Background The complications of getting affected by perineal ruptures by giving birth can cause anxiety and consequences that affect the daily life of the woman. Over ninety percent of Indonesian midwives had neither acquired any basic skills nor received any further professional development training in this area during the three years following their graduation. The main risk factors for perineal ruptures are instrumentally terminated childbirths, nulliparous and a high birth weight of the baby. The midwife has a major impact on the women's further risk of suffering from a perineal rupture. Perineal protection can play a significant role to reduce perineal ruptures.   Aim The aim of the study was to describe midwives experience of perineal ruptures preventive work in Indonesia.   Method This study is based on a MFS in Indonesia. The method chosen was a  qualitative interview study with unstructured interview questions  In total, fifteen midwives were interviewed. Data was analyzed using qualitative content analysis.   Findings During the analysis three categories were identified; The preventive work to protect the perineum, Midwives experience and knowledge of perineal rupture and Factors that increase vaginal ruptures. Six subcategories were identified; Support perineum by hand, To not proceed too fast, Learning by doing, Factors midwife can affect, Factors women can affect and Other factors that may affect.   Conclusion Indonesian midwife's grip to prevent perineal ruptures are similar to what the authors are educated in Sweden. Knowledge and experience appear to be limited due to the midwive´s small number of vaginal births. Midwives emphasized the importance of education and information in their work with perineal protection. They all claimed that if no perineal protection was used, it was more likely for the woman to get a grade three or four rupture. The midwives in Indonesia didn’t use warm compresses and did only use one birth position, Lithotomy position, the women laying on her back. To further make a progress in the midwives preventive work against perineal ruptures is to educate and empower Indonesian midwives knowledge. This is an important aspect due to the large number of midwives with poor experiences. / Bakgrund Att drabbas av en perinealbristning vid förlossning kan orsaka ångest och ge konsekvenser som påverkar kvinnors dagliga liv. Över nittio procent av de Indonesiska barnmorskorna saknar fortfarande grundläggande färdigheter och professionell kompetensutveckling inom området tre år efter examen. De främsta riskfaktorerna för att drabbas av en perinealbristning är instrumentell förlossning, att vara förstföderska och barnets födelsevikt. Barnmorskan har stor påverkan för kvinnans risk att drabbas av en perinealbristning. Perinealskydd har en stor betydelse för att minska perinealbristningar.   Syfte Syftet med studien var att beskriva barnmorskors erfarenhet av perinealbristningar[ och det förebyggande arbetet i Indonesien.   Metod Denna studie bygger på en MFS (Minor field study) fältstudie i Indonesien. Den valda metoden var en kvalitativ intervjustudie med ostrukturerade intervjufrågor. Sammanlagt intervjuades femton barnmorskor. Data analyserades med hjälp av en kvalitativ innehållsanalys.   Resultat Under analysen identifierades tre kategorier; Det förebyggande arbetet för att skydda perineum, Barnmorskans erfarenhet och kunskap om perinealbristningar samt Faktorer som ökar perinealbristningar. Sex underkategorier identifierades; Stöd perineum för hand, Långsamt framfödande, Träning ger färdighet, Det barnmorskan kan påverka, De faktorer kvinnan kan påverka och Andra faktorer som kan påverka perinealbristningar.   Slutsats Den indonesiska barnmorskans perinealskydd för att förhindra bristningar är liknande de perinealskydd barnmorskan är utbildad att tillhandahålla i Sverige. Kunskap och erfarenhet verkar däremot vara begränsad på grund av barnmorskans få assisterade vaginala födslar i Indonesien. Barnmorskorna som intervjuades betonade vikten av utbildning och information i deras arbete att tillhandahålla perinealskydd. De hävdade att om inget perinealskydd används, är det mer sannolikt att kvinnan drabbas av en grad tre eller fyra bristning. Barnmorskorna i Indonesien använder inte varma kompresser och de använder enbart en förlossningsställning, Lithotomy positionen, kvinnan liggandes på rygg. För att ytterligare göra framsteg i det förebyggande arbetet är det nödvändigt med ytterligare kompetensutveckling för de indonesiska barnmorskorna. Detta är en viktig aspekt på grund av de stora antalet indonesiska barnmorskor som inte har tillräckligt med erfarenhet.

