The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the damages which were caused by wild boar on farming plants in the region of Milevsko. Three areas of interest were chosen for the observation (the area around Sepekov, Přeštenice and Opařany). Each of the areas of interest observed was chosen because of its conditions suitable for the occurrence of wild boar during whole year. Each area had also ideal conditions for evaluating of the damages caused by this species on farming plants. The main aim of this diploma thesis was appraisal of the damages caused by wild boar according to the most suitable Czech and foreign methodologies. The observation was realized in the period from the beginning of February 2011 to the end of October 2011. The size of the damages on particular farming lands was measured according to three Czech methodologies (according to Dvořák et al., 2006). Total evaluation of the damages caused by wild boar on farming plants was realized according to Czech methodology by Kamler and two foreign methodologies (by Jonathan Yoder and Ray T. Sterner). The biggest damages caused by wild boar were found out in the area around Sepekov. The most attractive and also the most damaged farming plant was maize in the region of Milevsko. The damages of permanent grass cover caused by rooting of wild boar were found out only in spring term. Winter grains were mostly damaged by wild boar in the period of milky ripeness. In case of the usage of the methodologies for finding out the amount of damaged area it was necessary to choose the methodology according to the kind of a farming plant, the height of a plant and the kind of the damage. All three types of the methodologies used for finding out the total amount of damages caused by wild boar on farming plants were very exact and applicable to the chosen region.

Works on Serial and Parallel Diagnostics of Direct Fuel Injection for the Superb 1.8 TSI is concerned with the use of the Škoda Superb II. generation, based on VOŠ professional training, automotive and technical secondary school in České Budějovice. Because the car is fully functional, it is possible to demonstrate both the mode of operation and the control options on the individual components. The aim of this diploma thesis is therefore to make, document and describe diagnostics of the fuel system of the mentioned vehicle using the gauges and diagnostic tools available in the school education. I believe that I will acquire other valuable theoretical and practical knowledge, which I will apply in the technical practice.

1 Summary Topic of this Master's thesis are sanctions for breaches of obligations of participants of labor law relationships. The first and the second chapter focus on the introduction into researched issue of legal sanctions. The author defines basic concepts which are relevant for the thesis. Then the author deals with the definition of the legal sanction and analyzes the relationship between the legal sanction and the legal liability. The author furthermore explains the basic behavior of the legal sanction and its significance. The third chapter follows on term definition from the first part of the thesis. It consists of brief interpretation of chosen private law sanctions in the labour law. It presents sanctions as nullity of legal act, relative inefficacy of legal act, limitation of actions and preclusion and liability. The main part of this thesis focuses on liability of employee for damage. The fourth chapter describes the division of labour law liability into different kinds. It also introduces the issue of liability for damage. In the fifth chapter the author introduces the employee liability in context of legal sanctions and a detailed explanation of the valid legal regulation of employee liability for damage. Resumé This thesis deals with the question of compensation for damage in civil law. Its main task is to acquaint the reader with the basic institutions associated with the prescribed topic from the basic premises of the legislation through the explanation of the main terms to determine the prerequisites for a successful claim for damages and the rules determining the manner and extent of damages including some specific cases of damages. Work is also trying to compare the current, still not so long effective statutory regulation with the previous one. The thesis is divided into four main chapters. The first part discusses the basic concepts of liability for damages and the functions that it has in the legal system and even in society. It also describes the general concepts, such as the limitation period, prevention duties, general and specific, and also lists the entities to which the obligation to pay damages arise. The second chapter deals with the prerequisites for the establishing the liability in damages, which are traditionally a tort, the damage, causation and fault. It also presents the merits of general offenses. Especially acquaints readers with compensation that occurs accidentally. Práce je zaměřena na praktickou aplikaci metody strategického řízení zvané Balanced Scorecard. Nejprve proniká do struktury a fungování neziskového občanského sdružení TJ Auto Škoda. Následně stanovuje SWOT analýzu pro toto sdružení, tedy identifikuje základní silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby. To je východiskem pro vytvoření strategických cílů, jejich měřítek a hybatelů. V samém závěru dochází k vytvoření strategické mapy, která je klíčem pro strategické řízení TJ Auto Škoda v následujících několika letech.

The topic of this thesis is to analyze the activities of ŠKODA AUTO on the Swedish market. Within each chapter it first analyzes the automotive industry in worldwide context, its development and current situation in individual regions. Then the history of ŠKODA AUTO is developed, mainly its progress from the merger with the German company Volkswagen Group. Another chapter is devoted to the company's entry into foreign markets and its sales worldwide. The core of the work is an analysis of the Swedish automotive market. At the beginning of this chapter the economic and social environment of Sweden is specified together with the local automotive market. The following paragraphs deal with Volkswagen Group Sverige and the importer ŠKODA Sverige. It describes its performance, competitors, activities in sales and aftersales and dealer network. The final section reveals market opportunities and gives suggestions for improving brand position on the Swedish market.

This diploma thesis deals with economic relations between the Czech Republic and the People's Republic of China. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part involves two chapters which deal with bilateral relations of both countries on general level. In the first chapter I compare the czech and chinese business environment and mutual economic cooperation using main economic indicators. This chapter is also dedicated to political relations and the problems which China is facing nowadays. The second chapter deals with current economic and export strategies of both countries and their penetration. The last part of this chapter is dedicated to czech institutions which support czech export. The third chapter is the practical part of this thesis in which I focused on putting knowledge of the theoretical part into practice using case study of czech company Škoda Praha, a.s.

Development of the automobilism in 20th century caused raising of car accidents which induced higher damage to property and damage to health. Society attempts to minimalize the effect of these damages by using of liability insurance for damage caused by driving a vehicle. The goal of this thesis is to describe a process of settlement of a claim on health as a part of a liability insurance. This thesis contains issue for determination of liability car accident participants according to law, work of persons participating in inquiry of accident and adequate compesation calculation. Thesis also summarized content of laws which are necessary for work of investigators and their work is discribed in detail as well. Some examples of calculation of compesation claims are shown for better explaning of settlement of a claim on health.

This thesis deals with the process and management of the joint venture project from a theoretical point of view and subsequently analyzes particular international joint venture of two automobile companies - Spanish SEAT S.A. and Czech Skoda Auto Inc. - into the Volkswagen Group. The main goal of this thesis is to answer the question why the SEAT S.A. after the integration into the Volkswagen Group did not become as successful as Skoda Auto achieved to be.

The thesis deals with logistic ensuring of Skoda Auto supplies to the Chinese market. Its part is the theory of international transportation, information about the company, specifics of Chinese market and Skoda Auto's presence in China. It analyses possible alternatives of cars transportation to China, advantages and disadvantages of each types of transport and introduces supply realization of assembly parts for comparison.
