根據AMR Research的預估,全球的客戶關係管理(Customer Relationship Management,CRM)市場規模,從1998年23憶美元,預估西元2003年將達到168憶美元。以及由2002年底Siebel推出的解決方案來看,CRM的趨勢將針對各種應用系統如何做好整合。
本研究之目的,旨在整合現有客戶關係管理相關文獻,與日商B公司多年來的經驗,以流程再造為出發點,從而設計出新的客戶管理資訊系統中之「銷售」、「行銷」以及「客戶服務」等機制,以解決舊系統不敷使用的問題,並且提供新商品線銷售與服務的機制,以及整合部份內外部系統。研究過程中實踐了系統開發生命週期(System Development Lifecycle)的理論進行新系統之分析、設計、開發、測試,並進一步分析與探討新系統實際上為B公司帶來的效益。以期對於國內企業因應快速發展的CRM趨勢,本系統的實現提供了國內其它產業進行CRM資訊系統建置過程的參考價值。 / According to the prediction of AMR research, the marketing scale of global Customer Relationship Management will be expected to rise from 2.3 billions in 1998 to 16.8 billions in 2003. Viewing the CRM solution of Siebel in the end of 2002, the trend of CRM will focus on how to integrate other hundreds of applications.
The objective of this study is to integrate the related references of present CRM and the publisher industry experiences within a Japanese company B. On the basis of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) theory, we design the Sales, marketing, and customer services in the new CRM system in order to solve the problems on the legacy system, to provide the new sale channels and services mechanism of new product line and to integrate parts of the inner and 3rd party information system. During the research process, we accomplished the theorem of System Development Lifecycle to analyze, design, develop, and test of the new system. And further analyze and discuss of the benefit to company B from the the new system. In order to match the trend of the rapid growth in the CRM market for local enterprises, this system supplied the referenced value during building the CRM information system for other local enterprises. / 目 錄

В диссертации исследуется фигура издателя Джозефа Джонсона (1738-1808), который на протяжении всей своей жизни поддерживал интеллектуалов. Его «круг» включал известнейших радикальных авторов, таких как Томас Пейн, так и известнейших английских поэтов, как У. Вордсворд. Автор приходит к выводу о влиянии деятельности издателя на формирование и развитие радикальных идей в Британии конца XVIII века. / The dissertation explores the figure of the publisher Joseph Johnson (1738-1808), who supported intellectuals throughout his life. His "circle" included the most famous radical authors, such as Thomas Paine, and the most famous English poets, such as W. Wordsworth. The author comes to the conclusion about the influence of the publisher's activities on the formation and development of radical ideas in Britain at the end of the XVIII century.

