In this thesis, a road map/strategy that must be followed by firms that want to utilize e-commerce facilities is established. For this purpose, road map suggestions that were taken from literature were examined and a road map which can be followed by mining companies is developed. First, a questionnaire was applied to mining firms to understand the attitude of mining sector to e-commerce. Then a firm that had involved in the questionnaire and was interested in e-commerce was selected to work with. The studies related to e-commerce accomplished by this firm in the past were evaluated and recommendations for the studies that it should perform in the future were indicated based on the questionnaire taken from literature and questions prepared for this study. In the light of all data obtained from this case study, the initially suggested road map was rearranged and the results were discussed.

A complexidade do projeto de sistemas eletrônicos, devido ao número de ferramentas envolvidas, ao grande volume de dados gerado e a natureza complicada destes dados, foi a causa principal do aparecimento, no final da década de 80, dos frameworks. Frameworks são plataformas que suportam o desenvolvimento de ambientes de projeto e que tem, como objetivo principal, liberar os projetistas das tarefas acessórias dentro do processo de projeto (como, por exemplo, a gerencia dos dados criados), possibilitando-lhes direcionar os esforços, exclusivamente, para a obtenção de melhores resultados, em menor tempo e a baixo custo. Para a realização deste objetivo, diversas técnicas são utilizadas na construção dos frameworks. Uma delas é conhecida como documentação dos passos de projeto. A documentação dos passos de projeto é um recurso utilizado para manter a história do projeto (usualmente, ferramentas executadas e dados gerados). Ela tem sido amplamente utilizada em trabalhos relacionados a frameworks. Porém, nenhum destes trabalhos aproveita toda a potencialidade do recurso. Alguns utilizam-no apenas nos serviços relacionados a gerencia de dados. Outros, utilizam-no apenas nos serviços relacionados a gerencia de projeto. A proposta deste trabalho, então, é a criação de um sistema que explore toda a potencialidade da documentação dos passos de projeto, disponibilizando, a partir daí, informações e serviços a outros sub-sistemas do framework, de forma a complementar a funcionalidade destes, tornando-os mais abrangentes e poderosos. / The VLSI design complexity, due to the number of involved tools, the enormous generated data volume and the complex nature of the data, was the main cause of the appearance of the frameworks in the end of the 80's. Frameworks are platforms that support the development of design environments and, as their main purpose, liberate the VLSI designers from the supplementary tasks in the design process, as the data management. It makes possible to direct efforts exclusively to obtaining better results, in shorter time and with lower costs. To this purpose, many techniques have been used in the implementation of frameworks. One of these techniques is known as design steps documentation. The design steps documentation is a resource used to keep the design history (usually, executed tools and generated data). It has been widely used in various frameworks. But none of them take full advantage of this resource. Some of them use the design steps documentation only in the data management services. Others, use it only in the design management services. So, the proposal of this work is to create a system that takes full advantage of the design steps documentation, providing information and services to other sub-systems of the framework to complement their functionality, making them more powerful.

