In that analysis of the (public a private) health sistems of Brazil, we included a brief account about the aims of SUS and the private health plans as well as their relationship with the private philantropic hospitals. We searched also to find several authors' quotations in the fields of strategy of Administration, to consolidate the fundamental steps of the research. Through a private health organization specialized in oncology, we developed a referendum of statistic figures in the period from 1996 a 2000 to serve as control. As a result, we find that private hospital operating the SUS has got the necessary to na credential acceptable economic and financial achievement. / O presente trabalho procura analisar, atrav??s de um estudo de caso, as vari??veis que possibilitem aos hospitais privados filantr??picos, inseridos no Sistema ??nico de Sa??de - SUS, um desempenho econ??mico financeiro satisfat??rio. Analisando os sistemas de sa??de no Brasil, sejam eles p??blicos ou privados, fez-se um breve relato sobre o que ?? o Sistema ??nico de Sa??de - SUS e os planos de sa??de privados, bem como o relacionamento desses sistemas com os hospitais privados filantr??picos. Em seguida procurou-se buscar um referencial te??rico de alguns autores, na linha da administra????o estrat??gica, que fosse poss??vel fundamentar o estudo de caso. Atrav??s de uma institui????o hospitalar privada filantr??pica especializada em oncologia, realizou-se um levantamento de dados produtivos e financeiros, no per??odo de 1996 a 2000, com a finalidade de comprovar o referencial te??rico. Diante disso, foi constatado que um hospital privado filantr??pico, inserido no Sistema ??nico de Sa??de - SUS, re??ne condi????es para um desempenho econ??mico financeiro aceit??vel, desde que se utilize de estrat??gias competitivas.

The organization A has experienced increasing about seven hundred percent in yours business. / O objetivo deste estudo ?? verificar a estrutura organizacional em uma empresa que utiliza a estrat??gia focada no cliente, levantar os fatores que sofrem influ??ncia devido ??s mudan??as realizadas a partir das solicita????es dos clientes. Para verificar os objetivos propostos utilizou-se a metodologia do estudo de caso, em uma organiza????o de m??dio porte, situada em Valinhos, interior do Estado de S??o Paulo, fundada em 1996. Para valida????o do estudo, foi realizada uma pesquisa em uma organiza????o cliente da mesma. Na vis??o da organiza????o, o atendimento focado no cliente possibilita a aproxima????o junto aos clientes e a identifica????o de novos neg??cios antes dos concorrentes. Constatou-se que, a organiza????o cliente n??o percebe que suas mudan??as podem afetar a estrutura das organiza????es que utilizam a estrat??gia de foco. Conclui-se que a organiza????o em estudo sofreu altera????es importantes para atender as necessidades dos clientes, num per??odo de sete anos, passou de pequeno porte para m??dio porte, apresentando um crescimento de setecentos por cento em seu faturamento.

For market pressures, it has changed its pragmatic charity content to a business content. The market forces which are composed by suppliers, medical and nursery professionals, medical and hospital bill payers which are the Health Insurance Companies, the technological development of medical equipment and the patients who claim for better service quality have demanded from hospital administrators a higher qualified and professional management, i.e., a reformulation of its management concepts. The current scenery of hospitals, represents a great challenge. The segment faces economical and financial difficulties, originated from many factors, such as, a politics of prices without domain of costs affecting the profit, low productivity affecting efficiency levels, qualified professionals lacking business vision to supply the needs of the hospitals, and, mainly with low adherence to the planning instruments and control, that can propitiate the managers the exercise of managerial practical best and optimized decisions. In this context, for contributing with this segment that represents important paper in the economy and society, is this dissertation was developed, it has as goals the structuring of the organ controllership to exercise a certain group of functions and the proposition of a model of applicable information to the hospital activity, to serve as support to the administration and consequently to overcome current difficulties. / O segmento hospitalar vem passando por uma reformula????o nos seus conceitos de gest??o. With the constant increase of the market