L'identité de la littérature roumaine: écrivains, éditeurs et lecteurs à la fin du XIXe siècle et au début du XXe siècle / Romanian literary identity: writers, publishers and readers in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuriesPricop, Lucian 29 March 2013 (has links)
Notre recherche a examiné un phénomène communicationnel susceptible d’éclairer le processus de la modernisation de la société roumaine au tournant des XIXe et XXe siècles :il s’agit de la transformation de l’édition d’une société manufacturière dans « une proto-industrie culturelle » et de la création d’une sphère publique dans ce monde en constante redéfinition. Le rapport entre la croissance des biens culturels produits par les éditeurs et celle de l’intérêt des individus pour la lecture est le centre de notre recherche. Autrement dit, nous avons évalué la fonction sociale de la littérature roumaine et le rôle des livres sur le marché des produits culturels et informationnels. L’intervalle relativement long, de 1880 à 1914, nous a permis de confronter les données spécifiques à la production de littérature d’une manière diachronique, en analysant les stratégies économiques et politiques des acteurs et aussi les conflits résultant des rapports de pouvoir entre ceux-ci. L’analyse des conditions de ces mutations a déterminé les rôles sociaux des instances, les dialogues, les confrontations entre les acteurs et les publics. Nous avons identifié une crise de la littérature roumaine originelle qui a mobilisé une sorte d’internationalisation de la production littéraire. La concurrence des biens, des marchandises culturelles « importées » de l’Occident sous la forme des traductions ou des reformulations est l’un des « potentiateurs » de la création littéraire autochtone. <p>Les lectures croisées de documents (plans éditoriaux, correspondance, presse, journaux intimes et professionnels, etc.) et de sources secondaires (histoires littéraires, travaux de critique, manuels, etc.) nous ont permis de suivre l’évolution des intentions, des objectifs, des réalités et des conséquences sur ce qu’on considère l’histoire officielle de la littérature. Les différences entre les étapes démontrent, d’une manière assez exacte, les degrés de pouvoir des forces impliquées dans la production du canon littéraire ;elles illustrent aussi l’emprise croissante de l’idéologie sur le champ culturel à partir de la fin du XIXe siècle. L’analyse diachronique des parutions éditoriales à travers les 34 années étudiées reflète les changements des politiques culturelles de l’Etat. L’analyse appliquée à la politique éducationnelle de la discipline littérature roumaine nous a permis d’envisager une modification de la stratégie de l’Etat dans ce domaine et de questionner ses effets sur la création du patrimoine national. <p>Le littéraire, acteur central de notre recherche, nous a donné la possibilité d’instrumentaliser plusieurs notions appartenant à l’histoire du livre et de l’édition. De cette manière, les tensions présentes à l’intérieur de l’analyse historique de la littérature ont été transformées en sujet de réflexion, voire de rétablissement de certaines positions de domination. Le concept d’identité bibliographique est convoqué pour réaliser une lecture diachronique d’une époque. Nous avons identifié et analysé toute une série de problématiques passionnantes, telles les relations entre les instances impliquées dans la production, la circulation et la réception des livres littéraires durant la période 1880-1914.<p><p>The PhD thesis entitled The Romanian Literary Identity. Writers, Publishers and Readers in the Late Nineteenth and Early Twentieth Centuries examines a communication phenomenon, constituting a scientific enterprise that aims to clarify some aspects relating to the modernization of Romanian society during the Belle Époque: we have in mind the transformation of the “publishing house” from a business dealing with handmade items into a “proto-industrial culture” and the creation of a public sphere in a world constantly seeking to define itself. The relationship between the increasing number of cultural goods produced by publishers and the growing interest in reading among the people represents a main focus of this research. In other words, we tried to assess the social function of Romanian literature and the role of books on the market for cultural and informational products. By choosing a fairly long period of time (1880-1914), we were able to confront the data pertaining to literary production in a diachronic manner, analyzing the economic and political strategies of the “actors”, as well as the conflicts arising from the power relations between those actors. The analysis of the circumstances surrounding the transformations undergone by the Romanian cultural area enabled us to determine more clearly the social roles of the participants, the interactions and confrontations between actors and audiences. We could identify a crisis of the original Romanian literature, a crisis that fostered the “internationalization” of the literary production. The competition between cultural goods “imported” from the West in the form of translations or adaptations was one of the factors enhancing local literary production. <p>The cross-reading of documents (editorial plans, correspondence, press, personal and professional diaries etc.) allowed us to evaluate the evolution of the intentions, goals, realities and consequences of the official history of Romanian literature (which has its origins in this period). The differences between these stages revealed the power statuses of the forces involved in producing the literary canon; they also showed the growing influence of ideology on the cultural field since the end of the nineteenth century. The diachronic analysis of the titles published in the 34 years under scrutiny reflects the changes ocurring in the cultural policies of the state. The educational strategies concerning Romanian literature as a field of study revealed the state’s attitude change towards this area, which enabled us to assess the effects on the development of the “national literary heritage”.<p>The literary field, the central actor of our research, opened the possibility to operationalize several concepts pertaining to the history of book publishing. Thus, the tensions existing within the historical analysis of literature were transformed into a subject of reflection, even re-establishing some positions of dominance. The notion of bibliographical identity was employed in order to do a diachronic reading of the era.<p>The research conducted for this dissertation gave us the opportunity to identify and analyze a range of exciting issues, such as the relationship between the participants involved in the production, dissemination and reception of literary works between 1880 and 1914.<p> / Doctorat en Langues et lettres / info:eu-repo/semantics/nonPublished

