Internship experiences in art museums can help students to compare the theories they have learned in school and the tasks in the real working place. Since the researcher is the supervisor of the interns in Museum of Contemporary Art, Taipei (MOCA), an appropriate internship program should be developed. Therefore, the purposes of this these are to discuss the art museums, interns and school¡¦s attitude toward internship program; to examine the internship program in MOCA; and to provide suggestions to improve internship programs. To achieve these goals, the research conducts a thorough literature review, case interviews and participant observation. MOCA and the other three public art museums are taken as examples to analyze and compare their internship programs. The opinions of MOCA¡¦s interns and the schools¡¦ teachers which cooperated with MOCA are collected. The results show that an internship program has several functions such as education, professional training, museum promotion, and interns can be part of the human resources in art museums. Though art museums provide internship programs to students and schools, they should also plan the programs according to their own characteristics and make the programs flexible to accommodate different situations. As for MOCA, it should strengthen the management of internship, let interns know their assignments and tasks precisely, and keep well communication with students. The thesis raises the following suggestions on internship: 1. Art museums should prepare internship programs to benefit both interns and museums, such as increase intern¡¦s training courses and find out specialties of interns. Furthermore, an internship database should be established in each museum as reference. 2. Interns should learn more about the museums in advance. They should have a positive attitude to learn, and evaluate their tasks and goals frequently during the internship. 3. School and museum should consider themselves as partners to arrange the internship placement properly.

A proposta deste trabalho é apresentar um modelo desenvolvido para um programa de Estágio Integrado Universidade-Empresa, cujo objetivo é o aprimoramento de universitários de modo que estes cheguem ao mercado de trabalho apenas para atenderem suas exigências. Estende-se que, para atender a estas exigências, o profissional deve possuir uma postura condizente com o ambiente de trabalho, ter uma visão holística e sistêmica do mercado de trabalho e da empresa e estar capacitado para adquirir, aplicar e transmitir o conhecimento no ritmo em que elas foram surgindo. A metodologia utilizada para formar este tipo de profissional é baseada em um sistemas dual (cíclico), onde o aprendiz passa períodos na empresa, buscando entendê-la e conhece-la, e tentando descobrir quais são as suas carências e necessidades de formação, e os períodos na Universidade, realizando atividades que supram estas carências e atendam as suas necessidades, desenvolvendo-o, assim, profissionalmente. Entende-se que o desenvolvimento profissional está dividido em duas fases que se complementam: 1) o aperfeiçoamento do conhecimento técnico, realizado através da integração Universidade-Empresa e 2) a realização de um projeto. Para tal, serão apresentados, além de um modelo, os programas de estágio integrado que foram realizados, juntos com a revisão bibliográfica, para dar suporte ao desenvolvimento do Modelo. / This work\' s proposal is to present a model developed to an internship program called \"Internship Program University-Enterprise\", which main objective is the improvement of university students so they end their university courses able to attend the market\'s demands. It\'s understood that, for the new professional to attend these demands, he must have the correct behavior according to his working environment, have a holistic and systemic vision of both the work market and the company and also be able to acquire, apply and transmit the knowledge as it is created. The methodology used to create this professional is based in a dual (cyclic) system, in which the apprentice spends some time inside the company trying to understand its functionalities and trying to discover which are its gaps and needs, and also spends some time inside the university, realizing activities that supply these gaps and attend these needs, developing him professionally. It is understood that professional development is divided in two phase which complement themselves: 1) The perfecting of technical knowledge, carried through the integration University-company and 2) The accomplishment of a project. To do so, will be presented, besides the Model, programs of integrated internship which were already accomplished, with the bibliographic review supporting the de Model\'s development.

