This master‘s thesis deals with strain-stress analysis of hip joint together with the final applied total endoprosthesis with Burch-Schneider cage. The main point of my work was to find the solution of stress–strain analysis state, which has been mentioned before in connection with Burch-Schneider cage. I describe the technique of geometric creation of whole body system, component´s materials or conditions which are neccessary for calculation. In coclusion there are results achieved in variants. In the first option the case of bone tissue was considered, which don’t reach degradation mechanical properties effect straining under Burch-Schneider cage. In some cases when the bone tissue is untimely forced, the necrosis of bone tissue takes place under Burch-Schneider cage. This possibility is described in the second option of type. For every option there was a case which was calculated with applied screw or without it. In all option mechanical features of cancellous bone tissue and their change influence on achieved results were considered. This problem was solved computational simulation in commercial software Ansys Workbench 12.0.

Ce mémoire propose une réflexion sur la participation des ressources humaines au projet d'entreprise. Il s'articule autour de deux volets complémentaires: un volet théorique et un volet pratique. Au plan théorique et partant du paradoxe selon lequel, dans le cadre d'un projet d'entreprise, la Direction détermine seule un objectif qui doit être mobilisateur pour tous, le mémoire présente les conditions dans lesquelles ce projet d'entreprise constitue réellement une source générale de motivation. Elles consistent en un bon niveau de management participatif, associé à un empowerment, un enablement et une responsabilisation efficaces. Au plan pratique, le mémoire se veut une confrontation de la réalité aux idées en décrivant et analysant l'implantation du projet d'entreprise développé par le Groupe Schneider: Schneider 2000.

Irena Lehkoživová Between Architecture and Art: Reception of Mutual Relationships Doctoral thesis Abstract My doctoral thesis deals with the relationship between contemporary architecture and fine art. I track examples of such concepts and approaches in which architecture and art permeate and influence each other. Besides, I examine how selected authors approach the chosen topic. A detailed analysis of the work and ideas of individual selected architects or artists is thus complemented by clarification of their methods and starting points. The aim of this work is to look at the predefined studied subject and the context behind it, to explain the associated concepts, strategies and the functioning of mechanisms, and the transfer of themes, procedures and techniques of creation. The thesis consists of three chapters, separate case studies. The first chapter follows the tendencies and changes in displaying architecture, which, under the influence of art, tends to create more complex viewing experiences. I describe here two examples and approaches that come out of this tendency. Soit p un nombre premier. Les résultats de cette thèse s'inscrivent dans le cadre du programme de Langlands p-adique. Lorsque V est une représentation p-adique de dimension 2 du groupe Gal(\bar{Qp}/Qp), on sait lui associer une représentation p-adique continue B(V) de GL₂(Qp). Si F est une extension finie non triviale de Qp, la question d'associer des représentations p-adiques de GL₂(F) aux représentations p-adiques de dimension 2 de Gal(\bar{Qp}/F) dans l'esprit d'une correspondance locale à la Langlands s'annonce beaucoup plus délicate. Dans ce texte, nous considérons des espaces de Banach p-adiques, munis d'une action linéaire continue de GL₂(F), qui sont des complétions unitaires universelles de certaines représentations localement Qp-analytiques de GL₂(F). Celles-ci sont susceptibles de jouer un rôle important dans une éventuelle correspondance de Langlands locale p-adique pour GL₂(F). Le résultat principal de cette thèse est démontré dans le Chapitre 3 et généralise des résultats antérieurs de Berger et Breuil. Il consiste en une description explicite de ces complétés unitaires universels à l'aide des fonctions continues sur F d'un certain type. Pour ce faire, nous introduisons dans le Chapitre 2 des espaces de Banach de fonctions de classe C^r, où r est un nombre rationnel positif, et leurs espaces duaux de distributions d'ordre r. Nous construisons une base de Banach et nous donnons un critère de prolongement des formes linéaires définies sur un espace de fonctions localement Qp-polynomiales en distributions d'ordre r. Ce faisant, nous généralisons des résultats classiques dus à Amice-Vélu et Vishik. Dans le Chapitre 4, nous exhibons des cas de non nullité pour les complétions unitaires universelles considérées par construction explicite de réseaux invariants. Cela donne de nouveaux cas de la conjecture proposée par Breuil et Schneider sur l'équivalence entre l'existence de normes invariantes sur certaines représentations localement algébriques de GL_d(F) et l'existence de certaines représentations de de Rham de Gal(\bar{Qp}/F). / Let p be a prime. The subject of this thesis is the p-adic Langlands correspondence. If V is a p-adic representation of dimension 2 of the group Gal(\bar{Qp}/Qp), it is known how to associate to it a continuous p-adic representation B(V) of GL₂(Qp). If F is a non-trivial finite extension of Qp, the issue of associating p-adic representations of GL₂(F) to p-adic representations of dimension 2 of Gal(\bar{Qp}/F) in the spirit of a local Langlands correspondence appears much more delicate. In this text we consider a class of p-adic Banach spaces, endowed with a continuous linear action of GL₂(F), which are obtained as universal unitary completions of certain locally Qp-analytic representations of GL₂(F). Such representations are likely to play an important role in a future local p-adic Langlands correspondence for GL₂(F). The main result of this thesis is proved in Chapter 3 and generalizes some previous results of Berger and Breuil. It consists in an explicit description of these universal unitary completions by means of a certain class of continuous functions on F. In order to do this, we introduce in Chapter 2 a class of Banach spaces of functions of class C^r, where r is a positive rational number, as well as their dual spaces of distributions of order r. We build a Banach base and we give a criterion for telling when a linear form defined on a space of locally Qp-polynomial functions extends to a distribution of order r. As a consequence, we generalize some classical results due to Amice-Vélu and Vishik. In Chapter 4 we exhibit cases of non-nullity for these universal unitary completions, by an explicit construction of invariant lattices. This also provides new instances of the Breuil-Schneider conjecture about the equivalence between the existence of invariant norms on certain locally algebraic representations of GL_d(F) and the existence of certain De Rham representations of Gal(\bar{Qp}/F).

