Šiame darbe nagrinėjama geležinkelio vagonų, reikalingų tam tikros apimties krovinių vežimams, poreikio problema. Ypatingas dėmesys atkreipiamas į vagonų parko rezervo sudarymą. Pagal pateiktas matematines formules, įvertinus visas vagonų eksploatavimo sąnaudas, nustatomas reikalingų vagonų skaičius. Taip pat yra aprašomas „MS Excel“ programa sudarytas matematinis modelis operatyviniam bei planiniam vagonų poreikiui apskaičiuoti. Šiuo modeliu apskaičiuota reikšmė yra optimali ir yra 1,4 % mažesnė, negu vagono poreikio reikšmė, apskaičiuota remiantis praėjusių metų statistiniais rezultatais. Siekiant visapusiškai išnagrinėti problemą, papildomai buvo tiriamas prekinių vagonų parko amžius, atlikta vagonų prastovų laiko analizė, nustatyti prekinių vagonų poreikio ekonominiai aspektai. / This paper considers the need of the rail cars for the determined volume of the freight traffic. The special attention is drawn to the composition of the railway wagon reserve park. The mathematical equations evaluating the operational elements of the wagons are determined. An experimental mathematical model which describes the operational need of wagons is calculated using supportive software Excel; the model estimates that the optimized need for wagons are by 1.4 % lower then the need has been calculated by last year statistical data. Furthermore the work also observes the performance and the age of the freight Wagon Park. The analysis performed to analyze the wagons idle time and other economic issues concerning the matter of the freight wagons are observed.

PAPER The possibilities of naturalization of rare and vanishing plants’ species are surveyed in master’s study The subject of research - The botanical gardens of Liskiava with the rare and vanishing plants’ species cultured and naturalized there. Objective of the research – Naturalized species of the plants: Turk’s-cap (Lilium martagon), medicinal angelica (Angelica archangelica), perennial satinflower (Lunaria rediviva), and ivy bedstraw (Hedera helix). Also the naturalization in site of rare plants is observed and estimated. Methods of study – Some studied plants were brought from their natural vegetation places, digging out it with the thickness of soil, some of then were sown from seeds: macro bloom finger-flower (Digitalis grandiflora), meadowy salvia (Salvia pratensis). The naturalization of these plants and capability to proliferate is also observed. Ecologist of Dzukija National park, Henrikas Gudavicius conduced to pursue the observation and researches, also rendered comprehensive information about the botanical gardens of Liskiava. Such possibilities of naturalization of rare and vanishing plants’ species were no studied in Lithuania. The conclusion could be done under the results of research: rare plants can be naturalized, just the proper place must be chosen and the observation is necessary during the first year. Darbo struktūra. Magistro darbą sudaro trys skyriai. Pirmajame skyriuje „Turizmas ir vienos jo šakų – kultūrinio turizmo – apžvalga“ pateikiamos pagrindinės turizmą apibrėžiančios sąvokos, apžvelgiamos turizmo ištakos ir raida, atskleidžiamos pagrindinės turizmo rūšys bei išsamiai pristatoma viena turizmo rūšis – kultūrinis turizmas. Antrajame skyriuje „Kultūrinio turizmo poveikis“ išsamiai aptariama kultūrinio turizmo neigiama ir teigiama įtaka ekonomikai, socialinei terpei bei gamtinei aplinkai, didžiausią dėmesį skiriant poveikiui kultūrai. Trečiajame skyriuje „Kultūrinio turizmo įtaka Dzūkijos regiono kultūrai“ bendrai supažindinama su Dzūkijos etnografiniu regionu, pristatomos Varėnos rajono ir Dzūkijos nacionalinio parko pagrindinės kultūros paveldo vertybės, kultūrinio turizmo plėtros perspektyvos minėtame regione bei atskleidžiamas kultūrinio turizmo poveikis Dzūkijos regionui. Magistro darbo tyrimo objektas – kultūrinio turizmo poveikis regiono kultūrai. Darbo tikslas – išnagrinėti kultūrinio turizmo įvairiapusišką įtaką regiono kultūrai, atskirą dėmesį skiriant Dzūkijos etnografiniam regionui. Pagrindiniai darbo uždaviniai: 1. Supažindinti su turizmo verslo šaka, jo ištakomis ir raida bei klasifikacija. 2. Plačiau apžvelgti kultūrinį turizmą, atskleisti jo išskirtinumą iš kitų turizmo rūšių, supažindinti su jo ištekliais bei plėtojimo ypatumais. 3. Starting from the beginnings of cultural tourism and ending with present actualities of cultural tourism in regional dimensions – including the development of cultural tourism in the regions that are tourism destinations, with its highly expressed cultural identity. This writing work analyzes the impact of cultural tourism on the inhabitants of the region in cultural and identity terms. And also presents the advantages and disadvantages of the development of this kind of tourism in the region. The main purpose of this work is to analyze the influence of cultural tourism on the culture of region with a special regard to Lithuanian region of Dzūkija.
