In this perspective, the reflections made in this research aim to understand the implications of the Continuing Education Program Pro-Literacy in reader teacher constitution process. Thus, the theoretical and methodological support was gaining meaning from the principles of qualitative approach, electing as devices for collecting "data" the narrative interview with four teachers of the Municipal Feira de Santana Education who took the course in 2008 and the consultation of the documents that support the work of Pro-Literacy. In the development of this production, it established a theoretical / empirical dialogue of the training paths of interviewees with theorists who deal with teacher training, namely: N?voa (1992; 2009); Gatti (2006; 2010); Freire (1995), among others, as well as scholars of the language area, specifically in reading, such as: Zilberman (1991/1992/1988); Lajolo (1988; 2004); Bakhtin (1986; 2005; 2006); Geraldi (2004); Travaglia (1996); Younes (2012); Chartier (1994), among others. This research shows that the main focus of the Pro-Literacy Course is the formation of the student reader and do not constitute in therefore causing concern and discussion of this course the reader teacher training. What odds with its theoretical proposal, proposing a conception of continuing education supported teachers in reflection, autonomy, training of professional identity and discussion. Aware of the limitations of continuing education policies in this language search area indicates the need to invest in a training process that has as its core teaching reader training, as the teachers interviewed claim.

The scene is composed of four elements: 1) the teacher`s motivational profile; 2) teachers' perceptions about the academic aspects; 3) teachers' perceptions about the contribution for the teaching practice; and 4) teachers' perceptions about permeability of school contexts to new knowledge. From a national survey, we collected 2,738 fully forms. All participants are basic education teachers - students and, between 2011 and 2016 - from professional master courses in teaching of: math (ProfMat), letters (ProfLetras), history (ProfHist??ria), physics (ProFis) and arts (ProfArtes). Despite of some observed weaknesses, the first three elements presented auspicious results. The teachers were prominently self-determined, despite the considerable influence of compensation mechanisms of problematic factors (social and financial) observed in teaching career. Positive perceptions predominated about: the academic features of the courses, however, we observed negative reviews, resembling the academic structure of professional masters to academics, especially the ProfMat; and about the courses contribution for the teaching practice, to a lesser extent about the student performance. With regards to the fourth element, the data pointed to an average permeability of the schools to new knowledge. After merging the four components we observed a promising scenario, so, the PROEB shows effective features, aggregating improvements to the Brazilian basic education.

Therefore, we used the methodology of collaborative action research to understand that this would be the best option for a joint work. The research field was the extension course ?Processes of teaching and learning of students with intellectual disabilities?, held by the Observatory Research Group of Special Education and School Inclusion: curricular practices and teaching and learning processes, of the Rural Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, in partnership with the Special Education Municipal Coordination of seven municipalities in the Baixada Fluminense, namely: Belford Roxo, Duque de Caxias, Mesquita, Nil?polis, Nova Igua?u, Queimados and S?o Jo?o de Meriti. The Continuing Training Program was one action of these two projects: a) The education of students with intellectual disabilities: public politics, cognitive processes and evaluation of learning and b) Schooling and development of students with intellectual and multiple disabilities in the Baixada Fluminense. First results showed the precariousness in the training system, mainly with the regard of continuing training in inclusive education offered for professional education of these seven municipalities. The data pointed out that training, in most cases, are for teachers who work with the target audience of inclusive education students, due to a demand, characterizing, mostly for some training on specific themes. Regarding the Program, the data showed that the cultural-historical perspective ? theoretical referencial of this work ? contributed to the desmystification of prejudice toward students with intellectual diabilities, owing to work with the knowledge of their concepts, such as the psychological processes upper and mediation. Finally, we considered as extremely important theoretical and practical Continuing Training, that consider the reality of everyday school life, which is the starting point for the study, the analysis and the reflexion of pedagogical practices.

