This diploma thesis deals with the areas of the position and education of head teachers in the historical context. It views the development of teaching and head teaching professions on our territory in individual periods and also presents the picture of teachers' and head teachers' education. The thesis provides information which deal with the development of the society in the relationship towards education and also respecting individual participants of the education and upbringing processes. In the thesis selected monographs, expert texts, laws, legal regulations and school documents are used. The findings were compiled into thematic units arranged chronologically and according to historical development. The contribution of this thesis is to create a brief overview of the development of the head teacher's position which will be possible to be used for a more detailed study of the subject field.

Title of project: Awareness of parents of preschool children about the existence of the Outdoor pre-schools in Hradec Králové area. Aim of project: To describe the level of awareness of parents about the existence and form of outdoor preschools. This is put into context with communication channels that outdoor preschools use. We create recommendations for increasing public awareness of this type of pre-school facilities. Methodology: We used both qualitative and quantitative methods fo our work. It has been survey from quantitative methods. This questionnaire was created specifically for the purpose of our research and it has been spread among parents of preschool children in Hradec Králové. We also used a literature search and structured interview fromor qualitative methods. We conducted the interview with representatives of outdoor preschool in Hradec Králové. Results: We found, that only 43% of parents in Hradec Králové and surroundings knows about existence outdoor pre-school. Only 19% of respondents has more informations about outdoor pre-schools has. Furthermore, we found that the most common way to spread awareness of that institution is personal contact (friends), television and websites. This diploma thesis is focused on the generation of committed teachers, regional eastern Bohemia patriotic activists that were interested in ethnography and folklore studies on the amateur level. The first part of the thesis introduces four profession-associates of the same generation, teachers from the end of 19th and the beginning of 20th Century. Subsequent chapters deal with wider cultural-historical context with the emphasis on the history of pedagogy and ethnology. In the thesis there is also the development of homeland studies depicted. These studies were introduced as compulsory at the beginning of 20th Century and were therefore suitable for deepening of the educational role of the school via ethnographical materials. The main focus of the thesis is on the intersection of homeland education and ethnographic activities of mentioned teachers (cooperation with professionals, interest in collecting…) as well as the analysis of their importance to the professional ethnography.

The topic of the diploma thesis is description of care system for unaccompanied minors in the Czech Republic and mapping of special pedagogical methods used within this system. In my own research I show examples of concrete case studies how individual forms of educational and special pedagogical care help unaccompanied minors in successful integration into the major society. The aim of the thesis is not only to describe the current state of care for minors and special pedagogical methods used, but also its evaluation. Based on the critical assessment of the case studies, they try to outline the possibilities of further development of care for unaccompanied minors in the Czech Republic from the perspective of special pedagogy.

This Diploma thesis introduce an important pedagogue Mr. Ferdinand Krch of the 20th century. He was not only the pedagogue but he was also a writer, an editor, a warden and methodist.Thanks to an experimental housing called Dum detstvi in Horni Krnsko he became an important part of pedagogue history. He was also a part of another projects such as a Musical institution, Milicuv dům or Akce zamky. The Diploma thesis is also focused on his education theory which has been deposit in his handwritings archives in Narodni pedagogicke muzem and J.A.Komensky library in Prague. Resources for this Diploma thesis were available literature, handwritings and source documents.

