Previous issue date: 2010-09-06 / This study has the objective examine the mechanisms of programs oriented fort cluster development, focusing on the analysis of the effectiveness of Procompi on support to APL of Mineral Water in Natal/RN. Search on the theory on public policy and support on apps for the theoretical and methodological reasons for the success of the program. In the document analysis was used reports from SEBRAE, IEL and SINCRAMIRN and was realized survey in the companies. The research indicates that not reaching the goals set. Previous issue date: 2014-01-13 / CAPES / A pesquisa teve como objetivo geral investigar se os produtores/exportadores do APL de fruticultura do vale do São Francisco conhecem, atribuem importância e utilizam informações para a tomada de decisão, decorrentes da: Gestão de Custos e Formação de Preços de Vendas, Gestão de Risco Operacional e Gestão de Caixa, que foram caracterizadas como dimensões de informação neste trabalho. Em função dos objetivos deste estudo, a pesquisa realizada é classificada como exploratória e descritiva e, ainda, caracterizada como quantitativa. A população foram as 38 empresas exportadoras de frutas situadas no APL de fruticultura do Vale do São Francisco e a amostra desse trabalho foi de 31 empresas exportadoras. A coleta de dados deu-se in loco com aplicação de questionários durante o período de junho/2013 a setembro/2013. Os principais achados foram que a grande maioria das empresas possuía mais de 10 anos de existência assim como tempo de exportação e no mínimo era de médio porte. As frutas exportadas são manga e uva e os destinos são EUA, Japão e Europa. Metade dos respondentes faz a contabilidade na própria empresa e a outra metade em escritório contratado, quanto ao estilo de gerenciamento, cerca de 45% concentra as decisões, enquanto que 55% delega as decisões. Identificou-se que, de forma geral, os gestores das empresas pertencentes ao APL, em relação à gestão de custos e formação do preço de venda conhecem a definição de custos, consideram importante para a gestão, e utilizam tais informações na decisão, assim como para formar o preço de venda; quanto à Gestão de Caixa o comportamento é diferente, pois os gestores não conhecem bem a definição de disponibilidades de caixa, apesar de a considerarem muito importante para a empresa, já em relação à Gestão de Risco Operacional, os gestores, assim como ocorreu com o Caixa, não possuem um bom conhecimento sobre o assunto, apesar de terem a percepção que é importante para a gestão empresarial. Em relação às associações obtidas com a Tabulação Cruzada, para todas as dimensões estudadas: Gestão de Custo e Formação de Preço, Gestão de Caixa e Gestão de Risco identificou-se que não há uma relação entre atribuir importância e ter conhecimento para cada questão, os resultados indicam que os gestores atribuem importância, mesmo que não tenham conhecimento aprofundado no assunto. Sugere-se para pesquisas futuras aumentar o número de variáveis investigadas, com o objetivo de tornar mais amplo o entendimento acerca do APL objeto da pesquisa. Essa pesquisa ofereceu ao Estado de Pernambuco um panorama que evidencia a forma pela qual os produtores exportadores do APL de fruticultura do Vale do São Francisco estão administrando seus negócios sob a perspectiva das três variáveis pesquisadas no momento da tomada de decisão.

Bakgrund: Futurum- akademin för hälsa och vård är Region Jönköpings läns (RJL) verksamhet för forskning och utbildning. Där befann vi oss i fem veckor för att observera verksamheten och samla in underlag som ligger till grund för vårt examensarbete. Syfte: Detta arbete syftar till att undersöka VFU-ansvarigas uppfattningar om och användningsområde av den nuvarande kursvärderingen som studenterna fyller i efter avslutad verksamhetsförlagd utbildning (VFU) inom RJL. Metod: Vi har valt att använda oss av en kvalitativ metod i form av semi-strukturerade intervjuer. Målgruppen i studien är VFU-ansvariga. Slutsats: Sammantaget visar resultatet att Futurums kursvärdering är i behov av att revideras. Det underlaget vi har samlat in visar de uppfattningar som de intervjuade VFU-ansvariga har angående kursvärderingen. Resultatet visar att svaren på kursvärderingen kan ligga till grund för verksamhetens kvalitetsarbete. Gällande omfattningen av hur verksamheterna använder sig av det sammanställda resultatet från kursvärderingen som de får från Futurum skiljer sig åt. / Background: The Futurum Academy for Health and Care is Region Jönköping County's (RJL) activity for research and education. We were there for five weeks to observe the operations and collect data that is the basis for our thesis. Purpose: This assignment aims to investigate VFU managers' perceptions and use of the current course evaluation that the students fill in after completing the placement within RJL. Method: We have chosen to use a qualitative method in the form of semi-structured interviews. The target group in the study are VFU-managers. Conclusion: Overall, the result shows that Futurum's course valuation requires revision. The data we have collected shows the perceptions that the interviewed