This thesis aims to understand the use of this language in the Diario Popular, especially in terms of news, titled sucesos on conflicts of urban life, mostly involving police incidents. Besides the analysis of the copies of the Daily Popular January to May 2012, data were obtained from literature. In this context, we verified the presence of the plurality of meanings of words present in the writing of the material, where the updates jopara forms of social distinction and classification, relating to people and genders in social situations themselves from public life. Thus, understanding the language in an interdisciplinary way, not as a source, but as a social practice, symbolic and historic use this notebook paper is a form of communication and expression evident in the tensions inherent in the demarcation of the differences between social groups. / Identificada pela mistura de guarani e espanhol, a língua jopara é comum no cotidiano em ambientes informais ou familiares no Paraguai. Esta dissertação tem como objetivo compreender o uso dessa língua no Diario Popular, especialmente no caderno de notícias, intitulado sucesos, sobre conflitos da vida urbana, na maioria das vezes envolvendo ocorrências policiais. Além da análise dos exemplares do Diário Popular de janeiro a maio de 2012, os dados foram obtidos através de pesquisa bibliográfica. Neste contexto, verificou-se a presença da pluralidade de sentidos das palavras presentes na redação das matérias, em que o jopara atualiza formas de classificação e de distinção social, relativas a pessoas e a gêneros sexuais em situações sociais próprias da vida pública. Deste modo, compreendendo a língua de forma interdisciplinar, não como um código, mas como uma prática social, simbólica e histórica, seu uso neste caderno do jornal é uma das formas de comunicação e expressão evidenciada nas tensões inerentes à demarcação das diferenças entre grupos sociais.

This study analyzes the contribution of the specialization in Media in Education, offered in the state of Sergipe, and was subject twenty-three teachers from first class training and conclusive that they develop their activities in public schools located in different cities in Sergipe. This is a qualitative study with a case study approach, which used as instruments of data collection: desk research, questionnaire and semistructured interviews. For the treatment of data was performed content analysis that allowed data to be grouped into four categories: continuing education teacher; difficulties presented in the course of training, changes in teaching practice; skills to deal with ICT. This design aims to answer the central question of this study: how teachers who completed the course of Specialization in Media in Education, the State of Sergipe, realize the contributions of this training to their practice? In this sense, the general objective was to investigate how teachers graduating the first class of Specialization in Media in Education, the state of Sergipe, realize the contributions of this training in their teaching. The testimony of teachers allowed to emphasize positive and negative aspects of the training study, which may be considered in times of restructuring or new offerings, since the data emphasize the continuing education of teachers as a prerequisite for such integration is not a set mere transposition of old practices, with veneer of modernity. The study points to an attempt incipient change in teaching practice and the incorporation of media resources available in an effort to promote new forms of teaching and learning, and proves that the course contributed to a change in teachers' practice, as well as confirming the belief that continuing education courses for teachers, as well as necessary, should be offered regularly. / Esse estudo analisa as contribuições do curso de Especialização em Mídias na Educação, ofertado no estado de Sergipe e teve como sujeitos vinte e três professores oriundos da primeira turma de concludentes dessa formação e que desenvolvem suas atividades em escolas públicas localizadas em diferentes municípios sergipanos. Trata-se de um estudo de natureza qualitativa com abordagem em estudo de caso, que utilizou como instrumentos de coletas de dados: pesquisa documental, questionário e entrevista semiestruturada. Para o tratamento dos dados, foi realizada a análise de conteúdo que permitiu que os dados fossem agrupados em quatro categorias: formação continuada do professor; dificuldades apresentadas no percurso de formação; mudanças na prática pedagógica; competências para lidar com as TIC. Tal delineamento visa responder ao questionamento central desse estudo: como os professores que concluíram o curso de Especialização em Mídias na Educação, no Estado de Sergipe, percebem as contribuições dessa formação para a sua prática pedagógica? Nesse sentido, o objetivo geral foi investigar como os professores egressos da primeira turma da Especialização em Mídias na Educação, no estado de Sergipe, percebem as contribuições dessa formação na sua prática pedagógica. O depoimento dos professores permitiu enfatizar aspectos positivos e negativos da formação em estudo, que poderão ser considerados em momentos de reestruturação ou de novas ofertas, uma vez que os dados enfatizam a formação continuada dos professores como condição necessária para que essa integração não se configure uma mera transposição de velhas práticas, com verniz de modernidade. O estudo aponta para uma tentativa ainda incipiente de mudança na prática pedagógica e de incorporação dos recursos midiáticos disponíveis na tentativa de promover novas formas de ensino e aprendizagem e comprova que o curso colaborou para uma mudança na prática dos professores, além de ratificar a convicção de que os cursos de formação continuada para professores, além de necessários, devem ser ofertados com regularidade.