Captured atmospheres - Rooms and interiors that tell a story in the absence of people är en undersökning av min konstnärliga praktik, återkommande teman, idéer och intressen samt bestående influenser. Genom en längre process där jag gick igenom många års samlande av texter, citat, bilder och idéer som har inspirerat och influerat mitt arbete, försökte jag skapa mig en överblick eller förståelse av denna samling och hur den reflekterar min konstnärliga praktik. I denna process valde jag ut de texter, citat och bilder som jag känner står mig närmast de ideér och verk som jag arbetat med under de senaste åren. Den utvalda samlingen kom att handla om atmosfär, stämningar, rumslighet, psykiska upplevelser, frånvaro och existens. Arbetet består av en Artist book-del där jag jobbat med att i en Artist book-format uttrycka de stämningar, atmosfärer och rumsupplevelser - som inspirerar mig och driver min konstnärliga praktik - med bilder, citat och texter från min samling. Den andra delen av arbetet består av en text där jag försöker uttrycka samma idéer och intressen i essäformat. / [I examensarbetet ingår utställningen "We have a visitor":] The exhibition - We have a visitor - is an installation based on the story of a murder case that was solved by PSI phenomena. A woman was murdered and the police had nothing to go on until another woman reported that she had been possessed by the murdered woman and gave details of the murder and the murderer that led to the case being solved. The installation shows two empty rooms; one through a large flat screen TV dropped on the floor displaying still images from a peculiar angle of a room environment, as if the camera (or somebody) is laying on the floor. A voice speaks to us, through the subtitles in the video, describing her own murder. The TV screen is placed on a piece of carpet cut in a shape emphasising the strange angle of the filmed room and points to a screen print on the wall displaying another angle of the same room. The viewer is standing in the portrayed room. The second room, projected onto a large temporary freestanding wall, display shots from a filmed bedroom, focusing on the top of the bed as if someone is laying there. Then, the camera pans to a window, as if expecting someone's arrival. Suddenly, the view drifts upwards, above the bed towards the ceiling. Next, a yellow entity takes over the image and the view descends back to the bed. The entity holds the space for a moment before vanishing as unexpectedly as it arrived. The installation deals with questions surroundng spatial atmospheres and if rooms and interiors somehow could hold or capture atmospheres or feelings after its subjects have left. Material/Teknik/Mått: Videoverk på monitor på specialskuren filtmatta, screentryck, videoprojection på fristående vägg och digitalt tryck. I anslutning till installationen visade jag ckså en Artist book med samma titel som installationen. Verk i utställningen: 1. They found my body (video installation 2013) 2. The room responded with a resounding silence (screentryck, 2013). 3. Room study (Possession) (Video projection, 2013). 4. Could not possibly be explained by normal means (digitalt tryck, 2013) / <p>Examensarbetet består av en skriftlig del och en gestaltande del.
