Dessa forma, a pesquisa busca caracterizar este trabalho, identificando como esta atividade e doutrina se articulam com a vida e os valores do modo de produção capitalistas, a partir da análise do discurso da Teologia da Prosperidade. / This study seeks to understand how religious work is done within the Pentecostal church Bola de Neve (Snow Ball Church), generating a discourse that is developed based on a particular ideological reproduction, which materializes and it is included in the production chain. Thus, the research seeks to characterize this work by identifying how this activity and doctrine are linked with life and capitalist values, from the discourse analysis of the Prosperity Theology.

This is done through an analysis of the volunteer and religious work and the current judicial disposal. One of the reasons for this type of project is the increasing judicial demand involving these workers, fact that suggests a deeper study of the topic in order to give a final answer if there are or there aren t clear distinctions between employees, work volunteers and religious volunteers. The conclusion demonstrates that there is a distinction. Volunteer and religious services can be seen as legitimate work hypothesis without employment entailment, even when the common prerequisites that characterize this judicial figure take place because what really matters in both cases is the animus contrahendi / O presente estudo objetiva oferecer elementos para a formação de conceitos que venham contribuir para a construção de uma sociedade em que haja perfeita harmonia entre a lei, a fé e a solidariedade, fazendo-o por meio do estudo dos serviços voluntários e religiosos e do ordenamento jurídico em vigor. Justifica-se a análise do tema com a crescente onda de demandas judiciais envolvendo esses trabalhadores, fato que sugere um estudo mais profundo da matéria, a fim de que se esclareça, de uma vez por todas, de forma clara e simples, se há ou não distinções entre empregados, trabalhadores voluntários e trabalhadores religiosos. A conclusão demonstra que existe essa distinção, ou seja, que os serviços voluntários e religiosos podem ser vistos como hipóteses legítimas de trabalho sem vínculo empregatício, mesmo quando presentes os requisitos clássicos que caracterizam esta figura jurídica, porque naqueles dois casos o que importa mais é o "animus contrahendi"

This survey has examined the work motivation among priests in the Church of Sweden (Svenska kyrkan). This report is based on a theory developed by Lars Ivarsson who distinguishes intrinsic motivation from extrinsic motivation associated with work. The survey is also based on a theory named Social categorization theory which is connected to confirmation of identity and work motivation. The survey has used a quantitative survey method to collect research data and a thematic analysis to analyze the collected data. The source material collected in the survey included answers from 40 priests who each answered 14 questions regarding their work motivation, lack thereof and calling. The result in this survey has argued that intrinsic work motivation is the dominant motivation in relation to extrinsic motivation, to choose priesthood as occupation. The most common motive to choose priesthood as occupation was argued by the respondents to be something defined as calling. Work environment and organizational issues was regarded as the biggest factors to reduce work motivation among priests in the survey. Calling was also discussed by the respondents in many parts of the survey as something exclusive to the occupation as priest.