Esta investigação reflete sobre rupturas de sentidos na teledramaturgia brasileira contemporânea a partir de processos de tradução, criação, transcriação, explosão e sentido obtuso e, no seu percurso, configurou a noção de telerrecriação. O aporte teórico principal deste estudo é a Semiótica da Cultura, com as argumentações ancoradas em conceitos explanados por Lotman (1978; 1996; 1998; 1999; 2000; 2003; 2004; 2005), mas também contribuem para a pesquisa outros autores como Bakhtin (1998, 2005, 2010), Barthes (2009), Campos (2013a; 2013b); Machado A. (2011); Machado I (2003). O objetivo do estudo é averiguar os processos de reconfigurações de sentidos que se constituem em nível dos códigos, dos formatos e da linguagem da ficção seriada, e para alcançá-lo são problematizadas as rupturas de sentidos na teleficção da TV aberta brasileira. A metodologia tem inspiração cartográfica, proposta de Deleuze e Guattari (1995) que sugere a constituição de um mapa a partir de rizomas, com pontos de intensidades, linhas distintas e conexões diversas que se movem e vão traçando um percurso que nunca é finalizado. Na busca por esse mapa inacabado nosso olhar transita por toda a obra do autor e diretor de audiovisual Luiz Fernando Carvalho, com mais acuidade pelas microsséries Hoje é dia de Maria (2005) – nas duas temporadas –, A pedra do reino (2007) e Capitu (2008), e a série Afinal, o que querem as mulheres? (2010). Todas são produções da TV Globo que têm o texto final e a direção assinados por Carvalho e que acreditamos oferecer tanto regularidades como irregularidades, imprevisibilidades e descontinuidades em seus textos. Lotman (2003) diz que a linguagem assume uma função comunicativa básica ao fornecer uma informação, mas suas funções são também a criativa e a mnemônica – esta vinculada à memória da cultura. Nessa concepção, a noção de texto é ampla, os textos tecem as linguagens e se configuram como um complexo dispositivo que se compõem de vários códigos, além de serem geradores de significados. Como Lotman (2003), entendemos que as produções televisuais são textos comunicativos complexos que organizam textos dentro de textos, constituindo uma trama intrincada, e nessa via podem ser criativos, além de terem as funções informativa e mnemônica. A tese proposta por essa pesquisa é a noção de telerrecriação que contempla textos que apresentam rupturas de sentidos, operam sobre a função criativa da linguagem e são imbuídos de uma crítica à própria linguagem, com potencialidade para desencadear a reorganização dos códigos. Sob essa perspectiva telerrecriar se configura como um modo de dinamizar a linguagem televisual. Logo, nossa busca foi norteada na direção desses processos, que rompem com os códigos canônicos estruturadores da teleficção brasileira e por meio dessas rupturas de sentidos são capazes de reconfigurá-la. Nesse percurso, concluímos que os textos de LFC operam sobre regularidades e irregularidades, sendo que as transgressões se sobrepõem as tradições na grande parte das produções realizadas por ele, criando espécies de dialetos da memória da teledramaturgia e, ainda que essas obras sejam exibidas na TV aberta, o contexto que as acolhem não elimina o alto grau de criatividade que apresentam, pois quando há um processo de telerrecriação há, sim, possibilidade de reconfiguração dos formatos e com isso, também a oferta de novas possibilidades de ver o mundo. / This investigation reflects on the ruptures of meanings in the contemporary Brazilian teledramaturgy based on the processes of translation, creation, transcreation, explosion and obtuse meaning and, in its course, configured the notion of telerrecreation. The main theoretical basis of this study is the semiotics of culture, with the arguments anchored in concepts explained by Lotman (1978, 1996, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2003, 2004, 2005), but also contribute to the research other authors such as Bakhtin (1998, 2005, 2010), Barthes (2009), Campos (2013a; 2013b); Machado A. The objective of the study is to investigate the meanings reconfiguration processes that are constituted at the level of the codes, formats and language of serial fiction, and to reach it the ruptures of meanings are problematized in the telefiction of Brazilian open TV. The methodology has a cartographic inspiration, a proposal by Deleuze and Guattari (1995) that suggests the constitution of a map from rhizomes, with points of intensities, distinct lines and diverse connections that move and trace a course that is never finalized. In the search for this unfinished map, our look transits through the work of the author and audiovisual director Luiz Fernando Carvalho, with more acuity by the microseries Hoje é dia de Maria (2005) - in two seasons -, A pedra do reino (2007) and Capitu (2008), and the series Afinal, o que querem as mulheres? As Lotman (2003), we understand that television productions are complex communicative texts that organize texts within texts, constituting an intricate plot, and in this way can be creative, in addition to having the informative and mnemonic functions. The thesis proposed by this research, which is the notion of telerrecation, contemplates texts that present ruptures of