O presente estudo teve como objetivo verificar, a partir das relações de poder dentro do CRIAAD de Duque de Caxias e das possíveis influências que os jovens recebem por sua relação com o do tráfico de drogas, quais são as categorias de identificação presentes na formação identitária dos adolescentes que cumprem medidas socioeducativas no DEGASE. A geração de dados se fez por ocasião de grupos focais com dois segmentos de adolescentes, o primeiro com idade de 17 a 19 anos; o segundo com adolescentes de 14 a 16 anos. Foram realizados dois grupos focais, além de entrevistas com técnicos do CRIAAD. Todo o processo de coleta de dados foi devidamente autorizado pelo Juizado da Infância e do Idoso de Duque de Caxias e pela Escola de Gestão Socioeducativa Paulo Freire. Este estudo apoiou-se principalmente na Análise do Discurso da Linha Francesa, proposta por Michel Pêcheux, além dos estudos sobre as instituições de atendimento ao adolescente em conflito com a lei, conforme Altoé, o estudo sobre as prisões e as relações de poder, conforme Foucault e uma parte histórica sobre o surgimento do Comando Vermelho, de acordo com Carlos Amorim e o estudo sobre o slogan, de acordo com Olivier Reboul. A pesquisa constatou que há um discurso de resistência por parte dos adolescentes, utilizando-se a categoria de silêncio, e o discurso de silenciamento por parte dos profissionais que atuam com as medidas sócio-educativas, de acordo com Orlandi . Tais aspectos conferem as instâncias sócio-educativas uma relação de poder que não se apagou, mesmo com as mudanças no sistema de atendimento à criança e ao adolescente. / This study aimed to verify, through the power relations within the CRIAAD Duque de Caxias and the influences the relationship with the drug trade may exert over young people, what are the categories of identification present in the identity formation of the adolescents who imposed socioeducational measures in DEGASE. Data was collected through focus groups with two segments of adolescents, the first aged 17-19 years, the second with adolescents aged 14-16 years. Besides the research with the two focus groups, interviews with technicians from CRIAAD were also conducted. The whole process of data collection was authorized by the Juvenile Court for Children and the Elderly in Duque de Caxias and the Paulo Freire Socio-educational Management School. This study primarily relied on the French Discourse analysis style, proposed by Michel Pêcheux, in addition to Altoe's studies on institutions that care for adolescents in conflict with the law, Foucault's study of prisons and power relations, Carlos Amorim's historical part of the emergence of Comando Vermelho and the study on the slogan, by Olivier Reboul. The survey found that there is a discourse of resistance among the adolescents, who use the category of silence, and there is a silent speech from the professionals who deal with the socioeducational measures, according to Orlandi. Such aspects give the Socioeducational instances a power relationship that has not vanished, even with the changes introduced to the system of assistance for children and adolescents

"Den finska erfarenheten värker" : En studie om hur samhälleliga faktorer påverkar sverigefinnars relation till sin etniska identitet / "The Finnish Experience Aches" : A study of how social factors affect the Sweden-Finns' attitudes towards their ethnic identity

