Изучена деятельность Государственного бюджетного учреждения «НТЦИТ», проведено моделирование информационной архитектуры бизнес-процессов, разработано информационное приложение для управления процессов внедрения ИТ-проектов, а также проведен расчет оценки внедрения вэб-ресурса. / In the master's thesis, modern problems of information architecture enterprise management are considered. В российском образовании активно прослеживается тенденция цифровизации, особенно показавшая себя в период изоляции в результате COVID-19. Дистанционное обучение в период пандемии указало на недостатки образовательного процесса, подсветило пробелы в знаниях учеников, а также указало на необходимость обучения и повышения квалификации педагогов-репетиторов в связи с ростом числа репетиторов. Внедрение образовательных технологий в процесс обучения без изменения классического бизнес-процесса не позволяет не только получить ожидаемую эффективность, но и может снизить ее, как это показывают результаты обучающихся в 2020 г. При этом при определении результатов эффективности от внедрения технологий необходимо опираться не только на качественные показатели, но и количественные. В работе представлена разработка образовательного онлайн-курса для обучения репетиторов авторской технологии решения текстовых задач по естественно-научным дисциплинам Сетевой инженерно-технической школы, а также разработка бизнес-процессов обучения ученика с репетитором с применением онлайн-курса по технологии решения задач на специализированной IT-платформе и оценка эффективности внедрения нового бизнес-процесса. / The digitalization trend is actively observed in Russian education, especially during the period of isolation because of COVID-19. Distance learning during the pandemic pointed to the shortcomings of the educational process, highlighted gaps in the knowledge of students and pointed out the need for training of tutors due to increasing number of tutors. The introduction of educational technologies into the learning process without changing the classical business process does not allow to obtain the expected efficiency, but can also reduce it, as the results of students in 2020 show. At the same time, when it’s determined the results of efficiency from the technologies implementation, it is necessary to rely not only on qualitative indicators, but also on quantitative ones. The paper presents the development of an educational online course for training tutors of the author's technology for solving text exercises in the natural sciences of the Network Engineering School, as well as the development of business processes for teaching a student with a tutor using an online course based on technology for solving exercises on a specialized IT- platform and evaluating the effectiveness of implementing a new business process.

Целью работы является разработка методического инструментария и практических рекомендаций для повышения эффективности службы внутреннего аудита. В основе лежит разработка алгоритма проведения аудиторских проверок на основе внедрения автоматизированных процессов и увеличения роли сторонних подразделений и авторской методики определения экономической эффективности внутреннего аудита на базе введения индивидуального коэффициента как для оценки отдельных составляющих бизнеса, так и в целом. Разработанный инструментарий развивает методические основы и принципы проведения внутреннего аудита, что позволяет улучшить финансовое положение и повысить точность определения инвестиционной привлекательности предприятий. / The purpose of the work is to develop methodical tools and practical recommendations to improve the efficiency of the internal audit service. It is based on the development of an audit algorithm based on the introduction of automated processes and an increase in the role of third-party departments and the author's methodology for determining the economic efficiency of internal audit based on the introduction of an individual coefficient both for evaluating individual components of the business and as a whole. The developed tools develop the methodological foundations and principles of internal audit, which makes it possible to improve the financial situation and increase the accuracy of determining the investment attractiveness of enterprises.

Магистерская диссертация посвящена разработке методического инструментария, направленного на совершенствование системы управления оборотными средствами на предприятии. В качестве научной новизны выявлена обратно-пропорциональная корреляция между рентабельностью оборотных активов и оборачиваемостью запасов предприятия, а также установлена обратно-пропорциональная зависимость между инфляцией и оборачиваемостью запасов. Автором предложен методический подход к определению потребности в запасах материалов на основе календарного плана-графика, разработаны методические основы для внедрения категорийного подхода к управлению закупками на предприятии. Полученные результаты и рекомендации могут использоваться специалистами предприятий при разработке тактических и стратегических мероприятий по управлению оборотными средствами. / The master's thesis is devoted to the development of methodological tools aimed at improving the working capital management system at the enterprise. As a scientific novelty, an inversely proportional correlation between the profitability of current assets and the turnover of stocks of the enterprise was revealed, and an inversely proportional relationship between the turnover of stocks and inflation was also established. The author has proposed a methodological approach to determining the need for stocks of materials based on a calendar schedule, developed methodological foundations for introduction of a categorical approach to procurement management at enterprise. The obtained results and recommendations can be used by specialists of enterprises in the development of tactical and strategic management measures for working capital.