meanings, operate on the creative function of language and are imbued with a critique of language itself, with the potential to trigger the reorganization of codes.From this perspective telerrecation is configured as a way to dynamize the television language. Therefore, our search was guided in the direction of these processes, which break with the canonical codes structuring the Brazilian telefiction and through these ruptures of meanings are able to reconfigure it. In this course, we conclude that the LFC texts operate on regularities and irregularities, and transgressions overlap the traditions in most of their productions, creating dialects of the memory of theater and, even though these works are exhibited in the open TV, the context that welcomes them does not eliminate the high degree of creativity that they present, because when there is a process of telerrecation there is, yes, possibility of reconfiguration of the formats and with that, also the offer of new possibilities to see the world.

Esta pesquisa busca compreender as rupturas de sentidos sobre os corpos expressados nas fotografias de moda contemporâneas. Nosso olhar está lançado para a contemporaneidade, em imagens as quais acreditamos estar sob a conjuntura No Limits, momento da fotografia de moda que floresce a partir dos anos 90 e que coloca em voga a multiplicação de estilos e linguagens exercidos nessas imagens. Teoricamente, adotamos a perspectiva da Semiótica da Cultura (SC) para com a moda, propondo um olhar que vê esta moda enquanto sistema modelizante que opera códigos e dinâmicas próprios sobre a cultura. Ademais, desenvolvemos conceitos relativos à linguagem fotográfica e, por sua vez, da fotografia de moda, expondo suas estruturalidades e técnicas que engendram os textos por nós analisados. Ainda sob a perspectiva teórica, nos debruçamos sobre o corpo em um viés sociológico e também cultural, para adentrar nas especificidades das corporalidades empenhadas na moda e, consecutivamente, na fotografia de moda, delineando, então, regularidades e padronizações que nos ajudam a pensar o rumo das rupturas de sentidos. Enquanto percurso metodológico no exame e apreensão dos sentidos, operacionalizamos esses processos propondo uma trajetória de examinação e interpretação do objeto empírico, considerando a identificação de imprevisibilidades, irregularidades e descontinuidades nas construções textuais de fotografias de moda contemporâneas O processo de observação parte de acionamentos teóricos de elementos da SC, assim como da linguagem fotográfica, da moda e do corpo. Complementarmente, acionamos um esquema interpretativo dessas observações, inspirado em diferentes níveis de sentidos que se sobrepõem às imagens. As imagens de moda de No Limits e os corpos nelas expressos configuram textos e narrativas permeados por rupturas, fissuras, deslocamentos em relação à própria fotografia de moda que está sempre em movimento. Observamos, portanto, essas corporalidades da moda, no sentido de posicioná-las além dos limites, de carregar em si o excesso, de ultrapassagem dos parâmetros dos incursos que a moda instaura. / This research aims to understand the ruptures of meanings on the bodies expressed in contemporary fashion photographs. Our look is set for contemporaneity, in images that we believe to be under the No Limits juncture, a moment of fashion photography that has flourished since the 90s and which puts in vogue the multiplication of styles and languages exercised in these images. Theoretically we adopt the perspective of the Semiotics of Culture (SC) towards fashion, proposing a look that sees this fashion as a modeling system that operates codes and dynamics of culture. In addition, we develop concepts related to the photographic language and, in turn, of fashion photography, exposing its peculiarities and techniques that engender the texts analyzed by us. Still from a theoretical perspective, we focus on the body in a sociological and cultural way to enter into the specificities of the bodies engaged in fashion and consecutively in fashion photography, delineating then, regularities and standardizations that help us to think the direction of the ruptures of senses. As a methodological course in the examination and apprehension of the senses, we operate these processes by proposing a trajectory of examination and interpretation of the empirical object, considering the identification of unpredictability, irregularities and discontinuities in textual constructions of contemporary fashion photographs The process of observation starts from theoretical drives of SC elements, as well as from photographic language, fashion and the body. Complementarily we trigger an interpretative scheme of these observations inspired by different levels of meanings that overlap the images. The fashion images of No Limits and the bodies expressed in them configure texts and narratives permeated by ruptures, fissures, displacements in relation to the fashion photography itself that is always in movement. We observe, therefore, these corporalities of the fashion, in the sense of positioning them beyond the limits, of carrying in itself the excess, of overcoming the parameters of the incursion that fashion establishes.

