Os crimes no triângulo amoroso: uma discussão psicanalítica historicamente contextualizada a respeito do conceito de violenta emoção no Direito Penal Brasileiro / Crimes in the love triangle: a psychoanalytic discussion historically contextualized about the concept of violent emotion in Brazilian Criminal Law

Marília Etienne Arreguy 24 April 2008 (has links)
The following thesis has as its aim the advancement of an analysis of the Brazilian penal norms as they pertain to violent emotion, grounded on the study of the passionate criminal act. Its basis for study is a discussion concerning the psychic temporality of the act that sustains the distinctions within the juridical institution of violent emotion presented in articles 28; 65, III, c; 121 1 et 129 4 of the Brazilian Penal Code. From a genealogical construct, the historical antecedents of such laws were targeted and then interpreted in light of psychoanalytic concepts and contributions from social anthropology regarding the imaginary customs that nourish the profusion and judgment of crimes within the sphere of love. The work method hinged on a theoretical study in the deductive-constructive manner based on sources ranging from different theoretical/practical fields and on open interviews with jurists and specialists on criminology. The historical transformations of the trials indicate a transposition from the old indulgence towards criminals to todays appeals for the harshening of sentences, showing that justifying or punishing crimes of violent emotion in the sphere of love represents a symptom directly linked to a social context. The concept of violent emotion is not immune to theoretical simplifications, given the emphasis placed on the dimensions of conscious culpability within the penal law system, the predominance of interpretations linked to the psychic-physiological aspects of the drive, as well as the incipient weight placed on the unconscious, culturally determinant conditions of the criminal act among couples. In this manner, the text in the referred Articles may unduly serve for the lessening of sentences for crimes involving couples, just as the due attenuation of sentences may be overlooked when the defendant suffers from prolonged social and psychic privations comprised of a discontent often times dissociated from the time of the criminal act. Pointing out such limitations, one must recognize the importance of the existing reference to violent emotion as a generic means for criminal attenuation and criticize its use as a privilege for the lessening of sentences in crimes of impetus among couples. A psychoanalytic, historical study of the theme stresses the need to enhance the subjective responsibility tied to the realization of a psychopathological tendency, yet furthermore enhances the social responsibility in relation to crimes of passion, thus underscoring the importance of providing alternatives to the penal court answer in order to promote a careful interpretation of articles on violent emotion for the better understanding of the unconscious temporality inherent to these crimes in the penal context.

Forneck, Mara Betina January 2017 (has links)
The main objective of this study is to relate the teaching of History, the notions of time and the relations of temporality. The study occurred from the experience of elaborating the course of continuing formation The teaching of History, the notions of time and the relations of temporality and its application with the teachers of the municipal school network of the city of Arroio do Meio/RS. The intention was to discuss theoretical and methodological fundaments in a manner to correlate the topics and qualify the teachers practices in Basic Education. The research was developed based on observation and analysis of the materials produced by the participating teachers and the use of mechanisms from ethnographic studies, like the field notes. In this proposal, the concept of Historical Time was used, based on studies by the historian Reinhart Koselleck and his contributions, in order to complex the understanding of the relations of temporality. The intention of the formation was to make possible an analysis of the teaching plans, in a manner to problematize the concept of time that grounds the organization of classes and the school contents. By finalizing the application of the course of formation, it was possible to observe an enlargement of the understandings of the concepts in order to overcome the current model of teaching based on a linear and naturalized vision of History.

Rosenzweig: Temporality of Redemption as Theological-Political Principle / Rosenzweig: la temporalidad de la redención como principio teológico-político

Toscano, Javier 09 April 2018 (has links)
This essay analyses the temporal structure that Rosenzweig develops mainly in his work The Star of Redemption in order to locate, on one hand, a messianic principle that organizes a specific theologico-political realm, and on the other, to understand the way in which certain terms from the judaic prophetic tradition are refunctionalized to activate in a concrete form a system of thought based on the premise of otherness.