A atuação interprofissional em saúde tem-se constituído em um elemento importante para produção das ações de saúde, frente à complexidade do processo saúde-doença. Um desafio do trabalho em saúde é o de buscar o comprometimento dos trabalhadores, na perspectiva de produzir cuidado integral. Diante do contexto atual, em que as experiências do cuidado sob o eixo da integralidade para os doentes em situações clínicas críticas ainda são incipientes, esta investigação estabelece como objeto de estudo a atuação interprofissional no atendimento das necessidades de saúde dos doentes em situações clínicas e cirúrgicas críticas. Assim, o presente estudo elege por objetivo geral: produzir análise crítica, segundo Habermas, da atuação interprofissional no contexto da terapia intensiva na perspectiva da integralidade do cuidado em saúde. Para tanto, passamos por momentos de compreender a atuação dos profissionais que compõem a equipe de saúde; de interpretar as possibilidades e dificuldades da interação entre os diferentes profissionais de saúde e, de compreender as potencialidades e fragilidades da articulação interprofissional. Escolhemos as situações de admissão, alta, visita clínica aos doentes internados na terapia intensiva como eventos potenciais para apreensão da prática interprofissional. O presente estudo insere-se na abordagem qualitativa de pesquisa e consiste, ainda, em estudo descritivo elegendo o estudo de caso como modalidade de investigação. A Unidade de Terapia Intensiva do Hospital de Clínicas I de Marília foi escolhida como campo empírico. Os sujeitos da pesquisa são médicos, enfermeiros, fisioterapeutas e nutricionistas que atuaram nos eventos observados. A captação do material empírico consistiu em observação do cenário e entrevistas semi-estruturadas juntos aos trabalhadores de saúde. Para tratamento do material empírico utilizamos a técnica de interpretação de sentidos. A análise permitiu identificar dois eixos temáticos: o cuidado em saúde centrado nas necessidades individuais e a relação com a atuação profissional, atribuindo a atuação profissional o sentido biomédico, fragmentado do cuidado e centrado na tarefa; as possibilidades na transformação do cuidado em saúde na perspectiva da integralidade do cuidado e do agir comunicativo evidenciam que a ação instrumental está relacionada à interação multiprofissional enquanto a ação comunicativa se associa à interprofissionalidade. Finalizamos esse estudo com uma reflexão sobre a prática do enfermeiro, a qual evidencia a importância da articulação de ações de saúde quanto à integridade da pele do doente acamado. / The health inter-professional performance has been an important element for the production of health actions, face to the complex health-disease process. A challenge on the health work is to seek the workers commitment, on the perspective to produce an integral care. On the present context, where the care experiences under the integrality axle for the patients in critical clinical situations are still incipient, this investigation sets as the study subject the inter-professional action on the attendance of the patients health care needs in critical clinical or surgical situations. Thus, this study has as general objective: to produce, according to Habermas, critical analysis of the inter-professional performance on the intensive therapy context on the perspective of the health cares integrality. For this, we have gone through moments to comprehend the performance of the professionals that make part of the health team; to interpret the possibilities and difficulties to interact between the different health professionals, and to comprehend the potentialities and weaknesses of the inter-professional articulation. We have chosen the situations of admission, discharge, and clinical visit to the patients on the Intensive Care Unit as potential events for apprehension of the inter-professional practice. This study is inserted on the qualitative research approach and consists of a descriptive study, electing the case study as the investigation modality. The Intensive Care Unit in the Hospital das Clínicas I in Marilia has been chosen as empiric field. The research subjects are physicians, nurses, physiotherapists and nutritionists that have acted as observed events. The empiric material caption has been observation of the scenery and semi-structured interviews to the health professionals. For treatment of the empirical material, we have used the sense interpretations technique. The analysis has allowed us to identify two thematic axles: the health care directed to the individual needs and the relation to the professional performance, giving the biomedical point of view, fragmented on the care and focused on the task; the possibilities on the transformation of the health care under the perspective of the care integrality and the communicative act show that the instrumental action is related to the multi-professional interaction while the communicative action is related to the inter-professionality. We have finished this study by reflecting on the nurse practice, which shows the importance of the articulation of health actions regarding the skin integrality of the patient on bed.

