The company doesn’t use any forms of communication mix so far, so the proposals are made for the domestic market and will be used also for the foreign market. The thesis is divided into three parts. Theoretical, analytical and proposal part. The main goal is to design the most effective communication so the company will be better known in the domestic and foreign market.

INTERNET BUSINESS TRANSACTION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL ELEMENT: CONSUMER PROTECTION IN THE EUROPEAN UNION Abstract This thesis focuses on the legal aspects of consumer protection within the European Union when concluding a contract with an international element on the Internet. The motivation for the thesis is to address the new legal challenges which the matter creates. In case of contracts negotiated at a distance, there is no possibility of verification of the contracting party or goods or services themselves. Such situation increases the risk of abuse of the position of the stronger party. Furthermore, the unclear definition of borders in cross-border online purchasing complicates the matter of private international law on jurisdiction and applicable law. This thesis aims to describe and analyse the specific rules for consumer protection on the Internet within the European Union in order to inform stakeholders about the current state of the law in this area. In particular, the thesis deals with three issues: what kind of protection is provided to consumers in cross-border online purchase within the European Union; which court has jurisdiction over a dispute arising from consumer contract with an international element entered into on the Internet; and how the applicable law for these contracts is...

The goal of this dissertation was to conduct an analysis of domain name accounting according to HGB and IFRS, based on generic, qualified and personal domain names and in consideration of the effect of the relationship to brands and websites as related assets on their recognition, measurement and presentation in the balance sheet. In this regard, the focus of interest lied in clarifying the differences and similarities in domain name accounting, between the rather creditor-oriented HGB and the more capital market-oriented IFRS, between the major types of domain names and between theory and practice.

This study deals with processing of web traffic statistics and traffic statistics of systems in general. Statistics allow finding out where the users came from, how much time they spent on the site, in which information were they interested in, and which technical devices were they using to browse the web site. Measured data are stored fore later evaluation by the owner or administrator of the monitored web site. Results are displayed in form of statistics. Gathered information could be used for quality or content improvement in order to the best satisfaction and benefit to the users. By secured areas of the application the attempts for not granted access could be tracked. Those gathered information statistic can be used to increase security of the application or eventually for identification of the attackers.

Analýza využívání internetových sociálních sítí v personálním řízení / Analysis of the Use of Social Network Sites in Personnel Management

The thesis deals with methods of using social networking sites in personnel management. The social networking sites (Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter) and their usable instruments are presented. The attention is focused on the factors that influence their use, such as the labour market situation or the specifics of Generation Y. The possibilities of using social networking sites including benefits and limits of this use are presented in the field of personnel planning, recruitment, selection and development of employees, based on the study of foreign scientific literature. A part of the thesis is a qualitative survey of the use of online social networking sites in personnel management. Methods of using online social networks in the personnel departments of large organizations based in Prague were investigated by using interviews. The common and different features of the use of online social networks in the Czech Republic and abroad arise from the comparison of the results of investigation and findings mentioned in foreign articles.

This thesis deals with contemporary art movement called post internet, its forms and its presentation within the gallery spaces. The emphasis is based on a complex description of its topics, mailny the problems of its presentation, the corporate aestetics, the radical identification and the post human body. The third chapter describes the transfer of the art from the internet into the gallery spaces and its methods. The last part of this text is then devoted to the Czech post internet art scene and to the negative impact of the internet on the sociaty and the art.
