, rescue personnel and residents accept and apply it all over the county. To reduce the damage of crisis, and ensure the life and property safety of all citizen in this county.
This study views emphasis are:
1. To questionnaire citizen who from the region that sea water fire hydrant available, to examine this project effort by understanding of the efficiency, safety and satisfaction of their aspects.
2. To questionnaire fire fighters and volunteers who use the sea water fire hydrant, to examine this project effort by its¡¦ efficiency and willing to apply it, if agree to generalize to the rest of county.

SQL užklausų rašymo gebėjimų vertinimo sistema / System to Evaluate Students Ability to Write SQL QueriesRuzgys, Mindaugas 16 July 2014 (has links)
Faktiškai kiekviena šiuolaikinė IS naudoja duomenų bazes, kad saugoti informaciją. Šiuo metu populiariausios reliacinės duomenų bazių valdymo sistemos, kur užklausos rašomos SQL kalba. Todėl kiekvienas programuotojas privalo gebėti rašyti SQL užklausas Rinkoje labai mažai sistemų, skirtų MySQL žinių testavimui, kurios atitinka visus keliamus reikalavimus ir yra nemokamos. / Most of bigger web solutions use databases for data storage. This is why all programmers must be familiar with SQL and its usage in relational databases. However the evaluation of SQL knowledge can be difficult in study process as the same result can be achieved by writing different SQL queries. This is why the evaluation of students’ answers can be time consuming in non automated systems and incorrect in match finding automated systems. This prototype was validated by using it in Database study course and compared with more traditional ways to evaluate students’ MySQL knowledge.

Previous issue date: 2011 / In this text, as qualitative and quantitative perspective, the goal is an evaluation the REUNI at the University of Tocantins, Campus of Palmas. The program makes up the policy of expansion and democratization of higher education. The literature up titles that still discuss the democratization of higher education, evaluation of public policies in Brazil and the political and economic context in which they gave the expansion of higher education in recent decades. The way chosen articulated quantitative and qualitative data in favor of performing a thorough evaluation of the program. Thus, data were collected economic, political and cultural state of the Tocantins and the Federal University of Tocantins and the implementation of the program at the institution. Were also conducted archival research and interviews with managers, teachers and students at the UFT, in order to reconstruct the trajectory of the program at the institution. The study shows there are different conceptions of the REUNI and its implementation in the UFT was not a consensus. The concept of democracy present in the gathered within the institution is placed with a focus on access, disregarding the need to guarantee permanence. The study allowed us to verify that funding for the proposed expansion is not proportional to the activities implemented and did not consider the existing deficit in the universities. The field research also involved the lifting of the socio-economic profile of students in courses created from the REUNI. The universe of 62 students who answered the questionnaires, the data revealed that students are mostly young, single, not living with the family, come from public school and have family income of up to three minimum wages. To collect data on the profile of these students, open interviews were conducted with ten students among those who answered the questionnaires. The results showed that reunited the limited period examined, but that reflected a time of expansion in higher education in the UFT, there was a trend towards democratizing of social inclusion and distribution of academic quality independent of / Esta dissertação, de caráter qualitativo e quantitativo, teve como objetivo avaliar o REUNI na Universidade Federal do Tocantins, no Campus de Palmas.

