Tyrimo objektas - kaimo moterų konsultavimas verslo klausimais. Tyrimo tikslas – įvertinti konsultavimo poveikį kaimo moterų verslumui ir parengti kaimo moterų verslumo gerinimo modelį. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1) atlikti literatūros šaltinių analizę ir sintezę konsultavimo poveikio kaimo moterų verslumui klausimais; 2) atlikti konsultavimo poveikio kaimo moterų verslumui vertinimo metodų analizę; 3) įvertinti konsultavimo poveikį kaimo moterų verslumui; 4) parengti kaimo moterų verslumo gerinimo modelį ir jo įgyvendinimo priemones. Tyrimo metodai: mokslinės literatūros analizė ir sintezė; lyginamoji analizė; interviu, ekspertinė ir anketinė apklausa; duomenų sisteminimo ir statistinė duomenų analizė; loginė analizė ir sintezė; grupavimo, grafinio vaizdavimo metodai. Pirmoje darbo dalyje pateikta įvairių Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių nuomonė apie konsultavimo ir verslumo sistemą. Antroje magistrinio darbo dalyje pateikiama konsultavimo poveikio kaimo moterų verslumui Lazdijų rajone tyrimo metodika ir instrumentarijus, pristatomi empirinio tyrimo rezultatai. Trečioje dalyje pateikiamos kaimo gyventojų verslumo didinimo galimybės ir pateikiamas integruotas kaimo moterų verslumo didinimo modelis, apjungiantis konsultavimo paslaugų kokybės bei kiekybės vertinimą; numatomos priemonės kaimo moterų verslumui didinti. Sukurtas modelis yra universalus, tinkantis ne tik moterų verslumo didinimui, tačiau ir kitų konsultavimo paslaugų organizavimui. / Object of research – rural women’s consulting business. The aim of the study – assesses the impact of counseling in rural women’s entrepreneurship and prepare model for improving rural women’s entrepreneurship. Objectives: 1) perform an analysis of literary sources and the synthesis of the impact of rural women in consulting for entrepreneurship issues; 2) an advisory effects on rural women’s entrepreneurship in analysis of assessment methods; 3) evaluate the impact of counseling in rural women’s entrepreneurship; 4) Develop a model for the improvement of rural women’s entrepreneurship. Research methods: analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, comparative analysis, interviews and expert questionnaire survey, data filing and statistical data analysis, logical analysis and synthesis, clustering, graphic imaging techniques. The first part presents various Lithuanian and foreign scientist opinion on rural development, entrepreneurship and consulting system. In the second part of lay presents the work of advisory effects on rural women’s entrepreneurship in Lazdijai region survey mythology: instrumentation, exploratory characterization. The third section presents the empirical results of the study are summarized and presented in the integrated improvement of rural women’s entrepreneurship model, bringing together advisory services of quality and quantity assessment. The aim of the thesis: to design the model of the consulting process of the preparation of development plans of municipalities and recommendations for the improvement of the advisory process of the preparation of development plans of municipalities. Tasks: 1. To carry out the theoretical analysis of the organisation of the development plan designing process and establish the main problems of practical designing as well as the defects of the organisation of this process; 2. To analyse the theoretical methods of consultation organisation and their place in the preparation of municipal development plans; 3. To carry out the analysis of the advisory process of the preparation of municipal development plans; 4. By employing a questionnaire survey, to find out the opinion of representatives from municipalities on the issues of consultations on the preparation of strategic development plans; 5. Tyrimo objektas – Marijampolės apskrities kaimo gyventojų švietimas ir konsultavimas didinant jų verslumą. Tyrimo dalykas – kaimo gyventojų verslumo švietimo ir konsultavimo poreikiai. Darbo tikslas - įvertinus kaimo gyventojų švietimo ir konsultavimo įtaką jų verslumui, parengti Lietuvos kaimo gyventojų švietimo ir konsultavimo, orientuoto į jų verslumo didinimą, modelį. Uždaviniai: 1. Išanalizavus mokslinę literatūrą, apibendrinti kaimo gyventojų verslumo sampratą. 2. Išanalizuoti švietimo ir konsultavimo reikšmės didinant kaimo gyventojų verslumą teorinius aspektus. 3. Išanalizuoti 2007-2013 metų laikotarpio Europos Sąjungos ir nacionalinės kaimo plėtros politikos kryptis ir priemones, skirtas kaimo gyventojų verslumui didinti. 4. Atlikti kaimo gyventojų verslumą įtakojančių veiksnių bei švietimo ir konsultavimo poreikių tyrimą Marijampolės apskrityje ir parengti kaimo gyventojų švietimo ir konsultavimo, orientuoto į verslumo didinimą, modelį. Research subject is education and consulting needs of rural inhabitants to increase their enterprise. Research aim – is estimating the education and consulting influence of rural inhabitants for their enterprise and to design the model of rural inhabitant’s education and consulting of Lithuania, oriented to their enterprise increase. Objectives: 1. Analyzing scientific literature, to summarize the enterprise of rural inhabitant’s conception. 2. To analyze the education and consulting importance of rural inhabitants to increase their enterprise, theoreticals aspects. 3. To analyze European Union and national aspects and expedients of rural development politics in the 2007-2013 years period, committed to increase enterprise of rural development. 4. To make survey of rural inhabitant’s education and consulting needs to increase enterprise and design the model of rural inhabitant’s education and consulting in Marijampole district, oriented to enterprise increase. Research methods used in the work are studying analysis of literature sources, documents and law deeds analysis (content analysis), qualitative research and analysis, filing of data and their statistical analysis, logical modelling and other methods.