requirements, the planning of its activities is each more common time to all the organizations, of short, medium and long run. This if becomes essential so that the organizations can reach its objectives with bigger level of competitiveness. The planning lack has led great numbers of companies to lock up its activities in precocious way. The majority of the managers of companies who had had its locked up activities, it points as the main consequence of this precocious closing of its activities, the planning lack. The companies of countable services are the only assessorship that the majority of the organizations can contract or contracts at the beginning of its activities. From there the center problem appears of the research that is, to know if the companies of countable services of the city of S??o Paulo they possess capacity technique to assist the process of strategical planning of its customers. The work consisted of constructing a theoretical recital on strategical planning and companies of countable services that were capable to give I subsidize through the identification of a set of abilities necessary to assist the process of strategical planning of an organization. After this stage was constructed a script to analyze these abilities in the searched companies. Contacts with 82 companies with headquarters in the city of S??o Paulo had been made, of which 40 had agreed to participate of the research. After it collects and analysis of the data supplied for these companies, one evidenced that the companies research possess 70% of the abilities raised in this study, however the study it did not obtain to trace a dependence relation enters these abilities presented for the searched companies and the related variable in the study. The statistical tests had presented little significance in the presented relations of dependence. One also perceives that the companies of countable services although to have capacity technique to assist the process of strategically planning of its customers, in its majority they are rare or never called to participate of this process, as results of item 4.4.6 and 4.4.8 of this study. / Resumo: Estudo sobre empresas de servi??os cont??beis da cidade de S??o Paulo, que apresenta uma an??lise da capacidade t??cnica que as mesmas possuem para assessorar o processo de planejamento estrat??gico de seus clientes. Com o constante aumento das exig??ncias de mercado ?? cada vez mais comum a todas as organiza????es o planejamento de suas atividades, de curto, m??dio e longo prazo. Isso se torna imprescind??vel para que as organiza????es possam alcan??ar seus objetivos com maior n??vel de competitividade. A falta de planejamento tem levado grande numero de empresas a encerrarem suas atividades de maneira precoce. A maioria dos gestores de empresas que tiveram suas atividades encerradas, aponta como a principal conseq????ncia deste encerramento precoce de suas atividades, a falta de planejamento. As empresas de servi??os cont??beis ?? a ??nica assessoria que a maioria das organiza????es pode contratar ou contrata no inicio de suas atividades. Da?? surge o problema central da pesquisa que ??, saber se as empresas de servi??os cont??beis da cidade de S??o Paulo possuem capacidade t??cnica para assessorar o processo de planejamento estrat??gico de seus clientes. O trabalho consistiu em construir uma fundamenta????o te??rica sobre planejamento estrat??gico e empresas de servi??os cont??beis que fosse capaz de dar subsidio atrav??s da identifica????o de um conjunto de compet??ncias necess??rias para assessorar o processo de planejamento estrat??gico de uma organiza????o. Ap??s esta etapa foi constru??do um roteiro para an??lisar estas compet??ncias nas empresas pesquisadas. Foram feitos contatos com 82 empresas com sede social na cidade de S??o Paulo, das quais 40 concordaram em participar da pesquisa. Ap??s coleta e an??lise dos dados fornecidos por estas empresas, constatou-se que as empresas pesquisas possuem 70% das compet??ncias levantadas neste estudo, por??m o estudo n??o conseguiu tra??ar uma rela????o de depend??ncia entre estas compet??ncias apresentadas pelas empresas pesquisadas e as vari??veis relacionadas no estudo. Os testes estat??sticos apresentaram pouca signific??ncia nas rela????es de depend??ncia apresentadas. Percebe-se tamb??m que as empresas de servi??os cont??beis apesar de ter capacidade t??cnica de assessorar o processo de planejamento estrat??gico de seus clientes, em sua maioria s??o raramente ou nunca chamadas a participar deste processo, conforme resultados do item 4.4.6 e 4.4.8 deste estudo.

