Teknik i förskolan : En intervjustudie om förskollärares kunskaper och arbetssätt

The purpose of the study is to examine how teachers work with technology in preschool in order to achieve the new objectives of the curriculum. Do they have sufficient experience and knowledge in the area, or are they finding that their experiences and knowledge are not enough? The intention is also to find out about if training in technology can generate interest and more applications in preschool. The method used was interviews and it was a total of eight preschool teachers in a small town in Sweden who participated in the study.   The result shows that all preschool teachers believe that technology is a vital part in preschool. They believe that the foundation is laid for the younger; they want to give them experiences that they can build upon when they grow older. The result also shows that some of the preschool teachers need to be more aware of what they are doing with technology objectives; they should not just force them into the curriculum without thought.

School sport’s cluster like additional education form In this work attention is given to one of out –off-school activities example – sport’s cluster like additional education form. Wich would nurture and reinforce not only during lesson time achived knowledge, but alsowould help to form good future citizen and human, wich has values, goals, aim. Lately big attention is given to children and youth business, lack of it and possible connection to youth criminal problems of it. By different means and ways there is desire to increase schoolchildren business, education, nurturing. Research subject: sport’s clusters education possibilities. The goal of the work is to detect attitude of Vilnius city schools teachers and pupils to schools sport’s clusters activities and educational possibilities by pedagogical and social aspect. To achieve this goal the following issues have been analyzed: out-off-school sport’s activities in Vilnius city for pupils, also realistic sport’s activity as educational method. Also analyzed influance of economic enviromental elements to schoolchildren in out-off-class activities. Additional education very important and significant part of an education system. It helps to organize leisure of pupils to open it the abilities and in practice to use knowledge got during employment. Also additional education can help to adapt for constantly varying conditions of a modern life. Therefore I consider that this part of an education system should be priority. In fact additional education can save pupils from fulfilment of crimes and drugs as propagandizes a healthy way of life correct public values. This education will be organized at different levels both on public and on state therefore influence on the pupil very big. Organizing additional education it is very important to consider the put forward purposes and to pick up the suitable form of work. Additional education will be organized leaning on main principles of system of education. Carried out research has shown that the majority of pupils chooses additional education of sports character and approves that it is important in their life. In opinion of pupils organizing additional education it is very important to consider their interests and needs and to enable to show the initiative. Also the majority thinks that additional education helps development of the necessary abilities and will help to facilitate study in the future. Mokinių dalyvavimo popamokinėje veikloje galimybių analizė / THE POSSIBILITIES OF SCHOOLCHILDREN’S PARTICIPATION IN EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVIES

Darbe atlikta teorinė papildomo ugdymo sampratos, mokinių laisvalaikio užimtumo poreikių tenkinimo bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose ir socialinio pedagogo dalyvavimo popamokinės veiklos procese analizė. Iškelta hipotezė, vaikų dalyvavimą popamokinėje veikloje tėvai, ugdantys pedagogai bei socialiniai pedagogai įtakoja tik iš dalies, jų pasirinkimą labiau lemia pasiūla, galimybės ir pačių apsisprendimas. Buvo naudojamas turinio analizės metodas, kurio tikslas - išsiaiškinti popamokinės veiklos mokykloje ypatumus, galimus trūkumus ir daromas klaidas bei socialinių pedagogų galimybes dalyvauti laisvalaikiou žimtumo tenkinime, atliekant atvirų klausimų ir interviu atsakymų turinio analizę. Anketinės apklausos metodu buvo siekta identifikuoti mokinių ir tėvų nuostatų į papildomąjį ugdymą raišką ir išsiaiškinti, kaip mokyklos vaidmenį, tenkinant laisvalaikio užimtumo poreikius, vertina patys proceso dalyviai. Tyrime naudoto interviu tikslas – gauti būtiną tyrimui informaciją apie neformaliojo ugdymo situaciją mokyklose, įvairius šio proceso ypatumus, mokytojų ir mokinių išgyvenimus, subjektyvią jų nuomonę apie socialinio pedagogo vaidmenį, tenkinant laisvalaikio užimtumo poreikius. Į tyrimą buvo įtraukti 454 asmenys. Anketinėje apklausoje dalyvavo 436 respondentai: 234 mokiniai ir 202 jų tėvai. Pusiau struktūruotame interviu buvo atliktas devyniose šalies mokyklose, kur buvo apklausti 9 mokyklų administracijos atstovai, kuruojantys neformalųjį ugdymą švietimo įstaigoje, ir 9 mokyklų... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The paper deals with the theoretical analysis of additional education purpose, the schoolchildren’s spare – time entertainment participation in the comprehensive school and social educator participation in the out–of- school activity. Hypothesis: children’s participation in the out–of- school activity parents, teachers and social educator affects only partly, their choice determined by supply, opportunities and self determination. Content analysis was used to extracurricular activities at school find out the characteristics, shortcomings and mistakes, and opportunities for social educator to participate in spare – time entertainment to analyze the open questions and interview responses of content analysis. Questionnaire survey method was sought to identify schoolchildren’s and parent's attitudes towards the resolution of additional education and to explore how the role of the school, meet the needs of the entertainment, value participants themselves. Study used interviews aim to study the information about non-formal educational situation in the schools, teacher‘s and schoolchildren’s experiences, their subjective views on the social educator. В магистерской диссертации рассмотрены теоретические аспекты управления процессом внедрения лин-технологий в деятельность образовательных организаций. Систематизированы современные модели управления образовательной организацией и определено понятие «вытягивающая модель обучения». Исследованы основные тенденции развития российских учреждений дополнительного образования. Проведен анализ потребностей в сфере дополнительного образования и осуществлена диагностика основных ценностей данного направления. Разработана концепция проекта на основе «вытягивающей модели обучения» и классификации видов потерь, возникающих в процессе обучения, по организации научно-технической направленности. Разработан план мероприятий по реализации проекта в МКУ ДО Байкаловский районный ЦВР. Определены риски проекта, мероприятия по их снижению и дана оценка эффективности проекта с позиций ключевых участников. / The master's thesis examines the theoretical aspects of managing the process of implementing lean technologies in the activities of educational organizations. Modern models of educational organization management are systematized and the concept of "stretching model of training"is defined. The main trends in the development of Russian institutions of additional education are studied. The analysis of needs in the field of additional education is carried out and diagnostics of the main values of this direction is carried out. The concept of the project is developed on the basis of the" pulling model of training " and classification of types of losses that occur in the learning process, according to the organization of scientific and technical orientation. An action plan for the implementation of the project in the MCU TO Baykalovsky district Central Park was developed. The project risks and measures to reduce them are identified, and the project effectiveness is evaluated from the positions of key participants.
