381	Le Vietnam et le principe de non-discrimination dans le commerce international des services / Vietnam and the Principle of Non-discrimination in International Trade in Services Le, Minh-Phieu 06 July 2011 (has links) Le Vietnam du Doi Moi poursuit sa libéralisation économique tout en consolidant le système politique hérité du marxisme-léninisme. Ce paradoxe influence considérablement son processus d'intégration économique internationale et se manifeste particulièrement dans le commerce des services. La manière dans laquelle le Vietnam reconnaît le principe de non-discrimination via les traités bilatéraux, plurilatéraux et multilatéraux, tant sous l'angle du commerce des services que sous l'angle de l'investissement, le prouve. Par ailleurs, dans le souci d'accélérer le développement économique, d'importantes réformes relatives au droit des affaires ont supprimé des discriminations substantielles entre les opérateurs économiques. Cependant, en raison de l'insuffisance de l'adapatation structurelle, la mise en oeuvre du principe de non-discrimination pose toujours de nombreuses difficultés. / Vietnam of Doi Moi pursues economic liberalization while strengthening the political system initiated from Marxism-Leninism. This paradox significantly influences its international economic integration process and manifests itself especially in the domain of trade in services. This is demonstrated by the manner in which Vietnam recognizes the principle of non-discrimination, through bilateral, plurilateral and multilateral agreements, in trade in services as well as in investements. Besides, in order to accelerate economic development, important reforms on business law have removed substancial discriminations between economic operators. However, the insufficient ajustement on structural matters still poses many problems for the implementation of the principle of non-discrimonation. 382	Analýza přípravy zápisu kostela Nejsvětějšího Srdce Páně v Praze 3 na Seznam UNESCO / Analysis of the preparation of inscription of the Church of the Most Sacred Heart of Our Lord in Prague 3 to the UNESCO World Heritage List Čadová, Jana January 2012 (has links) This thesis deals with the possibility of the inscription of the Church of the Most Sacred Heart of Our Lord in Vinohrady to the UNESCO World Heritage List. The church is a piece of work of the well-known Slovenian architect Josip Plečnik. The church's nomination is being prepared in cooperation with Slovenia where Plečnik's churches are also aimed to be nominated to the UNESCO World Heritage List. The work is focused on evaluation of outstanding universal value based on which the church meets some established criteria that are essential for the nomination to the UNESCO World Heritage List. Moreover, it also warns about the possible impacts which are closely connected with the inscription to this prestigious list. Thus, it suggests some recommendations which could eliminate those negative consequences. The final part of the work concentrates on proposing some thematic projects that strive to connect this church to the religion tourism in the Czech Republic and in Europe. The goal of these projects is to increase the awareness of this church among the public.
383	Spojitá betonová mostní konstrukce / Continuous concrete bridge structure Zemánek, Tomáš January 2018 (has links) The diploma thesis is focused on solving road bridge situated between Roudno and Razová village over the water basin Slezská Harta. Before the design itself 3 studies were created and compared together. The selected variant is a continuous box girder with inclined walls, post-tensioned by bonded cables. The girder of a total lenght 148,0 m and width 13,6 m is divided into three spans. Height of the girder is 3,3 m. A detailed structural design, including construction limit state assessment, prestress design and time dependent analysis verification is processed. The design and the assessments of temporary and permanent situations are made according to valid standarts and regulations. Drawings and vizualizations are parts of the diploma thesis.
384	Stavebně technologický projekt demolice a stavby mostu / CONSTRUCTION-TECHNOLOGY PROJECT OF BRIDGE DEMOLITION AND BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION Hofírek, Radovan January 2018 (has links) This diploma thesis deals with the demolition of a bridge located at the D1 motorway from Prague to Brno. The bridge no longer meets the load and width requirements of today´s standards. The thesis also deals with the construction of a new bridge, which will be expanded into D28/120 category. This expansion will allow for provisory use of the carriageways of one half of the motorway in both directions. The whole reconstruction is very time consuming that is the reason the new bridge is made of prefabricated pre-tensioned girders with a composite bridge deck. This can save time and the new bridge can be open for service in a shorter period of time.