The purpose of this study is to investigate if the Brazilian enterprises that reached the highest rates of work satisfaction, demonstrated by theirs employees and expressed by their organizational climate, have also demonstrated the best indicators of financial performance. In order to accomplish this purpose, a research was made about the financial indicators of the enterprises that have presented the highest indices of organizational climate in the years of 2004, 2005 and 2006 and were classified by the Guide VOC?? S/A - EXAME, published by EDITORA ABRIL. This research has only included the enterprises that are mentioned in that magazine list as well as in the list "Melhores e Maiores da Revista EXAME", which present the best and the biggest Brazilian enterprises, according to this magazine. In this context, forty enterprises were selected from which twenty were classified by the Guide VOC?? S/A-EXAME, being among the first ten enterprises in the years 2004, 2005 e 2006 and they were compared with twenty other enterprises which were part of that guide. An study was done to determine if the enterprise participation in that magazine list, showing a high value index would result in a better financial performance. For this purpose, the following indicators were used: Rate of Return on Total Assets, Return on Equity, Net Margin, Operating Margin, Sales Growth, Asset Turnover and the Active Sales per Employee. These index values were obtained from the database " Melhores e Maiores da FIPECAFI". The statistical tests of Shapiro Wilks were applied firstly. Afterwards, the Mann-Whitney??s or the test "t" and the multidimensional scaling were also applied. Then it was concluded that there was no strong relationship between the organizational climate and the financial performance / As empresas com fins lucrativos e que atuam em um segmento competitivo tiveram, ao longo dos ??ltimos anos, uma grande evolu????o, impulsionada por condi????es econ??micas nacionais e internacionais, avan??os tecnol??gicos e exig??ncias de um mercado cada vez mais din??mico. Neste contexto, este estudo teve por objetivo investigar como as organiza????es cont??beis do munic??pio de S??o Paulo est??o utilizando o planejamento estrat??gico na sua gest??o. O estudo fundamenta-se atrav??s de uma revis??o bibliogr??fica sobre as caracter??sticas das organiza????es cont??beis, bem como sobre os conceitos que norteiam o processo de planejamento estrat??gico. Para atingir este objetivo, foi realizada uma pesquisa explorat??ria quantitativa, junto ??s organiza????es cont??beis do munic??pio pesquisado. Para a coleta de dados, foi elaborado e utilizado como instrumento de pesquisa um question??rio com 50 quest??es. O crit??rio de amostragem foi por conveni??ncia, utilizando-se para an??lise a estat??stica descritiva e ferramentas n??o-param??tricas com o aux??lio do software SPSS. Em complemento a esta pesquisa quantitativa, foi realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa com base em entrevistas estruturadas, utilizando-se a an??lise de conte??do para a classifica????o das categorias semelhantes. Os resultados obtidos de ambas as pesquisas revelaram que a maioria das empresas pesquisadas entende a import??ncia do planejamento estrat??gico e t??m uma percep????o positiva das raz??es, benef??cios e vantagens gerados pela sua utiliza????o, contudo n??o o v??m praticando. A pesquisa quantitativa tamb??m demonstrou outro lado positivo: apesar de 98% das empresas n??o estarem praticando o planejamento estrat??gico no momento, 92% t??m a inten????o de coloc??-lo em pr??tica, o que pode alterar a constata????o, j?? verificada em outras pesquisas, de que as organiza????es cont??beis pouco contribuem ao apoio gerencial utilizado no processo decis??rio dos seus clientes.

Therefore, BBRT considers organizations are searching for a new easily elaborated tool able to provide the enterprises with aggregated value. Replacing a management model that makes use of budgets, BBRT, a budgeting evolution originated in the beginning of the 20th century, introduces a new way to manage organizations. Thus, this study analyzes Beyond Budgeting, a new management model examining the behavioral aspect. As reported by its researches, this new model assures substantial profits and has advantage over the competition due to innovative management techniques. Beyond Budgeting focuses on the fact that enterprises are to start applying flexible processes and to go through radical decentralization, also called radical devolution or empowerment. Accordingly, this study focuses on showing the principles of Beyond Budgeting, which is a model for the present times as stated by its researchers once enterprises currently need a management model providing speed, agility and adaptability to the decision-making process. The Beyond Budgeting conception is originated with this approach and it aims at discontinuing the centralized budgeting management model and adopting a new model offering potential benefits, introducing new processes which support the strategy, and increasing the values of both clients and shareholders by means of coherent decisions as well as to management improving competitiveness. This new model is neither thoroughly known nor integrated to the everyday activities or enterprises in Brazil yet applied by many companies in various countries throughout Europe, North America and a part of Oceania. Due