As autoras em estudo apresentam similitudes na experiência histórica das ditaduras civis e militares, das vozes femininas e dos discursos feministas das gerações de 60 e 70. Nosso estudo demonstra em que medida o construto poético reflete e/ou legitima novas compreensões sobre o afeto diante das interlocuções entre as produções poéticas das autoras em contextos autoritários. A partir do enfoque na subjetividade, recorremos a Félix Guattari (1986,1992), Gilles Deleuze (1992,1997,2000), Octávio Paz (2014), Georges Didi-Huberman (2014) para analisarmos os processos singulares de subjetivação e realizarmos novas abordagens sobre o afeto a partir da análise das interlocuções entre as autoras. / This study analyses some relations between the work of Ana Cristina Cesar (1952-1983), from Brazil, and that of Luiza Neto Jorge (1939-1989), from Portugal, taking into consideration the affects in literary and cultural representations. The authors show some similarities such as their experiences under civil and military dictatorships, the feminine voice and feminist discourses from the 1960s and 1970s generations. Our study shows how poetic construction mirrors or rather legitimates new understandings on affect after the interconnected relations the authors's works manifest in dictatorial contexts. Departing from a focus on subjectivity, we take theoretical support in Félix Guattari (1986,1992), Gilles Deleuze (1992,1997,2000), Octávio Paz (2014), Georges Didi-Hubman (2014), in order to analyze particular processes of subjectvization and then realize new approaches to affect from analyzing interconnected relations between the authors.

A análise crítica da obra é desenvolvida à luz dos mais recentes estudos da Teoria da História da Literatura, campo do conhecimento que tem se ampliado a partir das últimas décadas do século XX. Nesse sentido, investigamos os pressupostos teóricos e procedimentos metodológicos que norteiam a escrita historiográfica do autor, identificando, por exemplo, quais os principais posicionamentos críticos por ele assumidos, qual o conceito de literatura que embasa a construção de sua pesquisa, quais os critérios empregados na constituição do cânone literário rio-grandense, bem como questões relativas à apresentação e desenvolvimento formal dessa obra, fonte imprescindível para aqueles que se dedicam ao estudo da literatura do Rio Grande do Sul. / This dissertation examines História da literatura do Rio Grande do Sul (1956), by Guilhermino Cesar, with the claim to the understanding of the writing process of southern literature history, which is justified in view of the importance of these studies since the end of the 1960’s. The critical analysis will be developed in the light of the most recent studies in literature history theory, this field of knowledge that has expanded from the last few decades of th 20th century. Accordingly, the investigation assumptions theoretical and methodological procedures that guide the historiographical writing of the author, identifying, for example, what are the main critical positions made, which concept of literature embodies the construction of his research, which criteria is applied in the constitution of Rio Grande do Sul’s literary canon, as well as issues regarding the presentation and formal development of this significant masterpiece in southern literary historiography.

Ressaltamos ambas as autoras como figuras de transição, por se encontrarem em uma posição liminar em relação aos momentos sócio-histórico-culturais em que viveram. Buscamos apresentar a importância da prática tradutória para a ascensão das mulheres ao mundo das letras e para a formação da identidade autoral feminina de Ana Cristina. Destacamos também a existência de afinidades entre as duas escritoras determinadas por questionamentos em relação aos papéis por elas desempenhados enquanto mulheres. Com o intuito de analisar a prática tradutória de Ana Cristina, utilizamos, entre outros, conceitos extraídos do pensamento de estudiosos(as) da tradução e de intelectuais que se dedicaram à crítica literária em geral. Analisamos como os estudos emergentes no final da década de 70 e início dos anos 80 influenciaram Ana Cristina em sua tradução de “Bliss” e verificamos de que forma ela antecipa posicionamentos caros ao momento atual da disciplina Estudos da Tradução. / This thesis intends to intertwine the voices of Ana Cristina Cesar and Katherine Mansfield through “Bliss”, a short story written by Mansfield in 1918, and translated by Ana Cristina into the Portuguese language between 1979 and 1981. We emphasize both authors as transition figures, since they stand in a liminar position in relation to the social, historical and cultural moments in which they have lived. We try to show the importance of translation practice not only as a means through which women have achieved access to the lettered world but also to the formation of Ana Cristina’s feminine author identity. We also point out the existence of affinities between Ana Cristina and Mansfield due to questions related to the roles they have played as women. In order to discuss Ana Cristina’s translation practice, we use, among others, concepts extracted from the thought of translation scholars and of intellectuals who have dedicated themselves to literary criticism in general. We analyse how studies which emerged at the end of the 1970s and at the beginning of the 1980s influenced Ana Cristina’s translation of “Bliss” and we verify the way through which she has anticipated postures that are dear to the most recent moments of the discipline Translation Studies.

Esta dissertação realiza um percurso interpretativo de A teus pés, único livro de Ana Cristina Cesar publicado por editora, que reúne os três livros lançados por ela de forma independente (Cenas de abril, Correspondência completa e Luvas de pelica), acrescidos de mais um, homônimo. Nesse curso, considerou-se a participação da autora no quadro da poesia marginal dos anos setenta; o aspecto gráfico de seus livros e sua relação com o conteúdo das obras; as reflexões suscitadas por cada livro, e o que possibilitaria sua reunião em um único volume buscando entrever, assim, o projeto poético de Ana Cristina, a sua escrita sob o signo da paixão. / This study traces an interpretative path through A teus pés, the only book that Ana Cristina Cesar released by a publisher, which includes her three self-published books (Cenas de abril, Correspondência completa and Luvas de pelica) plus one, namesake of the group. In this work, were taken into consideration her participation in the Brazilian marginal poetic scene of the seventies; the graphic aspects of her books and its relations to their textual content; the reflections aroused by each book and what could allow their clustering into a single piece of work this way distinguishing Ana Cristinas poetic project, her writing made \"under the sign of passion\".