Accordingly, investing in the further qualification of teachers working in that field is a strategy that will enable education to achieve its goals. That fact has aroused questioning of the effectiveness of graduate specialization courses dedicated to the in-service, further qualification of teachers. To answer the question this research set out to assess the limits and possibilities of such a program for teachers in that field and the effects of the program on their teaching practices. The case study method of investigation was adopted because it allows for an understanding of the more complex social phenomena. Participants included teachers, students, and pedagogical coordinators of a private education institution. The study conclusions were that: rather than just learning more about teaching methods and techniques, TVET teachers need to appropriate components that are essential to provide them with an understanding of the complexity of the educator???s task. Although teaching and learning are distinct from one another, when teaching does not lead to learning, it becomes an innocuous act; lifelong learning and qualification is a bid to decipher theory in order to organize and support it, reformulate it and, if necessary, refute it, dislodging the usual perceptions of education; and, an educational process that fails to ensure that the teacher has the components needed to bring about change autonomously and securely is necessarily flawed in its intent and results; much of what teachers do and achieve stems from what they believe in individually. Thus, understanding should be followed by acceptance because the mere mechanical repetition of practices generates mistaken interpretations. In-service evaluation of teachers in their normal classroom activities is indispensable for the purpose of following up on the results of educative actions which should lead to better teaching and increased learning on the part of students. When it disseminates innovations to its students, the institution must realize that, even though they have undergone the same educational process, they will have different perceptions individually and take different lengths of time to put into practice, or not, the proposed changes. Pedagogical theory and practice form an inseparable unit that should be the nucleus that structures the teacher???s education; the school and its web should be the object of study in order to achieve an understanding of the real needs of those that actually materialize the educational actions. The considerable distance between educational reform proposals and their effective materialization suggests that there is a problem associated to the illusory nature of some projects designed bring about changes. At the same time as the teachers??? reflective capacity is being expanded, it is essential to think through the qualifying process they undergo, taking as the starting point, the practical demands, that is, the real circumstances lived out in social contexts and in the organizations where teaching takes place. Educational proposals must be supported on the basis of a systemic vision taking into account the connections that exist between knowledge and know how. The decisive elements that actually brought about changes in the discourse and practices of TEVT teachers that took part in the graduate specialization course were the establishment of the relations between the knowledge acquired and the reality of the daily round of their teaching activity, and the existence of the will to bring about change in concepts and behaviors and of a propitious environment for change.

This process can be very productive if executed with an interdisciplinary group, once interdisciplinarity enables sharing different disciplines and also different personal stories. This study aimed to build a continuing graduation opportunity with an interdisciplinary group of teachers to Natural Sciences area, in a private school in the city of Natal - RN. This opportunity was build using as a tool the elaboration of interdisciplinary class called dialog-lesson. The methodology was in accordance with the principles of the qualitative approach of search-action, and the methodological way consisted of three stages that sought to meet the specific objectives: the definition of multidisciplinarity and interdisciplinarity, which had teachers in the Natural Sciences area; present a proposal that emerged from group discussions, identifying some elements of the limits and possibilities of the activity developed by the group of teachers from the Natural Sciences area. The results showed a studies lack on the subject by teachers and induced the reading and studing the Education legal documents (LDB, PCNEM and OCNEM). The planning of lessons led to the need for meetings that established the process of continuing graduation in exercising at the school. The interdisciplinary practice enable many gains, for example, the cohesion of the teachers, the perception need to constantly update and use of teaching units for planning. But it was also possible to observe limits, such as the difficulty of working with large classes and the danger of the content become superficial. The experience has shown that continuing graduation at school is possible and can be beneficial the use of interdisciplinary groups for this purpose, because it allows the exchange of experiences and pratice reflection of teaching in the itself exercise of this teaching / A escola ? um local privilegiado de reflex?o pedag?gica e, portanto, pode e deve ser o melhor lugar para o processo de forma??o continuada de professores.

