Atskleisti vartotojų pasitenkinimo sampratą. 2. Aptarti vartotojų pasitenkinimo indekso modelius, bei veiksnius lemiančius pasitenkinimą ir pasekmes organizacijai. 3. Apžvelgti ankstesnius tyrimus apie vartotojų pasitenkinimą slidinėjimo paslaugomis. 4. Įvertinti ir palyginti vartotojų pasitenkinimą slidinėjimo centro „Snow arena“ ir bendrą vartotojų pasitenkinimą kitų Lietuvos slidinėjimo centrų teikiamomis paslaugomis. Darbo rezultatai ir išvados. Vartotojų pasitenkinimas yra pasitenkinimo arba nusivylimo išraiška produkto ar paslaugos atžvilgiu, lyginant gautą ir tikėtasi rezultatą. Vartotojų pasitenkinimas yra svarbus rodiklis tolimesnei organizacijos sėkmei. Todėl sukurtas platus vartotojų pasitenkinimo indeksų modelių skaičius visame pasaulyje rodo sistemingai atliekamus vartotojų pasitenkinimo tyrimus įvairiuose sektoriuose. Rekreacijos sektoriuje atliekami vartotojų pasitenkinimo tyrimai, neaplenkė ir vienos sparčiausiai populiarėjančių rekreacijos formų, tokių kaip žiemos pramogos ir slidinėjimas. Šiame darbe tyrimas atliktas slidinėjimo centro „Snow arena“ ir bendrai visų kitų Lietuvos slidinėjimo centrų atžvilgiu, tam, kad įvertinti vartotojų pasitenkinimą slidinėjimo paslaugomis. Tyrimų rezultatų analizė atskleidė, kad vartotojų pasitenkinimas slidinėjimo centro „Snow arena“... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Customer satisfaction is satisfaction or disappointment meaning of product or service, comparing received and expected result. Customer satisfaction is important indicator for further organization success. So there are invented wide number of customer satisfaction index models all around the world that shows systemically performing customer satisfaction research in various sectors. Customer satisfaction research performing in Recreation sector didn't outrun one of the most popular growing recreation form, like winter entertainment and skiing. In this project, research was performed in skiing center ,,Snow Arena" and common all other Lithuanian skiing centers, to rate customer satisfaction on skiing services. Analysis of research results showed that customer satisfaction on skiing center ,,Snow Arena" is huge, meanwhile other common Lithuanian skiing centers customer satisfaction on skiing services is low. ,,Snow Arena" high image rating makes influence for quality perception, which is rated respectively good, making sensibility smaller for perceived value, minimizes and dissatisfaction level. As a result ,,Snow Arena" customer are more loyal, so there are less complaints received than in other Lithuanian skiing centers.

The demand of nature tourism is increasing and new ways to satisfy tourists are necessary. The goal with this report was to answer that demand by exploring the possibilities for back country skiing north of Torneträsk. This area was chosen because it is unexplored. This has been succeeded by an extensive fieldwork. Aspects like topography, routes, slope angles and geological places of interests where recorded. The results has shown that back country skiing is well suited for this area and poses no negative impact on the natural habitat. A total of 12 mountain tops have been documented including routes and geology.

Title: The pressure distribution on the soles of feet in the medium parallel turn in the alpine and the telemark technique of downhill skiing Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to compare the pressure distribution on the soles of feet in the medium parallel turn in the alpine and the telemark technique of downhill skiing. Methods: For the analysis of pressure distribution on the soles of feet in downhill skiing was used the pressure measurement system Pedar-X, which works for monitoring of plantar pressure (kPa) moreover. The pressure distribution measuring on the soles of feet was taking place in prepared track of the ski slope in two ways. The first one was the telemark technique and the second one was the alpine technique. For the evaluating and the processing of the results was selected in the right and in the left turn of each testing person in approximately the same part of the track. Results: The results of pressure distribution in the alpine and the telemark position turn have shown the significantly important difference in the intraindividual comparison in every technique. The aim of the work is to accomplish the social-pedagogical research in the area of skiing and snowboarding among children and adolescents in South Bohemia. The first part concentrates on history and equipment of both winter sports. The practical part in the beginning of this work is focused on the selection of appropriate research methods to ensure the reliability of the investigation. This is followed by a selection of a representative of the population who support the validity of the survey and data collection. The focus of the work is based on evaluation of the data obtained, since it can be used in schools when planning winter courses. Analysis and interpretation of the findings of the research not only reveals the real interest in the sport, but is expected to be used in the planning of school activities.

Syfte Denna studie syftar till att undersöka och beskriva hur det förhåller sig med korrelationen vad beträffar svenska elitlängdskidåkares prestationsförmåga under längdskidtävlingar relaterat till längdskidåkares kroppsvikter. Metod Totalt deltog 23 kvinnliga och 21 manliga svenska elitlängdskidåkare i studien. Kroppsvikt och kroppslängd samlades in via ett frågeformulär som skickades till var och en av individerna. Resultat från tävlingar samlades in via en tiddatabas på nätet. Svenska skidförbundet gör kapacitetsanalyser på tider från Svenska FIS tävlingar och publicerar dessa på webbsiten www.skidtid.se. All data analyserades för att fastställa korrelationer mellan tider och individernas kroppsvikt. Resultat Endast en svag korrelation mellan längdskidåkares kroppsvikt och prestation kunde fastställas när det gäller placering i mål samt placering på platta partier, utförspartier och uppförspartier. Slutsatser Denna studie visar att elitlängdskidåkares kroppsvikt inte är en avgörande faktor till framgång. / Purpose statement The purpose of the study is to examine if Swedish elite cross-country skiers body mass is correlated to the results on competitions. Method Twenty female and thirty male swedish elite cross-country skiers took part in the study. Body mass and body height were collected by a questionnaire which was sent to the skiers. Competition results was collected from a database. The swedish ski federation make capacity analysis from swedish FIS competitions and present them on the webpage www.skidtid.se. All data was analyzed to describe correlations between times and the individual body weight. Results Only weak correlation between swedish elite cross-country skiers bodyweight and race performance at finish, on flat course sections, downhill and uphill sections were found. Conclusions This study shows that elite cross-country skiers bodyweight is not the determinant factor for race performance.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to facilitate better knowledge both in a written form and by an instructional video record to those who have not become familiar with this popular winter sport with a long tradition yet. The thesis includes a brief history introduction and explains equipment and safety rules. It provides general ski exercises for beginners and thus prepares them for learning of basic ski skills. Games are included as a mean of better acquirements and enjoyment. They are followed by parallel turns which are primarily defined by technique and biomechanics perspectives. Most frequent mistakes and selected preparatory exercises together with turns are presented as well. The DVD is supposed to introduce a beginner skier into commonly practised and well-proven parallel turns.