It is a motorway bridge that transfers traffic over road II / 386. The reconstruction will demolish the superstructure of bridge with bridge equipment and parts of the abutments and their new construction. The preparation of the project solves the engineering report, the block plan drawing, the financial and time schedule - by objects, the budget SO 201, the study of the implementation of the main construction technologys, the project of the site equipment, the design of the main building machines, the SO 201 time schedule, a desigh of the bill of quantities for structure, technical note for superstructure of a bridge and control and test plans. Part of the preparation of the building is the processing of the emergency plan.
386	Vyhodnocení hydrodynamického zatížení přelévané mostovky / Evaluation of hydrodinamic load on a brdge deck Řezník, Jindřich January 2018 (has links) The subject of this thesis is the evaluation of hydrodinamic load on a physical model of a bridge deck, especially to find the relation between the median and extreme quantiles of each hydrodanamic load part and to evaluate the influence, which has the shape of the bridge deck on the size of this load. Relations, that was found may be used to determine characteristic values of loads, caused by water flow, for example, when designing the bridge bearings.

This equipment is an inspection column that provides the possibility to inspect spent fuel assemblies at the operation of the Temelín nuclear power plant. This master thesis is also a summary of the whole design of the new inspection stand and a description of the individual inspection components and devices. One of the parts of the thesis is also a basic strength analysis and a drawing of the main assembly of inspection equipment.
388	Návrh přírodě blízkých opatření na vodním toku Bobrava / Proposal for the nature friendly measures on the river Bobrava Mláděnka, Jakub January 2019 (has links) The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe and evaluate in detail the current state of the Bobrava river in the interest section – river kilometer 1,832-5,743. Part of the work is to assess the capacity of the river flow and the objects connected with it and find the class of an actual safety at village Zelesice. The calculation of the flow rate is performed by using the 1D mathematical model HEC-RAS for selected N-year flows. On the basis of the results of the flow rate, it is made the idea of natural freindly flood protection before the value of the 20-year flow. The result is two variants of river basin adjustment, when each one is leading to make Zelesice safer place and to improve the current state of the river Bobrava.

D1 - 150 Nováková, Martina January 2019 (has links) This diploma thesis deals with demolition of the motorway overpass. The bridge (overpass) is located over the D1 motorway from Prag to Brno at the 115,881 km. On the brigde runs the local comunication II/352 between villages Švábka and Měšín. The bridge demolition is part of the D1 renovation plan. The main reason behind the demolitions si that the bridge no longer meets it´s lenght requierments. During the demolition and construction will be any use of II/352 for public transport over the bulding site forbiden. This diploma thesis include technical report for construction technology project, time and financial evaluation of the project. Also the thesis deals with the selected technological regulations of carried out activities, timetable of controls and tests, trafice relationships on wider scale, a list of main building machines and mechanisms with their specification, a concept of the construction site, health and safety requlations, and in detail plans for realization of a road surface layers.
390	Stavebně technologický projekt rekonstrukce silničního mostu v obci Vlkoš / Construction-technological project for the reconstruction of the road bridge in the village Vlkoš Otrusina, Ondřej January 2019 (has links) This masters dissertation deals with the preparation and realization of a road bridge recontruction in the Vlkoš village. The introduction of this thesis contains basic information about the structures of the construction. Execution of main technological stages is addressed in construction technological study. The thesis also includes a coordinational site-layout of the construction, design of site equipment, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, time and financial schedule, construction workers deployment plan, plan of achines usage. In my thesis I deal mainly with the supporting construction of the bridge. For these stages i implemented technological directives in addition of Inspection and check plan. Safety and protection of health durink work is also addressed. I also worked out the technical report of the constuction sites facilities including the needed drawings.
