A presente pesquisa pretende compreender como é, a partir da perspectiva fenomenológica existencial, para o psicólogo, o sentido de sua experiência em ação como um agir clinicamente. Em outras palavras, construímos essa pesquisa com a finalidade de abrir espaços para reflexões sobre a ação do psicólogo no cotidiano de suas ações, como ele se percebe atuando e como se constitui sua atitude na ação de estar fazendo, independente do local onde esta prática está sendo realizada. Para elaboração de compreensão/sentido, quatro profissionais foram entrevistados e suas experiências narradas serviram de fundamento, ponto de referência, para toda articulação teórica aqui tecida. Assim, cada autor/anfitrião visitado no decorrer desta pesquis-ação, contribuiu para desvelar um significado-sentido de cada experienci-ação contextualizada. Um caminho trilhado apontou a necessidade de investigar alguns pressupostos da perspectiva fenomenológica existencial heideggeriana. Outro, nos levou a problematizar a concepção sobre o clinicar como ação (agir clinicamente) e suas repercussões na atualidade. Deste modo, pensar, refletir, articular... experiências de psicólogos nos diferentes contextos de atuação, possibilitou construir elaborações sobre o sentido de Ser-Psicólogo, sobre sua atuação, sobre aquilo que lhe é próprio na fabricação, construção de sua destinação / The present research intends to comprehend the psychologist s sense for his experience in action as a clinical act, through an existential phenomenological viewpoint. Therefore, this work was built to open reflexions spaces about the psychologists action in the quotidian of his métier: how he perceives himself acting and how its attitude is constituted in the action of doing it, in spite of the place where it is acted. To elaborate the comprehension/sense, four professionals were interviewed and their narrated experiences were fundamental as reference point for the theoretical articulation. Each author/host in this research-action has contributed to reveal a felt meaning of each contextualized experience-action. One followed path pointed to a necessity to investigate some Heideggers existential phenomenology assumptions. Other one led to interrogate the conception of clinic as an action (to act clinically) and its actual repercussions. Therefore, to think, to reflect and to articulate psychologists experiences, in different contexts, made possible to construct elaborations about the sense of to be a psychologist, about his actuation, about what is proper to him while fabricating/constructing his destination.

Fundação de Amparo a Pesquisa do Estado de Minas Gerais / A Psicologia é um ramo científico relativamente novo e que ainda carece de alicerces metodológicos consistentes para sustentar suas investigações. Dado sua imaturidade, essa ciência encontra dificuldades para delimitar seu estatuto ontológico, o que gera diversos equívocos epistemológicos e metodológicos. Diante disso, a Psicologia não tem conseguido demarcar de forma precisa seu objeto de estudo, ocasionando assim o surgimento de inúmeras concepções a respeito do psíquico, o que resultou na fragmentação dessa ciência. Na sua constituição a ciência psicológica herdou um complexo problema filosófico: a questão mente-corpo. Portanto, para definir seu estatuto a Psicologia deve ainda enfrentar esse problema, buscando elucidar: o que é a mente, o que é o corpo e como eles se relacionam. Em virtude da importância dessa questão e para uma demarcação rigorosa do objeto psicológico, buscou-se nessa pesquisa investigar o problema mente-corpo à luz da Psicologia Fenomenológica de Edith Stein (1891-1942), filósofa e fenomenóloga que empreendeu notáveis esforços para uma fundamentação da Psicologia. Para isso, a discussão foi subsidiada a partir dos aportes da Filosofia da Mente e das contribuições do método fenomenológico para o problema mente-corpo. A partir daí, através de uma metodologia qualitativa bibliográfica, procurou-se examinar o problema de pesquisa através da análise de algumas obras filosófico-psicológicas da filósofa, a saber: “Causalidade Psíquica” (Psychische Kausalität, 1922) e “Introdução à Filosofia” (Einführung in die Philosophie, 1920). Para essa investigação, realizou-se sem prejuízo à discussão uma equivalência terminológica entre os termos mente e psique, visto que a fenomenóloga utilizou esse último para se referir ao objeto da Psicologia. Procurou-se analisar, portanto, como Stein concebeu a psique, o corpo e a relação entre ambos. Apesar de não ser o foco da investigação, levou-se em conta também a dimensão espiritual, visto que a filósofa concebeu a pessoa humana como constituída por três dimensões: corpo, psique e espírito. Assim, Stein destacou o mecanismo causal da psique, o qual tem como fundamento as variações da força vital que desponta a partir da esfera vital. Em relação à dimensão corpórea, a filósofa, seguindo as análises de Edmund Husserl (1859-1938), destacou o duplo aspecto do corpo, que é ao mesmo tempo uma coisa material (Körper) e também corpo-vivo (Leib). Em face disso, entende-se que a psique e o corpo estão intimamente conectados, de modo que constituem uma unidade-dual que se manifesta no Leib. Essa compreensão do problema psique-mente/corpo proporciona uma rica análise dessa questão, propiciando a superação de algumas incoerências das posições clássicas monistas e dualistas. Diante disso, possibilita uma rigorosa elucidação do objeto da Psicologia, contribuindo para a fundamentação dessa ciência. / Psychology