Объект исследования – класс ITSM-систем, позволяющих управлять работой IT-отдела компании. Методы исследования: анализ и сравнение существующих систем управления IT-услугами; анализ современных средств разработки WEB-приложений; тестирование разрабатываемой системы на реальных пользователях и реальных данных. Результаты работы: разработана система управления IT-услугами (ITSM) для компании по предотвращению магазинных краж. Доказана эффективность внедрения новой системы. В процессе анализа автор выявляет особенности ее реализации на данной территории. Актуальность темы исследования. Существенное место в экономике любого региона занимают ведущие бизнес-структуры, оказывающие влияние на формирование доходной части бюджетов различных уровней, на обеспечение занятости населения, развитие социальной инфраструктуры, привлечение внешних инвестиций и пр. От эффективности взаимодействия региональной исполнительной власти с крупнейшими представителями бизнеса зависит уровень социально-экономического благополучия территории. Элементы научной новизны представлены следующими результатами, выносимыми на защиту: Введено в научный оборот понятие локальный стратегический экономический комплекс, что позволяет субъективировать предмет, оценка которого должна быть учтена при анализе эффективности деятельности региональной исполнительной власти. Разработана методика комплексного анализа локального стратегического экономического комплекса, включающая анализ отдельных предприятий и интегрирование полученных данных, что позволяет оценить статику и динамику развития ключевых бизнес структур региона. Усовершенствована методика интегрированной оценки эффективности региональной исполнительной власти, учитывающее влияние оценки локального стратегического экономического комплекса, что позволяет более точно и сбалансировано оценить деятельность руководства субъекта РФ. Предложен механизм систематизации и объективизации оценки региональной исполнительной власти, представляющий из себя профессиональный общественный контроль, что позволит не только построить систему оценки власти, но и развить ряд институтов гражданского общества на территории его действия. Полученные автором в ходе выполнения магистерской диссертации результаты могут быть использованы органами власти, общественными организациями, и прочими заинтересованными лицами в качестве методической основы оценки эффективности региональной исполнительной власти.

The provisions of the scientific novelty of this study the factors promoting increase of competitiveness in the market of transport-logistical services and expansion of client base, in particular, due to participation in tenders are determined the influence of creation of large transport and logistics complexes on the cost structure of companies in the sphere of small business was revealed, the methodology for accounting and forming an internal report on financial results in a specialized program of transport and logistics companies was developed, which makes it possible to increase the information content of reporting for the adoption of managerial decisions. / Главной целью магистерской диссертации является разработка методологии формирования финансового результата транспортно-логистической компании на основе специфики деятельности компании. В данной работе были изучены особенности формирования финансовых результатов транспортных и логистических компаний, рассмотрена экономическая деятельность транспортно-логистической компании, предложены меры по повышению конкурентоспособности транспортно-логистической компании, рассмотрено влияние изменений в структуре затрат транспортной логистической компании на финансовые результаты, разработана методология формирования и отражения результатов деятельности транспортно-логистической компании в специализированной программе. Положения научной новинки этого исследования являются факторами, способствующими повышению конкурентоспособности на рынке транспортно-логистических услуг и расширением клиентской базы, в частности, за счет участия в тендерах, определяются влияние создания крупных транспортных и логистических комплексов на структуру затрат компаний в сфере малого бизнеса, разработана методология учета и формирования внутреннего отчета о финансовых результатах в специализированной программе транспортно-логистических компаний, что позволяет увеличить информативность отчетности для принятия управленческих решений.

В 1-й главе рассмотрены теоретические и методические основы разработки и вывода на промышленный рынок нового продукта. Во 2-й главе проведен анализ организации ООО «Фармпласт», анализ рынка нового оборудования, анализ патентного ландшафта, были выявлены ключевые проблемы и возможности при реализации изделия. В 3-й главе представлен инвестиционный проект по разработке и реализации нового оборудования, приведен расчет себестоимости изделия, рассчитаны затраты на реализацию и экономический эффект, определены возможные риски, даны рекомендации по снижению их эффекта. / Chapter 1 discusses the theoretical and methodological foundations of the development and introduction of a new product to the industrial market.