to the approach adopted for the subject, a bibliographic study providing theoretical support and an empirical research on the study case of Sadia S/A, a worldwide-renowned Brazilian enterprise applying the budgeting management model, have been elaborated. Therefore, this study comprises a research seeking evidence among Sadia S/A's businessmen with the intention to consider whether it is inclined and able to adopt the principles of the new management model being studied. The BBRT research tool, including the analysis criteria to validate the hypothesis, was used in and wholly applied to the enterprise. / Este estudo baseia-se nas pesquisas do Beyond Budgeting Round Table - BBRT, que afirma que os or??amentos ap??iam propostas que predizem contratos de desempenhos e objetivos fixados, comando e controle, cujo benef??cio ?? ilus??rio em uma gest??o centralizada. Furthermore, in recent years, we noticed too it was realizedthat the way users communicate is changing. If the device before telephone was used for communication between two people simultaneously, currently the communication has to be net worked between people, services and "things". Like this the cell has acquired a function of connecting people to people, people services and business people. In this context, the aim of this study was to describe the possible future scenarios from 2015 to 2020for mobile telephony in Brazil and the impact on profitability of the sector. The primary data for the study were collected through interviews with professionals of vast experience and the secondary data through exploratory and literature searches. The methodology used to identify trends and uncertainties variables was intuitive and logical, through morphological analysis, the variables were correlated so that we obtained our possible scenarios, called: Scenario 1- Deceleration: characterized by the growth of data traffic but no increase profitability; Scenario 2-Morethan Expected: characterized by the growth of data traffic, increase in data Arpu, but would not increase the profitability of the sector; Scenario 3-Dream Consumption: characterized by grow thin data traffic and profitability, as the industry would have a change in the business model; and finally we Scenario 4-Continuity: by traffic growth, continued investment and profitability by controlling expenditure.With the possible scenarios mapped, it was observed that the mobile phone will continue to develop, fueled by the growth of data traffic, however, profitability does not necessarily accompany this pace. For profitability companies the growth of data traffic, identified the need to review the business model, so that the phone companies can capture new revenue generated by this type of traffic (data-services /applications). / O setor de telefonia m??vel est?? em constante transforma????o devido ao avan??o tecnol??gico e,nas ??ltimas d??cadas, percebeu-seum crescimento em n??mero de usu??rios bastante expressivo. Se antes o aparelho de telefone era utilizado para uma comunica????o entre duas pessoas, atualmente passou a ser em rede, entre pessoas, servi??os e "coisas". Com isso, o celular adquiriu fun????o de ligar pessoas a pessoas, pessoas a servi??os e pessoas a neg??cios. Nesse contexto, o objetivo deste trabalho foi descrever os poss??veis cen??rios prospectivos de 2015 a 2020 para a telefonia m??vel no Brasil e o impactona rentabilidade do setor.Os dados prim??rios para a pesquisa foram colhidos em entrevistas com profissionais de vasta experi??ncia e os dados secund??rios por meio de pesquisas explorat??rias e bibliogr??ficas. The practice here presented is specifically structured through a non-directive work of career consulting as it is not a part of a pre-established program. The data meetings were built through the relationship between researcher and participants. The meetings were settled once a week, for ninety minutes each, totalizing five meetings. The group was facilitated by the researcher-psychologist, with another psychologist as co-facilitator. The data acquired in this study for analyzes were the felt sense reports written by the participants and the narratives of experiences written by the researcher in each meeting. In conclusion, the non-directive career consulting is a practice that allows the increase of self-knowledge, extending the potential of personal choices in this matter. / Este trabalho pretendeu fazer um estudo explorat?rio do potencial do grupo fenomenol?gico em rela??o ? escolha profissional, descrevendo e compreendendo como se apresenta a experi?ncia e os sentimentos de adolescentes frente ? etapa de vida em que se espera que escolham uma faculdade. Especificamente a pr?tica aqui apresentada se estrutura atrav?s de um trabalho n?o-diretivo de orienta??o profissional por n?o partir de um programa de pr?-estabelecido. Os encontros foram constru?dos na rela??o entre a pesquisadora e os participantes. Foram realizadas cinco sess?es de noventa minutos com o grupo, uma vez por semana. O grupo foi facilitado pela psic?loga-pesquisadora, auxiliada por outra psic?loga. Os registros para a an?lise foram as Vers?es de Sentido escritas pelas integrantes do grupo e os relatos das ocorr?ncias de cada encontro escritos pela pesquisadora. Concluise que o processo de orienta??o profissional n?o- diretivo ? uma pr?tica que permite a amplia??o do autoconhecimento, aumentando o potencial de escolhas pessoais.