is a relatively new scientific branch and still lacks consistent methodological foundation to support its investigations. Given its immaturity, this science finds difficulties to delimit its ontological status, which spawnes several epistemological and methodological misconceptions. Given this, Psychology failed to demarcate precisely its object of study, leading, thus, the emergence of numerous conceptions about the psychic, which resulted in the fragmentation of this science. In its constitution, psychological science inherited a complex philosophical problem: the mind-body issue. Therefore, to define their status, Psychology must still face this problem, seeking to elucidate what is the mind, the body and how they relate. In light of the importance of this issue to a strict demarcation of psychological object, it was sought in this research, to investigate the mind-body problem in the Phenomenological Psychology of Edith Stein (1891-1942), phenomenologist philosopher who undertook efforts for a foundation of Psychology. For that, the discussion was subsidized from the contributions of the Philosophy of Mind and the support of the phenomenological method to the mind-body problem. From there, by a qualitative bibliographical methodology, it sought to examine the problem of research through the analysis of some philosophical-psychological philosopher's works, named: "Psychic Causality” (Kausalität Psychische, 1922) and “Introduction to Philosophy" (Einführung in die Philosophie, 1920). For this investigation, it was made, without prejudice to the discussion, a terminological equivalence between the terms mind and psyche, as the philosopher used the latter to refer to the object of Psychology. It sought to examine, therefore, how Stein conceived the psyche, the body and the relationship between them. Although it wasn't the focus of the investigation, it also took into account the spiritual dimension, as the philosopher conceived the human person as consisting of three dimensions: body, psyche and spirit. Given this, Stein highlighted the causal mechanism of the psyche, which is based on the variations of the vital force that emerges from the vital sphere. In relation to the corporeal dimension, the philosopher, following the analysis of Edmund Husserl (1859-1938), highlighted the dual aspect of the body, because it is at the same time something material (Körper) and also a linving body (Leib). On the face of it, it is understood that the psyche and the body are closely connected, so that it constitutes a dual-unit which is manifested in the Leib. This understanding of the problem psyche-mind/body provides a rich analysis of this issue, enabling the overcoming of some inconsistencies of the monistic and dualistic positions. Given this, it allows a strict elucidation of the Psychology object, contributing to the foundation of this science. / Dissertação (Mestrado)

Its potentialities have been under study for several applications such as enzymes production of great interest in the food industry such as β-galactosidases, β-glucosidase and polygalactosidase, in the production of aromatic compounds and higher alcohols such as phenyl ethanol, also in biorefineries to produce the second generation ethanol. This yeast has great interest due to bioethanol production and its ability on assimilating different carbohydrates from lignocellulosic biomass as well as its broad spectrum of thermotolerance. Cellulosic ethanol has been presented as a possibility for increasing yield in sugarcane mills and as one of the alternatives to decrease the crisis that affects this sector. Sugarcane biomass, just like all lignocellulosic material, is formed by three main fractions: cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin. The lignocellulosic fiber, after going through pretreatments for separation and break this complex, originates fermentable sugars that can be biotransformed into ethanol. Acid hydrolysis pretreatment is a well-established process, in which monomers are released, and xylose is released from hemicellulose in higher rate, in order to obtain the cellulignin. After biomass delignification, cellulose must be submitted to acid hydrolysis or enzymatic processes to solubilize glucose. Enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation can occur separately (SHF) or simultaneously (SSF), and this last one has an advantage of performing these two steps in the same reactor. Furthermore, this process requires thermotolerant yeasts able to withstand near to 50 °C, an optimized range for cellulase performance. In addition, another obstacle to produce ethanol is its accumulation in the medium, leading to inhibition by the product during the fermentation process and toxicity for the yeast. K. marxianus yeast has interesting metabolic characteristics that are able of overcoming such difficulties during cellulosic ethanol production. So, it requires more studies, since there is no knowledge about the optimal initial concentrations of substrate for ethanol production by this yeast and on its endurance to the product. Thus, this trial aims at evaluating the fermentative behavior of K. marxianus ATCC 36907 yeast in semi-defined medium with variations in substrate and temperature concentrations using phenomenological modeling, as well as evaluating the effect of ethanol removal on its fermentative activity. In the first step of this trial, fermentations were obtained in a shaking incubator using a semi-defined medium supplemented with peptone, malt extract and