近年來台灣受過高等教育的知識份子，熱中參與新興宗教及擬似宗教的修煉團體。本研究的目的是希望瞭解受世俗理性教育下的知識份子，為何會投入民間教派的靜坐修煉活動，並討論當初學習靜坐的動機與需求，以及對宗教是否有另一套科學－理性的理解模式。 本研究採質性研究取向，以天帝教中知識份子為個案，透過參與觀察、非結構式訪談及文獻分析等方法，試圖瞭解天帝教知識份子參與靜坐修煉的歷程，包括學習靜坐的動機，在修煉過程中的神秘經驗、社會關係的轉變，以及參與信仰論述合理化的行動。 研究發現學習靜坐的動機可分為「解決問題取向」及「非解決問題取向」，前者是被迫要解決具危機感的問題與麻煩；後者為了滿足生命更高的需求層次。靜坐改變以小我為中心世界觀，轉向注重大我，因此家庭關係跟人際關係都趨向和諧，人生觀也從追求個人成就轉向謀求眾人福祉。至於從單純靜坐學習者到成為融入組織的虔信者，中間轉換過程是經由突然跳躍的意識。 最後，本文也指出三項天帝教知識份子對於自我角色的定位模式，藉此凸顯他們在不同知識系統間如何加自我調適，乃至於說明當代知識份子跟宗教團體間的關係及其角色。 關鍵詞：新興宗教、天帝教、知識份子、靜坐、宗教經驗 / Recent years in Taiwan, new religions and religion-like spiritual practice cults appeal to higher educated intellectuals. The main purpose of this study is to realize why these science-ration educated intellectuals were enthusiastic in sectarian religious practice. In this study we discussed their motivation and need for learning meditation. Further more, we'd also like to know whether they have some kind of science-ration patterns of cognition on their religion belief and practice. By case study on The Lord of Universe Church (T'ienti Chiao), a qualitative aspect, such as participant observation, non-structed interview and literature analysis is employed by this study, which tries to understand the process of the intellectuals among the Lord of Universe Church participating in meditation practice, including their motivation of learning meditation, mystical experience of“CHI”, changing of relationships, and the construction of rationalizing belief discourse. 本研究旨在瞭解目前高雄市高級中等學校教師知覺教師專業成長、教師在職進修動機與教師專業倫理實踐之現況。為達研究目的，首先蒐集相關文獻加以探討分析，了解教師專業成長、教師在職進修動機與教師專業倫理實踐之內涵，以建立本研究之理論基礎架構，作為本研究研究問卷編製之依據。在實證研究上採調查研究法，以高雄市高級中等學校教師為樣本對象，並以「分層隨機抽樣」方式進行資料蒐集，共發出570份問卷，有效問卷552份，可用回收率達96.8%。回收的問卷分別以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關以及逐步多元回歸進行統計分析。 綜合文獻探討及問卷調查結果，本研究獲致研究結論如下： 一、高雄市高級中等學校教師之教師專業成長為中高程度，三個層面知覺程度差異不大。 二、高雄市高級中等學校教師之教師在職進修動機為中等程度，以「認知興趣」、「逃避刺激」之知覺程度較高，「社會發展」與「他人影響」知覺程度較低。 三、高雄市高級中等學校教師之教師專業倫理實踐為中高程度，以「教師與學生家長之間關係」知覺程度最高，「教師與社會（區）之間關係」知覺程度最低。 四、高雄市高級中等學校教師在「教師專業成長」方面，不同「性別」、「服務年資」、「擔任職務」，與「學校地區」之教師，知覺程度有顯著差異。 五、高雄市高級中等學校教師在「教師在職進修動機」方面，不同「擔任職務」之教師，知覺程度有顯著差異。 六、高雄市高級中等學校教師在「教師專業倫理實踐」方面，知覺程度整體上無顯著差異。 七、高雄市高級中等學校教師之教師專業成長與教師在職進修動機具有顯著相關。 八、高雄市高級中等學校教師之教師專業成長與教師專業倫理實踐具有顯著相關。 九、高雄市高級中等學校教師之教師在職進修動機與教師專業倫理實踐具有顯著相關。 十、高雄市高級中等學校教師之教師專業成長、教師在職進修動機對教師專業倫理實踐具有顯著預測作用。 根據以上研究結果，提出具體建議，提供教育行政機關、學校行政及教師，以及未來相關研究之參考。 / The purpose of this study was to investigate the current development of teacher professional growth, motivation of in-service education, and teachers’ practive of professional ethic in senior high school of Kaohsiung City. To achieve the research purposes, a literature review was conducted to understand the teacher professional growth, motivation of in-service education, and teachers’ practive of professional ethic, and then to establish the fundamental theory of this study and develop questionnaires. This is a cross-sectional survey study using stratified random sampling design. The study recruited teachers in Kuohsiung senior high schools. A sample of senior high school teachers in Kuohsiung City, stratified random sampling, issued a total of 570 parts, 552 valid questionnaires, the effective rate of 96.8% questionnaires. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive analyses, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The main findings of the study include： 一、Moderate-high teacher’s perceptions of teacher professional growth were shown, and three of the visions had the same level. 二、Moderate-high teacher’s perceptions of the motivation of in-service education were shown, in which the item “cognitive interest” and “escape / stimulate” was the higher, “social development”and “other people affected” was the lower. 三、Moderate-high teacher’s perceptions of teachers’ practive of professional ethic were shown, in which the item and “the relationship between students’parents” was the highest, and “the relationship between community and society” was the lowest. 四、There are significant differences in the senior high school teachers’perception of teacher professional growth in terms of gender, years of service, position, and school location. 五、There are significant differences in the senior high school teachers’perception of the motivation of in-service education in terms of position. 六、There are no significant difference in the senior high school teachers’perception of teachers’ practive of professional ethic. 七、There is a positive correlation among teacher professional growth and motivation of in-service education. 八、There is a positive correlation among teacher professional growth and teachers’ practive of professional ethic. 九、There is a positive correlation among motivation of in-service education and teachers’ practive of professional ethic. 十、Teacher professional growth and motivation of in-service education have a predictive effect on teachers’ practive of professional ethic. According to the above research conclusions, the suggestions are proposed to be used as reference by educational institutions, school administrative units, and teachers in the future.