Muitas análises críticas na área da Psicologia foram produzidas fortalecendo o entendimento de que os conflitos que aparecem na escola são expressões de uma lógica historicamente estabelecida e os problemas que envolvem os processos de escolarização não são manifestações causadas pelos aspectos individuais dos sujeitos cognição, personalidade e comportamento. Esta pesquisa se localiza no bojo destas críticas desde uma perspectiva teórica que se dedica a pensar as lógicas institucionais que atravessam as organizações e a vivência no cotidiano da escola. A que serve o saber psi neste contexto? Como seria possível desempenhar uma prática que não corrobore os efeitos de naturalização, padronização e individualização que atingem os sujeitos e as relações escolares? Tais questões conduzem esta pesquisa em direção a aspectos que implicam a presença do psicólogo na escola, considerando a dimensão social e também a escolar como uma tessitura regida por lógicas historicamente estabelecidas, em que a relação entre a Psicologia e a escola é tomada a partir da análise dos efeitos produzidos pela atuação do psicólogo neste território ao longo do tempo. Recorre-se à compreensão histórica da escola e, portanto, a um modo de olhar, analisar e dizer dela. Com isso em vista, buscam-se articulações que permitam pensar a escola a partir da ideia de forças em constante disputa. Tal viés reflexivo é também sustentado pela corrente institucionalista e pela Análise Institucional que procuram tensionar a hierarquia de saberes, bem como os modos instituídos de vida que invadem as relações entre os sujeitos. Baseada nesta abordagem, esta dissertação sustenta a posição de que a escola é um campo em que as forças instituídas e instituintes se apresentam cotidianamente, possibilitando diferentes criações e invenções, afirmando potencialidades, e fazendo da intervenção um ato eminentemente político. Valendo-se de alguns conceitos como instituição, instituído, instituinte, acontecimento, analisador e implicação, apresentados e aprofundados a partir de eventos concretos da história e do surgimento da Análise Institucional, nos quais sua potência disruptiva é evidenciada, a presente pesquisa destaca a potência do cotidiano como campo propício de luta, de ruptura e de enfrentamento de imperativos. A escrita operada nas narrativas tem por objetivo iluminar as pequenas-grandes recusas atuadas por crianças que, do ponto de vista da norma, são inadequadas. Os elementos que constituem as narrativas apresentadas visaram problematizar e destacar a vertente instituinte, tensionando os saberes que se antecipam e os fazeres pautados nas relações cristalizadas, subvertendo a ideia de cotidiano como repetição, planejamento e permanência. É a partir desta problematização e, também, da análise da implicação que a função do psicólogo no território escolar é entendida. Sendo assim, esta pesquisa sustenta a prática do psicólogo na escola a partir da possibilidade de habitar o campo colocando-se como parte produtora de efeitos que podem atualizar as lógicas institucionais. Tal condição, portanto, convoca um posicionamento político do fazer psi no contexto escolar / Many critical analyzes produced in the field of psychology strength the understanding that the conflicts that appear in the school are expressions of a historically established logic and the problems involving the processes of schooling are not manifestations caused by the individual aspects of the subjects - cognition, personality and behavior. This research is located in the heart of these criticisms from a theoretical perspective dedicated to think about the institutional logics that cross the organizations and the experience of schools daily life. What is psi knowledge in this context? How could it be possible to carry out a practice that does not corroborate the effects of naturalization, standardization and individualization that affect subjects and school relationships? These questions lead this research towards aspects that imply the presence of the psychologist in the school, considering the social dimension and also the school as a structure governed by historically established logics, in which the relation between Psychology and the school is taken from the Analysis of the effects produced by the performance of the psychologist in this territory over time. We resort to the historical understanding of the school and, therefore, to a way of looking, analyzing and saying it. Considering it, we seek articulations that allow us to think the school from the idea of forces in constant dispute. Such a reflexive bias is also supported by the