In this sense, it is up to the IFAM Internship Program/Center providing quality services to the entire community, fulfilling their goals effectively. However, we observed the absence of a system for evaluating the effectiveness of such program. The the main objective of this research was to develop a model for evaluating the effectiveness of the IFAM Internship Program/Center from the perspective of the student in order to improve the services provided by the program. To collect data a questionnaire was designed with closed and open questions, based on the SERVQUAL model developed by Parasuraman et al, (1985). The research sample consisted of 99 students of technical in-person courses, full time courses as well as PROEJA (Adult courses). The study showed that all dimensions of service quality of the IFAM Internship Program/Center have shown negative gap, thus revealing the need for re-planning actions by the managers of the program, including: interventions of teachers, in order to clarify the main questions of the students about the internship; planning meetings with new trainees, providing practical situations in the IFAM laboratories where the student can learn and experience the challenges of laboring world. In this sense, it is recommended studies be made to hear the opinion of the companies which use the services of IFAM Internship Program / Center for admitting such students. / O estágio tem como finalidade o aprimoramento do aluno através de atividades práticas, em que possa aplicar os ensinamentos adquiridos na escola. Nesse sentido, cabe ao Programa de Estágio do IFAM/Centro prestar serviços com qualidade a toda comunidade, cumprindo seus objetivos de maneira efetiva. Entretanto, foi observada a ausência de um sistema de avaliação da efetividade do referido programa, sendo que o objetivo principal da pesquisa foi desenvolver um modelo de avaliação da efetividade do Programa de Estágio do IFAM/Centro a partir da visão do aluno, a fim de aperfeiçoar os serviços prestados pelo programa. Para a coleta de dados foi elaborado um questionário com questões fechadas e abertas, baseado no modelo Servqual desenvolvido por Parasuraman et al, (1985). A amostra da pesquisa foi constituída por 99 alunos dos cursos técnicos presenciais das modalidades de ensino subsequente, integrado e proeja. O estudo mostrou que todas as dimensões da qualidade dos serviços do Programa de Estágio do IFAM/Centro apresentam gap negativo, revelando assim a necessidade de um replanejamento das ações por parte dos gestores do programa, dentre elas: intervenções de professores, com o intuito de esclarecer as principais dúvidas dos alunos sobre as atividades de estágio; planejamento de reuniões com os novos estagiários; proporcionar situações práticas nos laboratórios do IFAM, onde o aluno possa conhecer e vivenciar os desafios do mundo do trabalho. Neste sentido, recomenda-se que estudos sejam feitos para ouvir a opinião das empresas, as quais utilizam os serviços do Programa de Estágio do IFAM/Centro para admitir tais alunos.

Magister Artium - MA / This study evaluates the extent to which the Environmental Internship Programme has impacted upon graduate employability in the City of Cape Town. Graduate unemployment crisis has been categorized as one of the socio-economic issues affecting the nation of South Africa with graduates struggling to find jobs in the areas which they graduated from. On the other hand, organisations are suffering from a lack of skills in different spheres. In order for this gap to be bridged, human resource development strategies have been put in place for graduates such as; internships, training and learnership programmes. In 2005, the Environmental Resource Management Department (ERMD) launched a programme called the Environmental Internship Programme (EIP) to address the needs of graduates in the environmental management field. The programme is a yearlong internship aimed at bridging the gap between academic learning and the first steps of a professional career. The aim of the ERMD is to create a pool of skilled professionals to be absorbed into the city as well as provincial, national government and the private sector by making the interns better employable by the time they leave the EIP. It is against this background that this study evaluates the impact of the programme on graduate employability. Within the investigation, the researcher looked at the appropriate legislations, and policies that govern a programme of this nature. The study utilizes primary and secondary research information based on interviews and open-ended questionnaires.