VFU managers have regarding the course evaluation. The result shows that the answers to the course evaluation can form the basis of the organization's quality work. Pesquisa descritivo-explicativa e exploratória sobre a relação entre Turismo e desenvolvimento regional que apresenta o modelo de análise APL Tur, elaborado com base em elementos de referenciais teóricos de economia, geografia, sociologia, administração, comunicação, antropologia e Turismo. O objetivo é mostrar se é possível realizar o desenvolvimento regional por meio do Turismo. Uma região é um contexto territorial delimitado por critérios geográficos, econômicos e políticos. Um dos modelos da análise e gestão do desenvolvimento regional é o Arranjo Produtivo Local APL, uma categoria especial de cluster. Em razão das limitações do APL, elabora-se o modelo particular de análise APL Tur Arranjo Produtivo Local de Turismo. O modelo APL Tur estrutura-se nas dimensões econômica, cultural e organizacional. Os elementos do desenvolvimento regional na dimensão econômica são: delimitação espacial; disparidades intra-regionais; externalidades; sustentabilidade ambiental; e inclusão social. Os elementos do Turismo circunscritos na dimensão econômica são: oferta e demanda; desempenho; priorização; exportação; circuito produtivo; interatividade extra-regional; e acessibilidade. Na dimensão cultural, destacam-se: aspectos históricos; acervos e incentivos; estética; produtos e atrativos; animação; e motivação e satisfação da comunidade. Na dimensão organizacional, têm-se os elementos: poder e capital social; gestão sistêmica; divulgação e imagem; mercadologia e comercialização; planejamento; empreendedorismo e inovação; e conhecimento. Realizou-se o teste do modelo APL Tur, aplicando-o à Região das Hortênsias (Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil), formada pelos municípios de Gramado, Canela, Nova Petrópolis e São Francisco de Paula. Com base no quadro de indicadores dos elementos das dimensões do modelo APL Tur, verifica-se que o Turismo contribui para o desenvolvimento regional, pois proporciona o ingresso, produção e distribuição de riquezas. Para que uma região se desenvolva economicamente por meio do Turismo, é preciso, entretanto, uma gestão adequada das dimensões e elementos do APL Tur, visando à realização dos seus indicadores. O modelo APL Tur é um instrumento adequado para diagnosticar e para identificar oportunidades de melhoria da atividade turística como polarizadora ou como alternativa do desenvolvimento regional. / This is a descriptive-explanatory and exploratory research about the relationship between Tourism and regional development that presents the LPS Tour analysis model and that was worked out taking its basis elements of theoretical references from economics, geography, sociology, administration, communication, anthropology and Tourism. The objective is to show if it is possible to accomplish regional development through Tourism. A region is a territorial context delimitated by geographical, economic, and political criteria. It is taken into consideration that the general model of Local Productive System of Tourism LPS, a especific cathegory of cluster, has limitations to the analysis and management of Tourism. For this reason, the LPS Tour Local Productive System of Tourism - particular model of analysis - is developed. The LPS model is structured in the economic, cultural, and organizational dimensions. The regional development elements in the economic dimension are: spatial delimitation; intra-regional dissimilarities; externalities; environmental sustainability; and social inclusion. The Tourism elements circumscribed in the economic dimension are: supply and demand; performance; prioritization; exportation; productive circuit; extra-regional interactivity; and accessibility. In the cultural dimension, the elements that stand out are: historical aspects; collections and incentives; esthetics; products and attractions; animation; and motivation and satisfaction of the community. In the organizational dimension, we have the following elements: power and stock capital; systemic management; divulgation and image; marketing and commercialization; planning; entrepreneurship and innovation; and knowledge. The test of the LPS Tour model was performed applying it to the Região das Hortênsias (Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil) (The Hydrangeas Region), that is formed by the municipal districts of Gramado, Canela, Nova Petrópolis, and São Francisco de Paula. Based on the panel of indicators of the dimensions elements of the LPS Tour model, it is possible to verify that Tourism contributes to the regional development because it accomplishes the ingression, production and distribution of richness. However, for a region to develop economically through Tourism, an adequate management of its dimensions and elements is necessary, aiming at the accomplishment of the LPS Tour indicators. The LPS Tour model is an adequate instrument to diagnose and to identify opportunities of improvement of the tourist activity, as a polarizer or as an alternative to regional development.