institutionalist current and by Institutional Analysis that seek to strain the hierarchy of knowledge, as well as the instituted ways of life that invade relationships between the subjects. Based on this approach, this dissertation sustains the position that the school is a field in which the instituted and instituting forces present themselves daily, allowing different creations and inventions, affirming potentialities, and transforming the intervention in an eminently political act. Drawing on some concepts as institution, institute, instigator, event, analyzer and implication, presented and deepened from concrete events of history and the emergence of Institutional Analysis, in which its disruptive power is evidenced, this research highlights the power of everyday life as a propitious field of struggle, rupture and confrontation of imperatives. The writing used in the narratives aims to illuminate the small-great refusals of children who, from the point of view of the norm, are inadequate. The elements that constitute the narratives presented aimed at problematizing and highlighting the instituting aspect, stressing the anticipated knowledge and the actions based on crystallized relationships, subverting the idea of aily life as repetition, planning and permanence. It is from this problematization and from the analysis of the implication that the function of the psychologist in the school territory is understood. Thus, this research sustains the practice of the psychologist in the school from the possibility of inhabiting the field by placing itself as a producer of effects that can update the institutional logics. Such a condition, therefore, calls for a political positioning of psi in the school context

Cette thèse s'inscrit dans le contexte actuel de remise en question de la prépondérance de la voiture particulière dans les déplacements des ménages français. Elle propose d'analyser les ruptures de comportements liées au déploiement de solutions pour mutualiser l'automobile, dans le but de prévoir l'évolution de ses modes d'usage, de son intensité d'usage, ainsi que celle de la motorisation. En premier lieu, nous identifions les nouveaux services de mobilité automobile comme les principaux vecteurs de changement de comportement, nous calculons les potentiels de développement du covoiturage (importants), de l'autopartage et de la location courte durée (restreints), et nous montrons que ces services peuvent permettre de réaliser des économies d'énergie s'ils sont utilisés en remplacement d'un équipement personnel. Dans un second temps, nous nous concentrons sur l'analyse fine des comportements de mobilité dont nous réalisons une segmentation mettant en évidence leurs principaux déterminants. A partir de ces derniers, l'estimation d'un modèle de choix modal montre que des transferts de la voiture personnelle vers les transports en commun ou encore la voiture partagée sont probables à horizon 2020, en cas de démotorisation des ménages. Enfin, nous analysons l'évolution de la motorisation des ménages et montrons des ruptures dans la dynamique générationnelle positive observée dans le passé qui se stabilisera, voire même s'inversera, à horizon 2020. Le marché automobile français sera donc davantage porté par le canal des sociétés (de service notamment) que celui des particuliers. / This thesis rises in a context where the automobile supremacy is questioned. It aims at analysing behavioural changes related to the deployment of solutions to pool car, in order to foresee evolution of its modes of use, intensity of use, as well as that of motorization. First, we identify new car mobility services as main vectors of changes in behaviours, we also measure the potential development of carpooling (important), carsharing and short-term car rental (limited), and we end up by showing that these services can achieve energy savings if used as substitute to individual equipment. In a second step, we focus on the analysis of mobility patterns from which we establish a behaviour classification highlighting their main drivers. From these, the estimation of a modal choice model shows that shifts from personal car toward public transport or shared car are likely to 2020, in the case of a decrease in households' motorization level. Thus, we finally analyse the evolution of households' motorization and emphasis a breaking point in the positive generational trends observed in the past, that will know a stagnation if not an inversion to 2020. As a consequence, the evolution of the French car market will tend to be more driven by sales to fleet and business than sales to private.

