Объект исследования – процесс контроля за развитием скоростно-силовых способностей спортсменов различных половозрастных групп. Предмет исследования – возрастная динамика показателей Вингейт-теста спортсменов различного пола и возраста. Цель исследования – определить возрастную динамику показателей Вингейт-теста спортсменов различных половозрастных групп. В результате исследования были изучены особенности скоростно-силовых способностей и их значимость в спортивной деятельности, в результате проведенного тестирования выявлены нормативные показатели развития скоростно-силовых способностей спортсменов разного пола и возраста. Научная новизна исследования: впервые выявлены нормативные значения показателей Вингейт-теста и их динамика для разных половозрастных групп спортсменов: показатели МАМ, скоростной выносливости, а также время достижения пика мощности. Выявлены высокие и недостаточные значения показателей скоростно-силовых способностей для некоторых видов спорта. Практическая значимость работы: определены рекомендованные нормативные показатели Вингейт-теста для спортсменов разных половых и возрастных групп, а также высоких и недостаточных показателей скоростно-силовых способностей спортсменов разных видов спорта. / Study object – control of speed-power abilities of athletes of various age-gender groups. Study subject – age dynamics of Wingate test indicators in athletes of different age and gender. The aim of the proposed research was to determine age dynamics of Wingate-test indicators in athletes of different age-gender groups. Peculiarities of speed-power abilities were studied, as well as its significance in sports practice. We found the normal values of speed-power abilities development in athletes in reference to age and gender. Scientific value: norms of Wingate test parameters (peak power, speed-power endurance and time to peak power attainment) and their dynamics in age-gender groups were found. High and insufficient values of this parameters were determined for some kinds of sports. Practical value: we determined the recommended norms of Wingate test indicators for athletes of different age and gender groups, as well as high and insufficient values of speed-power abilities indicators for athletes from different kinds of sports.

Целью работы является развитие методических основ оценки организационной эффективности предприятия в условиях активного развития и внедрения на предприятии цифровых технологий. В основе методики – применение динамического норматива и расчет интегрального показателя организационной эффективности, учитывающего объемную и структурную характеристику исследуемых показателей, входящих в динамический норматив. Разработанная методика позволяет оценить степень выполнения предприятием поставленных целей и формирует информационно-аналитическую базу для принятия решений в целях повышения эффективности работы предприятия в целом. / The aim of the work is to develop methodological foundations for assessing the organizational effectiveness of the enterprise in the conditions of active development and implementation of digital technologies at the enterprise. The method is based on the application of a dynamic standard and the calculation of an integral indicator of organizational effectiveness, taking into account the volume and structural characteristics of the studied indicators included in the dynamic standard. The developed method makes it possible to assess the degree to which an enterprise fulfills its goals and forms an information and analytical base for decision-making in order to improve the effectiveness of the enterprise as a whole.

Научная новизна данной работы заключается в нахождении алгоритмического, программного и математического решения задачи управления персоналом, позволяющего сократить время на процесс анализа деятельности компании. / The relevance of the chosen topic lies in the fact that the effectiveness of the staff is one of the main success factors of any company. However, evaluating staff performance can be a difficult task, especially for companies with a large number of branches. The information system for personnel KPI analysis will allow wholesale and retail companies to more accurately evaluate the work of their employees, as well as identify problem areas and take timely measures to eliminate them. The object of the study is the methods for assessing the effectiveness of the work of personnel. The subject of the research is the use of KPI for wholesalers and retailers. The scientific novelty of this work lies in finding an algorithmic, software and mathematical solution to the problem of personnel management, which allows to reduce the time for the process of analyzing the company's activities.

С целью совершенствования процесса физического воспитания в вузе необходимо использовать на физкультурно-оздоровительных занятиях современные, наиболее популярные виды двигательной деятельности, которые основаны на различных фитнес - программах и адаптированы для студентов отнесённых к специальной медицинской группе. В сложившейся экономической ситуации организации строительной отрасли резко нуждаются в проведении работы по разработке методических рекомендаций по организации управленческого учета. Системообразующим и неотъемлемым элементом управленческого учёта является управленческая отчётность. Однако в настоящее время не существует каких-либо специальных отраслевых методических рекомендаций по организации управленческого учета в фирмах строительной отрасли, а также какой- либо универсальной модели управленческой отчётности. Необходимо сформировать новый подход к механизму формирования управленческого учёта исходя из цели организации эффективно¬го функционирования деятельности строительной фирмы. The problem for construction is quite important and currently it is necessary to continuously improve the individual elements of accounting and analytical system, which is based on management accounting.

