Sistema de control de infracciones y sanciones para vehículos menores “mototaxis”

Las entidades públicas como las Municipalidades rurales se encuentran agobiadas por los diferentes desafíos a los cuales deben hacer frente a la ciudadanía. En este caso es la transparencia de información en la administración de control de sanciones de los vehículos menores (Mototaxis). El principal problema que existe es que al no contar con un sistema informático que permita administrar el control de sanciones, existen deficiencias en la administración como: pérdidas de información, informalidad administrativa, pérdida de tiempos en registros y consultas de infracciones. Para este problema se ha investigado en diferentes Municipales rurales las cuales aún no cuentan con un control eficiente para la administración de infracciones; en consecuencia, existen ciertas inquietudes de parte de los propietarios de los vehículos menores por no contar con una información transparente y concisa frente a las infracciones impuestas por parte de los inspectores municipales. Sin embargo, una conclusión importante es que este proyecto de investigación podrá mejorar la administración de sanciones en los vehículos menores, reducir la delincuencia en las calles (secuestro), la informalidad vial vehicular, la mejora de servicios hacia los ciudadanos y la recaudación de ingresos para la municipalidad; teniendo como principales beneficiaros la Municipalidad de Santa Eulalia, los propietarios de los vehículos menores y la población del distrito. Public entities such as rural municipalities are overwhelmed by the different challenges that are facing the public. Here is information transparency in the administration control sanctions smaller vehicles (Mototaxis). The main problem is that there does not have a computerized system to manage the control of sanctions, deficiencies in the administration as loss of information, administrative informality, loss of records and consultations in times of infringements. For this problem it has been investigated in different rural Municipal which do not yet have an efficient management control violations; consequently, there are some concerns on the part of the owners of small vehicles for not having a clear and concise imposed against infringements by the municipal inspectors information. However, an important conclusion is that this research project will improve the administration of sanctions on smaller vehicles, reducing street crime (kidnapping), the vehicular traffic informality, improving services to citizens and revenue collection for the municipality; having as main beneficiaries the Municipality of Santa Eulalia, the owners of small vehicles and the district's population.

Denna rapport beskriver utvecklingen av ett nytt bokningssystem för företaget Moridge AB. Bokningssystemet består av en förardel där förare kan hantera sina bokningar och arbetsschema samt en administrationsdel för hantering av alla förare och statistikvisning avseende kunder och förares bokningar. Rapporten går igenom hela utvecklingens process från systemets krav till designplanering till slutfärdigt resultat och en avslutande diskussion.   Bokningssystemet är en webbapplikation för mobila enheter utvecklad med ASP.NET MVC Razor och jQuery Mobile. Systemet består av ett säkert inloggningssystem med uppkoppling till en databas med hjälp av Entity Framework och bokningshantering via Google Calendar API.   Projektet lade stor vikt vid design för optimal användarupplevelse och säkerhetslösningar. Användargränssnitten togs fram med kontemporära tekniker och användarupplevelsen kontrollerades med användartest. Säkerheten garanteras genom användning av en kraftfull kryptografisk algoritm för lösenordshantering och autentisering via ASP.NET Identity och Forms Authentication som begränsar åtkomst till enbart behöriga användare. / This report describes the development of a new booking system for the company Moridge AB. The booking system is composed of a driver section where drivers can handle their bookings and work schedule as well as an administration section for the management of all drivers and statistics showing customers and drivers bookings. The report goes through the entire development process from system requirements to design planning to the final finished system, and a concluding discussion.   The booking system is a web application for mobile devices developed with ASP.NET MVC Razor and jQuery Mobile. The system consists of a secure login system with a connection to a database using Entity Framework and booking management via Google Calendar API.   The project placed great importance on user experience design (UX) and security. The user interfaces were developed with contemporary technologies and user experience were controlled by user test. Safety is ensured by the use of a powerful cryptographic algorithm for password management and authentication through ASP.NET Identity and Forms Authentication, which limit access to only authorized users.

Denna rapport redogör för implementationen av ett bokningssystem med integrering av Google Calendar API. Uppdraget var främst till för att utvärdera potentialen av ett bokningssystem där Google Calendar användes som scheman för personalen. Projektet skulle även kunna användas som ett grundsystem för att skräddarsy bokningssystem för olika företagsmodeller. Det slutgiltiga systemet blev en hemsida för tidsbokning, ett Web-API för kommunikation med hemsidan, integration av Google Calendar API för att hämta och lägga till tidsbokningar på personalens scheman samt lagring av data i en databas. / This report describes the implementation of a booking system with the integration of Google Calendar API. The objective was primarily to evaluate the potential of a booking system where Google Calendar was used as schedules for staff. The project could also be used as a base system for customizing booking systems for different business models. The final system consisted of a website for making appointments, a Web API for communicating with the website, integration of Google Calendar API to retrieve and add appointments to the schedules of the staff and storing data in a database.

From the findings is given a rough design of the system with usage of agile procedures. In the final part of the project is mentioned design implemented as the system prototype.

Till det kommer en webbsida som fungerar för datorer ochmobila enheter som inte kör android. Man skall även kunna få framdatan som en PDF (Portable Document Format) fil, XML (ExtensibleMarkup Language) fil och en ICAL (kalender) fil. I denna uppgift ingåräven att ta fram en databasstruktur, objektorienterad design för arbetetsamt val av system och databas. Arbetet har genomförts med hjälp avPHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), MYSQL, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets),etc. Appen och sidan är en användarvänlig sida med bra prestanda ochtydligt resultat för ändamålet det är till för. Jag har kommit fram till att det är svårt att göra en sida som fungerar100% i mobiler och i datorer med olika webbläsare. / The objective with this thesis was to develop an app for android and awebsite that works for computers and mobile devices that are notrunning android, in order to publish the Liturgical year. You should alsobe able to obtain the data as a PDF file, XML file and a calendar file. Thistask includes developing a database structure, object oriented design ofwork and choice of system and form the database layout. The work hasbeen developed with the help of PHP, MYSQL, CSS and so on. The appand the page is a user friendly site with good performance and clearresults for the purpose it brings. I have come to the conclusion that it is difficult to make a page thatworks 100% for mobile phone and computers with different browsers.

Such a system will, apart from other functions, be able to manage projects and track work time of employees.

Thisis why support is needed. There are many different types of support, but with an ever growingnumber of people having less time to spare in their every day life, a quick short answer issometimes preferred. This is why the market for Live-Chat support solutions has grown.    The purpose of this thesis project is to develop a functional stand-alone Live-Chatdemonstration prototype according to Askås' demands and wishes. The demonstration prototypewas developed using the programming language Perl, with additional functionality developed injQuery, HTML and CSS. The project will be evaluated by its functionality and too which degree itcompares to similar solutions.    The project was successful in the development of a functional demonstration prototypehowever further development is needed if it is to be used as a complement to Askås' web-shopsolution.
