Целью исследования является разработка методического подхода к оценке эффективности системы мотивации персонала на производственных предприятиях, основанного на расчёте интегрального показателя эффективности системы мотивации, позволяющего проводить динамический анализ внутри предприятия и сравнительный анализ с другими предприятиями отрасли. Практическая значимость научного исследования заключается в том, что полученные результаты могут быть использованы на производственных предприятиях для проведения анализа и внедрения изменений в систему мотивации персонала, что, в свою очередь, позволит повысить эффективность стимулирования труда и совершенствовать систему вознаграждения персонала с учетом наличия альтернативных сценариев применения аутсорсинга в целях оптимизации затрат на персонал и повышения производительности труда. / The aim of the work is to develop a methodical approach to assessing the effectiveness of the personnel motivation system at manufacturing enterprises, based on the calculation of the integral indicator of the effectiveness of the motivation system, which allows for dynamic analysis within the enterprise and comparative analysis with other enterprises in the industry. В ходе исследования был разработан рабочий прототип учета и планирования производства заказов на предприятии по производству литий-ионных аккумуляторов с использованием ERP-системы «1С-Предприятие». / Within the framework of this work, a study was made of the existing types of scheduler and enterprise resources planning system methods. In the practical part, a general description of the enterprise under study, an analysis of its personnel, personnel management system and the main components of the model for optimizing the internal training of line employees are given. Based on the data obtained, recommendations were developed to improve the current model of in-house employee training. In conclusion, the results are summarized in accordance with the tasks set.

Показана экономическая эффективность предприятия. / Master’s thesis is devoted to establish an enterprise for the production of supporting materials for foundry, such as ceramic filters and exothermic metal head. Master’s thesis consists of an introduction, 6 chapters, conclusion, references list and appendixes. To ensure the high quality of castings, it is necessary to clean the metal from non-metallic inclusions, such as oxide film. Oxide films occurs during the flow of metal in the feeding gate system in easily oxidizable alloys, including stainless steels, aluminum alloys. Ceramic filters are used to clean the melt. A line of ceramic filters has been developed, the composition and technology of filters for various alloys have been calculated, and prototypes have been produced. To reduce the production cost of castings within the technology of chemically bonded sand, it is necessary to reduce the size of the molds. Exothermic metal heads are used for this. It heat the melt, allowing to reduce the size of the metal head, and accordingly, the height of the mold. A line of exothermic metal heads has been developed, the composition and technology of the production have been calculated, prototypes have been produced and tested. The demand for manufactured products is analyzed. The price of products is calculated from the economic effect on production. The economic efficiency of the enterprise is shown.

В работе поднимается проблема прогнозирования энергопотребления крупного промышленного предприятия. В условиях продолжающегося роста глобального энергопотребления важность экономии ресурсов стала как никогда актуальной. В работе описана модель информационной системы, которая включает: получение данных с SQL-сервера в автоматизированном режиме, передачу данных в пакет MATLAB и алгоритмическую часть для расчета анализа прогноза электропотребления. Для анализа данных используется нейронная сеть и программа, которая разработана на языке C#, способна извлекать данные с SQL-сервера предприятия из определенных таблиц и столбцов. Результат работы нейронной сети был сравнен с реальными данными по потреблению электроэнергии. Данные прогноза удовлетворяют поставленным требованиям к погрешности. / The paper raises the problem of forecasting the energy consumption of a large industrial enterprise. With the continued growth of global energy consumption, high resource savings has become more relevant than ever. The paper describes a model of the detection system, which includes: receiving data from the SQL server in automatic mode, transferring data to the MATLAB package and the algorithmic part for calculating the analysis of the power consumption forecast. For data analysis, a neural network and a program developed in C # are used, which allows you to use data from the enterprise SQL server from exceptions and columns. The result of the neural network was compared with real data on electricity consumption. The data is predicted by the installed equipment to the margin of error.

Объектом исследования данной выпускной квалификационной работы является информационная система предприятия. Предметом исследования является обработка бизнес-процессов клиентов с часто задаваемыми вопросами в клиентских сервисах различных предприятий. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: studied the concepts of a chatbot and its functions; take advantage of the benefits of using instant messengers for business; configure programming languages and select a language for developing a chatbot; select the messenger in which the chatbot will be implemented; develop an IT project to develop a chatbot. The subject of the study is the processing of customer business processes with frequently asked questions in customer services of various enterprises. The scientific novelty was that a large number of software tools for the implementation of the project were analyzed, a large number of applied chatbots in business were shown, and a unique chatbot was developed.
