Uso de elementos emocionales del Storytelling asociados al atributo del Producto para reforzar la imagen de marca de Ford. Caso Ford Raptor / Use of emotional elements of Storytelling associated with the Product attribute to reinforce Ford's brand image. Ford Raptor caseGuevara Santiago, Jorge 14 October 2019 (has links)
This work seeks to analyze the use of the emotional elements of storytelling associated with the product attribute to reinforce Ford's brand identity. We know that, in Peru, the offer in cars is very large, so each brand tries to communicate different things about its products, from tangible aspects of a car, to trying to give each one a personality. We also know that choosing a product like this is no longer very complicated, so brands must choose to communicate in a way that attracts the consumer and manages to reinforce their brand image. That is why storytelling becomes the best option.
For this work we want to know if the association between storytelling and product attributes really reinforces the brand image, in this case of Ford. This is why, in the first place, we will analyze the concepts of each of the terms to be studied. We will start with the product attribute and continue with storytelling, branded content and brand image. In the same way, we will analyze the reason for the choice of the Ford Raptor make and model in the investigation. Finally, through fieldwork, studying the members of our target audience and professionals related to the case and the brand, we will discover if the association of storytelling and product attributes reinforces the image of the Ford brand. / Trabajo de investigación

The purpose of this thesis is to acquire a deeper understanding of advantages and disadvantages of having a wide target group within Swedish festivals or events, and how they can maintain it through the three concepts customer experience, cocreation value and brand image. This research will be conducted through relevant topics that have been identified, studied and analyzed in order to fill the existing research gap. This leads the thesis into its three research questions: What are the advantages and disadvantages of a wide target group for an organizer in a festival or event context? How does organizers of a festival or event actively use the concepts customer experience, co-creation value and brand image? and What is the common denominator that makes a wide target group possible within a festival or event context and makes the customers return? Since the research area were considered as unexplored, the thesis is a qualitative research with a deductive research approach. It has been based on interviews with five respondents from areas that are considered relevant to answer the research question and achieve the purpose. The literature review in this thesis includes theory that are related to target group, customer experience, co-creation value, brand image and festivals and events. The theory chapter have then resulted in a conceptual framework where the different topics are explained in a summarize that demonstrates the relations between them and the different theories. The theory chapter have then been used to analyze the empirical data that where gathered through different companies that are involved in either a festival or event. The empirical and analysis chapter includes a discussion where the empirical data, theory, and statements are presented, compared and analyzed. This is followed by the conclusion chapter that contains answers of the research questions, implications, recommendations, and lastly future research. As this thesis introduces target groups in a context that is seen as new and unexplored, the thesis can be seen as unique and be valuable for Swedish companies that consider to expand and conduct a wide, or wider, target group.

French Business Schools’ reaction towards the increasing need of CSR and its impact on brand image. : A qualitative study on the French Business Schools’ behaviour towards CSR and brand image.Loudiere, Clémence, Tessier, Justine January 2020 (has links)
The researchers in this study wanted to focus on Business Schools by using management and marketing knowledge. Therefore, the most attractive subject for them was the link between CSR, Business schools and Brand image. Many studies have been developed for companies regarding the importance of CSR, the impact it has on their strategies, the brand image’s impacts, and the effect that CSR has on a company’s strategy. Researchers thought that it was important to adapt those theories to Business schools because they aim to form students to become managers but the world has changed a lot during the last decades: there was an economic crisis, global warming, and also discrimination and inequalities which are still present. Also, Business Schools need to form future responsible leaders who will integrate these aspects into their decisions inside a company. The purpose of this study is to increase the understanding of how Business Schools act to respond to increased demands for CSR and sustainability in education to strengthen their brand image. In order to reach this purpose, five different aspects will be analysed: how do Business Schools perceive the importance of CSR, what are the actions of the Business Schools in order to become a school respecting CSR, what and how Business Schools have changed in their education to form responsible leaders, if and how is CSR integrated into their marketing strategies, how do they perceive the impact on their brand image in order to answer to our research question: how are Business Schools acting to improve their brand image in terms of sustainability and CSR in education? To do so, researchers have chosen to use a qualitative study by leading interviews with directors, marketing and communication executives but also people who are in charge of CSR in Business School in order to get a better understanding of those issues. The result of this study has shown that CSR is taken into consideration by Business Schools, and therefore they have adapted their teaching methods to improve the awareness and knowledge of students towards CSR issues and that it has an impact on their brand image but only on certain conditions. Researchers concluded with this study by saying that Business Schools improved their brand image in terms of CSR through many actions and new teaching methods but also thanks to accreditations and labels. However, our implications to this study have revealed that CSR is not considered entirely by Business Schools and it could have a bad impact in the long term but also that Business schools should communicate more on their CSR actions. Indeed, students gain interest in those issues, and companies need responsible leaders which means that, by communicating more on it, if their strategy is in line with their actions, they will increase the positive impact on their brand image. Thanks to these conclusions, this research can be useful for business schools, students, and every stakeholders.

