Na análise / This thesis, at a wide view, is about the organization’s refitting to contemporary societal changes and, at a strict view, deals with the strategic model of university adapted by Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS) during its strategic planning. The relevance of this study is the novelty of a Brazilian private and Jesuit university adopting the methodology of strategic planning to deliberate about its future. The intent is to help understand the chosen new model of university organization in comparison to the Jesuit university model, using Max Weber’s ideal type methodology. Through this methodology it is attempted to determine the deviation of the strategic model implemented from the Jesuit model of university. It is evident that UNISINOS significantly moved away from the Jesuit model and drew nearer to the market-oriented model. O texto busca, a partir das teorias da ação, entender as relações que se estabelecem entre sujeito e subjetividade, assim como as implicações para um agir solidário. Documentos e revistas são utilizadas na pesquisa com o intuito de elucidar a questão proposta. A pesquisa apontou para a pluralidade de posicionamentos nos discursos, decorrência natural que caracteriza uma Universidade. A partir da análise realizada, extraímos proposições, objetivando a construção de um entendimento que seja representativo para a comunidade da UNISINOS sobre o voluntariado. / This study aimed at presenting the discourse concerning voluntarism in the University do Vale do Rio dos Sinos – UNISINOS. The text searches from the theoriesof action, to understand the relations that are established between suject and subjectivity as well as the implications for a solidary action. Documents and interviens were used in the research aiming at clarifying the study question. The study indicated to a plurality of orientations in the discourses, a natural result that characterizes a University. Os grupos de pertencimento, entre eles os de trabalho, constituem redes necessárias para que o sujeito possa, entrelaçado pelos seus vínculos familiares, comunitários e sociais, constituir seu projeto de vida e sua identidade. A técnica utilizada para a pesquisa foi Histórias de Vida Temáticas e os sujeitos pesquisados foram catadores de materiais recicláveis que, organizados em uma associação, construíram um projeto coletivo que possibilitou uma re-avaliação e o fortalecimento de seus projetos pessoais. Esse projeto coletivo, chamado “Ecos do Verde”, constituiu-se em uma identidade coletiva que tem valorizado o catador associado como um trabalhador importante na complexa teia do meio ambiente preservado, construindo-se como sujeito que trabalha e tem seu lugar na sociedade contemporânea, que tudo descarta. Trata-se da Instrução Normativa 51 (IN 51), norma que resulta do debate que construiu o Plano Nacional de Melhoria da Qualidade do Leite (PNMQL), iniciado em 1996. Entre as regras da IN 51 estão as exigências de coleta do leite cru, com padrões de resfriamento da matéria-prima, que demandam modernização tecnológica do produtor. O estudo desenvolveu-se a partir da pesquisa bibliográfica das obras dos dois autores, localizando: I – em quais pressupostos no comunitarismo estão inseridos TAYLOR e WALZER; II – quais as principais categorias e conceitos nos dois autores, as possibilidades de convergência e divergência entre ambos; III – quais são os limites morais e procedimentos aceitáveis e a relação destes com a política do reconhecimento. Foram avaliados os tipos de benefício recebido pela população infanto-juvenil, que participa do projeto, quais os limites da instituição e como se processam os vínculos entre a ACM Vila Restinga Olímpica e a comunidade beneficiada por esta. Na atual conjuntura, a filantropia ampara-se em uma legislação, a qual, rompendo o caráter caridoso e de ajuda, dá ao tema a noção de direito a quem dele necessitar e desvincula-o da idéia de “merecimento”. Para realizar o estudo, utilizou-se a abordagem do Estudo de Caso (com alunos filantrópicos) em que se aplicou um questionário entrevista com alunos e gestores do Centro Universitário Franciscano. A intenção foi visualizar a compreensão e o entendimento que eles têm sobre essa forma de inclusão educacional, discutindo-se também a importância da oportunidade de melhores condições de vida socioeconômicas para os alunos que são atendidos nessa modalidade de inclusão educacional. Utilizei autores como Robert Castel, para a questão da insegurança social e Michel Wieviorka, para uma fenomenologia da violência. Para complementar este trabalho, realizei pesquisa qualitativa com entrevistas semi-estruturadas devido às possibilidades que estas oferecem para compreensão do assunto. O público direcionado foram idosos e jovens que participam de programas governamentais dirigidos a pessoas vulneráveis à violência. Através das entrevistas recolhemos informações concernentes ao estudo, e consegui que os entrevistados transcendessem às questões colocadas e levantassem novos questionamentos ao roteiro inicial. Assim, mesmo que tivéssemos um roteiro de questões que orientasse as entrevistas, a técnica utilizada possibilitou a ampliação da participação de entrevistador e entrevistado na abordagem das questões pro / Through this study, I wish to contextualize the issue of violence in the city of Alvorada, Rio Grande do Sul from the perspective of social risk, vulnerability and territoriability. Tal condição foi abordada a partir de duas perspectivas: a de sujeito às determinações sociais (perspectiva sociológica) e a de sujeito de experiência (perspectiva psicossocial). A partir de um levantamento inicial de informações (anexo I) a respeito da situação social dos (as) velhos (as) em Santa Maria/RS, buscou-se, através de entrevistas e relatos de histórias de vida (anexo II) e posterior análise, identificar e compreender a amplitude e a complexidade das situações vivenciadas no cotidiano do ser velho (a): a noção desta população sobre o que é, para eles (as), ser velho (a) e a relação enfática / In this research it presents an empirical study on the present condition of the elderly of the city of Santa Maria/ RS, as being part of an analysis that passes by the topics of the aging process through consideration of daily social roles, the relations in the family environment and intergenerational, of life after work and, finally, the subject’s condition of the elderly in the contemporaneity.