Arranjo produtivo local da castanha-do-Brasil (Bertholletia excelsa Bonpl.) na região da Calha Norte, Pará.KRAG, Márcia Nágem January 2015 (has links)
This study had as objective to analyze the performance of the local productive arrangement (APL) of Brazil nut (Bertholletia excelsa Bonpl.) in the Calha Norte region, state of Pará, aiming to identify the set of factors that directly influence on its performance. The data were obtained by means of a structured questionnaire in standard RedeSist, applied to agents of the productive chain, as well as through the database of official national agencies. For the analysis of the results was proposed systemic approach using the ValueLinks methodology, with views to the knowledge of the structure and development, analysis of trade links and the systemic management of the productive chain; whose discussions were based on theories of local productive agglomeration, systemic organizational processes, governance and performance competitiveness in industrial APLs in the Amazon. The main results show that the production in Pará remains below 10.000t per crop since the year 1990 with the municipalities of Oriximiná and Óbidos are the largest producers of Brazil nut. The majority part of the production exported from the north region is nuts in shell and from Pará it is nuts without shell. There was an increase in domestic consumption over the last 05 years (2009 to 2013). The extractive base chain comes due to lack of attention on the need for improvements in production and marketing remaining as the link where the smallest appropriation of value occurs. The agroindustry producers of Brazil nut are the main actors in the productive chain. The APL consists of small and medium-sized enterprises whose labor has low levels of schooling and vocational qualification. The locational advantages have been fundamental due to the proximity of raw materials and low-cost labor. The great competition among companies for processing business transactions carried out locally promote internalization of knowledge and learning individually, not unfolding a generation of information to APL as a whole. Political concessions will not ensure improvements in management, technological innovation and entrepreneurial actions for the best performance. It was concluded that, the vision of the productive chain and the implementation of public policies since the extractive collection until the processing of Brazil nut, are factors that are essential and highlighted to the competitiveness of the sector. There are low capacity of management and governance in the cooperative actions in a systematic form, showing only actions restricted to business environment individually, not showing integration between organizations in search for competitive advantages in APL. In general there is deficiency in the vision productive chain between the links, the performance of the APL and the possibility of local development with specialization in activities, however, there are local perspectives to strengthen the productive chain; for both there is a need to develop actions that might encourage greater efficiency and competitiveness of this chain, advancing in social and environmental, economic and institutional dimensions aiming at a better performance and, consequently to a greater strengthening of the productive chain of the Brazil nut in the Calha Norte region, state of Pará. / Este trabalho teve como objetivo analisar o desempenho do arranjo produtivo local-APL da castanha-do-brasil (Bertholletia excelsa Bonpl.) na região da Calha Norte, Pará, visando identificar o conjunto de fatores que influenciam diretamente no seu desempenho. Os dados foram obtidos por meio de questionário estruturado no padrão RedeSist, aplicados aos agentes da cadeia produtiva, bem como através da base de dados de órgãos oficiais nacionais. Para a análise dos resultados propôs-se abordagem sistêmica utilizando-se da metodologia ValueLinks, com vistas ao conhecimento da estrutura e desenvolvimento, análise dos vínculos comerciais e a gestão sistêmica da cadeia produtiva; cujas discussões foram fundamentadas nas teorias das aglomerações produtivas locais, processos sistêmico de organização, governança e desempenho competitividade industrial em APLs na Amazônia. Os principais resultados evidenciam que a produção no Pará mantem-se abaixo das 10.000t desde o ano de 1990 tendo os municípios de Oriximiná e Óbidos os seus maiores produtores de castanhas. A maior parte da produção exportada da região Norte é de castanha com casca e no Pará é castanha sem casca. Houve aumento no consumo interno nos últimos 05 anos (de 2009 a 2013). A base extrativista da cadeia não vem recebendo a atenção devida quanto à necessidade de melhorias na produção até a comercialização permanecendo como o elo onde ocorre a menor apropriação de valor. As agroindústrias beneficiadoras de castanhas representam os atores centrais da cadeia produtiva. O APL é formado por pequenas e média empresa cuja mão de obra possui baixa escolaridade e qualificação profissional. As vantagens locacionais têm sido fundamentalmente da proximidade da matéria-prima e baixo custo com mão de obra. Pela grande concorrência existente entre as empresas de beneficiamento as transações comerciais realizadas localmente promovem internalização de conhecimento e aprendizagem de forma individual, não se desdobando em geração de informação para o APL como um todo e, a concessão de políticas não vem garantindo melhorias na gestão, inovação tecnológica e ações empreendedoras para o melhor desempenho. Concluiu-se que, a visão de cadeia produtiva e a implementação de políticas públicas voltadas desde a coleta extrativa até o beneficiamento das castanhas, são fatores pouco evidenciados e que se fazem essenciais para a competitividade do setor. Há baixa capacidade de gestão e governança nas ações cooperativas de forma sistêmica, evidenciando-se apenas ações restritas ao ambiente empresarial de forma individual, não se evidenciando integração entre organizações em busca de vantagens competitivas sistêmicas no APL. De maneira geral há deficiência na visão cadeia produtiva entre os elos, o que prejudica o desempenho do APL e a possibilidade de desenvolvimento local com especialização nas atividades, entretanto, existe perspectivas locais de fortalecimento da cadeia produtiva; para tanto há necessidade de se desenvolver ações que possam favorecer a maior eficiência e competitividade dessa cadeia, avançando nas dimensões socioambiental, econômica e institucional visando um melhor desempenho e consequentemente maior fortalecimento da cadeia produtiva da castanha-do-brasil na Calha Norte do estado do Pará.

