And, of course, the fact that the technical capabilities of CRM systems have reached perfection played an important role. They allow you to track the path of the buyer from the moment of the first contact with him for resale. It creates sales technology by linking advertising, analytical tools and the sales system itself into a single system. The results of the final qualifying work will be used in the photo studio when implementing the AppEvent CRM system.

Актуальность темы «Цифровая трансформация бизнес–процессов по налоговому контролю на базе решений SAP» на примере компании ПАО «Аэрофлот» обусловлена активным развитием информационных технологий, позволяющих автоматизировать процесс налогового мониторинга и стремительного роста участников данного налогового режима, каждый из которых является представителем крупного бизнеса. Новизна используемой темы доказывается тем, что именно сейчас набирает обороты тренд на цифровизацию экономики в Российской Федерации. На данном этапе налоговый мониторинг в России носит экспериментальный характер и применяется только в отношении крупнейших налогоплательщиков, однако в будущем возможность вступления в режим налогового мониторинга может быть распространена и на средний бизнес. Налоговый контроль будет встроен во внутренние бизнес–процессы организаций и осуществляться незаметно для налогоплательщиков. / The relevance of the topic “Digital transformation of tax control business processes based on SAP solutions” based on the example of PJSC Aeroflot is due to the active development of information technologies that automate the process of tax monitoring and the rapid growth of participants in this tax regime, each of which is a representative of large business. The novelty of the topic used is proved by the fact that right now the trend for the digitalization of the economy in the Russian Federation is gaining momentum. At this stage, tax monitoring in Russia is experimental in nature and is applied only to the largest taxpayers, but in the future, the possibility of entering the tax monitoring regime may be extended to medium-sized businesses. Tax control will be built into the internal business processes of organizations and will be carried out unnoticed by taxpayers.

Целью работы являлось определение проблем в бизнес-процессах исследуемого предприятия, разработка сервиса для организации и управления банковскими коммуникациями, а также оценка экономической пользы и практической пользы от внедрения этого сервиса в деятельность АО «Точка». Предлагаемые в данной работе методы и решения позволят банку для предпринимателей и предприятий АО «Точка» не только улучшить показатели своей деятельности, но также получить значительную экономическую выгоду. Это доказывает экономическую эффективность предлагаемых в диссертации мер. / The relevance of this study lies in the analysis of the business processes of a financial institution - a bank for legal entities - and the development of effective solutions to problems found in business processes that can be successfully applied in practice to improve the strategic activities of the studied enterprise. The aim of the work was to identify problems in the business processes of the studied enterprise, develop a service for organizing and managing bank communications, as well as assessing the economic benefits and practical benefits of introducing this service into the activities of «Tochka». The methods and solutions proposed in this work will allow the bank for entrepreneurs and enterprises of «Tochka» not only to improve its performance indicators, but also to obtain significant economic benefits. This proves the economic efficiency of the measures proposed in the thesis.

Актуальность темы обусловлена потребностью предприятия, АО «ПФ «СКБ Контур» для автоматизации процесса обработки обращений клиентов в чаты, для увеличения эффективности работы сотрудников и сокращению ресурсных затрат, а также для повышения клиентского сервиса предприятия. Научная новизна состоит в том, что проанализировано большое количество программных средств для реализации проекта, продемонстрировано большое количество применений чат-ботов в бизнесе, а также разработан уникальный чат-бот, непосредственно для компании СКБ Контур. Практическая значимость заключается в том, что данный чат-бот можно применить в любой компании, в которой есть бизнес-процесс обработки обращений клиентов в чат. Актуальность выбранной темы исследований обусловлена необходимостью совершенствования финансово-хозяйственной деятельности организаций, оказывающих образовательные услуги, с целью повышения доходности, обеспечения стабильности, непрерывного поиска резервов и путей дальнейшего развития организаций. Целью работы является изучение теоретических основ и практических путей совершенствования финансовых механизмов привлечения дополнительных источников финансирования, для повышения эффективности российских муниципальных учреждений, оказывающих образовательные услуги. Для достижения цели работы были определены задачи. Предметом исследования является обоснование путей повышения эффективности управления образовательным учреждением и применение финансовых механизмов развития деятельности муниципальных учреждений, оказывающих образовательные услуги. Объектом исследования в магистерской работе являются образовательные организации, осуществляющие деятельность по реализации дополнительных общеобразовательных программ. Работа включает в себя 2 пункта научной новизны – введение нового понятия «Физкультурно-развивающее учреждение, оказывающее образовательные услуги», которое дополняет существующую классификацию типов учреждений дополнительного образования; разработана методика внедрения платной образовательной услуги в муниципальное учреждение, оказывающее образовательные услуги, с целью повышения эффективности его деятельности. В целях совершенствования финансовых механизмов предложно развивать внебюджетную деятельность учреждений, т.е. развитие платных образовательных услуг, путем расширения направлений и перечня услуг. Разработанный бизнес-план платной образовательной услуги «Изучение основ акробатики для детей 5-7 лет» и произведенные нами расчеты показали, что предлагаемый проект экономически эффективен и рентабелен. / The relevance of the chosen research topic is due to the need to improve the financial and economic activities of organizations that provide educational services in order to increase profitability, ensure stability, continuously search for reserves and ways to further develop organizations. To achieve the goal of the work, tasks were defined. The subject of the research is the justification of ways to improve the efficiency of management of an educational institution and the use of financial mechanisms for the development of the activities of municipal institutions that provide educational services. The object of research in the master's thesis is educational organizations that carry out activities for the implementation of additional General education programs. The work includes 2 points of scientific novelty-the introduction of a new concept "physical Culture and development institution that provides educational services", which complements the existing classification of types of institutions of additional education; a methodology for implementing paid educational services in a municipal institution that provides educational services, in order to increase the efficiency of its activities. In order to improve financial mechanisms, it is proposed to develop extra-budgetary activities of institutions, i.e. the development of paid educational services, by expanding the areas and list of services. The developed business plan for the paid educational service "learning the basics of acrobatics for children 5-7 years old" and our calculations showed that the proposed project is cost-effective and cost-effective.