yeast extract, with variations in glucose concentrations (50, 120 and 190 g L-1) and temperature (30, 35, 40 and 45 °C). The experimental results were put mathematically together to obtain a theoretical model of the process by the phenomenological modeling with Scilab software. The obtained models represented satisfactorily cell development curves, substrate consumption and ethanol production. The optimization ethanol fermentation process indicated 40 °C as temperature and a substrate concentration of 90 g L-1 to maximize the product concentration, resulting in an average of 22.5 g L-1 ethanol and 0.24 g g-1 yield. During its second step, the fermentations were carried out in triplicates under the optimized conditions in a 1.2-L volume fermenter. Control fermentations were carried out in triplicate without ethanol extraction by vacuum and fed after 36 hours, while the other fermentations, also in triplicate, were carried out under the same conditions, but with the product extraction by vacuum. After the first 36-hour cycle, ethanol concentration was 34.13 g L-1 (YP/S 0.38 g g-1 and QP 0.94 g L-1 h-1), reaching 40.90 g L -1 ethanol (YP/S 0.18 g g-1 and QP 0.43 g L-1 h-1) at the end of the second cycle. A different behavior was observed in the control experiment, in which ethanol production occurred in the first cycle (36.37 g L-1, YP/S 0.4 g g-1 and QP 1.01 g L-1 h-1), whereas in the second cycle, the substrate consumption was 8% and ethanol production was not observed. The phenomenological modeling showed that the experimental data were better represented by the model that took into account the occurrence of a latency phase at ix the beginning of the second cycle and strongly indicated a metabolism inhibition by product accumulation. K. marxianus yeast recovered its fermentative metabolism and produced ethanol again, demonstrating the relevant role of product removal in improving such process. / A levedura Kluyveromyces marxianus vem despertando interesse na área da Biotecnologia por sua grande diversidade metabólica e elevado grau de polimorfismo. Suas potencialidades estão sendo investigadas para diversas aplicações, como a produção de enzimas de interesse do setor alimentício como as β-galactosidases, β-glucosidase e poli-galactosidase, na produção de compostos aromáticos e álcoois superiores como o fenil-etanol e, também, no setor das biorrefinarias na produção de etanol de segunda geração. Assim, essa levedura torna-se interessante para a produção de bioetanol devido à capacidade em assimilar diferentes carboidratos da biomassa lignocelulósica, e ao seu amplo espectro de termotolerância. O etanol celulósico desponta como uma possibilidade para o aumento da produtividade nas usinas sucroalcooleiras e como uma das alternativas para aliviar a crise que afeta o setor. A biomassa da cana-de-açúcar, um subproduto da indústria sucroalcooleira, como todo o material lignocelulósico, é formada por três frações principais: celulose, hemicelulose e lignina. As fibras lignocelulósicas após passarem por pré-tratamentos para a separação e quebra desse complexo originam açúcares fermentescíveis que podem ser biotransformados em etanol. O pré-tratamento por hidrólise ácida é um processo bem estabelecido, em que há a liberação de monômeros, em maior proporção a xilose, a partir da hemicelulose, tendo em vista a obtenção de celulignina. Após a deslignificação, a celulose deve ser submetida a processos de hidrólise ácida ou enzimática para a solubilização da glicose. A hidrólise enzimática e a fermentação podem ocorrer separadamente (SHF) ou de forma simultânea (SSF), tendo esta última a vantagem de realizar essas duas etapas no mesmo reator. Por outro lado, a condução desse processo requer leveduras termotolerantes capazes de suportar temperaturas próximas de 50ºC, faixa otimizada para atuação das celulases. Além disso, outro entrave para a produção de etanol é o seu acúmulo no meio, o qual acarreta na inibição pelo produto durante o processo fermentativo e toxicidade para as leveduras utilizadas. A levedura K. marxianus possui características metabólicas interessantes capazes de superar tais dificuldades encontradas na produção de etanol celulósico. Porém, são necessários maiores estudos, uma vez que não se tem conhecimento sobre as concentrações iniciais ótimas de substrato para a produção de etanol pela levedura e sobre sua tolerância ao produto. Por essa razão, este trabalho teve como objetivos avaliar o comportamento fermentativo da levedura K. marxianus ATCC 36907 em meio semi-definido, com variações nas concentrações de substrato (glicose) e temperatura utilizando a modelagem fenomenológica bem como avaliar o efeito da remoção de etanol sobre sua atividade fermentativa. Na primeira etapa do trabalho, as fermentações foram conduzidas em incubadora com agitação pelo emprego do meio semidefinido suplementado com peptona, extrato de malte e extrato de levedura, com variações nas concentrações de glicose (50, 120 e 190 g L-1) e temperatura (30, 35, 40 e 45 ºC). Os resultados experimentais foram agregados matematicamente para obtenção de um modelo teórico do processo por meio de modelagem fenomenológica com auxílio do software Scilab. Os modelos obtidos representaram, de forma satisfatória, as curvas de crescimento celular, consumo de substrato e produção de etanol. O processo de otimização da fermentação etílica indicou a utilização da temperatura de 40 ºC e concentração de substrato de 90 g L-1 para maximização da concentração de produto, com isso, foram obtidos, em