Ana Cristina Cesar e Roland Barthes são frequentemente caracterizados por uma dicção intimista e subjetiva, que o estudo especializado averigua ser resultado de articulações muito específicas do eu em seus textos. Esta dissertação inscreve-se nesses estudos, traçando a movimentação entre os espaços de intersecção, os de autonomia e o trânsito entre escritor e locutor em escritos de Ana C. e de Barthes. Examina a inclusão deliberada de determinados dados biográficos dos escritores no espaço textual da obra, pensando um arraigamento da escrita na biografia como projeto em Barthes e como inquietação em Ana C.. Discute os diários como espaço de modulação do eu na escrita, e também de correlatos como subjetividade e identidade, visto que os dois autores trabalham o gênero com finalidades literárias, operando nele certos deslocamentos. São também investigados modos de relação entre os meticulosos eus textuais e o Outro, em duas frentes: imagens fotográficas em livros dos autores e o anseio pelo outro, como interlocutor em Ana C. e como matéria e motivo de um narrar em Barthes. Likewise, this dissertation traces the dynamics of intersection, autonomy and transit between writer and speaker in the writings of Ana C. and Barthes. It examines the deliberate inclusion of certain writers biographical data in the oeuvre arena, which roots writing in biography as a project for Barthes and as unease for Ana C.. This work discusses the diary as a writing arena for modulating the I, as well as related notions such as subjectivity and identity, given that the two authors work the genre with literary purposes and thus operate certain shifts in it. This study also investigates relationships between the meticulous textual I and the Other, on two fronts: photography in the authors books and the longing for the other, as an interlocutor for Ana C. and as subject and reason of narrative for Barthes. The analysis focuses on Ana C.s A teus pés, Crítica e Tradução and the iconography of Inéditos e Dispersos, and Barthes Camera Lucida, Incidents and Roland Barthes by Roland Barthes.

El presente trabajo tiene como propósito la implementación del plan estratégico desarrollado para el Departamento del Cesar. Por medio de la ejecución de las estrategias retenidas, se lograrán los objetivos de largo plazo establecidos a 2027, y se alcanzará la situación futura deseada basada en tres pilares fundamentales: capital humano con calidad de vida, educación e instituciones gubernamentales eficientes y transparente, y como resultado, la disminución de la pobreza (esto último a través del desarrollo de los sectores minero, agroindustrial, turístico y pecuario). Dicho plan estratégico ha sido desarrollado con base en el Modelo Secuencial del Proceso Estratégico creado por D’Alessio (2015). Se inició con el análisis de la situación actual del Departamento del Cesar, para posteriormente establecer la situación futura deseada, a partir de la cual se identificaron las fortalezas y debilidades del departamento, y las amenazas y oportunidades del entorno. Posteriormente se establecieron las estrategias efectivas a seguir, con el fin de lograr su desarrollo competitivo y medioambientalmente sostenible. Este proceso estratégico iterativo, retroalimentado e interactivo, es lo que permite que se puedan revisar constantemente las distintas etapas del plan, haciendo ajustes en la medida que se requiera. La investigación realizada demuestra que a pesar de que el Cesar presenta muchas oportunidades de mejora, cuenta con el potencial para lograr ser un Departamento competitivo en los campos económico y social a nivel nacional. Implementando el presente plan estratégico, el Departamento del Cesar será uno de los departamentos más productivos, eficientes y sostenibles de Colombia, y un referente internacional de competitividad y gestión / The purpose of this paper is to implement the Strategic Plan developed for the Department of Cesar. Through the execution of retained strategies, the long-term objectives established by 2027 will be achieved, and the desired future situation will be reached based on three fundamental pillars: sustained economic development, reduction of unemployment and as a result the reduction of poverty; throughout the development of the mining, agroindustrial, tourism and livestock sectors. This Strategic Plan has been developed based on the Sequential Model of the Strategic Process created by D'Alessio (2015). It began with the analysis of the current situation of the Department of Cesar, to subsequently establish the desired future situation, from which the strengths and weaknesses of the department, the threats and opportunities of the environment were identified. Afterwards, the effective strategies to be followed were established to achieve their competitive and environmentally sustainable development. This Strategic Process is iterative, feedback and interactive, which allows to constantly review the different stages of the plan, making adjustments as required. Research shows that although Cesar presents many opportunities for improvement, it has the potential to become a competitive department in the economic and social fields at a national level. Implementing this strategic plan, the Department will be one of the most productive, efficient and sustainable departments in Colombia, and an international benchmark for competitiveness and management

Esta pesquisa se propõe ao estudo dos textos críticos de Ana Cristina Cesar presentes na edição póstuma, Escritos no Rio. A dissertação se divide em três partes: \"O impacto do autoritarismo\", que discute sua relação com as questões autoritárias no campo da literatura e da cultura em geral. \"O impasse com a tradição\", que analisa alguns juízos de valor da autora levando em conta sua relação com a tradição crítica e literária. E \"A problematização de posições\", que aborda alguns posicionamentos de Ana Cristina sobre a relação do escritor com o momento histórico. / This research is focused on the Ana Cristina Cesar\'s critical texts which are found in the posthumous edition, Escritos no Rio. This paper is divided in three parts: \"The impact on the authoritarianism\" which discusses its relation between the authoritarian issues in the literary field and culture in general. \"The impasse in the tradition\" which analyzes some of the author\'s value judgements taking into consideration her relation between critical and literary tradition. And \"The problematization of positions\" which approaches some Ana Cristina\'s opinions on the relation between the author and his/her social context.
