Použití bezpilotní technologie pro určování drenážních systémů a jejich poruch na zemědělsky obhospodařovaných půdách / Using the unmanned technology for determining the drainage systems and their failures on the agriculturally managed soilsFÜRST, Vojtěch January 2017 (has links)
Objective of this dissertation was to study possibilities of detection of subsurface drainage systems by unmanned aerial vehicles. Unmanned aerial vehicles, "drones", served to military purpose in the past. Nowadays these unmanned aerial vehicles helps to map drainage on fields because it is hard to get draining plans today and a big part do not match with the actual implementation of drainage systems. We can also add that nobody cares about drainage today. Drainage drains of soaked soil and improve its harvest. Drainage facilitates transport of nutrients (nitrogen and phosphorus) to watercourses. Fields changes over time to parcels. There is description of sorting and functionality of drainage systems as well as description of malfunctions and used material in theoretical part. There is also description of unmanned aerial vehicles and a method of detection of subsurface drainage systems . Besides there is detailed description of the locality, function of drainage system and evaluation. There is description of indication of drainage on specialized aerial photography. Indications are compared with period plans. Methods of highlighting indications are applied and evaluated by programs Agisoft PhotoScan Professional and Arc GIS 10.1. Main results are photographies that demonstrate location of drainages. Using ground control points the image converted into the coordinate system.

Optimalizace personálního zajištění služby a technického vybavení hasičského záchranného sboru podniku Jihočeské letiště České Budějovice a.s. / Optimization of staffing services and technical equipment of the fire rescue Corps of the undertaking of the South Bohemian airport a.s. České BudějoviceKREJČOVÁ, Alena January 2013 (has links)
Development of new aircraft and the increasing number of passengers goes logically hand-in-hand with the improvement of airport facilities and equipment of airport fire departments so passengers and all airport staff are as safe as possible. The submitted diploma thesis deals with the equipment of the fire department of Jihočeské letiště České Budějovice a.s. and staffing for the service at this airport. Its goals are, first, to assess the current level of this equipment and, second, to propose optimization of this equipment. The Airport in Planá u Českých Budějovic is one of a few airports disposing of own fire department. Apart from České Budějovice, there are fire departments at the airports in Brno, Karlovy Vary, Ostrava, Pardubice and Praha Ruzyně. Airports in terms of general issues and their technical equipment are dealt with, and public international airports and public domestic/non-public international airports in the Czech Republic are listed in the theoretical part of the thesis. History of airport fire departments is examined, too. The analysis of the Aviation Regulation L14 is an important area in the theoretical part. Further, individual selected airports in the Czech Republic, especially their history and current characteristics are described and air accidents of both Czech and foreign machines in the territory of the Czech Republic between 2008 and 2012 are mentioned in the theoretical part of the thesis. A hypothesis has been defined for the diploma thesis: "The current equipment of the fire department and staffing for the service is sufficient for the airport RFFS Category 4C". In order to confirm or disprove this hypothesis, the equipment of the airport in České Budějovice was compared in terms of equipment of other selected airports in the Czech Republic and evaluated on the basis of studying the regulations, Aviation Regulation L14 in particular, in the practical part of the thesis. Detailed information on equipment of these airports comprises a separate chapter in the practical part and sufficiency of this equipment discussed is assessed on the basis of comparison with the aviation regulations. As I failed to get the needed information on the equipment of the fire department at the airport in Pardubice and as the Václav Havel Airport in Prague is not comparable as for the equipment, size, arrival and departure rate etc., the airport in Brno, Karlovy Vary and Ostrava were selected for the final comparison of assessment of the level of the technical means and staffing at the airport in České Budějovice. Despite the hypothesis "The current equipment of the fire department and staffing of the service is sufficient for the airport Category 4C" has been confirmed, optimization of the equipment of the fire department at the airport in České Budějovice has been proposed on the basis of the results of this thesis in order to provide sufficient preparedness of the airport for extraordinary events at the airport and in its surrounding and the main emphasis is put on saving human lives mainly. The optimization was carried out using the methods of operation analysis while taking the current equipment of the Airport in České Budějovice into account. When selecting new vehicles for purchase, the price of a vehicle was not the only criterion but also its equipment. The outcome of the optimization is a recommendation to purchase a modern vehicle fully equipped and it is possible to choose one of the three vehicles placed first to third in the analysis. These are the vehicles Panther HRET 6x6 KHA62, Panther 6x6 CA5 ECE and Mercedes - Benz Actross 3360 A42 6x6. To conclude, confirmation of the above-mentioned hypothesis is stated and particular vehicles recommended to be purchased by the South-Bohemian airport and its fire fighters are listed.