média, 22,5 g L-1 de etanol e rendimento de 0,24 g g-1. Na segunda etapa do trabalho, as fermentações foram conduzidas em triplicatas nas condições otimizadas em fermentador com volume de 1,2 L. As fermentações-controle foram realizadas em triplicata sem a extração de etanol por vácuo e alimentadas após 36 horas. Todavia, as outras fermentações, também em triplicata, foram conduzidas nas mesmas condições, porém com extração do produto por vácuo. Nas fermentações com vácuo, após o primeiro ciclo de 36 horas, a concentração de etanol foi de 34,13 g L-1 (YP/S 0,38 g g -1 e QP 0,94 g L-1 h-1), atingindo 40,90 g L -1 de etanol (YP/S 0,18 g g-1 e QP 0,43 g L-1 h-1) no final do segundo ciclo. vii Um comportamento diferente foi observado no experimento controle, no qual a produção de etanol ocorreu apenas no primeiro ciclo (36,37 g L-1, YP/S 0,4 g g-1 e QP 1,01 g L-1 h-1), enquanto no segundo ciclo o consumo do substrato foi de apenas 8% e a produção de etanol não foi observada. A modelagem fenomenológica mostrou que os dados experimentais foram melhor representados pelo modelo, o qual considerou a ocorrência de uma fase de latência no início do segundo ciclo e indicou fortemente a inibição do metabolismo pelo acúmulo do produto. A levedura K. marxianus recuperou seu metabolismo fermentativo e voltou a produzir etanol, demonstrando o papel relevante da remoção do produto na melhoria do processo.

This aspect, along with the inadequate treatment of wastes generated by this activity, damages the environment and may consequently affect the population. In this sense, the objective of this study was to evaluate the removal of ciprofloxacin drug (CIP) of aqueous solutions by using the cationic resin SupergelTM SGC650H packed in a fixed bed column. Therefore, the characterization of the resin was performed by techniques of gas helium pycnometer, nitrogen physisorption, X-ray sedimentometry, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and point of zero charge (pHPZC). Initially, closed system and batch experiments were conducted to evaluate the effect of solution pHinitial. Afterwards, equilibrium experiments were performed. Finally, it was obtained the breakthrough curves in fixed bed in different volumetric flow rates and heights of the bed, defined by a central composite experimental design (CCD) and by using phenomenological mathematical modeling. The characterization demonstrated a low amount of pores on the structure of the resin and the analysis of pHPZC indicated that the point of zero charge of the resin was 2.68. The pH tests showed that the higher CIP removal capacity was achieved at pH values below 6. In the analysis of the equilibrium results, it was verified that the Langmuir model showed the best fit to the experimental data obtained in a closed and batch system, providing the values of 510.64 mg g-1 and 1.93 L mg-1 to qmáx and bL estimated parameters, respectively. In the fixed bed column tests, the maximum efficiency of the column as a function of the studied operational variables was obtained for volumetric flow rate of 3.8 cm3 min-1 and bed height of 15.2 cm (81,5%). In addition, it was observed that the kinetic model that considers the adsorption step on the surface (AS) as rate-limiting step of the process satisfactorily described the results obtained in column. In general, the work was able to identify a high removal capacity the ciprofloxacin drug by using the SGC650H resin. Finally, the study presented satisfactory results in the prediction of column efficiency from the phenomenological mathematical modeling used. With this, a new perspective is observed in the treatment of this drug compound and the possible application of the large-scale method. / A incidência de novas doenças necessita a fabricação de compostos farmacêuticos altamente resistentes e eficazes para a saúde animal e humana. Esse aspecto, aliado ao tratamento inadequado dos resíduos gerados por essa atividade, prejudica o meio ambiente e pode afetar, consequentemente, a população. Nesse contexto, o objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar a remoção do fármaco ciprofloxacina (CIP) de soluções aquosas utilizando a resina catiônica SupergelTM SGC650H empacotada em coluna de leito fixo. Para tanto, a caracterização da resina foi realizada pelas técnicas de picnometria a gás hélio, fisissorção de nitrogênio, sedimentometria de raios X, microscopia eletrônica de varredura (MEV), espectroscopia de energia dispersiva de raios X (EDX) e ponto de carga zero (pHPCZ). Inicialmente, foram realizados experimentos em sistema fechado e batelada para avaliar o efeito do pHinicial da solução. Após isso, realizaram-se os experimentos de equilíbrio. Por fim, foram obtidas as curvas de ruptura em leito fixo sob diferentes vazões volumétricas e alturas do leito, definidas a partir de um planejamento experimental do tipo delineamento composto central rotacional (DCCR) e utilizando modelagem matemática fenomenológica. A caracterização apresentou baixa quantidade de poros na estrutura da resina e a análise do pHPCZ indicou que o ponto de carga zero da resina foi 2,68. Os testes de pH mostraram que a maior capacidade de remoção da CIP foi alcançada para valores de pH abaixo de 6. Na análise dos resultados de equilíbrio, foi possível verificar que o modelo de Langmuir foi o que melhor se ajustou aos dados experimentais obtidos em sistema fechado e batelada, fornecendo os valores de 510,64 mg g-1 e 1,93 L mg-1 para os parâmetros qmáx e bL, respectivamente. Nos ensaios em coluna de leito fixo, a maximização da eficiência da coluna em função de suas variáveis testadas, foi obtida para vazão volumétrica de 3,8 cm3 min-1 e altura do leito de 15,2 cm (81,5%). Paralelamente, notou-se que o modelo cinético que considera a etapa de adsorção na superfície (AS) como limitante do processo, conseguiu descrever de forma satisfatória os resultados obtidos em coluna. De forma geral, o trabalho conseguiu identificar uma alta capacidade de remoção do fármaco ciprofloxacina com a utilização da resina SGC650H. Além disso, apresentou resultados satisfatórios na previsão da eficiência da coluna a partir da modelagem matemática fenomenológica utilizada. Com isso, observa-se uma nova perspectiva no tratamento deste composto fármaco e a possível aplicação do método em larga escala.