Depuis le début de leur reconnaissance artistique dans les années 1990, les photographes japonais Homma Takashi (né en 1962), Kawauchi Rinko (née en 1972), Sanai Masafumi (né en 1968) et Yamamoto Masao (né en 1957) ont publié de très nombreux ouvrages. En privilégiant le livre à l’exposition pour la présentation de leurs oeuvres, ils en ont fait un espace de confrontation entre des réflexions occidentales et des modèles nationaux traditionnels déjà existants, notamment esthétiques et littéraires. On observe aussi, chez ces photographes puisant leur inspiration dans leur environnement immédiat, des similitudes dans les thèmes photographiés, les démarches de production, tout comme dans les choix de mise en page des clichés.Au sein d’une étude élargie de l’histoire du livre de photographies au Japon, la démarche exemplaire de ces quatre artistes permettra de développer et d’analyser comment les pratiques de publication de la photographie ont pu nourrir, et nourrissent encore, le renouvellement de la photographie japonaise contemporaine. L’emploi du livre, objet aisément transportable, manipulable et reproductible, impose également de s’interroger sur la diffusion et sur la réception du travail de ces artistes, au Japon comme à l’étranger. En effet, le livre est aussi à envisager comme un médium qui matérialise les échanges entre l’Extrême-Orient et l’Occident. / Since the beginning of their artistic recognition in the 1990s, Japanese photographers Homma Takashi (born in 1962), Kawauchi Rinko (1972-), Sanai Masafumi (1968-) and Yamamoto Masao (1957-) have published numerous photobooks. By favouring the book over the exhibition to display their works, they turned it into a space where Western reflections and traditional Japanese models intersect, especially aesthetic and literary ones. The four photographers all take their inspiration from their own environment, but similarities can also be observed in the photographic subjects, production processes and page settings.In an expanded study of the history of photobooks in Japan, the exemplary approaches of these four artists will enable to develop and to analyse how photography publishing practices have fed – and are still feeding – the renewal of Japanese contemporary photography. Using the book (an object that can be easily carried, handled and mechanically reproduced) makes it necessary to wonder about the circulation and the critical reception of the artists’ work, both in Japan and abroad. Indeed, the book has to be considered as an artistic medium that materialises the relationships between the Far East and the West.

La richesse de l’anthologie Sette libri di Satire (1560) tient au défi que l’éditeur vénitien Francesco Sansovino relève avec succès à un moment où la Contre-Réforme bat son plein : élaborer une codification en langue vulgaire du genre satirique en rupture avec le genre tel que les auteurs sélectionnés - ou exclus - l’ont pratiqué ou sont censés l’illustrer. L’éditeur oppose le pouvoir de la règle au pouvoir de l’écriture au point de laisser apparaître une triple phase de l’évolution du genre : l’inventio reviendrait à Horace, l’écriture à l’Arioste et la réécriture à Sansovino. L’ensemble de la recherche partagée entre théorie et pratique, vise à interroger cette bipolarité comme une forme de coincidentia oppositorum dans la dialectique que la règle et l’écriture mettent en jeu, autrement dit dans la capacité qu’elles manifestent à « se récuser » et « se fondre l’une l’autre », sur le versant latin et vulgaire. Dans cette optique, loin d’être un exemple de « muséification » des auteurs et des textes, l’anthologie se présente comme la création d’un ‘Hermès bifront’ qui met à son tour le lecteur au défi d’en appréhender les subtilités. / The anthology Sette libri di Satire (1560) is so rich due to the challenge that the Venetian publisher Francesco Sansovino successfully took up at a time when the Counter-Reformation was in full swing. It consisted in elaborating in common language the codification of the literary genre of satire as it broke away from that genre as the authors selected for, or excluded from, the anthology, practised satire or were supposed to exemplify it. To the sway of the rule the anthologist opposes the power of writing, revealing three distinct phases in the development of the genre: the inventio as ascribed to Horace, writing, to Ariosto and re-writing to Sansovino.The research in its entirety, divided as it is between theory and practice, aims to question such bi-polarity as a form of coincidentia oppositorum in the dialectics brought into play by rule and writing, in other words in their ability to reject each other or blend in with each other, within Latin and common language. From this perspective, far from being an example of the transformation of authors and texts into museum pieces, the anthology is presented as the creation of a ‘bi-frontal Hermes’, in turn challenging the reader to grasp its subtleties.

La collection « Terre Humaine » (1955-2015) dirigée par un géographe et explorateur français, Jean Malaurie, se présente comme un espace de diffusion d’idées, d'objets, et de pratiques permettant d’explorer, dans la seconde moitié du XXe siècle, la perméabilité des frontières du champ littéraire au contact de l’anthropologie et de la photographie. La diversité des profils des auteurs, des modes d’écriture, des espaces et des périodes, dissimule l’unité souterraine d’une aventure éditoriale à vocation universelle qui cherche à comprendre les populations les plus variées, à la fois dans le temps et dans l’espace, afin de percer les mystères de l’existence humaine. La mise en réseau de témoignages portant sur des sociétés dispersées à la surface de la planète engendre une vision parallèle de l’espace mondial. The diversity of the authors’ backgrounds, writing genres, spaces and periods of time, masks the underground unity of an editorial and self-claimed universal enterprise which aims at understanding the most diverse populations, both in time and space, to uncover the mysteries of the human existence. Networking testimonials on societies scattered around the globe discloses a parallel worldview. In connection with the Annales review and the 19th century realism and naturalism, early reflections on writing in social sciences end up spawning an ethnographic literature grounded in exploring ways of living and thinking among marginalized groups worldwide. Ethnography is not anymore only considered as a scientific method to collect data but more broadly as a textual, visual and audiovisual writing genre relating the tragic metamorphosis of a society in contact with a civilization.

