Este plan de negocios busca impactar en una población vulnerable, que tiene además un nicho bastante atractivo ya que el crecimiento de esta población se viene dando desde hace varios años, inclusive a nivel mundial, pero aun así tiene una oferta bastante limitada de productos y servicios, por lo tanto, cuenta con necesidades desatendidas. Con este proyecto queremos llegar a esta población con un servicio innovador, exclusivo y que brinde toda una experiencia, consiste en ofrecer un servicio de acompañamiento al adulto mayor a nivel de Lima Moderna del NSE A y B, conectando por medio de una página web dinámica y sencilla a adultos mayores con personas que tengan los mismos intereses y gustos, para poder acompañarlos pero de una manera distinta, compartiendo con ellos estos gustos que de cierta manera los vinculan para finalmente ayudar a mejorar su calidad de vida, trabajando en mejorar su salud mental y condición física de una manera recreacional. La presente idea de negocio nace de la necesidad que tienen algunas familias de buscar personas que los ayuden con el cuidado del adulto mayor de la casa porque no disponen del tiempo necesario para el cuidado de este ser tan importante en la vida de cada familia. Esta idea se hace más interesante después de corroborar por medio de un análisis, que no existen empresas que trabajen particularmente en un servicio que vaya más allá de un servicio de simple cuidado supervisando al adulto mayor y a esto se le suma que la mayoría de problemas que sufre esta población se puede mejorar con hábitos activos y saludables. With this project, we want to reach this population with an innovative, exclusive service that provides a whole experience. It consists of offering an accompaniment service to the elderly, targeting those who live in the area of Modern Lima of the NSE A and B, connecting them through a web page with other people who have the same interests and hobbies. Becoming Collaborative Pianists: Student Experiences in Graduate Programs

Accompanist is the old term. Collaborative pianist is the new one. Accompanist implies a mostly subservient role, whereas collaborative pianist gestures toward a more equitable relationship between the soloist and pianist, no longer a mere follower. Degree programs that prepare collaborative piano skills are growing rapidly in higher education since their inception five decades ago, encouraging a wider range of pianists to pursue an intentional career path. Becoming a seasoned collaborative pianist takes time, however. Little empirical research has investigated the preparation process. What is it like for collaborative piano majors to accumulate collaborative skills and practical knowledge? How is collaboration defined and experienced, and how helpful do students find their programs? Without understanding student experiences, the artistic well-being of collaborative pianists is at stake, and so is the field’s own ability to do its work. This qualitative study examines lived experiences of collaborative piano students in conservatory and university degree programs. As researcher, I conducted in-depth semi-structured interviews exploring topics including, but not limited to, professional identity, attitudes and dispositions, competencies and skills, struggles and challenges, power dynamics as well as teamwork with four recent graduates in the United States. It seems that issues of professionalization, an unclear definition of “collaboration,” and a lack of student agency are central to all lived experiences. An examination of these phenomena would contribute to the growth of the field, empowering its ability to do its job more efficiently and sustainably.

Factors influencing clinical teaching of midwifery students in a selected clinical setting in Tanzania

A quantitative, descriptive non-experimental design was used to identify the factors that influence clinical teaching of midwifery students in selected postnatal clinical settings in Tanzania. Structured questionnaires were used to collect data from midwifery tutors/preceptors. The major findings of the study showed that both the professional and educational qualification of tutors was low; tutors and preceptors were overworked due to shortage of staff; the school skills laboratory and postnatal wards lacked equipment and necessary supplies; there were no clinical accompaniment guidelines, and overcrowding of postnatal patients. Recommendations included developing the clinical teaching guidelines, employing more tutors, preceptors and clinical staff; improving the tutors'/ preceptors' educational and professional qualifications and updating the qualifications of ward supervisors and clinical facilitators. / Health Studies / M.A. (Health Studies)

