Face aux changements de l’environnement et Face à la dynamique de la concurrence, de nouvelles formes d’organisation apparaissent pour répondre à ces nouveaux défis. Ces organisations suggèrent de nouveaux modes de management basés sur le travail en commun dans le cadre de réseaux ou de coopérations entre ces établissements. La thèse est consacrée à l’étude de la coopération inter-organisations sous l’angle d’un processus mobilisant différents facteurs. Le but de la recherche est de construire un cadre théorique d’appréhension de la coopération et d’apporter une vision systémique sur le processus d’émergence de la coopération. Un des grands champs possibles, le thème de l’innovation revient régulièrement. C’est pour cette raison que la dernière partie de ce travail propose une démarche pour la mise en place de coopérations entre des plates-formes dédiées aux phases amont de l’innovation. This thesis treats the study of inter-organizational cooperation under the angle of a process between various factors. The aim of this research is to build a theoretical framework of cooperation apprehension and to provide a systemic vision on the process of cooperation emergence. One of the large research fields that are continuously present during inter-establishments cooperation is innovation. For this reason, the last part of this work proposes the first of a set of steps needed to develop inter-platforms cooperation during the upstream phase of innovation. Kompetenzzellenbasierte (regionale) Netze stellen besondere Anforderungen an die Planung von Logistikstrukturen und Produktionsstätten. Das Planungskonzept für Netze (PlaNet) wurde entwickelt, um Kompetenzzellen als den kleinsten Leistungseinheiten in solchen Netzen, ein Regelwerk für die Lösung typischer Planungsfälle zur Verfügung zu stellen. PlaNet ist modular aufgebaut. Seine Komponenten leiten sich aus den Komponenten des Systems Engineering ab. Der Schwerpunkt der Betrachtung liegt auf den Komponenten Produktionsdatenmodell (PDM) und Netzplanungsassistent (NPA). Das Produktionsdatenmodell bildet das System kompetenzzellenbasiertes Netz ab und greift auf das Sichtenkonzept als Ordnungsrahmen zurück. Der Netzplanungsassistent gibt instrumentelle Unterstützung und verbindet kommerzielle und eigenentwickelte Softwarelösungen mittels eines Schnittstellenkonzeptes über eine zentrale Produktionsdatenbank (PDB). / Competence-cell based (regional) networks put special requirements on the planning of Logistics Structures and Production Plants. The Planning Concept for Networks (PlaNet) was developed to provide Competence Cells as the smallest producing units with a framework for solving typical planning problems. PlaNet has a modular structure. Its components are derived from the components of Systems engineering. In this paper the focus is on the Production Data Model and the Net Planning Assistant. The Production Data Model maps the system "Competence-cell based network" and uses the view concept as structuring framework. The Net Planning Assistant provides instrumental support and connects comercial and proprietary software tools via a Production Database with the help of a uniform interface concept.

Open Innovation bezeichnet Innovationsprozesse, die nicht an den Grenzen von Unternehmen oder deren Innovationsabteilungen enden, sondern Akteure unabhängig von deren institutioneller Zugehörigkeit als Ideengeber, Konzeptentwickler oder auch Innovationsumsetzer in die Gestaltung von Innovationen einbinden. Dieser Beitrag skizziert Grundlagen der Open Innovation, stellt die einzubindenden Akteure und ihre Rollen im Innovationsgeschehen vor und führt ein in die fünf zentralen Werkzeugklassen, auf die Unternehmen zur Implementierung von Open Innovation heute zurückgreifen können. Herausforderungen und Spannungsfelder, die sich bei der Nutzung von Open Innovation zeigen, werden abschließend aufgezeigt.