Previous issue date: 2012 / Resumo: As capas de livros analisadas nesta pesquisa foram criadas por Marius Lauritzen Bern para a editora Civilização Brasileira na década de 60 no Brasil. Marius Bern foi um designer brasileiro autodidata que iniciou sua carreira através das artes plásticas durante um período em que não havia a formalização do ensino de design no Brasil. Sua parceria com a editora Civilização Brasileira foi estabelecida através do editor Ênio Silveira no ano de 1965, após a saída do designer Eugênio Hirsch. No período de 1965 a 1970, Marius Bern permaneceu como principal designer da editora Civilização Brasileira. A Editora Civilização Brasileira pertencia ao editor Ênio Silveira, intelectual reconhecido no campo cultural brasileiro e importante na resistência contra a ditadura no Brasil. Ênio Silveira foi o grande incentivador das mudanças no design dos livros da editora. Em 1960 houve uma ruptura das convenções gráficas na cultura editorial e, portanto no mercado de livros no Brasil. Circunstâncias específicas relativas ao exercício da atividade no período em questão, como o modo de criação e o processo de produção disponível então, foram abordados de modo a auxiliarem no entendimento do discurso gráfico das capas. Através da análise foi possível identificar algumas soluções visuais recorrentes na produção de capas de Marius Bern, o que permite algumas conclusões sobre sua produção / Abstract: This research focuses on analyzing Marius Lauritzen Bern's book cover production for Civilização Brasileira, during the 1960s. Marius was a self-taught designer who began his career in visual arts, in a time when the teaching of Design had still not been formalized in Brazil. Marius Bern began his partnership with the publishing Civilização Brasileira in 1965, through its visionary publisher Ênio Silveira. He joined them right after designer Eugênio Hirsch had left the company, and from 1965 to 1970 he stood as its chief designer. Ênio - owner of Civilização Brasileira - was considered an important Brazilian intellectual in the national cultural field and also an important figure in the fight against the military dictatorship. He was also the staunchest supporter of the changes adopted by the company in its book designs. The 1960s mark a twist in the graphic conventions adopted by the publishing culture and, therefore, in the Brazilian book market. Specific circumstances related to the practice of the profession, such as the ways in which book covers were created and the production processes that were available at the time, were addressed to ensure a better understanding of the graphic speech of the covers. subscribe, definindo
uma arquitetura onde diferentes camadas agrupam decisões e
construções
relacionadas. Baseado nesta arquitetura, descrevemos um
sistema desenvolvido
em Lua que utiliza uma tabela hash distribuída como base.
O sistema
se diferencia dos sistemas publish-subscribe monolíticos e
tem como
foco generalidade, flexibilidade e extensibilidade. / Publish-subscribe systems are defined by its communication

However, most of the existent publish-subscribe systems
incorporate
other mechanisms in their implementation. This work seeks
a better
understanding of publish-subscribe systems, defining an
architecture where
different layers group related decisions and constructions.
Based on this
architecture, we describe a system developed in Lua that
uses a distributed
hash table as its base. The system differs in its
architecture from
monolithic publish-subscribe systems and focus on
generality, flexibility and
extensibility.

Publish and be blessed: a case study in early Pentecostal publishing historyTaylor, Malcolm John January 1994 (has links)
This dissertation argues that a major factor in Pentecostalism's rapid world-wide growth was the emergence of a strong literary, as distinct from oral, tradition. From its earliest days the movement gave birth to a plethora of publications and publishing houses, mostly operating by faith, that proved highly successful in disseminating the distinctive tenets of the movement across the globe. The first part of this work outlines the social, historical and religious background to the movement in the USA and Britain, and highlights the distinctive doctrines and practices of Pentecostalism. The second section examines the emergence of Pentecostal publishing movements and their products in the USA, especially the role played by the prototypical magazine of W. J. Seymour, The Apostolic Faith. The third and major part of this dissertation is a detailed case study of the earliest, and most influential, Pentecostal magazine published in Britain, Confidence. The crucial role that this journal and its editor, A. A. Boddy, played in formulating and propagating the beliefs and practices of the nascent movement is critically examined, together with an assessment of its contribution to wider issues of religious life and thought in Britain. Areas of subsequent influence in the development of historic Pentecostalism and its contemporary offshoots are also discussed
