Marketing společnosti Škoda Auto na asijských trzích / Marketing of the company Skoda Auto in the asian markets

Furch, Tomáš January 2012 (has links)
This diploma thesis primarily deals with current position of the biggest Czech automaker Skoda Auto in the Chinese and Indian markets. Document involves the analysis of initial entry conditions, as well as general marketing environment of both countries. Skoda Auto company, member of the German concern Volkswagen, operates in Asia only for a few years and so far it has reached very good results. Extremely promising is the market in China, where significant increase of sales is expected in the next years. Indian demand for cars is relatively smaller and harder to forecast. In both markets Skoda is facing tough competition of local and global automakers, therefore high importance lies in brand positioning. Part of the thesis is also SWOT analysis and identification of all main marketing mix tools.

Parní turbína pro pohon drtičky v cukrovaru / Steam Turbine to Drive the Crusher in the Sugar Factory

Ruzsík, Erik January 2019 (has links)
The thesis is focused on designing of backpressure steam turbine to drive the crusher in the sugar factory having the power input of the 2 200 kW. Thermodynamic calculation of two conceptual variations is gradually implemented in the thesis with the aim to determine the steam mass flow through the turbine. In the first version the control stage is selected as an A-wheel and in the second version as a Curtis wheel. The stage part of both versions consists of series action stages. Furthermore, it contains basic design of the gland steam system and the nozzle control system. Both radial and thrust bearings are designed based on the acting forces. The thesis also includes strength calculation of the selected components. The final part deals with comparison and evaluation of the optimal solution. Due to the small difference in rotor weight (m =19,72 kg), and especially for the less steam consumption (M = 4,87 kg/s), the first version can be considered as an optimal solution. This thesis is amended by a mechanical drawing of the turbine cross section on a common frame with a gearbox.

Odrazná plocha osobních automobilů / Radar cross section of passenger cars

Hanslík, Radovan January 2020 (has links)
This diploma thesis is aimed at radar cross section of passenger cars. Basic scattering parameters of simple targets are described. Selected numeric methods used for computing radar cross section are discussed. Shape and size of simplified vehicle models is investigated. Simulations are verified by computing RCS of objects with well-known characteristics. Radar cross section of Skoda Octavia was simulated using selected numeric methods. Results of all performed simulations are shown in included graphs. Experimental measurment of radar cross section of a vehicle was performed so the measured data can be compared with the simulations.

Studie pro hodnocení výše škody na vozidle po nehodě běžným řidičem / Study for the Estimation of the Height of Damage Costs After an Accident Involving a Motorist

Benda, Aleš Unknown Date (has links)
This thesis deals with the estimate of damage of an automobile caused during a car accident with no injuries involved. A significant part of my work consist of a sociological research, a proceeding during a car crash a fleet analysis and protocols from a programme called Audatex. The outcome is a brochure - "How to manage a car accident - with detailed description how to estimate the damage caused by the crash"

Rizika mobilních zdrojů spojená s oceňováním škod na životním prostředí / Risk of transport sources associated with valuation of environmental damage

Hefková, Lenka January 2015 (has links)
The subject of this thesis is the issue of valuation of environmental damage. The first part describes the current status (risk from mobile sources, their analysis and evaluation methods of damage assessment, legislation). It is obvious that the given issue is a hot topic and needs to be addressed. The next section describes the materials and methods to solve the issue and description of a model example to award damages. The aim is to build such a method that modeled appreciate the damage and then is applicable to a real problem. It also includes an analysis of risk. The method is based on the general approach Sejak, namely table is used with specific numbers for the injury calculations. In conclusion, it is concluded that the objective has been achieved, and the match was awarded a shame not financially financially. The recommendation is to use or improve a method for real crashes mobile sources in practice.

Systémový přístup ke stanovení výše škody na životním prostředí při transportu nebezpečných chemických látek / Systems approach to determining the environmental damage during the transport of hazardous chemical substances

Popelová, Barbora January 2017 (has links)
Current status of the environmental damage amount determination is mainly focused on the long-term consequences of negative factors, such as transport and industry emissions. Significant damages however, could be caused as a result of short-term effects, such as events with leakage of the hazardous chemicals. These situations are caused by accidents during the hazardous substances transportation, when the material is leaked as a result of faults on the vehicle or during a traffic accident. Damages that are subsequently being dealt with, in most cases reflect only the costs associated with the liquidation and remediation of the affected area. However it is important to note that since the inception of the damage until the return of the environment to its original state, if at all possible, there are many changes increasing other related costs associated with their solving. An example is the inability to use the functions that the damaged area provided. The aim of the thesis was therefore thoroughly analyze the current state of determining the amount of damage to the environment, to analyze appropriate methods for the unification process in the framework of expert activities and propose a systematic approach to improve the determination. The proposed procedure was subsequently implemented in a software tool that should be available for the needs of experts.

Vliv spalování paliva CNG na technicko-ekonomické parametry vozidla

Strnadel, Miroslav January 2019 (has links)
This diploma thesis "The effect of CNG fuel combustion on the technical and economic parameters of the vehicle" deals with the use of alternative fuel of compressed natural gas for road vehicles. The thesis is divided into 4 main parts. In the first part there is a literary review, which deals with the history of the use of gaseous fuels in the world and in the Czech lands, as well as the characteristics and construction part of the car modified for CNG operation. The second part is an experimental measurement of performance parameters of two Škoda Octavia Combi III vehicles with a CNG, diesel and petrol engine at dynamometer testing laboratory, which is also described in this chapter. In the third part the results of experimental measurement are processed and commented and both vehicles are compared from the technical and economical point of view. As is evident from the measurement results, in a vehicle that is already equipped with CNG system from manufacturer combustion CNG does not have a negative effect on the engine's performance parameters and even more constant engine operation can be observed. Vehicles with CNG system are also more economical and ecological than vehicles combusting conventional fuels. The last part of this thesis is devoted to a discussion, where the measured results are compared with the results in an expert article dealing with the same topic.

Právní úprava náhrady škody způsobené zvěří a na zvěři / Legislation damages caused by wild animals and beasts damages caused on wild animals and beasts

Sobotková, Kateřina January 2021 (has links)
This thesis deals with the rules of compensation for damage caused by wild animals and beasts and damage caused on wild animals and beasts in the Czech Republic. The main topic of the diploma thesis is the evaluation and analysis of current legislation. The work is divided into thirteen sections, when some of them are further divided into subsections. The main part consists of chapters 8 and 9, which deal with damages wildlife and further chapters 11 and 12, dealing with damages to animals. All chapters are based primarily on Act No. 449/2001 Coll., On hunting, as amended. Attention is mainly focused on the issue of compensation for damage caused by wild animals and beasts. Particularly with regard to the current bark beetle calamity that hit a large part of the territory of the Czech Republic, it appears this issue is highly topical.