В исследовании рассматриваются вопросы развития малого бизнеса с учетом совмещении получения экономической выгоды и снижения негативного воздействия от их деятельности на окружающую среду. Возрастающая роль международных экологических организаций вместе с трендом «зеленого потребления» влекут за собой меры, которые компании вынуждены принимать, чтобы снижать свое негативное воздействие на окружающую среду. В работе авторами выявлена проблема внедрения принципов и разработке инструментов оценки эффективности деятельности субъектов малого бизнеса в области экологии. Данная проблема тесно связана с реализацией стратегии экологически ориентированного предпринимательства как одного из важнейших направлений экологической модернизации процессов производства и потребления. Авторами приводятся рекомендации по внедрению системы экологического менеджмента в деятельность малых предприятий. Также дается эколого-экономическая оценка эффективности деятельности субъекта экологического предпринимательства в сфере малого бизнеса. Научная новизна заключается в совершенствовании методологии и методического инструментария внедрения системы экологического менеджмента на предприятиях малого бизнеса. / The study examines the development of small businesses, taking into account the combination of obtaining economic benefits and reducing the negative impact of their activities on the environment. In the work, the authors identified the problem of introducing the principles and developing tools for assessing the effectiveness of small businesses in the field of ecology. This problem is closely related to the implementation of the strategy of environmentally oriented entrepreneurship as one of the most important areas of environmental modernization of production and consumption processes. The authors provide recommendations on the implementation of the environmental management system in the activities of small businesses. An ecological and economic assessment of the effectiveness of the activity of the subject of environmental entrepreneurship in the field of small business is also given. The scientific novelty lies in the improvement of the methodology and methodological tools for the implementation of the environmental management system at small businesses.

Вопросы развития малого предпринимательства являются важной составляющей концепции социально-экономического роста Российской Федерации. Опыт ведущих стран мира подтверждает необходимость наличия в любой национальной экономике эффективного и высокоразвитого сектора малого бизнеса. Малое предпринимательство традиционно играет роль «живой ткани» экономики, создает новые товары и услуги, новые рабочие места, оперативно реагирует на запросы локального рынка и т. д. Цель исследования – разработка направлений совершенствования учетно-аналитического обеспечения на предприятиях малого бизнеса в сфере торговли и услуг. Научная новизна исследований, проведенных в данной магистерской диссертации, заключается: определены основные показатели анализа хозяйственной деятельности для субъектов малого бизнеса; структурированы особенности методов учета и анализа деятельности на предприятиях малого бизнеса, учитывающие специфику деятельности; предложены направления развития системы внутреннего контроля учетно-аналитической работы деятельности предприятий малого бизнеса в сфере торговли и оказании услуг с учетом условий функционирования. Эффективность рекомендаций заключается в совершенствовании аналитической работы организаций малого бизнеса, а также позволит систематизировать информацию для упрощения и ускорения работы. / The issues of small business development are an important component of the concept of socio-economic growth of the Russian Federation.
