Nádorovka infikující mořskou trávu Halophila stipulacea: fylogeneze, distribuce a nové poznatky o životním cyklu / Phytomyxid infection of the seagrass Halophila stipulacea: phylogeny, distribution and new insights into its life cycle

Kolátková, Viktorie January 2019 (has links)
Marine phytomyxids (Cercozoa: Phytomyxea) represent a group of obligate biotrophic eukaryotes known for infecting several algae and oomycetes and counted among three taxa generally reported to behave as seagrass-pathogens. Due to their low-key nature, they are observed only sporadically and very limited information about their diversity, life cycles or distribution is available. In order to extend the knowledge of this enigmatic group of marine protists, an extensive research on a phytomyxid found in the invasive seagrass Halophila stipulacea was carried out. In situ observations, light and scanning electron microscopy and molecular methods were used to approach the species' ecology, geographical range and phylogenetic placement within the class Phytomyxea. The organism was confirmed to be present in the Red, the Mediterreanean and the Caribbean Sea, suggesting a potential case of a host-parasite comigration on a global scale. Phylogenetically it represents the first and so far the only described member of the "TAGIRI-5 environmental clade" - possibly a whole new order within the Phytomyxea, outside the already established Plasmodiophorida and Phagomyxida. The infection rates and times of occurrence are specified for all the finding-sites, indicating an interesting seasonal pattern in the...

Ověření Oswaldovy hypotézy pro okresy České republiky

Kasparová, Kateřina January 2015 (has links)
The main aim of the thesis is to decide whether the share of home ownership has any effect on the unemployment rate for districts of the Czech Republic and whether Oswald hypothesis is valid. There are issues concerning Oswald hypothesis in the Bibliography, especially labour market and residential market. The chapter Methodology describes econometric analysis, which was used for the needs of the practical part. The results of this thesis are discussed and compared with foreign works.

Vliv rybí predace a litorální vegetace na strukturu a chování zooplanktonu / Impact of fish predation and littoral vegetation on the structure and behaviour of zooplankton

ZEMANOVÁ, Jana January 2015 (has links)
The impact of fish predation on zooplankton assemblage was studied in the mesocosm experiment. Presented thesis focuses on the effect of size selective fish predation on species diversity, biomass and body sizes of zooplankton and the impact of fish occurrence on zooplankton behaviour with regard to diel horizontal migration. I also studied a change in some life history traits of zooplankton caused by fish with a special focus on keystone species of freshwater ecosystems Daphnia spp.

Analýza demografického vývoje regionu Tišnovsko

Pařil, Jakub January 2015 (has links)
The subject of this thesis is analysis of the demographic development in the region of Tišnovsko in between 2003 - 2013. It is an attempt to capture the progress and develop-ment of this area in terms of demographic structure and in terms of demographic dynam-ics. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on a literary review of sources with the de-scription of basic demographic indicators. The practical part is then focused on analysis of concrete data from the monitored area. Some indicators also have prediction of future development, or comparison with the higher territorial units. The thesis is ended with a composite indicator that assesses demographic development in the different municipali-ties of the region.

Analýza demografického vývoje mikroregionu Ostrožsko-Veselsko

Kupcová, Lenka January 2014 (has links)
This diploma thesis is focused on an analysis of the number and structure of the selected population segment and on the demographic dynamics trend of the microregion Ostrožsko-Veselsko in between the years 2001 and 2011. These demographic indicators were analysed as follows: natality, abortion rate, mortality, marriage rate, divorce rate, migration and total growth. Any trends of the selected demographic indicators were predicted by using an appropriate trend function for upcoming 5 years ending. The reason for choosing this topic is the absence of any more detailed analyses of the microregion development strategy, so this thesis can be used as a base for its formulation in the future.

Změny ve venkovské oblasti způsobené procesem suburbanizace / Changes in rural area caused by the process of suburbanization

HAVLÍK, Václav January 2016 (has links)
The rural area has undergone significant changes due to the process that we follow in the Czech landscape since the early 90s of the 20th century. Due to suburbanization is transforming the rural landscape of the countryside settlements with economic, environmental and social impacts. In addition to the migration of population suburbanization is also reflected in transferring certain functions previously typical for the center of the city to the hinterland and on its edge. Implementace ERP systému / Implementation of ERP System

Lega, Lukáš January 2016 (has links)
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) was developed from the fifties of the last century. Mainly used was for accounting. Another milestone was seventies when there was added functionality of material management. The biggest extensions came in the nineties when there was a significant increase of servers performance and ERP systems could be more complex. Suppliers began to develop new modules for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), analytics named Business Intelligence (BI), Warehouse Management System (WMS) and others. Expansion of Internet and secure connections began also cause of develop the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). ERP systems are more complex so implementation of this systems are more complex too because it extends to most processes in the company. Implementation starts by selecting an ERP system in relation to the processes maps of the company. Then it is necessary to manage whole process of the implementation and write target concepts of each parts. Equally important is the data preparation and cleaning of data base for migrate to a new ERP system. After programming, editing and parameterization of the required functions and processes following phase of testing. If all goes as expected and acceptance document is approved, ERP system is prepared to productive mode.

Návrh rybího přechodu / The proposal fish ladder

Mašínská, Tereza January 2016 (has links)
This graduation theses describes the design of the fish ladder at the dam in Brno (district Přízřenice). In the introduction I mentioned migration patterns of fish. For a better understanding outlined and fish behaviour associated with migration, some fish undertake long voyages others migrate only a few meters. Extremely important is that for most species of fish migration is important for their survival, whether breeding or feeding. Middle part is focused for water structures and water flow, specifically to the list of dams and their distribution from different perspectives. Nowadays the progress should go ahead with nature and technical buildings. The work also has a list of fish ladders with their description and evaluation of suitability. The last part is dedicated to the design of fish passage in Přízřenice. The weir has been built on a 35,293 river km river Svratka. In this part of the work is summarized description of the location in which it is proposed fish passage. Furthermore, the list of the most abundant fish stocks at a fishing ground Svratka 3.

Demografický vývoj v České republice v rámci regionů soudržnosti / Demographic development in the Czech Republic in the frame of territorial solidarity

Pánková, Veronika January 2016 (has links)
Demographic development of population is the important phenomenon within the cohetion regions of the Czech Republic. It helps to evaluate social, economic and political level in the Czech Republic. The objective of my Thesis is the evaluation of the demographic development of 8 regions in a Framework of the European Union since the origin of the Czech Republic regional system in 2000 up to 2014. I have also described the basic demographic elements for this development evaluation-gender amount of population, new born, diseased people and also their abortion, number of marriages and divorces with the emphasis of migration. The Thesis is focused on natural population growth in particular regions. Surplus value of the population growth has always been the positive phenomenon for peopleś quality life judgement. On the other hand the minus value has shown the decrease of population caused by the higher amount od diseased than new born.