How can B2B companies improve their customer experience- : By using sensory marketing in a digital contextHallgren, Caroline, Mamusha, Paula January 2021 (has links)
Sensory marketing is a broad concept that can be used as a marketing tool. The sensory marketing can be used in different ways and in different environments. The most common use for sensory marketing in a B2C environment where the customer can interact with their senses more. But how do B2B companies comprehend sensory marketing in a digital environment. The use of sensory marketing is a hard marketing tool to use when applying it to the digital environment. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis has been to examine how B2B companies can implicate sensory marketing in digital marketing and how it can affect their brand image. The research questions were to be answered by using qualitative case study where eight different industries within the B2B companies participated in semi-structured interviews. Using the qualitative method to get a more in-depth understanding of how different industries within the B2B companies use sensory marketing is the right choice for collecting correct data. Later in the thesis the collected data is going to be analyzed and discussed with the theory for the purpose to see similarities and differences. The conclusion of this explains to those B2B companies that were interviewed for this thesis, that the use of sensory marketing is not a conscious decision. The companies use vision and hearing as a subconscious method of spreading awareness about the companies. Although the B2B companies feel it's hard to imply for the business the choice of using the other sense is not aucurrent for their business.

Grönvit Hållbarhet – En Grönvit Betydelse? : En kvalitativ och kvantitativ analys av hur Rögle BK:s CSR-organ Grönvit Hållbarhet påverkar sponsorernas sponsringssamarbete med klubben / Green and white sustainability - A green and white importance? : A qualitative and quantitative analysis of how Röge BK:s work with their CSR-function Grönvit Hållbarhet affects their sponsors sponsoring coorperation with the club.Trulsson, Oliver, Multan, Filip January 2021 (has links)
This study aims to evaluate how Rögle BK:s work with CSR affects their sponsors relation to their sponsorship cooperation. We do this via a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the club’s sponsors. Since Rögle BK have many sponsors, we put the limit to be included in this study at 90 000 SEK in sponsorship-money per year. Out of 158 possible survey respondents we received 73 answers. Out of the 73 respondents, 4 of them were selected to an interview. The selection for interview participants was chosen from the type of business they operated in, as we looked for variation of companies in the interviews. We used the theory Brand Image Transfer in order to understand the reasons for companies to enter a sponsorship coorperation with Rögle BK and if Rögle BK:s work with CSR had any impact on this. The study found that Rögle BK:s work with CSR is appreciated by the sponsors but it is not the main reason for their decision to enter a sponsorship cooperation with the club. This could be because Rögle BK:s business network (which is available for all sponsors who have a sponsorship deal worth 90 000 SEK or more) is very appreciated and is believed to increase the business for the companies that are in the network. Another reason why Rögle BK:s work with CSR don’t seem to be the one of the most important reasons for sponsorship cooperation could be the lack of communication related to it or that CSR in sport is a relative new phenomenon. However, Rögle BK:s work with CSR have had some impact, as most sponsors like the initiative and one sponsor would have left if it hadn’t happened and another sponsor joined because of it. Our assumption based on the accumulated knowledge from previous researches and this study is that Rögle BK:s work with CSR will be of a greater dignity later on, as more companies are getting more aware of the importance of sustainability.

Co-creation of Brand Value In StartupsNoor, Sabbir Hasan, Sari, Sara January 2021 (has links)
Startups face a wide range of opportunities and challenges when it comes to building their brand value and by extension brand image, due to possessing both limited financial and human resources. Hence, developing a distinct and enduring brand is a critical competitive imperative for them. Evidence exists to suggest that co-creating brand value is an effective means of achieving this. This paper looks at how startups can co-create brand value, through the medium of social networks, that may lead to a favorable brand image. This thesis study adopts interpretivism as its main research philosophy. The thesis is based on inductive reasoning and qualitative research methods through multiple case study research, with a combined research design of explorative and descriptive. The study uses semi-structured interviews and a literature review to collect primary and secondary data. This study suggests that co-creation is a creative and innovative strategy. It is used by companies to co-create brand value through social networks, where factors such as trust, accessibility, flexibility, and commitment, play a substantial role for engagement and brand image building through co-creation.