A growth group is the space provided for promotion of personal development in which participants can reflect and discuss issues related to everyday experiences according to the psychological point of view. It s important to highlight that this research had a qualitative approach and a theoretical humanist grounding. The study included three groups of Catholic pre-seminarians during the years 2006, 2007 and 2008. The performance of the groups was inspired by the seven steps proposed by Amatuzzi. For data collection were used felt meaning expressions, notes in field diaries and a questionnaire assessing the work completed by the participants. Data analysis was based on the following steps: 1) narrative describing the process for each group based on information from field diaries, felt meaning expressions and evaluation questionnaire, 2) search of the essential elements experienced in each group report concerning personal and educational development, 3) understanding of the meaning of the growth teamwork for the psychological development of pre-seminarians and the contribution of this work to the process of priestly formation. The research result showed that the work of the growth group has made contributions to the participants in relation to psychological and educational development, as it offered new assignments of meanings to different areas of psychological and educational process. We conclude that the practice of the growth group mobilized participants in some aspects such as greater contact with their motivations for entering the seminary, reflections on their stories of life and its relation with the choice of the priesthood, deepening the meaning of religious/ sacerdotal life, finding new ways to understand what it means to live in community and new mechanisms to deal with external pressures and expectations from the training as well as new meanings that were attributed to academic difficulties. / Partindo do pressuposto de que o trabalho com grupos de crescimento poderia contribuir para a forma??o de sacerdotes, esta pesquisa teve como objetivo descrever e compreender o processo de desenvolvimento psicol?gico e formativo de pr?seminaristas cat?licos com a pr?tica do grupo de crescimento. Entende-se por grupo de crescimento um espa?o destinado ? promo??o de desenvolvimento pessoal no qual os participantes podem refletir e discutir sobre quest?es relacionadas ?s viv?ncias cotidianas dentro do prisma psicol?gico. ? importante destacar que esta pesquisa teve um enfoque qualitativo e uma fundamenta??o te?rica humanista. Participaram do estudo tr?s grupos de pr?-seminaristas cat?licos durante os anos de 2006, 2007 e 2008. A realiza??o dos grupos inspirou-se nos sete passos propostos por Amatuzzi. O resultado desta pesquisa revelou que o trabalho de grupo de crescimento trouxe contribui??es para os participantes no que se refere ao desenvolvimento psicol?gico e formativo na medida em que este proporcionou novas atribui??es de significados a diversas ?reas do processo formativo e psicol?gico. As a psychopathogy teacher on psychology, the analysis of the texts written by the students had provided the acess to this experiment. This study, however, had chracterized as a documented qualitative research with the help of a participant researcher.The data were obtained through these texts which described about a theme on psychopathology, based on both, a direct and indirect experience. From a scientific frame for the preparation of the paper, the student developed the report in a free choice process of the theme and its apex, experience, approach and references. It was analysed the reports of three diferent groups of students who were attending the classes on psychopathology subject during the previous years of 1999, 2000 and 2002. The descreptive analysis of the texts set and the content analysis of seven (7) of them, selected at random, which were performed having as a conceptual basement the psycoanalitic constructs.The results had shown that the psychic and social culture representations of the student, before the psychopatology object, had influenced her thinking capacity triggering a strong emotional experience, where the writing considered as a transitional space and as an author s space and a creative appropriation had facilitated the learning teaching process and it had revealed that the perception of the psychopatolic object had occurred in two levels: one quite superficial, characterized by a defensive and not associated shape, which had given advantage once to a cognitive sphere and afterwards an emotional sphere and another quite deeper, chracterized by an integrated way of the construction of the knowledge. It was considered as a creative appropriation, then, this second level of perception which had posed the student as an author of these sense searching. / Com graduandos do Curso de Forma??o de Psic?logos que cursam a disciplina psicopatologia o objetivo desse estudo foi identificar e discutir as suas representa??es ps?quicas e s?cio-culturais do objeto psicopatol?gico e a vincula??o destas com a capacidade de pensar e investigar a apreens?o do objeto psicopatol?gico na constru??o do conhecimento em psicopatologia. O acesso a essa experi?ncia foi a partir do lugar de docente analisando textos escritos pelos alunos na disciplina psicopatologia no curso de psicologia. Este estudo portanto, caracteriza-se como uma pesquisa documental com pesquisador participante. Os dados foram obtidos atrav?s de textos escritos pelos alunos sobre um tema de psicopatologia, baseado em uma experi?ncia direta ou indireta.A partir de um enquadre cient?fico para elabora??o de artigo, o aluno desenvolveu o texto num processo de livre escolha do tema, pessoa focalizada, experi?ncia, , abordagem e refer?ncias. Foram usados os textos produzidos por um grupo de alunos de tr?s classes diferentes que cursaram a disciplina no ano de 1999, 2000 e 2002. Foram realizadas uma an?lise descritiva do conjunto de textos e an?lise de conte?do de sete textos selecionados aleatoriamente..As an?lises realizadas seguiram os pressupostos da pesquisa qualitativa , tendo como base conceitual os constructos psicanal?ticos. Os resultados apontam que as representa??es ps?quicas e s?cio-culturais do aluno diante do objeto psicopatol?gico influenciam a sua capacidade de pensar desencadeando uma experi?ncia emocional intensa onde a escrita, considerada como um espa?o transicional, favoreceu o processo de ensino aprendizagem e revelou que a apreens?o do objeto psicopatol?gico ocorreu em dois n?veis: um n?vel mais superficial caracterizado por uma forma defensiva ou dissociada que privilegiou ou a esfera cognitiva ou a emocional e um n?vel mais profundo caracterizado por uma forma integrada de constru??o do conhecimento que aliou a experi?ncia emocional e a esfera cognitiva como forma de aproxima??o, apreens?o e comunica??o do objeto psicopatol?gico.