Целью данного проекта является разработка теоретических и методических подходов к управлению качеством и эффективности сервисного центра ООО «АМК-Екатеринбург» и обеспечение устойчивого дальнейшего развития. Проведенное исследование позволило доказать актуальность проблемы повышения эффективности производственной деятельности СТОА и сформулировать ряд теоретических выводов и практических рекомендаций. Особую значимость в обеспечении безопасности автомобильной техники сейчас приобретают автотехцентры автомобилестроительных компаний, составляющие фирменную сеть послепродажного обслуживания автомобилей, инфраструктура которых обеспечивает социальную и экономическую эффективность использования автомобилей. Сфера предоставления услуг должна функционировать таким образом, чтобы полностью удовлетворять требования клиентов с возможно малыми затратами средств и времени. Было проведено исследование практики управления качеством ПАО «АВТОВАЗ», а также произведен анализ предприятия ООО «АМК-Екатеринбург». Сбор, обработка и анализ показателей спроса на услуги ООО «АМК-Екатеринбург» позволяют целенаправленно подойти к их прогнозированию с целью изучения возможностей предприятия по удовлетворению обращений клиентуры по ТО и ремонту на перспективу. Расчет основных технико-экономических показателей показывает нам, что в целом предприятие работает эффективно. Выполнив технико-экономическое сравнение вариантов предприятия до модернизации и после, наиболее целесообразным из них является проектный вариант. / The aim of this project is to develop theoretical and methodological approaches to managing the quality and effectiveness of the service center of LLC AMK-Yekaterinburg and ensuring further development. The study allows us to prove the relevance of the problem of improving the efficiency of production activities of service stations and formulate a number of theoretical conclusions and practical recommendations. At present, auto-technical centers of the automotive industry have been acquired, which make up the company’s after-sales service network of automobiles, and the infrastructure that ensures the social and economic efficiency of car use. The scope of the provision of services should operate in such a way as to fully meet the requirements of customers with low cost and time. A study of the quality management practice of PJSC AvtoVAZ was carried out, as well as an analysis of the enterprise LLC AMK-Yekaterinburg. The collection, processing and analysis of demand indicators for the services of AMK-Yekaterinburg LLC allow you to purposefully switch to their forecasting in order to explore opportunities to meet customer needs. Calculation of the main technical and economic indicators shows that the company works efficiently. A technical and economic comparison of the project options before modernization and after has been issued, the most appropriate of which is the project version.

The relevance of the research topic is determined, on the one hand, by the need for the enterprise to maintain the proper level of reliability in order to respond to changes in the environment in a timely manner, always be ready to meet its obligations, in all situations to satisfy demand and secure a strong position in the market, on the other hand, the desire organizations to reduce costs and continuously improve the efficiency of their activities, which is ensured, inter alia, by the use of lean-technologies. The aim of the master's thesis is to develop an economic mechanism to ensure the reliability of the enterprise when introducing the concept of lean manufacturing. The paper considers the concept of “reliability” in relation to organizations, analyzes the experience of implementing lean manufacturing, and also puts forward a hypothesis about the relationship of these phenomena, which is confirmed using a structured-logical model of the relationship between the consequences of the use of lean-technologies and the reliability of the enterprise, and empirically. As a theoretical and methodological base, the works of the founders and subsequent researchers of the concept of lean manufacturing, Russian and foreign authors, who studied the problem of ensuring the reliability of systems of various nature, including economic ones, were used. The empirical basis for the work was our own empirical research, the results of departmental research, as well as the reporting of the enterprise where the developed methods were tested. Based on the results of the study, the author’s definition of the concept of “reliability of the enterprise’s functioning” is formulated, a classification of factors and aspects of the manifestation of the property under consideration is developed, a methodology for assessing the reliability of the functioning of the enterprise is developed, the basis of which is a system of indicators formed in accordance with the author’s classification of factors and aspects of the manifestation of reliability, and elements are also developed the economic mechanism to achieve a compromise between the consequences of introducing the concept of lean manufacturing and the reliability of the enterprise, which will create the conditions for the effective use of the tools of the concept and ensuring the reliability of the enterprise in the conditions of "lean manufacturing". / Актуальность темы исследования обусловлена, с одной стороны, необходимостью предприятия поддерживать должный уровень надежности, чтобы своевременно реагировать на изменения внешней среды, всегда быть готовым ответить по своим обязательствам, в любых ситуациях удовлетворять спрос и обеспечивать себе сильные позиции на рынке, с другой стороны – стремлением организации сокращать издержки и непрерывно повышать эффективность своей деятельности, что обеспечивается, в том числе, применением lean-технологий. Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка экономического механизма обеспечения надежности функционирования предприятия при внедрении концепции бережливого производства. В работе рассматривается понятие «надежность» применительно к организациям, анализируется опыт внедрения бережливого производства, а также выдвигается гипотеза о взаимосвязи данных явлений, которая подтверждается как с помощью составленной структурно-логической модели взаимосвязей между последствиями применения lean-технологий и надежностью функционирования предприятия, так и эмпирическим путем. В качестве теоретико-методологической базы использованы труды основоположников и последующих исследователей концепции бережливого производства, российских и зарубежных авторов, занимавшихся изучением проблемы обеспечения надежности систем различной природы, включая экономические. Эмпирической базой для работы послужили собственные эмпирические исследования, результаты ведомственных исследований, а также отчетность предприятия, на котором была проведена апробация разработанных методик. По результатам исследования сформулировано авторское определение понятия «надежность функционирования предприятия», сформирована классификация факторов и аспектов проявления рассматриваемого свойства, разработана методика оценки надежности функционирования предприятия, основу которой составляет сформированная в соответствии с авторской классификацией факторов и аспектов проявления надежности система показателей, а также разработаны элементы экономического механизма достижения компромисса между последствиями внедрения концепции бережливого производства и надежностью функционирования предприятия, который позволит создать условия для эффективного использования инструментов концепции и обеспечения надежности функционирования предприятия в условиях «бережливого производства».