Previous issue date: 2017-06-28 / Nos últimos anos, estudos sobre arranjos produtivos locais ganharam destaque nos debates acadêmicos de diversas áreas e aumentou-se a relevância deste tema nas políticas de desenvolvimento que se voltam cada vez mais para o local/regional. Neste contexto, a educação profissional torna-se estratégica para o desenvolvimento socioeconômico do Brasil e é expandida, principalmente para o interior do país, através da Rede Federal de Educação Profissional e Tecnológica. O presente estudo teve como objetivo central analisar a inserção de egressos do curso Técnico em Agropecuária do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Norte de Minas Gerais – Campus Januária no arranjo produtivo local de fruticultura. A fruticultura desenvolveu-se nessa região a partir da década de 1970, com a implantação de perímetros de irrigação que hoje possuem grande representatividade na produção de frutas no estado. A metodologia utilizada na pesquisa abrangeu aspectos quantitativos e qualitativos, utilizando-se de questionário e entrevista semiestruturada como instrumentos de coleta de dados. Foram aplicados 51 questionários, que possibilitaram verificar a situação atual dos egressos e selecionar 9 indivíduos inseridos no arranjo produtivo local de fruticultura como interlocutores da pesquisa. Foram entrevistados também 4 dirigentes de empreendimentos do APL e 3 gestores do IFNMG – Campus Januária. Os principais resultados da pesquisa evidenciam a pouca inserção de egressos no APL e a limitada atuação do IFNMG– Campus Januária junto às empresas e comunidade local/regional. Foi verificado que não há articulação entre esta instituição de ensino e os atores do APL, fator que contribui negativamente para a empregabilidade do curso na região. Foi constatada a falta de acompanhamento de egressos, imprescindível devido às demandas de um mundo rural em processo de transformação. Entretanto, percebeu-se também a importância que o IFNMG – Campus Januária representa na vida profissional e pessoal dos egressos, e a contribuição que os mesmos têm dado para o desenvolvimento da região. / In recent years, studies of local clusters have gained prominence in academic debates in several areas and has increased the relevance of this issue in development policies wich are turning to the local/regional level. In this context, professional education becomes strategic for the socioeconomical development of Brazil and it is expanded, especially into small cities of the country by the Federal Network of Professional and Technical Education. This study aimed to analyze the inclusion of graduates of technical course in agriculture of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Northern Minas Gerais – Januária Campus at the local cluster of Orcharding. The orcharding was developed in this region from the 1970s, with the implementation of irrigation projects that currently have large representation in fruit production in the state. The methodology of the research included quantitative and qualitative aspects, using questionnaires and semistructured interviews as data collection instruments. 51 questionnaires were applied, it was possible to check the current status of graduates and select 9 individuals, from the local cluster of orcharding as partners in the research. They were also interviewed four managers of enterprises of the local cluster and three managers of IFNMG - Januária Campus. The main results of the study highlight the little insertion of graduates in local cluster of orcharding and the limited role of the IFNMG - Januária Campus with the companies and local/regional community. It was found that there is no linkage between this institution and the actors of the local cluster, a factor that contributes negatively to the employability of the course in the region. It was noticed a failure in following up on graduates wich is essential due to the demands of a rural society in transformation process. However, it was realized the importance that the IFNMG – Januária Campus represents in the professional and personal lives of graduates and the contribution that they have given to the development of the region.
