Syftet med den här småskaliga studien var att undersöka hur huvudmän och skolor i sina verksamhetsplaner använder begreppet inkludering och motsvarande sex begrepp samt beskriver inkluderande undervisning. För att undersöka detta har en dokumentstudie genomförts. Studiens huvudfokus är inkluderande undervisning men då inkluderande undervisning är ett komplext begrepp har ytterligare sex begrepp, som motsvarar inkluderingsbegreppet, valts ut till undersökningen. Detta för att se om dessa begrepp kan nyansera beskrivningen av inkluderande undervisning. Urvalet bestod av 60 verksamhetsplaner, varav 40 på skolnivå och 20 på huvudmannanivå. Ansatsen var mixed method. I den kvantitativa ansatsen gjordes en innehållsanalys för att se om inkludering och motsvarande sex begrepp förekommer i verksamhetsplaner. I den kvalitativa ansatsen gjordes en innehållsanalys utifrån verksamhetsplanerna som sammanställdes i fyra kategorier. Resultatet av den kvantitativa undersökningen visar att i verksamhetsplaner på både huvudmanna- och skolnivå varierar förekomsten av inkludering. Det kvalitativa resultatet visar att inkluderande undervisning beskrivs i verksamhetsplanerna på olika sätt på både huvudmanna- och skolnivå. För specialpedagogen kan det vara av vikt att ha insikt om hur den egna skolan skriver in och använder sig av begreppet inkludering i skolans verksamhetsplan. Det kan även vara av vikt att säkerställa att det i planerna beskrivs hur skolan ska arbeta med implementering av inkluderande undervisning.

Abstract   Titel: Budget development – a study of multinational industrial companies   Date: 2011-05-27   Authors: Daniel Claesson & Tobias Kronvall   Supervisor: Fredrik Karlsson   Examiner: Lars-Göran Aidemark   Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to follow up and to do a comparison                of a study of Arwidi & Samuelson (1991) where we describe and explain budget change, from the traditional budget to today´s modern business management, in some of the leading listed Swedish industrial companies. We will also examine which objectives of the budget are highlighted in the companies. Further, we examine the relationship between                         organization, strategies and budgeting and how it affects the company            management.   Method: In this study we used a qualitative approach. We used a multiple case                  study to examine corporate approach to budgeting. The empirical data were collected through telephone interviews. Theoretical basis of this study is analytical generalization, where we with the help from empirical evidence rejects or confirms earlier theory.   Conclusions: Industrial companies in our study have abandoned budget and control its            activities today with forecasts and business plans. Global changes have meant that companies act after new conditions which have affected the organization, strategies, and choice of control instruments. Our study shows that the effects of changes in management philosophy are the initiation of changes in control instruments. Forecast and business plans                     are now prominent in our surveyed companies that use these instruments                       primarily for two reasons. Forecast helps companies to quickly identify global changes with the aim of correcting them before they occurred. The business plans clear focus on activities provides a positive financial impact. These activities should therefore be in line with customer satisfaction and organizational growth.

Syftet med studien är att i relation till musik- och kulturskolornas verksamhetsidéer/planer få insikt i elbaslärares förhållningssätt till vad som är viktigt för nybörjarelever att lära sig. Utifrån detta syfte är avsikten att försöka förstå vilka lektionsmoment elbaslärare prioriterar i sin undervisning av nybörjarelever, varför de valt att fokusera på just dessa och deras syn på eventuella styrdokument för respektive arbetsplats. Jag har i min undersökning genomfört kvalitativa intervjuer med fyra elbaslärare från olika musik- och kulturskolor. Arbetets har sin utgångspunkt i historiska perspektiv på musikkulturskolornas framväxt och de pedagogiska traditioner som format dem samt det sociokulturella perspektivet på lärande.   I resultatet framkommer att det viktigaste för informanterna är att eleven får komma igång och spela så snabbt som möjligt och att den huvudsakliga drivkraften i nybörjarundervisning för elbaselever är lust, glädje och upplevelser – vilket går helt i linje med mycket av de tendenser som behandlas i forskning rörande musik- och kulturskolan samt dess verksamhetsplaner under senare år.   Under diskussionsrubriken diskuteras informanternas syn på vad de tycker är viktigt för nybörjarelever att lära sig i relation till de traditioner, idéer och värderingar som enligt det sociokulturella perspektivet styr hur undervisningen formas. Utöver detta diskuteras musiklärarnas förhållningssätt till rådande styrdokument och deras respektive arbetsplats verksamhetsplan. / The purpose of this study is, in relation to the activity ideas/plans of community schools of music and art, to gain insight into the electric bass teachers approach to what is important for beginners to learn. From this view, the intention is to try to understand which lesson content is prioritized in the teaching of beginners, why they chose to focus on these and their views on possible regulatory documents for each workplace. In my survey I have conducted qualitative interviews with four bass guitar teachers from various community schools of music and art. Work is based on theories of the emergence of community schools of music, the educational traditions that shaped them and the sociocultural perspective on learning.   The results show that the main driving force of beginners teaching for bass guitar students is desire, joy and experiences – which is in line with much of the trends covered in research on community schools of music and art and their activity plans in recent years.   In the discussion section the views on what informants thinks is important for beginners to learn is discussed in relation to the traditions, ideas and values according to previous research which determines how the lessons are shaped. In addition to this the music teacher's attitudes and relations to current regulatory documents at their respective workplace is discussed.
