Problem of traffic routing in autonomous system is under consideration. The solution of this problem would stabilize the operation of the network in case of accidents and high loads. A method for generating analogy of routing table based on the modification of the actual table. Two test sites were constructed for testing and finding a method of stabilization of an autonomous system routing information. The result of the introduction of an autonomous system route reflectors showed that route reflectors increases the stability of the system routing within an autonomous system and reduces the lack of communication between the nodes. / В работе актуализируется проблема маршрутизации трафика внутри автономной системы. Решение этой задачи позволит стабилизировать работу сети при авариях и высоких нагрузках. Разработан метод генерирования аналога таблицы маршрутизации на основе модификации реальной таблицы. Построены две тестовые площадки для тестирования и поиска метода стабилизации маршрутной информации автономной системы. Результат внедрения в автономную систему отражателей маршрутов показал, что они увеличивают стабильность системы маршрутизации трафика и уменьшают время отсутствия связи между узлами

Авторское определение реинжениринга бизнес-процессов позволяет более эффективно использовать имеющийся потенциал предприятия для внедрения инноваций в бизнес-процесс, используя предложенные автором показатели, характеризующие эффективность бизнес-процесса. Автором классифицированы показатели бизнес-процесса по этапам реализации бизнес-процесса, что позволит своевременно осуществлять контроль над ходом бизнес-процесса и при необходимости осуществлять корректировку элементов, входящих в бизнес-процесс как систему. Разработан авторский алгоритм реинжиниринга основного бизнес-процессов, включающий двенадцать этапов внедрения инновационной технологии, который определяет последовательность действий по подготовке к реинжинирингу проблемного бизнес-процесса на основе модели его совершенствования.

Здоровье населения является одной из основных характеристик социально-экономического развития страны и трудовым потенциалом общества. Показатели здоровья населения напрямую зависят от состояния системы здравоохранения на территории, функционирования системы в значительной степени определяется системой финансового обеспечения. Отечественная система здравоохранения и обязательного медицинского страхования претерпела за последнее десятилетие ощутимые изменения. Модернизации подверглась нормативно-правовая база, существенно поменялась идеология подхода к системе оказания медицинской помощи, все большее значение уделяется интересам гражданина, пациента, изменился механизм финансирования лечебной сети. Обязательное медицинское страхование становится основным источником обеспечения прав граждан, прописанных в конституции, на получение бесплатной медицинской помощи. Региональный опыт развития и управления здравоохранением и обязательным медицинским страхованием может быть эффективно экстраполирован на федеральный уровень, может объективно повысить качество и доступность оказываемой населению медицинской помощи. Этот тезис выглядит вполне жизнеспособным при оценке реализации социальной политики в сфере здравоохранения в Свердловской области - регионе, который благодаря своему экономическому и геополитическому положению в течение многих лет остается территорией, определяющей вектор развития отрасли здравоохранения в Российской Федерации. / Population Health is one of the main characteristics of the socio-economic development of the country and the labour potential of the society. National health care system and compulsory medical insurance has undergone over the past decade, a tangible change. Modernization undergone regulatory framework, has significantly changed the ideology of the approach to the system of medical care, an increasing importance is given to the interests of the citizen, the patient, has changed the mechanism of funding health care. Compulsory health insurance is becoming the main source for the rights of citizens prescribed in the Constitution, to receive free medical care. Regional experience in the development and management of health and mandatory health insurance can be effectively extrapolated to the Federal level, could objectively improve the quality and accessibility of the provided medical care. This thesis looks quite viable in the evaluation of social policy implementation in the sphere of health in the Sverdlovsk region is the region that due to its economic and geopolitical position for many years is still a territory, defining the vector of development of the health sector in the Russian Federation.

The purpose of the master's thesis is to study accounting and analytical support for the formation of financial results in the food industry to improve the financial planning business. The relevance of the topic due to the fact that the operation of enterprises in market conditions is a precondition for concentration of attention on the problems of the organization of financial planning and control of financial results, as it affects the financial condition of enterprises and, accordingly, the economic development of the country. Актуальность данной темы объясняется тем что, функционирование предприятий в рыночных условиях является предпосылкой концентрации внимания на проблемах организации финансового планирования и контроля финансовых результатов, поскольку от этого зависит финансовое состояние предприятий, и, соответственно, экономическое развитие страны. Положения научной новизны раскрываемые в настоящей магистерской диссертации: 1) идентифицированы и теоретически обоснованы роль и место процесса формирования финансовых результатов в рамках системы планирования предприятия, с учетом отраслевой специфики (пищевой промышленности); 2) предложена усовершенствованная форма «Отчета о финансовых результатах» с элементами финансового анализа, согласованными с целями деятельности предприятия. Практическая значимость данной работы определяется с точки зрения разработки рекомендаций по совершенствованию финансового контроля и прогнозирования работы ОАО «Птицефабрика «Среднеуральская», в том числе с использованием методов SWOT и STEP анализа.