It is linked to the line of research, teaching and Teacher Education in Science and Mathematics from the Graduate program in Science and Math Education at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul ? PUCRS. This research aims to understand how the Act modeling - work of professor of Mathematics with modeling, is (re)configured in the texts produced by professor of Mathematics during the experiences with mathematical modeling and modeling in education. To do this, the methodological-theoretical and analytical contribution of Interactionism Sociodiscursive (ISD) is used, built by Jean Paul Bronckart and collaborators, which consider the social product and language of human psychic development. The methodological approach is qualitative case study type. The Composition of the given data was obtained by means of written work of daily training meetings, diaries of planning and implementation of modeling tasks with students of basic education. The analysis of empirical data was carried out considering the ISD's review procedures: the production context and analysis of the levels of textual analysis-organizational, example and semantic. The organizational level has enabled the identification of the thematic content of the diaries, the actant put in scene in the texts and the predominant discourse types, which showed the relationship of teacher involvement, participant of this research, with the Act Modeling. The enunciatively level assisted the identification and understanding of the teacher's assessments about the thematic content and the semantic level allowed the identification of interpretative figures of the Act. The results indicate that the modeling (re)configurations are marked in the conflicts established in teacher's relationship with: 1) the prescribed work; 2) real of the activity; 3) students; 4) the writing process; 5) your act and the Act modeling; 6) and aspects inherent to the process of mathematical modeling and modeling in education. The following should be noted that the teacher builds gradually the possibility of making education a modeling tool of your work and, with this, it is also (re) built to your agentivity and your students during the Act Modeling, which was accomplished in implementing the task of Modeling in education with students. It analyzes the implications of implementing the implantation of public policy in Minas Gerais with the Program of Professional Development of Educators (PDP) and the configuration of the curriculum in Schools-Reference under the jurisdiction of the Regional Superintendence of Education in Po?os de Caldes, Minas Gerais. This policy considers teachers as constructors and re-constructors during the course of their education and profession with the objective of developing activities with pedagogical accompaniment and support for implanting new curricular proposals conjecturing the Common Basic Curriculum (CBC) In the light of this scenario the investigation tried to respond to the following question: What are the advances and obstacles present in the implantation of the Program for the Professional Development of Educators (PDP) being implanted by the State of Minas Gerais? It utilized bibliographical and documentary research; data for analysis was obtained at the end of 2006 by means of semi-structured interviews. Seven professors participated in these: four Coordinators of the Group of Professional Development and three Representatives of the Area. The study revealed that the professors attribute great value to the program for professional development and improvement of performance in SEEMGking teaching quality, and that the encounters held in the schools favored the practice of dialogic reflection. However, they questioned the type of presentation and the time of the implementation of the program, as well as the bureaucracy, the availability of funds and the assessment that do not correspond to facilitating the program s proposal. They revealed beliefs, worries and conflicts that ought to be considered by the creators of the program for bringing into effect the intended changes in the Minas Gerais educational system, keeping in mind the investment and confidence deposited by the State Department of Education in this modality of improving the quality of service.

Fourteen teachers were the subjects of this study. The methodology was based on the qualitative approach, with application of two questionnaires and documental research. The choice of the theme was based on the recognition of the need to intensify debates and research about evaluation according to the new National Education Law (LDB), no. 9394 from 1996, whose educational focus, introduced in the three teaching levels of the Brazilian educational system, favors continuous and formative evaluation, which has no qualifying approach. This paper describes the creation and expansion of SENAC within the Brazilian educational context, focusing on evaluation as regard to different pedagogical tendencies. The evaluation at SENAC-S?o Paulo and, specifically, in PDE is discussed. The pedagogical/psychological theories that lay the basis of the formative evaluation and their relationship with the Brazilian education are analyzed. Data analysis has shown PDE fostered reflections and changes in teachers' attitude and identified problems and perspectives of a continuous education process with focus on the formative evaluation. ? abordada a avalia??o no SENAC-S?o Paulo e, particularmente, no PDE.

During our professional experiences, we found a school with considerable excels: admired by the community, with teachers committed in developing a good pedagogical work, small and good scores in external evaluations. Such characteristics led as to question: would those conditions be propitious to develop a differentiated work of a CP? From that, we got interested in developing a case a study, in which we investigated the role of the PC in the formation of the teachers, trying to identify changes that the PC can make /actualize and the challenges to do so. A research based in the Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations, with topics Pedagogical Coordination/Coordinator; Pedagogical Orientation/Mastermind, Pedagogical Supervisor/Supervision , between 2002 and 2012, allowed us to find 6 theses and 21 dissertations; and, from that group, we selected 8 papers that were more related to the theme.Such results show the relevance of our research, indicating blanks on the science production about the theme. We establish as a goal to analyze the work of a PC on the continued formation of the teachers, in order to improve the pedagogical practices and the construction of collective work. Our specific goals are: describing the strategies used by the coordinator in the meetings of the Pedagogical Coordinator Work Activity PCWA; describe the material produced by the coordinator to communicate with the teachers; identify the main challenges faced by the coordinator to develop her work. The research took place in one elementary school of S?o Paulo?s state network, of Campinas. The empirical material was composed by the attendance of PCWA meetings, trough video recordings, analyses of the material produced by the coordinator to communication with the teachers and interviews with the professional. The analyzes are qualitative, mainly based on the Historical Cultural Theory, trying to comprehend the importance of the collective work on the human development and the ways in which the significations that each individual produces over the actions of others take part in the professional improvement of each individual. The obtained results present strategies to the Pedagogical Coordinator: a work permeated of affection, focusing less the negative points and giving priority to the good ones, trough the valorization of the good pedagogical work done, accounting of the challenges faced in the Pedagogical Coordination and strategies to overcome then; the previous teaching experiences of the Pedagogical Coordinator, interfere in the way they do their job. Finally we bring indications to the construction of an effective collective work.