Une poétique du déjà-lu / Rewriting Process in the Literary Works of José Emilio Pacheco

Garcia, Anne 12 December 2016 (has links)
José Emilio Pacheco (Mexico, 1939-2014) is a Mexican poet, novelist, and short story writer who deeply changed the scenery of Hispanic literature. His narrative and poetic works show a continuous recreation of his own texts, as much as other writers. The analysis of textual operations such as quotes or corrections, the study of the metatextual discourse that comes along with it, and, in a more subtle but equally significant way, the interpretation of a set of poetic topoi which reveals the endless repetition of linguistic and literary materials, lead us to set up a poetics of rewriting. The first chapter of our dissertation deals with the theoretical concepts and methodological tools: dialogism, intertextuality, influence and tradition, textual genetics. The second chapter muses over the act of rewriting in a pragmatic perspective. Based on the examination of the works of Pacheco, and in order to encompass the diversity of the rewriting practices, we propose a formal and a functional typology of rewriting phenomenon. In the third chapter, we follow the main line of research of textual genetics to question an analysis and an interpretation of self-rewriting in a selection of poems and short stories. The changes introduced by the rewriter during the revisions and corrections previous to new editions show us a dynamic and temporal textuality. Finally, the fourth chapter is about the texts in which Pacheco rewrites other authors. By using a diversity and a multiplicity of sources and by reproducing and inserting other writers' verses or sentences in his own compositions in a sometimes transgressive way, it contributes to favour the figure of the reader, the translator ‒ or the library ‒ instead of the figure of the author.

About time : Temporality in interaction / På tiden : Temporalitet i interaktion

Krampell, Martin January 2014 (has links)
Ever since the inception of the modern computer, researchers and designers alike have been interested in the effects of system delays on users. The current study was conducted in order to examine the most central issues to the field of temporality in interaction, and presents a consolidation of a selection of publications on the subject. A distinction between two types of interactive systems, discretionary and continuous, is proposed in order to situate previous studies by the system being studied. The type of control being exerted by users differs on a fundamental level between the two types, hence affecting the effects of delays. Furthermore, an experiment was conducted to examine the effects of constant, sub-second system delays in discretionary tasks using a digitalised version of the Trail Making Test (FR-TMT, Summala et al., 2008). The experiment yielded but one significant result in form of an improvement in user response time as delays were increased. The other results showed no significant positive or negative effect of increased delays. These results are indicative that the chosen delays do not have any detrimental effects on users, in accordance with the presently coined ’theory of task interruption’. This theory considers delays as either interruptive or non-interruptive and maintains that only delays that disrupt user work-flow are to be removed from interactive systems. The current study gives reason to why some delays can be positive to user interaction, or in themselves be informative of system status, and be an integral part of a feedback structure. Further research is needed before all aspects of system delays are fully understood. New ways of looking at delays and using them in system design, like predictability and predictivity, are becoming more prevalent, and may become the focus of research and temporal design in the near future.

Chabout-Combaz, Babette 07 1900 (has links)
The purpose of this research is to explore three « experiences of thought » described in Diderot’s oeuvres, in particular in the Promenade du sceptique, the Encyclopédie and the Rêve de D’Alembert, each of which reveal in themselves the image of thought’s activity. It proposes to elucidate a kind of historical knowledge (of history in general) by examining the experience of meaning that constitutes these works of “fiction”, in which one uncovers the ontological status for objects supplied by experience, as well as the role that history plays in these experiences. The first chapter presents nature as both a fixed and disordered, something which the observer interprets and even outlines via an analogical narrative. Diderot also criticizes Descartes’ cogito, which is orientated in particular towards to the present, or the moment of enunciation. History, as a literary genre, is practiced subversively and aimed at criticizing intellectual erudition. The second chapter deals with the complexity of the structure of the Encyclopédie as well as its internal operation, which presents a historicist conception of experience in and through the accumulation of facts and successive redefinitions of the limits of knowledge. His work as a whole has an ambiguous relationship with history and entails several historical practices. The third chapter explicates a form of historical knowledge internal to the experience of the self in the memory that constitutes it, and points to a “metaphysics” of poetry. This poetry opens up the possibility of thinking the necessary relations that make up the world.

De la mutabilité urbaine : une démarche ouverte pour fabriquer les villes / The mutability in urbanism

Durand, Anne 04 December 2015 (has links)
We have arrived at the end of a paradigm, as can be witnessed in the analysis of the Schéma Directeur d'Aménagement Urbain of the Paris region (SDAU) of 1965. Our research focuses on two situations arising from alternatives to rigid urban planning: the case of the “Plan-guide” of the Isle of Nantes and the initiative “Neighbourhood Improvement Community Programme” (Programas Comunitario de Mejoramiento de Barrios), established between the Mexican government and the community. Each case study allows us to identify constitutive elements of “urban mutability”, defined here as the capacity of cities to welcome change and favour “the possible” (les possibles) in their making. These constitutive elements go beyond the spatial structure of the city and attempt to create a procedure for accepting uncertainty. We have defined three conditions that permit an operational understanding of the concept: accommodation of change (1), acceptance of uncertainty (2), sharing of collective inventions (3). Each condition necessitates an active follow through that we will expand upon in the last section, and which has led us to the definition of several types of mutability, each with their own temporality, urgency, and length of preparation. All have their place in the creation of cities as they allow us to breathe life into each space, each instant. Urban mutability does not offer a model, but rather validates other ways of acting. It questions the meaning of “alternative” (l'autrement), which means that the distance created in the step away from preconceived models and assurances allows a locally defined framework of meta-regulations to open new “possibles” for cities

