<p>The purpose with our thesis is to understand and explain the advantages and disadvantages there is with the self scanning system. The advantages and disadvantages we will highlight from three different angels; the store management perspective, the staff perspective and the customer perspective. These three perspectives will together form an overall perspective over the advantages and disadvantages as the self scanning system has contributed with. Finally we will highlight the differences and resemblances we have found between the perspectives.</p><p>Through a qualitative approach we have gathered data to our thesis. Furthermore we have based our theory chapter and our empirical chapter on the base of Grounded Theory. Through this theory we have related the perspectives with each other. We have used semi-structured interviews, both personal interviews and interviews by e-mail to gather our empirical material. Afterwards this has resulted in an analysis and a conclusion.</p><p>The conclusions we can draw after our analysis are; from a store management perspective the self scanning system has contributed with a higher service but to a high cost. Furthermore has the self scanning system reduced the work load for the personnel but increased the stress factor. The customers on the other hand have experienced the self scanning system as a more flexible system. Still the fruit and vegetables department got to many elements.</p>

This study aims to create a deep understanding of how the exercised leadership during conscription affects the conscripts' training situation and commitment to the Armed Forces. The study is based on the conscripts' perspectives and their subjective perceptions of leadership. By developing new knowledge about the perceived leadership, the study's results can be a source of improving the exercised leadership and increasing the commitment that a conscript feels to the Armed Forces. A commitment that at best leads to employment in the Armed Forces. The study is conducted as a qualitative, inductive study and the qualitative data that forms the basis for the study is obtained through the method workshop with conscripts as respondents. The results of the study show that an uncertainty in the leadership role is the phenomenon that has the greatest negative impact on a perceived leadership. The uncertainty of leadership can in turn create negative behaviors in the leader and/or create negative perceptions of the leader. The conclusions drawn show that there must be a clear and established supervision of younger officers as a natural part of the officer's first professional year. It is also of great importance that an officer with the main service to train must be given time to gain experience and not be moved around the organization to new positions. A third conclusion suggests that leadership should be characterized by a personal connection, which will have a positive impact on education and engagement.

Med utgångspunkt i det konstnärliga konceptet knöl söker Heidi i den här uppsatsen bearbeta det djupa och komplicerade förhållandet mellan kaos och kontroll. Genom att röra sig fritt mellan sin personliga erfarenhet, och såväl historiska som samtida skildringar, målar hon här upp en större bild av den känsliga relationen mellan människans sökande efter rationell kunskap och den ständigt närvarande rädslan. Oron för att drabbas av olycka och katastrofer, sjukdom och död. Med stöd i sin egen process, andra konstnärer och relaterade koncept (så som Julea Kristevas abjekt och den gamla föreställningen om monstret) argumenterar Heidi för hur det som bryter av mot våra förväntningar om det rena, sanna och perfekta inte bara bör betraktas som något oönskat. Utan hur dessa avvikelser faktiskt skulle kunna utgöra själva förutsättningen för ett verkligt levande liv…