Esta pesquisa investigou a prática clínica de Supervisão de Supervisão, espaço de discussão entre supervisores clínicos de diferentes projetos de atenção psicológica em instituições e comunidades. Utilizando uma abordagem fenomenológica, a investigação se baseou numa cartografia clínica desta prática, abrangendo a historicidade de sua constituição e o contexto no qual se mostra seu desenrolar, apresentado em cenas de supervisão de supervisão relativas a diferentes cenários sociais em que se desenvolveram modalidades de prática psicológica. O diálogo dos supervisores desvelou alguns eixos teóricos de discussão atinentes à práxis desenvolvida, que foram abordados por meio de ensaios, buscando dialogar com o modo como tais temas emergentes foram apresentados nas supervisões de supervisão e refletir sobre seu sentido. O primeiro eixo abordado foi a cartografia, em relação à qual se buscou contemplar aproximações e diferenças entre a prática realizada e outros autores que discutem o tema, em especial aqueles utilizados como referência pelos supervisores na compreensão de suas práticas, delineando-se uma cartografia clínica de orientação fenomenológica. O segundo tema apresentado refere-se às relações entre psicologia e fenomenologia, quanto ao qual o ensaio procura demonstrar a pertinência do olhar fenomenológico na psicologia a partir da historicidade destes campos. Em relação ao terceiro eixo temático a práxis psicológica realizada nos contextos institucionais e comunitários o ensaio aborda duas vertentes interligadas. Discute-se, por um lado, a origem de um entrelaçamento entre sujeito e contexto social a partir das interdisciplinaridades, pluridisciplinaridades e transdisciplinaridades originadas no questionamento do papel da ciência e da universidade a partir do pós-guerra. Por outro lado, o ensaio trata da inserção da clínica em cenários externos ao consultório particular enquanto articulada à falência do modelo de clínica liberal e aos movimentos políticos pela construção de direitos de cidadania, no panorama brasileiro ocorridos em especial na saúde pública e na saúde mental. No tocante ao quarto tema, o lugar do aconselhamento psicológico a partir da fenomenologia existencial, o ensaio versa sobre a compreensão da atenção psicológica como possibilidade de designação pertinente à práxis, abrangendo o olhar sobre a experiência enquanto modo de habitar o mundo. Finalmente, quanto ao quinto tema, as relações entre clínica e política são discutidas no intuito de designar o espaço clínico enquanto pré-político. A partir destas discussões, a supervisão de supervisão é compreendida como uma grande angular, em que se interpenetram cinco dimensões: investigativo-cartográfica (relacionada à compreensão/interpretação dos espaços internos e externos em que ocorre a prática), prático-teórica (movimento de compreensão da experiência e sua interpretação pela palavra), clínica (diálogo que permite o entrelaçamento de significações e experiências), pedagógica (a aprendizagem que se realiza no nomear a experiência, na atribuição de sentido, na multiplicação dos sentidos possíveis e na compreensão do processo de aprendizagem clínica) e ético-política (na construção de referenciais a partir dos quais é possível compreender o mundo e agir sobre ele) / This work intended to investigate Supervision of Supervision as a clinical practice for discussion between clinical supervisors from psychological attention institutions and communities different projects. By using a existential phenomenological approach, the investigation was based upon a clinical cartography that shows the history of its constitution and contexts where it happens: Supervision of Supervisions different scenes concerning to different social scenarios where the psychological practice took place. The supervisors conversation allowed disclosing five theoretical axes for reflexions about the praxis. Such axes were explored by essays that dialogue with the mode by which they were presented at the supervisions. The first axe presents the cartography, relating it to the practice developed and some thoughts by authors reffered by the supervisors to comprehend their action in supervision: a clinical cartography in a existential phenomenological perspective was revealed. The second theme refers to relations between psychology and phenomenology, to demonstrate the property of the phenomenological optics for psychology when the historicity of those practical fields is taken into account. The third axe deals with the psychological practice in institutional and communitarian contexts, approaching to interconnected trends. By one side, it discusses the original interconnection between subject and social context, concerning interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary and their post-war role as in science as at the university. On the other hand, the third essay deals with the clinics insertion in scenarios, others than the traditional private practice, model inspired by the Brazilian political liberal movements for citizens rights specially for Public Health and Mental Health. Yet, the fourth axe explores counseling psychology by the existential phenomenology, in respect to the comprehension of psychological attention as a proper designation for that kind of praxis, encompassing experience as a human mode to dwell in the world. Finally, the fifth theme discusses the relations between clinic and politics in other to designate the clinical context as pre-political. The conclusion points to supervision of supervision as a great angular lens, where five dimensions interrelate themselves: the investigative-cartographic one (comprehension/interpretation of internal and external practice spaces); the practicaltheoretical one (movement for experience comprehension and interpretation by the speech); the clinical one (dialogue that propitiates interrelations between experience and meaning); the pedagogic one (learning by sense attribution while nominating experience, expanding possible meanings to the clinical learning); and the ethical-political dimension (referential construction that provides the comprehension of the world and to act upon it)

In this context, they interfere the actions in mental health, based on the presuppositions of the Brazilian Psychiatric Reform. Like this being and before the lack of studies concerning this reality, the accomplishment of this study was looked for with the objective of understanding as it is had given the these professionals' praxis, with emphasis in the subject of the worker's health, as manifestation of an attitude of the caretaker's care. The scenery that permeates the day by day of the workers of health aims us subjects concerning the relationship suffering/care for besides a dynamics strictly intra-psychic, crossed, in whole moment, for a series of subjects of stamp social-psychic and institutional. In this sense and starting from an approach with the logic and guidelines that the operation of the services and models of the attendance in the ambit of the Attention to the Mental Health in the context of SUS, an amplification of the understanding of the stress was looked for in the work and, more specifically, of the Syndrome of Burnout, as possible indicators of the suffering panorama in which interfere these subjects. The approach of this problematic one allowed the ransom of the implication of subjects related to the modern vision of technique, to the processes of construction of the caretaker's social image, to the professional formation and, finally, to the relationship among anguish and care in its existential aspects. Starting from a positioning of the existential phenomenological, as attitude of to be and to research, they were picked narratives, while reports of lived experience, of professionals inserted in this net of services of attendance. The depositions pointed, among other subjects, aspects related to the transitory character and, per times, paradoxical, in that she meets the formation of the substitution net in Mental Health, with emphasis in the painful existences, fruit of the discrepancy between the professional's expectation and institutional conditions. Before this, it discusses him that, starting from the complexity implied in the situation of the caretakers' negligence, she makes himself necessary the maintenance of the tension among the several involved aspects, as well as the constant rising of subjects of the paper of each element of the system, in a care attitude that implies them collectively ambit of the care while ethical and political attitude, crossed by the care of itself, the institutional care and the care of the another / Diante das recentes transformações no cenário da assistência em saúde pública em nosso país, fruto da Reforma Sanitária e implantação do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), no final da década de 80, percebe-se a necessidade de ampliação de estudos voltados a compreender a dinâmica dos profissionais envolvidos neste processo. Neste contexto, inserem-se as ações em saúde mental, baseadas nos pressupostos da Reforma Psiquiátrica Brasileira. Assim sendo e diante da carência de estudos acerca desta realidade, buscou-se a realização deste estudo com o intuito de compreender como tem se dado a práxis destes profissionais, com ênfase na questão da saúde do trabalhador, como manifestação de uma atitude de cuidado do cuidador. O cenário que permeia a cotidianidade dos trabalhadores de saúde nos aponta questões acerca da relação sofrimento/cuidado para além de uma dinâmica estritamente intra-psíquica, perpassada, em todo momento, por uma série de questões de cunho psicossocial e institucional. Neste sentido e a partir de uma aproximação com a lógica e diretrizes que balizam o funcionamento dos serviços e modelos assistenciais no âmbito da Atenção à Saúde Mental no contexto do SUS, buscou-se uma ampliação da compreensão do estresse no trabalho e, mais especificamente, da Síndrome de Burnout, como sinalizações possíveis do panorama de sofrimento no qual se inserem estes sujeitos. A aproximação desta problemática permitiu o resgate da implicação de questões relacionadas à visão moderna de técnica, aos processos de construção da imagem social do cuidador, à formação profissional