Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, библиографического списка, приложений. В теоретической части представлены основные понятия, цели формирования системы обучения персонала, современные подходы к ее формированию, этапы проведения, и методы. В практической части описывается общая характеристика исследуемого предприятия, анализ кадрового состава, проведен анализ существующих мероприятий по обучению персонала на примере рекламного агентства «WFY». На основе полученных данных разработаны предложения по внедрению системы обучения персонала. В заключении подведены итоги в соответствии с поставленными задачами. / The master's thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a bibliographic list, and appendices. Цель данного исследования – разработка рекомендаций и предложений по совершенствованию собираемости налога на добавленную стоимость в России и Перу. Основным пунктом научной новизны является попытка сравнения автором двух разноплановых налоговых систем, России и Перу в части анализа собираемости налога на добавленную стоимость. Под практической значимостью исследования автор предполагает допустимость применения предложенных рекомендаций по совершенствованию собираемости налога на добавленную стоимость для экономики Российской Федерации и Перу. Выпускная квалификационная работа состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения и списка использованных источников. В первой главе рассмотрены теоретические и нормативные основы налогообложения НДС при сборе налогов в Перу и России. Во второй главе проведен анализ собираемости налога на добавленную стоимость в двух странах за период с 2015 по 2021 гг. В третьей главе сформулированы рекомендации по совершенствованию собираемости налога. / The purpose of this study is to develop recommendations and proposals for improving the collection of value added tax in Russia and Peru. Актуальность темы обусловлена потребностью предприятия АО «Альфа-Банк», для улучшения процесса работы системы оповещений, для увеличения осведомленности пользователей системы SFA о новых обновлениях системы. Цель работы: улучшение качества работы системы оповещений и увеличении количества читаемости оповещений пользователями с целью увеличения осведомленности об обновлениях SFA, чтобы уменьшить количество консультаций с пользователями по поводу обновлений системы. Объектом исследования данной выпускной работы является информационная система SFA для работы с клиентами банка, а именно с системой оповещений пользователей о новых обновлениях системы. Предметом исследования является бизнес-процесс работы с системой оповещений. Научная новизна исследования состоит в том, что созданы новые методы для запуска модальных окон при загрузке приложения в low-code платформе Pega, создан метод для работы слайдеров изначально не заложенных в систему. Тем самым были выполнены уникальные доработки платформы Pega. Практическая значимость заключается в том, что данную систему оповещений можно применить в любой компании, в которой есть платформа PEGA и необходимость оповещать пользователей об обновлениях системы. / The relevance of the topic is due to the need of Alfa-Bank JSC to improve the process of the notification system, to increase the awareness of users of the SFA system about new system updates. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that new methods have been created for launching modal windows when loading an application in the Pega low-code platform, a method has been created for the operation of sliders that were not originally included in the system. Thus, unique improvements to the Pega platform were made. The practical significance lies in the fact that this notification system can be applied in any company that has a PEGA platform and the need to notify users about system updates.

Цель работы состоится в том, что оценить текущее состояние развития зеленой экономики Китая и дать соответствующие рекомендации. В исследовании собраны сведения об истоках и развитии концепции «зеленой экономики», раскрыта сущность понятия «зеленой экономики»; построена система оценочных показателей для развития «зеленой экономики» с использованием научных и объективных методов оценки; проведена оценка уровня развития зеленой экономики в КНР. На основе рассчитанных результатов оценки даны соответствующие рекомендации по политике для каждого региона Китая в целях дальнейшего развития зеленой экономики. / The purpose of this paper is to assess the current status of China's green economy development and make appropriate recommendations. In the work, we have collected information on the origin and development of green economy concept, revealed the essence of green economy concept; constructed a system of evaluation indicators for green economy development, using scientific and objective evaluation methods, collected data and information according to the system of evaluation indicators and estimated the development level of green economy; and based on the calculated evaluation results, gave relevant policy recommendations for each region of China, in order to further develop the green economy.

Цель диссертации заключается в разработке системы, имитирующей работу сети снабжения строительных магазинов г.Екатеринбург и Свердловской области. Для достижения поставленной цели была исследована предметная область, в частности проведен сравнительный анализ средств имитационного моделирования, который выявил преимущество AnyLogic над другими системами. Согласно постановке задачи проектирования, были смоделированы процессы принятия заказа на базе поставщика, его обработки, этапа погрузки и транспортировки. Проведен ряд экспериментов над моделью, с целью нахождения наиболее эффективных условий работы системы, в частности количество времени и ресурсов, затрачиваемых на выполнение заказов, в последствии чего предложены дальнейшие пути ее изменения и развития. Созданная модель может быть интегрирована в работу не только компании г. В данной работе на тему «Разработка симулятора виртуальной реальности», произведена разработка и сборка прототипа автосимулятора грузового автомобиля, за основу программы для персонального компьютера использовалось приложение Euro track Simulator 2. В результате проделанной работы, получился симулятор, не уступающий по своему функционалу аналогам на рынке, но с более низкой стоимостью.