Využití optických a laserových dat k modelování lesních porostů / Utilization of optical and laser data for modeling forest areasJebavá, Lucie January 2018 (has links)
The thesis deals with the possible use of optical data for modeling forest area compared with utilization of airborne laser scanning data. At first these two datasets are compared and causes of differences are explained. Then canopy height models are made and object-oriented classification is applied for separation of vegetation stands. Methodical procedure is suggested for delineation and detection individual trees in forest. Then their height is detected. There are summarized and other possibilities for improvement in detection and delineation of trees. The results show that optical data with resolution about 25 cm are suitable for dermining the characteristics of the forest stands up to individual tree level. The outputs of this research can be used for forest inventory. Key words: aerial imagery, image matching, laser scanning, point cloud, forest inventory

Využití doplňkových informací o pulsu pro klasifikaci dat LLS v členitém terénu / Utilization of additional information on the pulse for ALS data classification in rugged terrainPoláková, Tereza January 2016 (has links)
Utilization of additional information of the pulse for ALS data classification in ragged terrain Abstract The diploma thesis deals with airborne laser scanning filtering problem in sandstone landscape which is characterized by ragged terrain and in our country also by dense vegetation that makes difficult to transit laser pulse to terrain that can lead to lower accuracy of created DTM. In the first part the basic filtering algorithm that are systematic divided into several groups are described. The emphasis is also put on theoretic problems which we have to deal with during the filtering of laser scanner data acquired in sandstone landscape. The main goal of the thesis is to suggest changes in one of the existing algorithm to additional information of the pulse (mainly amplitude and width of the pulse) be used, and to test this method over the real data. At the end the results of the method and its implementation are critically evaluated. Keywords: airborne laser scanning, point cloud segmentation, point cloud classification, sandstone landscape, DTM

Aktuální otázky regulace mezinárodní letecké přepravy / Topical issues of the regulation of international air carriageBenda, Matěj January 2017 (has links)
Topical issues of the regulation of international air carriage The object of this thesis is the regulation of international air carriage, which is by its nature governed mainly by international treaties and secondary law of the European Union. The thesis is divided into five parts, which are cross-sectional focused on all aspects of air carriage. The first part informs about the historical development of aviation and its contemporary importance especially with regard to its economic and environmental significance. Basic concepts which can be found by readers in this thesis are not omitted as well. The second part focuses on the regulation of international air carriage from the perspective of International, European and Czech law. As mentioned in this thesis, the carrier's liability when the loss event that is expected by legislators happens is governed mainly by international treaties and secondary law of the European Union, that is why the third part is focused on its most important legal sources also with the regard to their interrelation which was defined by the Court of Justice of the European Union. Since it is necessary to extensively inform passengers about their rights, the author decided to do so in the fourth part of this thesis, which deals with the passengers' claims, in the case of...

Production of cartographically correct countour lines from airborne laserscanning data in flat terrain Abstract The thesis is dedicated to the creation of contour lines from the data of airborne laserscanning in flat areas. For creation of contour lines in these parts is necessary specific generalization, that smooths unwanted artifacts, but does not delete the shapes, which are characteristic for the relief. The first part of the thesis is to serve as a short insight into the areas on which it is built, this thesis: the principle of airborne laserscanning and basic information on the contour line model. On the basis of technical literature are defined the requirements for the correct representation of the contour and cartographicly presented the different types of the DEM and generalization of contours. The main aim of this work is to design an algorithm that will combine several methods of generalization of contour while maintaining altitude accuracy as well as other requirements on their cartographicly the right terms, and to test this approach in several territories. In conclusion, the results of the methods of work and its implementation critically evaluated and outlined other possible developments of this issue. Keywords hypsography, airborne laserscanning, digital cartography, contour lines,...