e, finalmente, à relação entre angústia e cuidado em seus aspectos existenciais. A partir de um posicionamento fenomenológico existencial, como atitude de ser e pesquisar, foram colhidas narrativas, enquanto relatos de experiência vivida, de profissionais inseridos nesta rede de serviços assistenciais. Os depoimentos apontaram, dentre outras questões, aspectos relacionados ao caráter transitório e, por vezes, paradoxal, em que se encontra a implantação da rede substitutiva em Saúde Mental, com ênfase nas vivências dolorosas, fruto da discrepância entre expectativa do profissional e condições institucionais. Diante disto, discute-se que, a partir da complexidade implicada na situação de descuido dos cuidadores, faz-se necessária a manutenção da tensão entre os diversos aspectos envolvidos, bem como a constante problematização do papel de cada elemento do sistema, numa atitude de cuidado que implique coletivamente os âmbito do cuidado enquanto atitude ética e política, atravessados pelo cuidado de si, o cuidado institucional e o cuidado do outro

To articulate a possible comprehension such subjective landscape, we discuss the dominant processes in our culture to constitute the subjectivity, taking into account the individualistic subject s ethics of efficacy and of consume. The social and conjugal relationships in such scenery are a critical preoccupation among clinical and social psychologists; they are concerned by the modes of being as a thing, which promote exclusion of difference: being oneself and being with other have been suffering tension by the individualization which creates a rupture in the mode of being with. To reflect upon that experience, three couples, living different modes of conjugal situation, were interview. The interpretation followed the Analytical of Sense Method. Each couple presented his own proper comprehension mode for being with in conjugal situation. A comprehension of the man s mode of being, by the scrap in conjugal situation would be undertake like being among tension. The conjugality could be characterized by wobbliness least or minor among moments of fusion and moments of differentiation between the couples. Also pointing to a well being as the sense direction to be with the other. The participants elaboration of experience made possible to show how culture articulates with a clinical existential dimension and the culture towards the contemporaneous man s mode of being as being-in-the world- with-others by being oneself. The contribution of this work is introduce the difference like possibility by being oneself including the collective and the others / O objetivo deste trabalho visa compreender a experiência de ser-si-mesmo e ser-com em situação conjugal na contemporaneidade. Para compreender tal paisagem subjetiva, discutem-se os processos de subjetivação dominantes em nossa cultura, sob a ética da eficácia e do consumo do sujeito individualista. As relações sociais e conjugais nesse cenário preocupam psicólogos clínicos e sociais por modos coisificantes de ser, exclusores de diferença: o ser-si-mesmo e o ser-com o outro têm sofrido tensão pois a individualização gera uma ruptura no modo de ser-com. Para compreender essa experiência, foram entrevistados três casais em modos diversos de situação conjugal. A interpretação seguiu o método da Analítica do Sentido. Percebe-se que cada casal apresenta seu modo próprio de compreensão de ser-com em situação conjugal. Uma compreensão do modo de ser humano, pelo recorte da situação conjugal poderia empreender-se como: ser entre tensão. A conjugalidade pode ser caracterizada por uma oscilação maior ou menor entre momentos de fusão e momentos de diferenciação entre os parceiros. Apontando, também, um bem estar como sendo a direção do sentido de estar com o outro. Essa elaboração de experiência pelos participantes possibilitou o encaminhamento de articulação entre a dimensão existencial da clínica e a cultura no modo de ser do homem contemporâneo como ser-no- mundo-com-outros sendo si mesmo. Therefore, this work was built to open reflexions spaces about the psychologist s action in the quotidian of his métier: how he perceives himself acting and how its attitude is constituted in the action of doing it, in spite of the place where it is acted. To elaborate the comprehension/sense, four professionals were interviewed and their narrated experiences were fundamental as reference point for the theoretical articulation. Each author/host in this research-action has contributed to reveal a felt meaning of each contextualized experience-action. One followed path pointed to a necessity to investigate some Heidegger s existential phenomenology assumptions. Other one led to interrogate the conception of clinic as an action (to act clinically) and its actual repercussions. Therefore, to think, to reflect and to articulate psychologists experiences, in different contexts, made possible to construct elaborations about the sense of to be a psychologist , about his actuation, about what is proper to him while fabricating/constructing his destination. / A presente pesquisa pretende compreender como é, a partir da perspectiva fenomenológica existencial, para o psicólogo, o sentido de sua experiência em ação como um agir clinicamente. Em outras palavras, construímos essa pesquisa com a finalidade de abrir espaços para reflexões sobre a ação do psicólogo no cotidiano de suas ações, como ele se percebe atuando e como se constitui sua atitude na ação de estar fazendo, independente do local onde