Víceúčelový objekt v Opavě / The Multipurpose Building in Opava

Gross, Petr January 2017 (has links)
The subject of this diploma thesis is the processing of design documentation for realization of the new-build multipurpose building in Opava. The building is designed on the grounds of a former dairy in the Krnovská street where the demolition of obsolete buildings passed off recently. Now are these areas designed to build up again. Designed object will function as a multipurpose building with the operation of a restaurant on the 1st floor, office spaces on the 2nd floor and dwelling units on the 3rd floor. Part of the first floor is a mass garage primarily intended for residents of dwelling units with a total of 9 parking places. It is designed eight dwelling units in total of which six are one-room flats and two are four-room flats. Plan shape of the building is rectangular. The londbearing structure of the building is a reinforced concrete prefabricated precast concrete frame founded on cast-in-place concreted pads. Infill walls are clay brick. The building is roofed with warm flat roof. Dominant features of the building are large glass areas in all floors, metal ventilated facade and loggias of dwelling units. The drawings are processed in AutoCAD programme.

Kunskapsfabriken / The Factory of Knowledge

Bergman, Malin January 2016 (has links)
”Every individual carries a collection of knowledge. What if you could create a space where everyone could open the doors to their own little depository? A space where every individual is seen as an opportunity. An opportunity to learn more. A resource in the Factory of Knowledge.” The Factory of Knowledge opens its doors and welcomes the people of the city. As a part of central Sundbyberg it acts as a center for non-formal education where creativity, creation and community are the focal points. The sharing of knowledge, practical knowledge and the belief in every individual as an opportunity to learn more permeates the project. The Factory of Knowledge actively strives towards integration and makes space for ”Swedish for Immigrants”-education. The traditional language pedagogy can therefore becombined with a program for practical learning where language is not a necessity. Where our body and above all our hands become the most important tool for learning.

Both plats are parts of cadastral area of Kopřivnice. There are all needed engineering networks nearby. Object is divided on three functional parts, which are operationally and constructionally connected. First part is exhibition and representative hall, with capacity of 11 exhibited vehicles. Second part is formed by administrative facilities for staff including sanitary facilities for both staff and visitors. Third part is service for personal and light commercial vehicles with three working stations. Construction is designed partially reinforced concrete columnar structural system and partially of brick longitudinal structural system. The biggest plan dimension of building is 34.3x35.15m. The cladding is designed of sandwich blocks LIVETHERM tl.400mm. Roof of building accross the surface is flat roof with several height levels. This object is located in the quiet southeastern part of Frydlant with city views and easy access to the nearby sports facilities. It is an object of part two storey and a basement. The building is set into the sloping terrain, so the underground floor extends on to the ground. The building is based on foundation walls and footings that are made of reinforced concrete. Load-bearing walls of the underground floors are designed as reinforced concrete. Ceiling structure of the building is made as reinforced concrete beam ceiling and in other structure parts as a crosswise reinforced concrete plate. Perimeter bearing walls and two floors, are designed from the acoustic sand-lime bricks Silk. External walls are warmed by a contact insulation system. Flat single shell roof was chosen over part of the restaurant. Double-layer roof with a supporting truss structures above the main part of the building. The building is divided into functional parts. Accommodation capacities are mostly on the second floor. On the ground floor there is a restaurant with a kitchen and space for staff. Obecní úřad s mateřskou školou / Municipal authority with nursery school

Müller, David January 2022 (has links)
The subject of my diploma thesis is a new-building of a municipal authority with a nursery school in Obora near Boskovice. The objects are statically and operationally separated from each other, but they formo ne unit. The building is located on the corner of the village in a flat terrain and thus forms the dominant feature of the village and a landmark. The target of the design was to create a building that will harmoniously connect to the surrounding buildings, public spaces and the school garden. The municipal authority has a rectangular floor plan, two-storey, basement, covered with a sloping roof, the building has a designed elevator. In the basement there are cellars of local associations, on the ground floor there is information center, a municipal library and on the first floor there is a municipal office with a registry office and a ceremonial hall. The attic can be used in the future for municipal apartments for rent. An official board with a public space is designed ahead of the municipal office. A photovoltaic power plant will be located on the roof of the municipal office. The nursery school has a trapezoidal floor plan, ground floor, no basement, covered with a vegetated flat roof. In the nursery school there is a children's day room with a storage room, storage of mattresses, teaching aids, food preparation, technical and hygienic facilities. The structural systém of both objects is longitudinal, wall. The underground part of the municipal office is designed in a white concrete tub system. The vertical load-bearing constructions are made from cut ceramic blocks. The horizontal constructions in the municipal office are monolithic, ferroconcrete, and in the nursery school they are prefabricated, ferroconcrete. The project was made in AutoCad software application, 3D model in 3D modelling computer program SketchUp.

Libřický, Zdeněk January 2018 (has links)
The final thesis is focused on the design and elaboration of the project documentation of the sports and relaxation center. The proposed building is located in the south-eastern part of the town of Hradec Králové, in a location supposed for buildings and areas of sports and relaxation use. It is a three-storey building with a flat roof and partial basement. The construction system is wall-mounted with a combination of skeleton. The building is based on plain concrete and reinforced concrete foundation footing. The peripheral, supporting and partition walls are designed from ceramic blocks POROTHERM. The inner load-bearing elements consist mainly of reinforced concrete columns. The ceiling structure is designed from reinforced concrete slabs supported locally. The perimeter walls of the first overground floor and part of the perimeter walls of the basement are insulated by an external contact thermal insulation system. The thermal insulation of the perimeter walls of the second floor is designed by means of a ventilated facade with facade tiles except the squash courts and the relaxation area.