Time and temporality in the elderly : comparison of their narratives with a view to better training for caregivers in nursing homes

Hajjar, Meriem 12 October 2015 (has links)
Moving into a nursing home is an important step in the life of an elderly person. It means shifting from their own home, a private place, to a communal space likely to be the last place where they will live and this affects their sense of time. We asked ourselves what the perception of time is in the inner consciousness of older people and whether the perception of time in the elderly varies depending on their place of living. The theoretical framework is essentially philosophical while that of the perception of time is rather phenomenological. These form the basis for constructing our research question: Do timespans and future plans expressed in the inner consciousness of the elderly differ depending on whether they have been placed in a nursing home or live in their own homes ? The comparative study of the narratives of seniors living in nursing homes and those living in their own home relies on a qualitative approach. Interpretations of content analyzes show the two surroundings have opposite characteristics : there occur disruptions and alterations in the inner consciousness of those in nursing homes, while there tends to be continuity of life and activation of the inner consciousness for those staying in their own homes. Desubjectivation of people living in nursing homes is the result of a process that is being built up and this contradicts the hypothesis of the existence of a direct causal relationship that woud be attributable solely to the context of placement.

De la constitution du soi contemporain en art : moments de partage et expériences du temps / The constitution of contemporary self in art : moments of sharing and time experiences

Khelil, Hedi 05 December 2016 (has links)
The field of arts known as «visual» knows nowadays an overvaluation of the contemporary. The incessant expansion of the word - both in museums and art galleries - is often the subject of an inflationary use, that finally empties it of its meaning. This phenomenon is problematic as it presents not only the sign of a «historical success» that is usually attributed to the contemporary art, but particularly identifying a widespread «presentism», characterizing recently our temporal experience of being-in-the-world. Therefore, we decided to look at this excessive interest on the contemporary, to the extent that it seems to embody a sign, no matter how hypothetical, of an ontological relation that contemporaneity would claim with the activity of creation in general. It makes you wonder, after all, if this overvaluation of the contemporary does not reflect a new meaning that we attribute to our creative capabilities. In this perspective, we essentially use the philosophy of time of Gilles Deleuze to try to prove that one possible focal point bringing together the creative activity [of oneself / of something] and the contemporary is revealed through the experience a qualitative temporality experienced through a state of consciousness.

[en] COMPETENCE AND TEMPORALITY IN ROUTINES: UNVEILING COMPETENCE IN THE USE OF TIME IN COMPANIES OF THE INNOVATION ECOSYSTEM / [pt] COMPETÊNCIA E TEMPORALIDADE NAS ROTINAS: DESVELANDO A COMPETÊNCIA NO USO DO TEMPO EM EMPRESAS DO ECOSSISTEMA DE INOVAÇÃO

30 September 2021 (has links)
[en] Organizations have been going through significant changes driven by technology, impacting markets, society and, particularly, professions. (FARAJ et al., 2018). High Growth Firms, investment funds and accelerators have become important vectors of capital and jobs (ISENBERG, 2013; IBGE, 2017). Success in this so-called innovation and new businesses ecosystem is mainly measured by the speed of growth, the ability to anticipate products and processes, and the velocity to dominate new markets (JOHNSON and LAFLEY, 2010; SALVATO and RERUP, 2018). These are characteristics that influence the temporal notions of organizational actors, affecting their perceptions of competence and expectations response times (D ADDERIO et al, 2019; ORLIKOWSKI and SCOTT, 2016). This study draws from the experience of professionals in this ecosystem to, in the light of a phenomenographic and process approach (LANGLEY and TSOUKAS, 2010), understand how competence in the use of time is perceived in organizational routines pressured by innovation and growth. Three ways in which the phenomenon is conceived by those who experience it were identified: Optimizing activities; Accomplishing goals; and Exploring possibilities. In the outcome space, six dimensions that structure and distinguish the conceptions were identified.: horizon of the attention, temporal artifacts, competence reference, prioritized organizational objectives, level of competence, and temporal focus. The findings suggest that innovation and growth influence the concept of competence in the use of time in different ways. From them, a theoretical model on the relationship between temporalities, artifacts and sensemaking in the generation of generative learning cycles was proposed. It is also added that phenomenography was considered as a suitable alternative to discuss current theories about temporality in organizations.