Clinical teaching by registered nurses

The purpose of this quantitative, descriptive study was to describe how registered nurses utilise teachable moments to enhance students' learning in the clinical setting. The research questions were: What are the problems faced by registered nurses when they teach students in the clinical setting? and How do registered nurses utilise teachable moments to teach students? A pilot study was conducted in the clinical setting involving the respondents who had similar characteristics than the population. The sample consisted of 45 registered nurses who provided direct patient care in the clinical setting. A self­ administered, structured questionnaire was used to collect data. Data analysis was done by using descriptive statistical tests. The findings brought to light strengths and weaknesses with regard to the utilisation of teachable moments by registered nurses, and problems faced by registered nurses with regard to clinical accompaniment in general. Recommendations to improve clinical accompaniment by registered nurses through effective utilisation of teachable moments were made. The phenomenon of alienation is closely related to the current morality crisis as it affects the very core of man's being. It appears that this phenomenon is not only a contemporary problem. It is as old as civilization itself, although its manifestation had taken on different forms in different eras. In this study alienation is analysed in time perspective. The following exponents pertaining to this phenomenon are examined closely: Plotinus, Hegel, Feuerbach, Marx, Durkheim, Fromm and the contemporary society. In the contemporary situation alienation manifests in various ways within the family and society. The disintegration of the family is escalating. More children are abused in a childhostile society. The generation gap is widening and suicide amongst teenagers is increasing. Man becomes more lonely and experiences an identity crisis from which he tries to escape by means of narcissism. Possible contributing factors to the above-mentioned are secularisation, nihilism, urbanisation and the negative influence of science and technology. The need of contemporary society cannot be realized without knowledge pertaining to the nature and essential characteristics of alienation. An accountable mode of thought grounded in time and space can be utilised towards bringing man to his senses. In attempting to establish authentic thought and accompaniment the reflective mode of thought can be implemented by the agogoque to take a stand against the degraded view o( man and world. This could result in man regaining a sense of security and could possibly lead to establishing an authentic world-view, mode of thought and accompaniment. / Die aktualiteit van die ontheemdingsverskynsel hang ten nouste met die moraliteitskrisis saam waarin die eietydse beskawing horn bevind, want dit raak die mens in sy diepste wese. Die ontheemdingsverskynsel is egter nie net 'n eietydse probleem nie, maar manifesteer verskillend in verskillende tydperke en dateer sover as die ontstaan van die beskawing self terug. Hierdie studie word vanuit 'n tydsperspektief belig. Die volgende eksponente met betrekking tot hierdie verskynsel sal noukeurig ondersoek word: Plotinus, Hegel, Feuerbach, Marx, Durkheim, Fromm en die eietydse bestel. Die dilemma soos wat dit huidig binne die onderwys manifesteer, is direk herleibaar tot die jarelange apartheidsbeleid van die verlede. Dit is besonderlik die tersiere onderwyssektor wat 'n onvoldoende verrekening van die behoeftes van die gemeenskap weerspieel - veral die onderwysgerigte probleme en uitdagings binne die breer Afrikakonteks. In 'n poging om die onderwysspeelveld gelyk te maak, is indringende veranderings en hervormings besig om plaas te vind aan die bree onderwysfront. Uit hoofde van die bevindinge van die empiriese ondersoek, is praktykgerigte riglyne vir onderrig en begeleiding binne andragogiese konteks neergele. / It is not an exaggeration to maintain that the educational system in South Africa finds itself in the midst of a crisis. It can furthermore not be denied that tertiary education in particular is profoundly involved in this crisis. The dilemma which presently manifests in the educational sector is without doubt the result of the prolonged apartheidspolicy of the past. The tertiary sector, in particular, reflects an inadequate consideration of the unique needs of the broader community. In an effort to level the educational playfield, incisive changes and reconstruction are currently taking place in the broader educational sector. Various educational imperatives emerge:Affirmative action with regard to the discrepency in educational standards have to be addressed; The future educational needs of the growing South African population have to be accommodated; Qualified manpower that has to be provided so as to ensure a viable and progressive economy; The unique problems of large numbers of individuals who are unskilled or who are in possession of an inferior school education, have to be considered. A major obstacle in the way of addressing the aforementioned problem areas, is lecturers' apparent lack of sufficient teaching and accompaniment skills. Various research findings are quoted which point to the fact that the majority of lecturers are trapped in a spiral of obtaining qualifications and publishing research findings. This process unfortunately impacts negatively on effective teaching and the accompaniment of students. ·A related finding confirms that more than 80% of all lecturers at selected tertiary institutions in South Africa are not in possession of a professional teaching qualification. A questionnaire was developed in order to establish to which degree confirmation could be found in practice for the literature findings and also to establish lecturers' general perceptions with regard to the teaching profession. Emphasis was placed on the different components of the lecturing task. Three broad categories of lecturers were involved in the study, namely those representing: Historically Afrikaans Institutions; Historically English Institutions; and Historically black institutions. Appropriation des technologies et apprentissage dans un environnement en e-learning : le rôle du tutorat en ligne / Appropriation of technologies and learning in an e-learning environment : the role of e-tutoring