All companies, are vulnerable to events that could impact their reputation. These events can arise from various factors, such as a company's employment practices, economics, natural disasters, pollution, poor governance or poor management. Effective risk managers identify the different circumstances and factors that may impact on the reputation of a company, prior to the incident occurring. In order to assist risk managers, this dissertation proposes a structured approach to the management of reputational risks, which would ensure that the impact on the reputation of the company is minimised. The proposed approach was collated and deduced from the actions taken by companies that have suffered attacks against their reputations, but have successfully mitigated the consequences and minimised the damage to their reputations. Specific South African legislative requirements are also taken into account. This approach is highlighted and confirmed by contrasting it to the actions taken by companies that failed to counter the attacks on their reputation. / Business Management / M.Com. This means extinction of approximately 281 000 direct jobs and the economy recession of 15.6 billion Reais billing and capital invested. Small and medium enterprises are key to absorbing the impacts caused by the volatility of the economy, the same proportion as vulnerable to these fluctuations. Because of its economic importance , which is verified by the figures presented by the responsible institutes for the dissemination of control and economic indicators, such as ( IBGE ) - Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics - ( BNDES ) Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social ( SEBRAE ) Brazilian Service of Support for Micro and Small Enterprises and Ministry of Labour and Social Development. This paper aims to check in the development their management processes, freight carriers from Grande ABC, include strategic planning and what steps are more used. For date collection were sent 150 questionnaires targeted to executives and owners of cargo carriers ABC. Were answered through 14 questionnaires email. As the number of respondents was too small, some contacts were made directly with the owners in order to schedule interviews. Thus, it was possible to have six questionnaires interviews answered and four whose script is semi - structured based on strategic planning literature. Through literature and field research, it was observed that is does not matter what segment type or size of organization during the process of creation, development and implementation of strategic planning, some end up losing or straying from the project because of model to be followed. The intention of this work is to contribute to the beginning managers in the processes of creation, development and implementation of strategic planning. / Através de uma pesquisa de 1990 até 2004, a (JUCESP) - Junta Comercial do Estado de São Paulo - registrou mais de 2,1 milhões de novas empresas e encerrou o registro de 1,3 milhões. Isso significa extinção de aproximadamente 281 mil empregos diretos e a retirada da economia de 15,6 bilhões de reais de faturamento e capital investidos. As pequenas e médias empresas são fundamentais para absorção dos impactos causados pela volatilidade da economia, na mesma proporção que vulneráveis a essas oscilações. The thesis introduces perception of guilt and sin in the Bible, in Christian tradition and in contemporary moral theology. It emphasizes that in the mentioned periods both phenomena belonged in the common talk and to the elemental moral concepts. It deals with perception of guilt (sin) and forgiveness at present and it does not omit the findings of empirical sciences. It takes into consideration the facts which led to the loss or deformation of awareness of both phenomena in the society in general. In practice it conducts the survey of the possible idea of the contemporary state of awareness of guilt and forgiveness and relates it to the specific group of Anonymous Alcoholics.

This thesis Influence of SASA group on treatment and integration of rape trauma deals with specific contributions of self-help group seen from the viewpoint of its members as it brings healing to their experience with sexual abuse. The work can be helpful for people, who personally experienced sexual abuse or rape or other kinds of sexual assaults and also for people, who are dealing with such a victim personally or proffessionally. The goal of the thesis is to view the healing aspects of the SASA group contributing to recovery from rape - what specifially helps and thanks to what factors. It also shows what obstacles the group can bring about and how its members deal with a concept of 12 steps. Theoretical part explains basic terms and up-to-date situation in the matter. In a nutshell it shows posttraumatic experience of the rape victim in feelings, behavior and needs. It looks upon the trauma how it results in the mental state. Also it shows the self-help groups phenomenon and its role in the system of help as a complementary human care possiblity describing particularities of a specific spiritual self-help SASA group (Sexual Assault Survival Anonymous) based on 12 steps program inspired by Alcoholic Anonymous. Por esta época, começou a se forjar entre os comunistas do Brasil - em consonância com o acordo manifestado pelos comunistas russos --, a concretização da estratégia política nacional-democrática, cujo processo revolucionário estaria calcado no etapismo. Quando se deu a cisão em 1962 surgiu o PCdoB, este partido manteve a mesma estratégia política durante as décadas de setenta e oitenta. Cabe destacar que apesar de em seus documentos o partido afirme com veemência que a burguesia representa a classe social a ser varrida da historia, não raras vezes esta mesma classe foi lembrada pelo PCdoB como necessária ao processo de democratização. Assim, foi devido a essa pendularidade, que compreendemos que o PCdoB poderia ser denominado de pêndulo vermelho. Durante o processo de democratização brasileira, cujo pano de fundo foi o projeto de auto-reforma perpetrado pelo regime militar, o PCdoB não economizou esforços para manter as amplas alianças, que nos estertores do governo do Gal. Figueiredo ficou conhecida como Aliança Democrática. Algum tempo depois, quando a burguesia se certificou de que a sua dominação e direção sobre o conjunto da nação estava assegurada, tratou aprofundar a sua política conservadora, não restando alternativa ao PCdoB, a não a ser a sua saída desta mesma aliança.