À medida que a quantidade de idosos tende a duplicar no mundo até o ano de 2050, no Brasil ela praticamente triplicará. No processo do envelhecimento ocorrem alterações morfofuncionais, que resultam na perda da capacidade funcional e surgimento de comorbidades, Todo ano 650 mil pessoas são inclusas à população de idosos, a maior parte com doenças crônicas e limitações funcionais, que podem ser retardadas através de um estilo de vida ativo e saudável. Essa nova realidade repercute diretamente nas demandas e na necessidade de criação de estratégias que assegurem o direito dos idosos, e principalmente o acesso à saúde e à integralidade do cuidado. Neste contexto, é imprescindível (re)pensar na completude da formação profissional e complementar dos (futuros) profissionais de saúde, para que os mesmos possam atuar de forma interdisciplinar, pensando no indivíduo integralmente. Objetivo e Metodologia: O estudo proposto é uma reflexão teórica sobre o significado do Estágio Curricular Supervisionado na área da saúde para a formação dos discentes, especificamente os determinantes e os elementos constitutivos do processo de trabalho do educador físico na área da saúde. O objetivo do estudo é oferecer conteúdo teórico-conceitual para orientar a ação reflexiva dos discentes, como futuros profissionais e dos profissionais formados que exercem o papel de supervisores de estágios. Resultado: Foi recomendado um Plano de Estágio a ser seguido pelos profissionais nas organizações de Saúde de modo a promover uma ligação entre a construção do conhecimento teórico-prático, subsidiando o ensino nos diversos campos de saber em saúde voltada a pessoa idosa. E foi efetuada uma parceria entre uma Instituição de Ensino Superior e uma Organização Social de Saúde. Esta parceria irá atender os alunos de educação física, viabilizando as experiências dos alunos em relação a grupos especiais. Discussão: Estudos mostram que o conhecimento se constrói a partir da experiência cotidiana, na possibilidade de colocar a teoria em movimento, seja pela mediação da pesquisa, do estágio ou do trabalho. Conclusão: É de fundamental importância a prática que será obtida por meio das experiências vivenciadas no estágio supervisionado, pois ao graduando, inserido em um ambiente relevante a sua futura atuação, é possibilitada a ele oportunidades para observar e analisar tal contexto, para que a partir disso, se crie novas práticas em seu trabalho. 2008年底源自於美國信貸市場的金融風暴席捲全球，影響層面襲擊實體經濟，無論在投資、消費、產出與貿易上都出現驟降的表現，世界經濟遭逢二次大戰以來最嚴重的衰退，勞動市場同樣受到嚴重的打擊，不過，因為年齡、性別、教育程度等條件的差異，不同群體所承受的就業風險也不盡相同。面對百年罕見的經濟危機，青年因先天上存在著缺乏技術、工作經驗、社會網絡、求職知識、經濟支持等劣勢，無疑成為景氣動盪下受衝擊最大的族體。 台灣青年在就業市場上的艱困處境，在金融海嘯的侵襲下更顯艱難。比較經濟危機的發生前後，青年失業率增漲達3.84％，高於全體失業率的漲幅1.94％，而2009年青年的平均失業率是全體平均失業率5.85％的2.48倍。其中值得注意的是，在青年失業者中，大專及以上學歷的人數為15萬1千人、佔55.73％，高居各教育程度之冠。政府為消除金融風暴下大專青年進入職場的障礙，於2009年4月推出「大專畢業生至企業職場實習方案」，補助企業聘僱員工時的薪資與社會保險等人事成本，短期目標是平衡勞動市場供需，長期則是期待透過實習經驗提升實習員的就業能力，達成促進就業的治理目的。 本研究擬針對教育部所規劃推動的「大專畢業生至企業職場實習方案」作為分析對象，其係屬積極勞動市場政策下針對雇主的薪資補貼政策，已在OECD國家行之有年，無論在推動經驗或評估報告上，都累積十分豐碩的資源，可作為後進國家之政策制訂者與研究者的參考依據。因此，在擬定寫作策略上，先行回顧各國曾經施行的方案制度和評估報告，緊接著整理我國近年相關的薪資補貼政策的制度差異，以作為分析「大專畢業生至企業職場實習方案」的基礎工作。最後，在「大專畢業生至企業職場實習方案」的成效評估上，採取積極勞動市場政策評估中的「績效檢視」與「過程評估」，透過質量並重之研究途徑，以問卷調查的研究方法以檢視企業職場實習方案之實習者離開方案後的再就業成效，同時為彌補量化取徑之限制與理解政策執行面，佐以深度訪談來獲得在研究主題上更寬廣的理解。

Introdução e referencial teórico: O envelhecimento é um assunto que vem se destacando mundialmente devido à evolução demográfica presenteada nas últimas décadas. No processo do envelhecimento ocorrem alterações morfofuncionais, que resultam na perda da capacidade funcional e surgimento de comorbidades, Todo ano 650 mil pessoas são inclusas à população de idosos, a maior parte com doenças crônicas e limitações funcionais, que podem ser retardadas através de um estilo de vida ativo e saudável. Essa nova realidade repercute diretamente nas demandas e na necessidade de criação de estratégias que assegurem o direito dos idosos, e principalmente o acesso à saúde e à integralidade do cuidado. Neste contexto, é imprescindível (re)pensar na completude da formação profissional e complementar dos (futuros) profissionais de saúde, para que os mesmos possam atuar de forma interdisciplinar, pensando no indivíduo integralmente. Objetivo e Metodologia: O estudo proposto é uma reflexão teórica sobre o significado do Estágio Curricular Supervisionado na área da saúde para a formação dos discentes, especificamente os determinantes e os elementos constitutivos do processo de trabalho do educador físico na área da saúde.