esta prática está sendo realizada. Para elaboração de compreensão/sentido, quatro profissionais foram entrevistados e suas experiências narradas serviram de fundamento, ponto de referência, para toda articulação teórica aqui tecida. Assim, cada autor/anfitrião visitado no decorrer desta pesquis-ação, contribuiu para desvelar um significado-sentido de cada experienci-ação contextualizada. Um caminho trilhado apontou a necessidade de investigar alguns pressupostos da perspectiva fenomenológica existencial heideggeriana. Outro, nos levou a problematizar a concepção sobre o clinicar como ação (agir clinicamente) e suas repercussões na atualidade. This severe health situation leads the patient into a deep depression and consequently makes him/her feel that his/her life may come to an end some time in the near future. Therefore the severely-ill patients feel themselves depressed and helpless. Because they underwent very serious burns and due to their high level of morbidity they feel emotinally impaired. They need strength so that they are able to stand and face treatment. Moreover, they need to be conscious of their own deep suffering in order to face it with courage and in a positive way. The methodology chosen has a phenomenal and existential basis. Hence interviews were made with the patients and the medical staff as well so that one can understand how this tough experience happens and also what it means to the patient. Based on the patients report it was found that they feel anxious and anguished both for not knowing what is ahead for them, e. g. if they will get better and also because they are aware of death: they know they may die! The author decides to name vividação that very situation which Frankl mentions when the patients make use of their own courage, hope and sympathy to overcome anxiety and suffering. Heidegger thinks that anguish and anxiety both force the patients to care for themselves, and turn them strong in their deep inner loneliness. This fact shows that vividação is in fact ação vivida , e. g. the patients themselves fighting to defeat all that anguish, anxiety and suffering / O objetivo deste estudo foi refletir sobre o paciente grande queimado na situação-limite em que se encontra, e quais os recursos psicológicos presentes para que ele possa enfrentar, junto com as ações da equipe de saúde, o tratamento necessário. O adoecimento agudo põe este ser/paciente numa situação de (des)continuidade existencial. Desestabiliza-se emocionalmente, pela experiência vivida e pelo seu alto grau de morbidade. Precisa de força para suportar e enfrentar o tratamento e se (re)conhecer em seu sofrimento. Para compreender como essa experiência acontece e que sentido o paciente dá à situação, escolhi uma metodologia de cunho fenomenológico existencial e, através de entrevistas com os pacientes e com os profissionais da equipe, fui percorrendo o caminho que cunhei vividação, articulando-o ao que os estudiosos do cuidado podiam me dizer. Ouvindo as narrativas, pude concluir que, nessa experiência, a angústia revela-se, por um lado, pela incerteza e, por outro lado, pela certeza da finitude. Tanto no limite do paciente, quanto no cuidado da equipe hospitalar, ela é uma só. Ouvindo Frankl encontrei o sentido da vividação na coragem, na esperança e na solidariedade, enquanto que à luz de Heidegger, a angústia mobiliza o cuidar de si e o encontrar-se na solicitude, indicando que vividação é ação vívida e percorre a serenidade para manter-se corajosamente sendo

Understanding that it has a particularity of the language in the space of the psychological clinic, one believes that this work makes possible a better clarity as to the propriety, singularity and importance of speech in the clinic, besides taking the reflections and discussions about the thematic, as much to the academy as the fields of activity of the psychologist. The research restricts the clinic in its modality of psycotherapy, in order to reflect concerning the language in the narrative of the user. The listening of the experiences of clients who searched for psychotherapy assistance was induced by a triggering/provoking question, and the understanding of their narratives had as a support the existential phenomenological investigative methodology. The discussions became possible from affectations and reflections between testimonies and researcher, as well as from dialogues with authors who deal with the subject. / Esse trabalho de pesquisa busca promover uma reflexão sobre a clínica psicológica e suas repercussões como um lugar de abertura a um falar criador de sentido, partindo da experiência de sujeitos usuários. Compreendendo que há uma especificidade da linguagem no espaço da clínica psicológica, acredita-se que esse trabalho possibilite uma maior clareza quanto à propriedade, singularidade e importância da fala na clínica, além de levar a reflexões e discussões quanto à temática, tanto à academia quanto aos campos de atividade do psicólogo. O desenvolvimento proposto restringe-se à clínica em sua modalidade de psicoterapia, a fim de refletir acerca da linguagem expressa na narrativa do indivíduo. A escuta das experiências de clientes que buscaram serviços psicoterápicos se deu a partir de uma pergunta disparadora/provocadora, e a compreensão de suas narrativas teve como suporte a metodologia fenomenológica existencial de investigação. As discussões tornaram-se possíveis a partir de afetações e reflexões entre relatos e pesquisadora, bem como de diálogos com autores que transitam pelo tema.