The therapeutic alliance, a construct representing agreement and collaboration on therapy goals, therapy tasks, and the emotional bond between client(s) and therapist, is a robust predictor of therapy outcomes in individual, couple, and family therapy. One way to track the therapeutic alliance is through ruptures and repairs. Ruptures are breaks, tensions, or tears in the therapeutic alliance. Ruptures and repairs influence the therapeutic alliance and consequently therapeutic outcomes. Currently, there is a lack of research addressing ruptures and repairs in couple therapy. The first step in researching alliance ruptures is to have a reliable way to assess alliance ruptures. This study will describe the development of the Coding Rupture Indicators in Couples Therapy (CRICT). The CRICT is an observational coding scheme that measures ruptures in couple therapy. The CRICT was developed through collaboration with researchers in marriage and family therapy, creation of items, adaptation of items from established coding schemes from individual therapy, and input and feedback as the CRICT was used and tested by undergraduates in a coding class. This paper will review foundational research of ruptures and repairs as well as the construction and use of the CRICT coding scheme.

Ce projet de maîtrise présente les résultats portant sur l'analyse de la post-rupture du glissement superficiel de Deschaillons, Québec, de 2019. Une investigation géotechnique et rhéologique du glissement a été réalisée, notamment à l'aide d'essais en laboratoire sur les débris du glissement. Ces essais, incluant une analyse granulométrique, des limites de liquidité et de plasticité, des essais au rhéomètre, ont permis de caractériser le sol comme étant un silt et sable ayant une consistance très molle et une plasticité considérée faible. De plus, une analyse numérique de l'écoulement des débris a été réalisée à l'aide du logiciel DAN3D. Une analyse paramétrique a contribué à l'évaluation de l'influence de la viscosité et du seuil d'écoulement sur la distance d'étalement des débris, l'épaisseur des débris, la vitesse des débris et ultimement la force d'impact générée par ceux-ci. De façon générale, il est observé que pour des seuils d'écoulement élevés, la viscosité a peu d'influence sur la distance d'étalement des débris. Ainsi, le seuil d'écoulement a une influence plus importante sur le comportement de l'écoulement que la viscosité. La force d'impact maximale modélisée pour les deux cas considérés les plus représentatifs de la réalité varie entre 191 N et 324 N. Finalement, une étude statistique regroupant les caractéristiques des glissements superficiels de cette région a été réalisée. À l'aide des données LiDAR de cette région pour les années de 2011, 2017 et 2019, cette étude révèle la présence de talus encore actifs avec le recensement de 14 cas de glissements de terrain superficiel sur une distance d'environ 7 km. / This M.$\!$Sc. thesis outlines the findings from the post-failure analysis of the superficial landslide that occurred in 2019 at Deschaillons, Québec. A geotechnical and rheological investigation of the landslide was carried out, using laboratory tests on the landslide debris. These tests, including a granulometric analysis, liquidity and plasticity limits, rheometer tests, made it possible to characterize the soil as being a silt and sand having a very soft consistency and a plasticity considered to be low. In addition, a numerical analysis of the debris runout was carried out using DAN3D software. A parametric analysis contributed to the evaluation of the influence of viscosity and yield stress on the runout distance of the debris, debris thickness, debris velocity and ultimately the impact force generated by the debris. It is observed that for higher shear strengths, the viscosity has little influence on the runout distance of the debris. Thus, the modelled yield stress has a greater influence on the flow behaviour than the viscosity. The maximum impact force modelled for the two cases considered the most representative of reality varies between 191 N and 324 N. Finally, a statistical analysis regrouping the characteristics of superficial landslides in this region was carried out. Using LiDAR data from this region for the years 2011, 2017 and 2019, this study reveals the presence of slopes that are still active with the recording of 14 cases of superficial landslides over approximately 7 km.