Sverigefinnar är en av Sveriges nationella minoritetsgrupper. Under en lång historisk period har de varit föremål för diskriminering och assimilering, men de senaste åren har deras status höjts och de har idag särskilda lagstadgade rättigheter. Syftet med uppsatsen var att undersöka hur samhälleliga faktorer påverkar sverigefinnars relation till sin etniska bakgrund och hur det har påverkat deras identitetsprocess. För att analysera detta användes Goffmans teorier om stigma. Metoden som valts för denna uppsats är en tematisk innehållsanalys av tre delvis självbiografiska böcker. En av böckerna är en antologi och totalt har tio texter skrivna av sverigefinnar analyserats. Studiens resultat visar att Sverigefinnarna betraktades som avvikande grupp under deras barndom. Det medförde att de kände skam över sin sverigefinska identitet och bidrog till en upplevelse av att deras etniska identitet är mindre värd. Det var även vanligt att många försökt att dölja sin finska bakgrund för att kunna passera som svensk och betraktas som normal. Resultatet visar även att klasstillhörigheten och det finska språket påverkat deras relation till sin etniska identitet. Idag, när de samhälleliga faktorerna och synen på sverigefinnar förändrats, hade skamkänslorna över den sverigefinska identiteten i större utsträckning bytts ut mot stolthet. Men erfarenheterna från barndomen hade trots det en stor påverkan på deras relation till sin etniska identitet, och en komplicerad relation till den etniska identiteten var fortfarande närvarande. / The Sweden-Finns is one of the national minority groups. Sweden-Finns have been subjected to discrimination and assimilation in Sweden for a long period, but during the latest years their status have been raised and today they have statutory rights. The aim of this essay was, by using Goffmans theories about Stigma, to examine how social factors have affected the Sweden-Finns attitude towards their ethnic identity and which influence these factors had on their identity process. The method chosen for this study was a qualitative approach and a thematic analysis of three partly autobiographical books written by Sweden-Finns. Since one of the books is an anthology, a total of ten authors texts have been used. The result showed that the Sweden-Finns have been viewed as strangers during their childhood. It led to shame over their ethnic identity, and it was common to try to hide the Swedish-Finnish identity so that they would be viewed as normal. The social factors also led to a feeling that they had less dignity because of their ethnic identity. Their economical class identity and the Finnish language was also linked to feeling about being different. Today, when the status of Sweden-Finns has improved, the feeling of shame over the ethnic identity was lower and feelings of pride were more common. But the social factors during their childhood have had a big impact of their identity process, and an ambivalent feeling towards their ethnic identity was still present.

Notre présence de 1990 à 2010 en qualité d’éducateur spécialisé sur Beaubreuil, quartier de la ville de Limoges, Haute-Vienne, nous a permis d’accompagner, d’observer et de prendre part pendant plus de vingt années aux processus migratoires vietnamiens. Durant tout ce temps nous avons pu constater d’un point de vue psychologique que les ruptures consécutives à l’exil, puis au choc culturel né du contact avec la société d’accueil, ont fait surgir chez les individus des problématiques complexes, notamment identitaires. Dans l’exil, pour faire face aux risques psychosociaux provoqués par l’instabilité de leur structure psychique et de leur système culturel, les vietnamiens ont investi l’espace public et l’espace privé proposés par la culture d’accueil. Ces démarches, multiples, leur ont permis dans le réaménagement de ces espaces, de retrouver, de recréer, les éléments perçus par eux comme fondamentaux de leur culture d’origine, nécessaires et indispensables au travail de rééquilibrage psychique. En France, l’injonction culturelle vietnamienne d’élaboration d’autels religieux au sein de leurs habitations a conduit les personnes à réinterpréter, au sein de dynamiques subjectives, la question des différentes composantes de leur identité, personnelle et sociale, culturelle et religieuse. Les interactions entre l’injonction de la culture d’origine et l’espace proposé par la culture d’accueil ont conduit les sujets à engager des transformations, des modifications dans l’élaboration de leurs autels religieux. En ce sens ces élaborations rendent compte et constituent des analyseurs particulièrement pertinents des processus d’interculturation. / Our presence from 1990 to 2010 as a social worker in Beaubreuil, district of the city of Limoges, Haute-Vienne, allowed us to support, observe and take part for over twenty years in the Vietnamese migration processes. All this time, we noted from a psychological perspective, that ruptures, resulting from the exile, then from the culture shock, were born by contacts with the host society, have given rise to individuals, complex problems including identity ones. In exile, to face the psychosocial risks caused by the instability of their psychic structure and their cultural system, the Vietnamese have invested public and private areas offered by the host culture. These approaches, multiple, allowed them in the redevelopment of these areas, to find, to recreate the elements perceived by them as fundamental in their native culture, necessary and essential to their work of psychic restructuring. In France, the cultural injunction of religious altars development in the private sphere has led them to reinterpret in a subjective way the question of the different components of their identity personal and social, cultural and religious The interactions between the native culture injunction and the space proposed by the host culture has engaged transformations, changes in the elaboration of religious altars. In that way, they are reflecting and are forming analyzers, particularly relevant to us, the intercultural exchange process.
