Možnosti a specifika pracovního začlenění lidí s mentálním postižením / Opportunities and particularities of working integration of people with mental disability

HERIANOVÁ, Dagmar January 2009 (has links)
The objective of my diploma thesis entitled "Possibilities and Specifics of Work Inclusion of Mentally Handicapped People" was to find out what the possibilities and subsequent specifics of work inclusion of mentally handicapped people in the Karlovy Vary Region are. I was interested in work possibilities for these people as their inclusion in life of the society leads to full-valued life.It is obvious from the research that there is lack of work opportunities in the Karlovy Vary Region.

Towards a creative psychological practice: Preparing for the attention to diversity / Hacia un quehacer psicológico creativo: la preparación para la atención a la diversidad

Cupertino, Christina, Barbosa, Cláudio de Rezende, Faleck, Gustavo Nisencwajg 25 September 2017 (has links)
An atypical psychological intervention, the Creativity Workshops, understood as the possibility of transformation of people, environments and/or relationships, which took place in a social Project for youths in the outskirts of Sao Paulo, is presented. Resources common to artistic expression, located in the interface between Art, Psychology, and Education were used, as well as activities of Organic Music (or corporal percussion), offered for the youngsters of the pop-rock band classes of the institution. It is discussed how the abandonment of the expectations and the opening to significant exchanges allowed the establishment, finally, in an unexpected place, of the space in where psychological care could take place, flowing and transitory as the movement of life, creating new ways of professional insertion.

Mulher e Saúde: dialetizando o trabalho da enfermagem ambulatorial / Woman and Health: Dialectical approach on nursing practices ambulatory service.

Dora Mariela Salcedo Barrientos 14 June 2002 (has links)
This work had as objectives: identify women nurse’s perceptions and contradictions about nursing social practices, to analyze nurse’s practice as social practice in the gender perspective materialized in their usual work; to understand meanings given to their professional work by the nurses to give support to the practice’s transformation together with the clients through a nursing under gender point of view. It was made an intervention research with nurses that work in the ambulatory center, at the University Hospital of the Sao Paulo’s University in six stages, including 7 hours 30´ during June, 2000, using Workshops, divided in many moments: motivation, group reflection, synthesis and evaluation. It was made a quick speech analysis for intervention during the workshop and afterwards with a deeper analysis there were found the next empiric categories: Ambiguities and/or multiplicities of living and being a nurse woman: A way to get over contradictions; Woman and the nursing practice vs. woman in traditional roles. (Mis) gendering feminine work. The results show that these workshops represent an epistemological advance, being clear that this methodology let us an advanced compared the focal groups method, or the group interviews method, and other methodological options, because it created a way of intervention at the same time of data collection that helped by reliable environment, let us to go inside the information, as a result of researchers and researched empathy, showing new ways for a real change of the professional work with women.

This study considers art as a body-subject relationship, using as methodology collective creation workshops, which confront the clutter that creating provides, make possible to poeticization the tiny, the anodyne, the garbage, the ordinary and what is not important in everyday life. Through the creation of poetic images is possible to work the unreasonable (Meira, 2007), the sensitive, therefore approaches to the craft. The author participated in the group exposing her trajectory, which identifies with the other participants of the workshops, composed mostly by students of Education and by artisans cooperative enterprises, without higher education. After concluding the Textile Art I/ II disciplines, the author realized that the craft was also part of her training as a teacher and artisan, so allowed to share her experiences in meetings. This way, the author understood the constitution of the body-subject when working with plots, lines and drawings. This study is based on works such as "Design + Craft: The Brazilian Path" of Adélia Borges, which presents a brief history of brazilian handicraft; "The Craftsman" and "Together", present the construction of what is the craft, under the gaze of Richard Sennett; from the aesthetic education standpoint, the author uses the work of Marly Meira: "Philosophy of Creation - Reflections on the meaning of the sensitive"; "Phenomenology of Perception" of Maurice Merleau-Ponty; "The sense of the senses: the sensitive education" of João Francisco Duarte Júnior, and "Emotions and language in Education and in Politics", of Humberto Maturana, who makes an analysis from the perspective of the sensitive being.

Kraisig, ângela Renata 07 January 2016 (has links)
Fundação de Amparo a Pesquisa no Estado do Rio Grande do Sul / In this research, we use as study focus the thematic "Colors". The study was developed in two stages, the subjects involved in the first stage are undergraduate students in Natural Sciences of Federal University of Pampa (UNIPAMPA) Campus of Dom Pedrito / RS and in the second stage are the third year high school students in Augusto Ruschi School of basic education localized in Santa Maria / RS. The first stage had as goal to investigate the conceptions of undergraduate students about the thematic Colors by application of an investigative questionnaire with some affirmative, objective and descriptive questions. At this stage, we seek to investigate the conceptions of future teachers, related to teaching and learning processes, the use of thematic, experiential activities and others, as well as to verify the scientific knowledge of them related to the thematic "Colors". The results indicated that the use of thematic in teaching is a good strategy and that the thematic "Colors" is an interesting proposal for use in teaching. Still, we realized the undergraduate students presented difficulties and confusion relation to scientific knowledge related to the thematic. Thus, the difficulties observed in the first stage of this research helped in the preparation of the second. The second stage of the research had goal to investigate the contributions the thematic "Colors" on learning of knowledge related to Science, with emphasis on knowledge of Chemistry through thematic workshops associated with different teaching strategies as: experimental activities and case studies. The instruments used for data collection, pre and post questionnaires, descriptive and illustrative activities, case studies and mind maps were analyzed according to the Discursive Textual Analysis, allowing to detect advances in students learning through proposed thematic approach. Regarding the results, we concluded that the teaching of science was favored using the thematic "Colors" because it allowed that students participated actively in the construction of their own knowledge, and enabled a higher relation of scientific contents with the daily life of students. PERSPECTIVAS DE PROFESSORES E ESTUDANTES EM RELAÇÃO À UTILIZAÇÃO DE TEXTOS DE DIVULGAÇÃO CIENTÍFICA(TDC) EM OFICINAS PEDAGÓGICAS DE GENÉTICA / TEACHERS AND STUDENTS PERSPECTIVES IN RELATION TO THE USE OF SCIENCE DIVULGATION TEXTS (TDC) IN PEDAGOGICAL WORKSHOPS ABOUT GENETICS