Работа посвящена эмпирическому исследованию проблемам повышения эффективности деятельности промышленных предприятий. Считается, что ключевым направлением развития любого предприятия является его производственное планирование. С учетом тенденций и особенностей современного рынка, предполагается, что наиболее перспективным решением является внедрение гибридной системы производственного планирования, которая объединяет в себе элементы наиболее результативных методологий. В работе разработан методический подход к управлению производственным планированием на предприятии, базирующийся на самодиагностике состояния системы оперативного планирования и алгоритме по выбору вида производственного планирования, в основе которого лежит оценка функционирования системы с помощью показателей эффективности предприятия, имеющих как прямое, так и косвенное влияние, что позволит повысить эффективность управления и изменить состав и приоритеты основных ресурсов предприятия. / The research is devoted to an empirical study of the problems of improving the efficiency of industrial enterprises. It is hypothesized that the key direction of development of any enterprise is its production planning. Taking into account the trends and features of the modern market, it is assumed that the most promising solution is the introduction of a hybrid production planning system that combines elements of the most effective methodologies. There is developed a methodological approach to the management of production planning at the enterprise. It is based on 2 steps: the first step is self-diagnosis of the state of the operational planning system and the second on algorithm for choosing the type of production planning, which is based on the assessment of the system functioning using the enterprise performance indicators that have both direct and indirect influence, which will increase the management efficiency and change the composition and priorities of the main resources of the enterprise.

Обе страны обладают необходимыми условиями для развития промышленности, и обе включают промышленность в свои приоритетные направления развития на ближайшее десятилетие. Автопромышленность относится к числу проблемных отраслей российской и китайской экономики. Спрос к уровню качества продукции у потребителей продукции автопрома очень высокий. Тем не менее, проблем существует немало. Одна из них состоит в том, как российскую и китайскую автомобильную промышленность сделать не просто конкурентоспособной на рынке, но и способной завоевывать значительные сегменты мирового рынка автомобилей. Для того чтобы определить направления и способы развития отрасли необходимо выявить текущие проблемы и одновременно сделать прогноз на несколько лет вперед. Цель исследования состоит в изучении и выявлении актуальных проблем теоретико-методических основ анализа деятельности предприятий автомобильной промышленности России и Китая. / China and Russia are two major powers that are part of the leading economies of the world. Both countries have the necessary conditions for the development of industry, and both include industry in their priority areas of development for the next decade. The automotive industry is one of the problematic sectors of the Russian and Chinese economy. The demand for the level of product quality among consumers of automotive products is very high. Nevertheless, there are many problems. One of them is how to make the Russian and Chinese automotive industries not only competitive in the market, but also able to conquer significant segments of the global car market. In order to determine the directions and ways of development of the industry, it is necessary to identify current problems and at the same time make a forecast for several years ahead. The purpose of the study is to study and identify the actual problems of theoretical and methodological foundations of the analysis of the activities of enterprises of the automotive industry in Russia and China.
