Možnosti využití sociálních sítí pro podporu seriálu závodů RunCzech / Possibilities of using social networks to promote RunCzech running league

This thesis deals with the issue of social networks in terms of business support and their use for commercial purposes. Based on long-term statistics from the most widely used social networks in the Czech Republic, this thesis describes the main principles of using these social networks as a means of increasing profit or turnover. Particular attention is paid to Facebook, the leading social network in the online world. This study concerns the combination of marketing and the IT world, which nowadays has a key role in the sale of products and services. This study should show the importance of the combination of these two worlds. The practical part of the study is the analysis of the communication of the RunCzech Running League (formerly the Prague International Marathon), including a detailed analysis of one their competitors on the market. For the analysis appropriate metrics were selected, which were measured using special tools. The conclusion includes a comprehensive evaluation and presents suggestions for more effective future communication of the RunCzech running leagues in the field of social networking.

This diploma thesis deals with the process of introducing Competitive Intelligence into a selected agricultural company in order to help the company improve its market position and gain a competitive advantage. After evaluating the current situation of the company, there is a problem to be solved. After the theoretical part, the CI process is proposed to the company, including the phases that the company has to go through during the implementation. Then follows the use of selected methods for the analysis of the most important competitor. In conclusion, the whole proposal of the solution is summarized, including benefits for the company and possible shortcomings.

Для успешной деятельности компании в современных условиях организациям необходимо обладать знаниями во всех сферах хозяйственной деятельности. В каждой компании существует свой набор проблем, требующих решения. Совокупность этих проблем в теории управления называется "проблемное поле". При проведении анализа можно выявить множество проблем, среди которых найдутся «корневые». Такие проблемы являются источником возникновения других и усиливают их. Предметом исследования в данной выпускной квалификационной работе является проблемное поле организации. В работе применялись следующие методы исследования: анализ научной и учебной литературы, анализ финансового состояния организации, матрица БКГ, SWOT-анализ, анализ конкурентов, анализ потребителей, метод мозгового штурма, диаграмма Исикавы, экспертная оценка эффективности (актуальности) предложений проекта. / In order for the company to operate successfully in modern conditions, organizations need to have knowledge in all areas of business. Each company has its own set of problems that need to be addressed. The totality of these problems in control theory is called the "problem field." During the analysis, you can identify many problems, among which there are "root." Such problems are the source of others and exacerbate them. The subject of research in this graduation qualification work is the organization's problem field. The following research methods were used in the work: analysis of scientific and educational literature, analysis of the financial state of the organization, the BKG matrix, SWOT analysis, competitor analysis, consumer analysis, brainstorming method, Ishikawa diagram, expert assessment of the effectiveness (relevance) of project proposals.

This report highlights the market for synchronous machines and examines the current situation. Today, the world demands higher volumes of electrical power that is cleaner, more efficient and generated from fossil-free sources. This increases the importance of using efficient and modern that minimise energy losses. A synchronous machine is an electric motor or generator with high efficiency. There is a need for up-to-date knowledge about the current market situation for manufacturers to keep pace with the requirements and regulations, while also satisfying their customer needs. This study investigates the main trends, identifies different manufacturers in different market segments, as well as what type of added value these companies offer to their customers. Data collection combined with a series of interviews have been conducted to understand the current market situation and draw conclusions using models appropriate for the aim of the study. Our findings show that, in many cases, the machines themselves are very similar with only minor variations. The greatest differentiation lies in what additional value manufacturers offer beyond the product itself. This added value is where the markets great opportunities for development lies. This report will thus provide a new and effective way of analysing a market by considering what a company can offer beyond its products, while also incorporating the unique aspects of what their products actually provide. / Denna rapport belyser marknaden för synkronmaskiner och hur den nuvarande situationen ser ut. Idag kräver världen högre volymer av elektrisk kraft, renare kraft och effektivare kraft framställd från fossilfria källor. Detta leder till en ökad vikt av att använda effektiva och moderna motorer som minskar onödiga energiförluster. En synkronmaskin är en elektrisk motor eller generator med hög effektivitet. Det finns ett behov av ny kunskap om den aktuella situationen på marknaden för att tillverkare ska kunna hålla jämna steg med kraven, regleringarna och samtidigt tillfredsställa sina kunders behov. Den här studien undersöker de främsta trenderna, vilka tillverkare som är i vilka typer av marknader, samt vad för värdeerbjudanden företagen erbjuder sina kunder. En datainsamling i kombination med en serie intervjuer har genomförts för att förstå den nuvarande marknadssituationen samt för att dra slutsatser med hjälp av modeller anpassade för denna studie. Våra resultat visar att i många fall är maskinerna mycket lika varandra med endast små variationer. Den största skillnaden ligger i vad mer tillverkare kan erbjuda utöver själva produkten, d.v.s. i deras värdeerbjudanden. Marknadens största utvecklingsmöjligheter ligger inom vilket mervärde ett företag kan erbjuda sina kunder. Denna rapport kommer därmed bidra med ett nytt och effektivt sätt att läsa av en marknad, som både tar hänsyn till vad företaget kan erbjuda utöver sina produkter samt de unika aspekterna gällande vilka mervärden deras produkter faktiskt genererar.

Agreements were drafted ensuring arivia.kom business patronage for a period of five years. Arivia.kom's commencement was accompanied by problems, affecting its customers to the extent that they indicated dissatisfaction with performance. This study established the extent of those problems, and the reasons for their occurrence. A market analysis was conducted with specific focus on customer and competitor analysis. An investigation was conducted into the quality of service, overall customer impression of the organisation since its inception, as well as performance against competitors. The major findings indicated that performance problems were not isolated incidents but consistent across the organisation. These problems stemmed from poor organisational design, poorly evolved organisational culture, unclear positioning and poor competitor and customer intelligence capability. / Business Management / M. Um eine zielgerichtete Ableitung von Fahrzeugeigenschaften in frühen Entwicklungsphasen zu ermöglichen, ist eine Subsystemebene erforderlich, die eine konzeptunabhängige Auslegung des Gesamtfahrzeugverhaltens zulässt. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird daher eine neue Methodik zur Auslegung von Fahrkomfort-Kennwerten auf Basis von Subsystemeigenschaften vorgestellt. Neben der Entwicklung eines geeigneten Modellansatzes, in dem die Subsysteme des Gesamtfahrzeugs durch Greybox-Modelle ohne Komponentenbezug miteinander verknüpft werden, stehen dabei auch dessen Parametrierung sowie die Integration der Methodik im Entwicklungsprozess im Vordergrund. Zur Ableitung der damit verbundenen physikalisch-mechanischen Zusammenhänge werden statische und dynamische Achsprüfstände sowie Simulationen eingesetzt. Die Anwendung der Methodik lässt eine gezielte Eigenschaftsableitung zwischen Gesamtfahrzeug-, Subsystem- und Komponentenebene im Fahrkomfort zu, bei der die Subsystemebene als neue Referenz für die Ableitung von Komponenteneigenschaften dient. Weiterhin erlaubt das Vorgehen eine eigenschaftsbasierte Vorauswahl optimaler Komponentenkonzepte sowie detaillierte Wettbewerbsanalysen. Dadurch wird eine nachhaltige Steigerung der Effizienz im Entwicklungsprozess des Fahrkomforts ermöglicht.
