Title: Selection for criteria game libero of specialization in volleyball. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to build a battery of tests that will identify important physical abilities and skills for the game libero. It is also our aim to test players, to compare with each individual test results and determine whether some linked together. Methods: In our study we used the observations to obtain data that we have always just recorded. In assessing the skills of volleyball, we used the credit rating of the expert investigation method. For other tests, we used the method of measurement and scaling. Results: We found that they are connected in the order the players fitness test and volleyball skills. The players that have been ranked in the top three places in the overall ranking, play extra league competition in the post libero, or spiker. Title: Evaluation and comparison of the success in gaming activities of libero with hitters in the mens volleyball European Championship 2011 Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is comparison of libero and hitters. This thesis focus on pass after servis from oponent team and on field game. We will achieve results about succes rate of libero and compare those results with results of hitters, on European championship 2011 in men voleyball, in the same category. Methods: In this thesis is used the method of indirect observation, thanks to video. It was recorded success of passing and collection via line method. In order to classify the quality of passing and collection, it was used five-point scale. Results: The results confirmed all the research questions, so we are convinced of the quality and indispensability of libero in Volleyball. Nesse trabalho, a empresa é encarada pelo perfil funcional, primeiramente sob um ponto de vista interno, quando são analisados seus fatores componentes, notadamente o aviamento e a clientela -, em seguida pela perspectiva externa, quanto é tratada como objeto de direitos. Nessa parte, estuda-se o trespasse da azienda e a proibição de concorrência do alienante como uma sua conseqüência natural, implícita mas derrogável, desse tipo de negócio jurídico. Essa obrigação é, então, analisada à luz dos princípios da liberdade de iniciativa e da livra concorrência, concluindo-se pela harmonia entre eles quando a vedação da concorrência é limitada no seu objeto e no espaço geográfico, bem como por um período definido de tempo. Nessa parte, propõe-se o recurso aos conceitos de mercado relevante para definição do objeto e da área em que a concorrência é proibida, bem como a aplicação analógica do inc. III, do art. 51 da Lei n° 8.254/91 (em vez do período cuja analogia é a mais invocada, do inc. II do mesmo dispositivo legal). Por fim, é analisada as possibilidade e conseqüências jurídicas que do advento do comércio eletrônico, que altera a noção de mercado geográfico, ampliando as possibilidades de concorrência, inserindo um fator novo a ser considerado na configuração da extensão da obrigação de não concorrência imposta ao alienante da azienda. / In questo lavoro l\'impresa è considerata, attraverso il profilo oggetivo, in precedenza dal punto de vista interno, ove sono analizzati i suoi fattori costituenti - espressivo l\'avviamento e la clientela, e in seguito la prospettiva esterna, quando essa è trattata come l\'obiettivo di diritti. In questa parte, studiasi il trapasso dell\'azienda e il divieto di concorrenza dell\'alienante come una conseguenza naturale, sottintesa ma derogabile di questo tipo di affare giuridico. Quest\'ibbligazione è, pertanto, annalizzata sotto la luce dei principi della libertà di iniziativa e della libera concorrenza, concludendosi in direzioni all\'armonia fra loro quando il divieto della concorrenza è limitato nel suo oggetto e nello spazio geografico, cosi come nel periodo circonscritto di tempo. In questa parte, si propone il ricorso al concetto di mercato rilevante alla definizione dell\'oggetto e dell\'area in cui la concorrenza è vietata, cosi come l\'applicazione analogica dell\'inciso III, dell\'articolo 51, della Legge n° 8.254/91 (anziché il periodo la cui analogia è il più appellato previsto nell\'inciso II dello stesso dispositivo legale). Infine, sono analizzate le possibilità e conseguenze giuridiche dell\'avvenimento dei commercio elettronico, che modifica la nozione dei mercato geografico, amplificando le possibilità di concorrenza e, così, introducendo un nuovo termine a considerarsi nella conformazione della estensione di divieto di concorrenza imposta all\'alienante dell\'azienda.

Die vorliegende Arbeit untersucht Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung des Kundenservices und Vereinfachung des Supportaufwands im Zusammenhang mit dem Open Ticket Request System der Sächsischen Landesbibliothek - Staats- und Universitätsbibliothek Dresden. Die dazu spezifizierte Aufgabe ist eine automatisierte Personalisierung der Benutzertickets unter Verwendung vorhandener Stammdaten der Benutzer. Diese Aufgabe ist, anhand gestellter Anforderungen, in geeignete Bestandteile aufgegliedert, für welche einzeln Lösungsansätze vorgestellt und bewertet wurden. Diese theoretischen Betrachtungen sind in einem prototypischen System umgesetzt, um die praktische Umsetzbarkeit zu bewerten.

In this Master's thesis I am focusing on the creation of a series of exercices for the libero player in volleyball. Exercises focus on the training of specific activities that are mandatory while participating in the game: passing, digging, setting and covering. In the description of individual game activities, always emphasize the key moments of training. The first part focuses on introducing readers to the theoretical basics of volleyball. The main focus is on the detailed description and analysis of the key gaming activities of libero such as mentioned before. The second part of the Master's thesis consists of the exercises I have created for libero player specialization. Exercises are divided into four parts, according to individual game activities. Exercises shown in kinograms (phased footage from the video that is verbally described). Attached to the Master's thesis is a video with a complete series of skill developing exercises with comments.
