Alguns aspectos do conceito winnicottiano de neurose

Firstly, I concentrate this study on Freud s concept of neurosis, clarifying his clinical and meta-psychoanalytical data throughout his work, to show afterwards, a new form of conceiving the neuroses inside the human maturational process. Explaining the human development without the support of the drive theory, Winnicott points to the good-enough care as something that guarantees a complete development of infantile levels, which is the basis for thinking about the possibility of a neurosis manifestation. There is a corporal way of the instinctive excitements, that will be only integrated at the moment this instinctuality makes any personal sense in the concerning stage. In this sense, the pre genital, phallic and genital organizations will be reconsidered according to the new frame. In this study, I expose that the etiology of neuroses, according to Winnicott, is located in a determined moment of the maturational process, i.e. the moment in which the triangular relationships are already possible with whole people. I make use of fragments from clinical cases attended by Winnicott to illustrate such considerations. Nevertheless, the neurotic disturbance can happen associated with other disturbances, or even to an anti social tendency that brings the notion of a clinical frame in which the neurosis doesn t appear in its pure form. Using Winnicott s frame of castration defenses, I point out to the differences between the regression of neurosis and the regressions related to the concern stage. Finally, I retake the differences between the concept of neurosis in Freud and Winnicott that happen as a consequence of a paradigmatic change in the patterns proposed by Thomas S. Kuhn. Neste sentido, as organizações pré-genital, fálica e genital serão reconsideradas a partir desse novo quadro.

Klinisk hypnos inom familje- och parterapi : En explorativ studie / Clinical hypnosis within family and couples therapy : An explorative study

Lundmark, Inger January 2014 (has links)
Frågeställningar: I vilken omfattning används hypnos? När? Av vilka anledningar, samt hur? Metod: Kvalitativ, explorativ. / Purpose: To increase knowledge on clinical hypnosis within the context of family/couples therapy. Questions: To what extent is hypnosis utilized? When? For what reasons, and how? Method: Qualitative, explorative. 10 interviews were made. Results: Insight is given in systemic hypnotherapy, which could form a preliminary to further research. Scope: Hypnosis is used in 0 - 100% of cases, most common in 40 - 50 %. When: For depression, anxiety, affective-, communication-, sex & relationshipproblems, with dissociative clients, trauma, eating disorders, clients with autistic traits or bodily symtoms; pain, gastrointestinal problems, high blood pressure. Hypnosis is especially rewarding when family is affected by the problem. Reasons: Hypnosis is salutogenic, adds tools for interaction and processing that reach nonverbal levels, can give body reactions. Hypnosis is regarded gentle, healing, increasing efficiency. Hypnosis often gives positive, restful experiences, for clients and therapist. Hypnosis facilitates working alone. How: Direct and indirect hypnosis is used, with or without family present, based on the clients needs . The term clinical hypnosis dominates, allthough "visualization, mental image, imaginative exercise, reverie technique etc." appears to not arouse prejudice. Hypnotic techniques are exemplified. Discussion: Method and issues are well fit. The result is supported by earlier research/theories, pointing to news; scope, the importance of the possibility to work in silence, with escorts, reduction of sedatives, selfhypnosis, restfulness for the therapist. Why the method is not further spread, researched is discussed. Scientific studies of hypnosis are requested.

Capllonch, Begoña 04 February 2010 (has links)
Starting from Francis Ponge's work, this PhD thesis argues for the referential plausibility of the poetic language. This assumption has often been contested partly because of the cliché of poetic self-referentiality and partly because the concept of referentiality has had an extremely restricted approach. This thesis suggests that, on the contrary, a poem's capability of becoming a particular and significant configuration does by no means imply a lessening of its representative force. Indeed: if poetry is creation by means of language, everything we judge as poetic stems solely from the idiosyncrasy of verbal expression. Thus, the thesis argues for the referential efficiency of ordinary language to then illustrate the referential efficiency of the poetic. It focuses in particular on the verbum as put forth by Francis Ponge. This author's poetics is best characterized by its persistence in a convinced referentiality, which leads Ponge to address things, and which takes him to sound the depths of words.
