The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of a methodology for introducing a portfolio of projects into confectionery enterprises and determining the main aspects of implementation. Results of work: a portfolio of projects for the confectionery enterprise "WOW Dessert" was developed. Practical value: the developed portfolio of projects can be implemented in any small and medium-sized confectionery enterprise. The economic efficiency of the measures proposed in the dissertation in the areas of research is due to the fact that the implemented information system will pay off in the eighteenth month after the start of its design and will subsequently bring a stable income to the company.

Сейчас транспортные предприятия небольших городов не имеют четкой структурированной систем для обслуживания пассажирских перевозок и на их фоне транспортная сфера, как один из важнейших субъектов экономики страны развита слабо. Актуальность темы исследования данной работы заключается в том, что увеличение просроченной задолженности кредитования физических лиц заметно ухудшает качество кредитного портфеля банка, в связи с этим банки заинтересованы в выдаче потребительских кредитов только благонадежным заемщикам, способным выполнить свои обязательства перед банком в установленные сроки. Качественная и эффективная организация процесса кредитования поможет избежать возникновения множества различных рисков и обеспечит максимальную прибыль от выданных заемщику денежных средств и сохранит репутацию банка. Практическая значимость диссертации заключается в улучшении системы проверки потенциальных заемщиков благодаря дополнительной верификации. Разработка представленного метода дополнительной проверки потенциальных заемщиков может быть реализована в ПАО КБ «УБРиР». / The relevance of the research topic of this work lies in the fact that an increase in overdue debt in lending to individuals significantly worsens the quality of the bank's loan portfolio, in this regard, banks are interested in issuing consumer loans only to reliable borrowers who are able to fulfill their obligations to the bank on time. High-quality and efficient organization of the lending process will help to avoid the occurrence of many different risks and ensure maximum profit from the funds issued to the borrower and preserve the bank's reputation. The practical significance of the thesis lies in improving the system of verification of potential borrowers through additional verification. The development of the presented method for additional verification of potential borrowers can be implemented in bank “UBRiR”.

Актуальность темы обусловлена потребностью предприятий во внедрении, в качестве основы всех предоставляемых продуктов и услуг, автоматизированной системы комплексного структурно - семантического и тематического анализа естественно языковых текстов (русскоязычного лингвистического анализатора). Целью работы является разработка автоматизированной системы комплексного структурно - семантического и тематического анализа естественно языковых текстов, а именно эффективного русскоязычного лингвистического анализатора, способного безошибочно определять части речи слов и их морфологические характеристики, так как на момент создания компании Privacy Safeguard Co таковые отсутствовали на рынке. Одним из важнейших аспектов в учете организации является грамотное управление дебиторской задолженностью. На данном этапе развития экономических отношений у организаций значительно увеличился список контрагентов – дебиторов. На фоне этого усложнился процесс учета и контроля по взаиморасчетам. Для увеличения доходов организации надо учесть множество факторов, одним из которых являются грамотно построенные отношения с клиентами, а также контроль оплат и предоплат, анализ изменений в организации. Одной из наиболее важных проблем в деятельности аутсорсинговых компании является проблема формирования эффективной системы управления, которая бы реагировала на изменения внутренней и внешней среды компании. В целях обеспечения корректной и желаемой информации для руководящего состава и учредителей компаний информационные системы необходимо подвергать адаптации в соответствии со спецификой предприятия. Применение инноваций обуславливает сокращение трудозатрат, связанной с обработкой хозяйственных операций, а также получение от использования данной информации при проведении ее анализа более точных результатов. Цель работы заключается в совершенствовании форм и обработке учетно-аналитических данных для соответствия формам и порядку учета автоматизированных интеллектуальных систем управления малыми предприятиями. В качестве объекта данной работы рассматривается функциональность интеллектуальных автоматизированных систем. Задачами данной работы определяются следующие направления в виде: стандартизации форм и порядка получения учетно-аналитических данных организации в отношении функциональности автоматизированных интеллектуальных систем; создания единого алгоритма осуществления анализа учетных данных предприятий; формирования правил для использования автоматизированных интеллектуальных систем на участках налогового учета и отчетности; разработки правил для использования автоматизированных интеллектуальных систем на участках товарно-материальных ценностей, их списания и контроля остатков. / In order to provide correct and desired information for the management and founders of companies, information systems must be adapted in accordance with the specifics of the enterprise. The object of this work is the functionality of intelligent automated systems. The tasks of this work define the following directions in the form: standardization of the forms and procedure for obtaining accounting and analytical data of the organization in relation to the functionality of automated intelligent systems; creating a unified algorithm for analyzing the accounting data of enterprises; formation of rules for the use of automated intelligent systems in areas of tax accounting and reporting; development of rules for the use of automated intelligent systems in the areas of inventory, their write-off and control of balances.

Магистерская диссертация посвящена совершенствованию методического инструментария для оценки рисков при кредитовании физических лиц. В работе исследуются теоретические основы потребительского кредитования и управления кредитными рисками; проводится анализ состава кредитных портфелей банков и выявление проблем; осуществляется совершенствование методологии оценки рисков на основе уточнения качественных критериев оценки заёмщика, характеризующих его работодателя, а также совершенствование системы мотивации персонала с целью повышения ее риск-ориентированности. В качестве научной новизны предложен методический подход к анализу заемщиков-физических лиц на основе совершенствования оценки компании-работодателя; методический подход к оценке результатов деятельности кредитных специалистов на основе системы показателей KPI и балльно-весового метода. / The master's thesis is devoted to improving methodological tools for assessing risks in lending to individuals. The paper examines theoretical foundations of consumer lending and credit risk management; analyzes the composition of banks ' loan portfolios and identifies problems; improves the risk assessment methodology based on clarifying the qualitative criteria for evaluating the borrower that characterize his employer, as well as improving the personnel motivation system in order to increase its risk-orientation. As a scientific novelty, a methodological approach to the analysis of individual borrowers based on improving the assessment of employer company is proposed; a methodological approach to evaluating the performance of credit specialists based on KPI indicator system and point-weight method.

Структура диссертационной работы. Выполненное диссертационное исследование состоит из введения, трёх глав, заключения, списка использованных источников и приложения. В первой главе изучены сущность, функции, принципы и классификация банков, и правовые основы деятельности банков с иностранным участием в России, рассмотрены современные тенденции сегмента банков с иностранным участием в России, охарактеризованы особенности банковских операций и сделок банков с иностранным участием. Во второй главе дана характеристика и анализ основных финансовых показателей АКБ «БЭНК ОФ ЧАЙНА», проанализирована организация и анализ банковских операций и сделок АКБ «БЭНК ОФ ЧАЙНА». Третья глава содержит проблемы функционирования банков с иностранным участием в российской банковской системе и направления совершенствования проведения операций банков с иностранным участием. В заключении подводятся общие итоги, делаются выводы. / The structure of the thesis.