Auf dem Bereich des Bildungssystems entstehen immer wieder neue Aufgabes für die Sozialpädagogik. Negative Verändrungen in der Gesellschaft, d.h. hohe Arbeitslosigkeit, hohe Anzahl von Verbrechen sowie drogen- bzw. alkohosüchtigen Kindern und Jugendlichen, sind Erscheinungen, schlechte soziale Lage der Kinder verurseuhen. Sie fühlen sich unsicher in ihre Umgebung. Um diese negative Erscheinungen aus dem Leben der Kinder, aus ihren Familien und auch aus dem Schulleben zu beseitigen, werend neun Arbeitsstellen für die Spezialisten geschaffen, die für das Positive im Leben der Kinder kämpfen. In der vorliegenden Magisterarbeit werden die Schulgemeinschaft sowie die Rolle ihrer Mitglieder in der Schule, Möglichkeiten der Zusammenarbeit, unterschiede zwischen Dorf- und Stadtgemeinschaaften und die Rolle des Sozialpädagogen in der Schule besprochen. Le travail aborde une analyse des compétences des enfants âgés de 8-10 ans à l’apprentissage d’une langue étrangère. He offers some different attitudes of the researchers on this study and several play activities which can be used in class of a foreign language in the primary school.

Šiame darbe nagrinėjamos pagrindinės konfucianizmo – maoizmo moralinės padegogikos idėjos bei vertybės. Konfucianistinės – maoistinės pedagogikos idėjos Vakaruose yra klaidingai traktuojamos ir privalo būti išverstos / perkeltos į mūsų suvokimui artimesnes formas. Pirmojoje darbo dalyje nuodugniai aprašomas hermeneutinio rato metodas bei intersubjektyvumo teorija, leidžianti tyrimo metu įgyjamą asmeninį suvokimą perkelti kitiems ugdymo sistemos dalyviams. Antrojoje dalyje aprašomos Kinijos idėjinių lyderių pamatinės idėjos, stengiamasi išskirti pagrindines jų, pateikti asmeniniu sovokimu grindžiamą interpretaciją. Trečioji dalis skirta konfucianizmą – maoizmą nagrinėjusių Vakarų autorių idėjų nagrinėjimui, pasitelkiant darbo metu įgytą suvokimą. Šiame darbe paaiškėjo, kad Vakarų mokslininkai neretai klaidingai interpretuoja Kinijos pamatines ugdymo idėjas; kad Kinijos idėjinių lyderių idėjos gali būti traktuojamos kaip vientisa, vieninga sistema. / In this work is analyzed basic ideas and values of confucianistic – maoistic moral pedagogy. Confucianistic – maoistic moral pedagogy ideas is wrongly perceived in Western countries and demands peculiar translation / transfer to forms, appropriate to our perception. In the first part of work is described in detail method of hermeneutic circle and theory of intersubjectivity, which allows personal knowing transfer to other members or certain educational system. In second part are presented main Chinese principled leaders educational ideas. Efforts were made to exclude main ideas, give personal interpretation for them. Third part is intended to analize Western authors, who were writing about confucianistic – maoistic theories, by using new gained perception. This work showed that often Western scientists quite skin-deep assess Chinese main educational ideas; the ideas of Chinese leaders can be understood in a way of united, integral system.

The main research problem of this doctoral dissertation, designed as an ethnographic case study, based on the philosophical principles of critical pedagogy, lies in answering the following questions: What theoretical framework may be used to investigate adult newcomers’ difficulties in learning Lithuanian in the host country? Are there any foreign/second language education approaches that are conductive to learning in adulthood? Do these approaches facilitate the development of a communicative competence, facilitating learners‘ inclusion in the new society through language? The research is aimed at identifying adult newcomers’ difficulties in learning Lithuanian, at a basic level of studies, in the host country. Having used the grounded theory and qualitative data gathering methods, the perceived difficulties were analyzed in the light of the causal attribution theory. The total of 840 categories of learning difficulties were classified into two groups: 1) the environment (external) factors (522 / 62 %) – lack of appropriate educational resources, Lithuanian as a system, non-participation in society; classroom activities and task complexity; and 2) the learner (internal) factors (318 / 38 %) – lack of ability, confidence or effort. Darbo mokslinė problema siekia ieškoti atsakymų į klausimus: koks teorinis pagrindas būtų tinkamiausias analizuojant suaugusiųjų, atvykstančių į Lietuvą, lietuvių kalbos mokymosi sunkumus?