Este estudo avaliou a efetividade de uma nova membrana bioabsorvível com propriedades mecânicas e químicas mais adequadas para o uso em tendões. A avaliação foi realizada em coelhos submetidos a reconstrução da porção gastrocnêmia do tendão calcâneo. Foi feita uma avaliação prévia das propriedades mecânicas da membrana com uso de dinamômetro digital que demonstrou capacidade de deformação elástica mínima de 100%. Todos os coelhos foram submetidos a tenotomia e reparo da porção gastrocnêmia do tendão direito, após isso foram randomicamente separados em grupos envelopado com membrana e controle. A extração foi realizada nos seguintes períodos: sete, 14 e 28 dias. A avaliação foi realizada através da macroscopia, histologia, mensuração objetiva do colágeno à luz polarizada pelo image-J®, mensuração de glicosaminoglicanos sulfatados e expressão gênica de proteoglicanos. Na avaliação macroscópica o grupo com membrana apresentou menos aderência e melhor direcionamento das fibras e tecido mais homogêneo em 14 e 28 dias, p=0,02 e 0,03 respectivamente. Na histologia a Classificação de Watkins modificada apresentou as seguintes médias: 14,67±0,42 membrana e 12,67±0,56 sem membrana, p=0,03 em 14 dias, e 19,88±0,83 membrana e 17,25±0,62 sem membrana, p=0,02 em 28 dias. Na mensuração do colágeno as médias dos valores de cinza(mvc) o colágeno tipo III foram de 17,97±1,83 membrana e 12,63±1,07 sem membrana p=0,03 em 14 dias. Para o colágeno tipo I as médias foram de 2,41±0,33mvc membrana e 1,31±0,18mvc sem membrana p=0,01 em 14 dias e 7,30±0,63mvc membrana e 2,92±0,32mvc sem membrana p < 0,0001 em 28 dias. A média dos GAGs foi avaliada em três porções do tendão, proximal, central e distal, em ug/mg de tecido seco. Em sete dias apresentou diferença significativa apenas na porção distal 0,80±0,04 com e 0,38±0,04 sem membrana para condroitin-sulfato em 14 dias não apresentou diferenças entre os grupos. O dermatan-sulfato apresentou diferença estatisticamente significante em 7 dias apenas na porção central 0,42±0,09 com membrana e 1,29±0,67 sem membrana p=0,02. Em 14 dias não foram observadas diferenças entre os grupos. Houve grande variabilidade na expressão gênica no teste das amostras com beta-Actina e GAPDH levando a resultados inconclusivos ou não variação entre os grupos que pode sugerir não variabilidade na expressão gênica dos GAGs no período de 28 dias. Os dados fornecidos por esse trabalho mostram que a envelopagem com a membrana bioabsorvível promoveu aceleração dos processos cicatriciais da porção gastrocnêmia do tendão calcâneo de coelhos / This study assessed the effectiveness of a new absorbable membrane, that presents mechanical and chemical features more suitable to tendons, in rabbit tendons. Before the animal model assessments a mechanical study of the membrane was carried out demonstrating that the minimal capability for elastic deformation of the membrane was more than 100%. All rabbits underwent to tenotomy and reconstruction of the right gastrocnius tendons, thereafter they were randomly divided in tendon wrapped by the membrane and control groups. Extraction was performed in the following periods of time: seven, 14 and 28 days. Assessments used macroscopy, histology, objective collagen assessment by using polarized light and Image-J® program in mean of gray values(mgv), sulphated glycosaminoglycans, genetic expression of proteoglycans. In the macroscopic 14 and 21-day assessments the membrane group presented less adherences p=0.02 and p=0.03 respectively. The modified Watkins classification: 14,67±0,42 membrane and 12,67±0,56 without membrane p=0,03 for 14 days; 19,88±0,83 membrane and 17,25±0,62 without membrane p=0,02 for 28 days. The type III collagen were 17,97±1,83 membrane and 12,63±1,07 without membrane p=0,029 for 14 days. For type I collagen were 2,41±0,33 membrane and 1,31±0,18 without membrane p=0,01 for 14 days and 7,30±0,63 memebrane and 2,92±0,32 without membrane p < 0,0001 for 28 days. The glycosaminoglycans were measured in 3 tendon portions, distal, central and proximal, by using ug/mg of dry tissue. In seven days just the distal part presented statistical differences 0,80±0,04 membrane and 0,38±0,04 without membrane, for 14 days no differences were found for Chondroitin-Sulphate. For Dermatan-Sulphate the central part of the tendon 0,42±0,09 and 1,29±0,67 p=0,02, for 14 days no differences were found. There was high variability for beta-actin and GAPDH for the samples in 28 days with inconclusive results that may mean no variability in gene expression of GAGs at this time period. Results as mentioned above demonstrated that the wrapped tendons by the new membrane presented acceleration in the healing processes for gastrocnemius tendons of New Zealand Rabbits