Habilidades sociais no casamento: avaliação e contribuição para a satisfação conjugal / Social marital skills: evaluation and contribution for the marital satisfactionMiriam Bratfisch Villa 16 December 2005 (has links)
The quality of interpersonal relations has a great influence on many life contexts, including here the marital context, a potential source of pleasure and accomplishment or of frustration and psychological disorders. Researches have shown the importance of specific social skills for the maximization of the marital relation quality as well as upon its stability and duration, suggesting a possible impact also upon the marital satisfaction. Nevertheless, these relations don\'t have enough supportive empirical studies. This gap is partially related to the lack of instruments to access the social marital skills and to its possible specificity in relation to the spouses\' global skills. This study was aimed to verify the relation between the spouses\' marital satisfaction and global and marital social skills and simultaneously to improve an instrument to evaluate social skills. 406 participants from both sexes (most couples, with high school educational level, age between 20 and 73 years) completed the Social Skills Inventory (SSI-Del-Prette), the Marital Social Skills Inventory (MSSI) and the Marital Satisfaction Scale (MSS). It was computed individual scores for each instrument, then proceeding to descriptive and statistical analyses, especially comparing husbands and wives and social-demographic variables influence. The results showed a significant correlation between the SSI-Del-Prette, MSSI and MSS scores, suggesting that the more elaborated was the respondent\'s social skills repertoire (marital and global), greater was his/her marital satisfaction, confirming the initial hypothesis. Correlations between the SSI, MSSI and MSS factorial scores showed which respondents social skills classes was specifically associated to the marital satisfaction. The MSSI presented a good internal consistency (Alpha of Cronbach = 0,81) and a six factors structure that explained 45,407 of the obtained total variance. It has been discussed the instrument applicability to new studies and to practical context of psychologist professional work as well as these results\' implications to further researches.

Developing quality indicators to evaluate medicines reconciliation on admission to hospitalAljamal, Mohammed Sulaiman I. January 2012 (has links)
Background, aim and objectives: Evaluating quality of care is essential when redesigning or improving practice. Medicines reconciliation (MR) on hospital admission is now policy in the UK. It is the process of obtaining an up-to-date and accurate medication list and documenting any discrepancies. The overall aim of this work was to develop quality indicators to evaluate MR on admission to hospital; the specific objectives include developing MR quality indicators, achieving consensus on their appropriateness and testing their feasibility by applying them in a hospital setting. Design: The study was designed in three parts, each consisting of three steps. In part I, ideas about potential indicators were obtained from two sources: a literature search and the nominal group technique. These ideas were converted to potential indicators using criteria for good indicators and then reviewed by nine reviewers. Part II was designed to achieve consensus on the appropriateness of the indicators to evaluate MR. It involved pre-piloting, piloting and conducting the main two-round online Delphi study. Several methods were used to approach predefined experts. Part III involved applying in hospital settings those MR indicators that had achieved consensus. It included developing operational definitions and directly observing the MR process as conducted by pharmacy staff in two hospitals. The indicators were further tested by collecting data about the MR process for all patients seen by pharmacy staff on one weekday in the two hospitals. Results: A systematic approach was followed to develop MR indicators. The idea generation step produced over 90 ideas about potential indicators, which were converted to 85 MR indicators. The assessment by the nine practicing hospital pharmacists discarded 29 of them and the remaining 56 MR indicators were carried forward to the Delphi study, during which 41 indicators achieved consensus as appropriate for evaluating MR on admission to hospital. In the feasibility study, 5 MR indicators were found not to be feasible and three not adequately assessed, while 33 indicators were considered feasible to be used in a hospital setting. Conclusions: This work provided a novel list of 33 indicators that achieved consensus and were found to be feasible to evaluate the MR process on admission to hospital. Further research should explore the use of these indicators, among others, to assess and improve the overall quality of care provided to patients on admission and throughout the hospitalization journey.

An approach to evaluate machine learning algorithms for appliance classificationOlsson, Charlie, Hurtig, David January 2019 (has links)
A cheap and powerful solution to lower the electricity usage and making the residents more energy aware in a home is to simply make the residents aware of what appliances that are consuming electricity. Meaning the residents can then take decisions to turn them off in order to save energy. Non-intrusive load monitoring (NILM) is a cost-effective solution to identify different appliances based on their unique load signatures by only measuring the energy consumption at a single sensing point. In this thesis, a low-cost hardware platform is developed with the help of an Arduino to collect consumption signatures in real time, with the help of a single CT-sensor. Three different algorithms and one recurrent neural network are implemented with Python to find out which of them is the most suited for this kind of work. The tested algorithms are k-Nearest Neighbors, Random Forest and Decision Tree Classifier and the recurrent neural network is Long short-term memory.
