This diploma thesis is focused on telephone tapping and recording of telecommunication traffic in order to protect the economy, according to the criminal procedural institutes: the tapping and recording of telecommunication traffic and survey on information about telecomunication traffic. These institutes are ruled by the act no. 141/1961 Coll., on criminal court proceedings (criminal code), as amended. The aim of this work is to investigate the effectiveness of the use of eavesdropping and records of telecommunication operations, carried out for a longer period in accordance with the criminal procedure code, international treaties and the Police of the Czech Republic in order to protect the individual areas of the economy.

The aim of this work was to assess the damage caused by wild boar in terms of ecosystem-based pespective, take into account the influence of historical development, document the current status and predict the direction of development. I focused on the farm of Jiri Zevl in Lhotice. I analysed and evaluated the damages caused by wild boar. I already applied measures in terms of their actual effectiveness. In the years 2010, 2011 and 2012, I focused on all the fields on the farm, where damages were noticed. Farm in the period began to apply these two measures against damages caused by animals: chemical protection by Hukinol and also cultivation awned wheat varieties. I compared damage on fields before and after protection. I've always found out and filed damage just a few days before harvesting. For the actual detection and damage assessment, I chose the method of visual inspection. I measured and calculated surface damage I measured individual damaged areas with a tape measure and method of irregular shapes transformed into geometric shapes, Than I calculated their area. According to my research is chemical protection effective as well as the growing awned wheat varieties. In 2010, there were used no precautions, was the damage 31,539 CZK and there was damaged 18.3% of the area of all fields in research. In 2011, the financial loss decreased to 14 941 CZK and the area damaged by animals to 3.7 % of the total area. In 2012, the damaged area was 7.8 % and financial loss increased to 29 054 CZK. In conclusion I make recommendations for further action that should dechne damages in the coming years. On the issue of damage caused by wild boar on crops, I have two suggestions: 68 First: It is neccesary to handle this issue since its inception. Increase in the numbers of wild boars has caused intensive farming that disrupted the flow of energy in the country. The solution could be partial cancellation of obligations of users of hunting grounds cover damage caused by animals. It is necessary to rethink the system, which works now. Not only hunters should be responsible for damage, but also farmers, or owners. Second: It is necessary to solve the problem of farmers and users of hunting grounds together. It is necessary to choose such a user hunting who will cooperate and will take care to avoid damage. Recovery of damages from the users of hunting area doesn´t solve the problem in the long term sight, it is only a short-term basis and short-sighted.

The presented diploma thesis deals with the improvement of system support at the department Sales Planning and Reporting in Skoda Auto a.s. Its major objective is proposal, creation and implementation of the main analytical tool for sales and production planning in this department with regard to the economic efficiency of this solution. The main task of this tool is to make the process of planning in the company more effective and support management’s decision making process. The entire project is implemented in Microsoft Excel using Visual Basic.

Breaking-off contract negotiations without justifiable grounds Abstract The thesis at hand deals with Sec. 1729 of the Civil Code which governs the liability for breaking-off contract negotiations without justifiable grounds. Its aim is to interpret the afore-said provision that forms an inherent part of the newly introduced regulation of pre-contractual liability. The thesis discusses both the conditions for establishing the liability for breaking-off contract negotiations and concurrently the legal consequences thereof. The difficulties in terms of interpretation, incidental to the introduction of this provision, are attempted to be solved by use of theological interpretative method and inspiration drawn from the comparative study of German and Austrian state of law. Finally, the thesis strives for analysing the case-law of the Czech Supreme Court related to the previous legislation and answering a question to which extent the conclusions previously arrived at by this court may be uphold following the recodification process. Její součástí je také krátká charakteristika neziskových oganizací, jakožto nejčastějších příjemců firemních darů. Případová studie je věnována analýze firemní kultury a CSR aktivit ve společnosti Škoda auto a.s. a klade si za cíl ozřejmit naplněnost firemní politiky v této oblasti a její dopad na region.

The thesis is concerned with a question, what plays the key role in decision making process about restructuring of production capacities of automotive companies within global process. All of this is running in the background of optimization factors influencing their cost items value. Volkswagen AG, more precisely SKODA AUTO was chosen for behavior analysis introduced as a case study. The goal is to suggest some recommendations for SKODA AUTO to help with achieving sales of 1,5 million cars in 2018 based on global pressures analysis affecting automotive industry and future cost development study in this field. The main benefit of the thesis is the complex cost items analysis resulting in application of the conclusions into SKODA AUTO case in a form of recommendations based on cost reduction.

This diploma thesis is focused on conversion of Skoda Octavia RS mark I brake system. This vehicle will be used for race use. The aim of the thesis is to design adequate components of the brake system to achieve good brake deceleration and so that the design will be correspond to hard conditions on the race track. Thesis contains complete design of hydraulic system including control and brake forces, pressures, options of brake forces management and evaluate of brake stability. Followed by the design of brake caliper adapters and the static structural analysis by FEM. The thesis contains picture and assembly drawing attachment too.

The theme of this master thesis is one body steam turbine of 150MW with reheat. There is calculated heat balance of the system with three low pressure heaters, deaerator and two high pressure heaters. Next part deals with calculation of blades and its lenght. Next are the attachments of blades into stator and rotor parts of the turbine. By the end of the thesis there is recalculation of heat balance scheme and blading followed by calculation of parameters for operation of turbine in 75% and 50% of the rated power output. The output of the whole thesis is drawing of horizontal cut of the turbine.

This diploma thesis “Tubular Skid Holder of Skoda Fabia Super 2000 Rally Car” is aimed to engineering design of tubular skid holder of rally car Skoda Fabia Super 2000. There is used FEM software for analysis s evaluation of current variant and following variants of engineering design. The most relevant final variant design, which is consistent with asked stiffness and reduction of weight, was chosen based on findings.

This thesis is focused on using discrete event simulation in a large plant in order to improve the control logic of the production department. Specifically it’s about the factory ŠKODA AUTO a.s. located in Mladá Boleslav and solved production node is the paint shop area. The chapters of this thesis are focused on used conveyor technology, basics of discrete event simulation, the subsequent development of a virtual model, design of simulation experiments and concept of a new solution. At the end of this work evaluation of proposed solution with comparison to the original solution is included.