Le projet de la recherche est de participer à l’intelligibilité des dispositifs d’interactions tuteur-apprenant afin de soutenir les processus d’appropriation de la technologie et d’apprentissage dans un contexte d’e-learning. Outre l’e-learning, l’analyse de la littérature se focalise donc sur trois champs théoriques : l’apprentissage, l’appropriation et le tutorat en ligne. Ceci nous amène à nous interroger sur les modalités d’interventions tutorales et leurs évolutions ainsi que sur la médiatisation du tuteur dans l’apprentissage des apprenants. Une étude de cas, réalisée dans une formation d’Aix-Marseille Université, nous permet d’identifier les éléments de réponses aux questionnements précédents. Les résultats montrent que le tuteur est principalement perçu dans un rôle d’accompagnement, et qu’il constitue le lien social entre le dispositif technologique et les apprenants. Au-delà de ces activités, nous avons relevé que le tuteur peut aussi occuper deux autres fonctions tutorales : celle de knowledge manager et celle de facilitateur de tutorat entre pairs. Nous suggérons ainsi qu’un objectif des dispositifs d’e-learning est de mettre en place un système tutoral laissant émerger et favorisant un certain degré d’auto-organisation entre apprenants. Notre recherche montre également que l’objectif de « rendre la technologie transparente » est atteint lorsque l’appropriation des technologies par les apprenants est favorisée dès la phase amont du processus d’enseignement. Pour conclure, alors qu’on craignait que l’e-learning ne se substitue aux enseignants, nous relevons que le rôle de ces derniers apparaît en évolution, laissant émerger celui du tuteur ! / The purpose of this research is to contribute to a deeper understanding of tutor-learner interactions within the framework of a supportive process of appropriation of technology and learning in the context of e-learning. In addition to e-learning, the literature review focuses on three theoretical fields: learning, appropriation, and e-tutoring. This leads us to question the modes of e-tutoring and their evolution; and the media coverage of the tutor in the learners’ process of learning. A case study, performed at Aix Marseille University, enables us to identify elements of responses to previous questions. The results show that the tutor is seen primarily in a supporting role, and that he may be the social link between the platform and the learners. Beyond these activities, we found that the e-tutors may also have two other e-tutoring functions: knowledge manager and facilitator of peer-tutoring. This allows us ultimately to suggest that a goal of e-learning systems is to set up an e-tutoring system, while leaving the emergence and fostering of self-organization to the learners themselves. Our research also shows that the goal of "making technology transparent" is reached when the acquisition of technology by students is initiated and promoted from the upstream phases of the teaching process. Finally, while there was a concern that e-learning replaces the need for teachers, we found that the role of the latter is reinforced, although still evolving: in other words, the role of the teacher changes; the e-tutor emerges! They become the critical link between electronics and learning, between " e " and " learning "!

Este trabalho se dedica a refletir sobre a trama dos conceitos que operam no processo da escuta analítica. Para tanto, baseia-se no referencial freudiano e nos desdobramentos de suas ideias a partir de analistas contemporâneos. O disparador dessas reflexões foi a experiência clínica do autor naquilo que se convencionou chamar de clínica estendida, especificamente a clínica do acompanhamento terapêutico (AT). Por meio da singularidade dessa clínica, formulou-se a ideia de uma escuta nômade, a qual está subordinada não apenas ao campo transferencial em que se situa, mas também a um discurso que se descola da doutrina freudiana, delimitando um posicionamento ético e político na relação com o sofrimento. / The present paper aims at reflecting about the group of concepts that operate in the process of analytical listening. In order to do so, it was based on the Freudian reference and on the unfoldings of his ideas after reading the contributions of contemporary analysts. The trigger of these reflections was the clinical experience of the author in what can be called \"extended clinic\", specifically the clinic of therapeutical accompaniment. By means of the singularity of that clinic, the \"nomadic listening\" idea was formulated, and it is subordinate not only to the transference field where it lies, but also to a discourse that is taken from the Freudian doctrine, delimiting an ethical and political position in relation with suffering.
