The growing trend in the share of mobile application use results in higher user expectations for applications. Much more emphasis is placed on both the appearance and ease of use of the applications themselves. This work examines this issue, analyses the market and then uses its findings. From these findings, a proposal for a new application is created, which will be used to promote the newly established company. The work also includes economic and non-economic aspects associated with the development of the application.

The master's thesis focuses on the company InQool, a. S., Which provides mainly services focused on IT. The main task is to create a proposal to improve the existing information system in the analyzed company InQool, a.s. The work is divided into three parts. The first part is an overview of the theory of the issue, the second part is devoted to detailed analysis of society, including the information system, and the last part consists of their own proposals to improve the existing information system with financial evaluation.

This master thesis deals with a draft and an implementation of a software application into a company. The thesis sums up the theoretical outcomes of work and the analysis of present state including requirements for the above stated application. Analysis of internal and external environment of the company is performed with the use of Porter, SWOT, SLEPT and 7S. In addition to that, the analysis of competitive products, all included in the draft, is also peformed. The draft design of software application and the description of implementation to the company environment are created in the last part of the thesis.

En los últimos años, el interés de China en el sector del fútbol se ha evidenciado a través de los importantes desembolsos realizados tanto para fichar a futbolistas extranjeros de élite que eleven el nivel de su competición doméstica, como para adquirir participaciones en clubes de fútbol europeos. Actualmente, su estrategia para el desarrollo a largo plazo del fútbol se articula en torno a un plan nacional impulsado por el gobierno chino y en el que se ha hecho partícipes a diferentes agentes económicos y sociales chinos. Para implementarlo, una de las iniciativas estratégicas se centra en la captación de entrenadores extranjeros que transfieran capacidades para el desarrollo del fútbol tanto a nivel formativo como profesional. El objetivo de esta tesis doctoral es justificar los motivos por los que la competitividad del fútbol en China no alcanza todavía los niveles de otros países que son un referente a nivel mundial. Para ello, se examinan los determinantes estructurales de dicha competitividad utilizando el modelo del Diamante de Porter, así como la influencia que ejercen los factores culturales usando el Modelo de Hofstede que permite diferenciar la influencia de la cultura entre naciones. Se ha realizado una investigación del tipo híbrida o mixta compuesta por una primera fase cualitativa y una segunda cuantitativa partiendo de la información extraída de la primera. Los resultados sugieren la existencia de varios factores que pueden explicar la falta de competitividad china en el fútbol: el gran respeto a la familia que propicia que los jóvenes estén más orientados al éxito académico, el menor número de futbolistas de nivel elevado, el aprendizaje vía repetición y automatismos, la propia naturaleza del deporte donde tener un buen know-how no garantiza el éxito deportivo, y la dificultad para organizar competiciones nacionales debido a la gran extensión geográfica. Por último, se ha realizado un análisis DAFO que sintetiza las principales características del fútbol chino.

Tools as finance analysis, fundamental analysis, SLEPTE analysis and Porter analysis are used. Results of these analyses are than processed in SWOT analysis and than compared with SWOT analysis from 2006.

Financial analysis will be performed by analyzing ratio systems and analysis of absolute, differential and ratio indexes. Solutions, that might help current situation of company, will be suggested and based on results of analysis.

This work deals with the assessment of the current state of processing invoicing in the company Dropick, Ltd. I will create consequently the software aplication in the creative environment Microsoft Visual Studio based on the analysis and requirements of the company, which will automatize the process of invoicing. This will save not only financial, but also time requirements dedicated to this activity.