Silva, Graziele Baldoni da 25 April 2008 (has links)
The way Biology contents are taught at school are generally limited to the simple accomplishment of textbooks table of contents and the knowledge is presented as ready, absolute and truthful. This teaching crystallization that is based only on a noncontextualized knowledge transmission in a way provokes a disconnection between what is learned at school and the students reality. Considering that, we suggested the use of Science Divulgation Texts (TDC) through pedagogical workshops, aiming at putting together social problems and the school context, as well as to foster experiences that make possible a critical and significant reading of the information. Three workshops were made up: Genetics in the media: stem cells; Stem cells: do they save?; and Cloning: producing franksteins?. Different aspects related to this theme are discussed in the workshops. The workshops were offered to 89 school teachers, 77 students from UFSM and also students from the public education system in Santa Maria city. The data informed by the implementations was collected through two tools: Field Diary and Questionnaire and they were analyzed through the discourse analysis perspective. It was evidenced through the registers and participants narratives that most of them were favorable to the workshops development, because they affirmed that they proportioned a space of reflection, experience exchange and problematization of Science contents. The TDC reading is relevant in way that most of the participants attributed sense to the texts read, relating them to the context lived by them, building the most varied discourses. However, a non-critical and centered on traditional models reading, besides the attachment to determined behaviors and conceptions of some participants were limits to be overcome in the workshops and also in the education process in a general way. We believe that the overcome of such barriers are to develop more dialogic and problematizing practices that stimulate a critical sense and prepare people properly to the life in society. This study fits in the Line of Research: Curriculum, Education and School Practices in the Post-Graduate Program in Education at UFSM.

Productions céramiques et échanges au Second âge du Fer dans le sud-ouest de la France / Ceramic productions and exchanges in Second Iron Age in the Southwest of France

Le Dreff, Thomas 17 September 2015 (has links)
In the Second Iron Age, the Southwest of France showed a particular socio-economic situation in a space where goods, men and ideas were circulating. Many peoples were in contact there, including two major ethnic groups, the Celts and the Aquitains. Although pottery is by far the most abundant furniture found in the settlements of this period, we do not know well its chaîne opératoire and its way of circulation. First, this Phd research focused on restudying the ceramic production based on potters’ workshops, as the Southwest concentrated the most numerous workshops in Celtic Europe. Wasted pieces of furniture have been found in these workshops and suggest that local ceramics encountered there did not necessarily represent the overall production. This ceramic has been analysed thanks to a discriminant protocol, including a focus on macro-traces. This approach has underlined the conditions in which these pieces of ceramic can be considered to be the reflection of the whole workshops’ production. Pottery has also been analysed from a technological, typo-chronological and stylistic point of view. In the area of Toulouse, we have extended the study to consumption sites (grouped settlements and rural settlements), which allowed us to study not only the relationships between these sites, but also between the pottery’s workshops within that area. Through the study case of Aiguillon type stamped jars, the question of the regional circulation of ceramic productions has been approached in a more concrete way thanks to petrology analysis. Finally, the history of the societies of Southwestern France has been reevaluated through the PhD research by paying a particular attention to potters’ social status, to the role played by pottery’s workshops in the economy of the ceramic production, and to unsolved issues about the facies of the material culture in the area.

An investigation into the teachers' experiences of workshops on inclusive education as a strategy for professional development in Lebopo Circuit in the Lebowakgomo District, Limpopo Province

Makofane, Inneth Baby January 2019 (has links)
Thesis (M. Ed. (Curriculum Studies)) -- University of Limpopo, 2019 / The teachers’ workshops seem not to fulfil their designated purpose of equipping educators with proper knowledge of inclusive education. The workshops on inclusive education do not fulfil the purpose of professional development to teachers as one of the goals of the White Paper 6. The purpose of this study was to investigate the teachers’ experiences regarding the workshops on inclusive education as a strategy for professional development in Lebopo Circuit in Lebowakgomo District, Limpopo province. The study followed a qualitative research approach, in which a case study design was applied. Eight teachers who attended inclusive education workshops were purposively selected from four schools in Lebopo Circuit. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews, observations and document analysis. The results of the study indicated that: workshops are impotent to equip educators with adequate knowledge regarding inclusive education; time allocation for conducting workshops is insufficient; there is lack of confidence among the workshop facilitators; and there is lack of support and follow-ups by the provincial Department of Education. The results therefore, imply that the workshops are not effective in equipping educators with knowledge on inclusive education, and they do not serve their purpose as a model of professional development for the teachers. The study suggests that further research should seek to develop the strategies that will improve the quality of workshops on inclusive education, time allocated for workshops, as well as to encourage support and follow-up by the Department of Education.
