No texto, são apresentadas as características da televisão digital interativa aberta como meio complementar para a educação. A metodologia utilizada é composta de quatro fases: dedução, análise, indução e síntese. Sua concepção toma como problema a necessidade expressa pela Unesco sobre o uso das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (TICs) para a educação, bem como a possibilidade de aplicação da televisão digital em um processo educativo. O conteúdo é estruturado em formato de quiz, um tipo de jogo de perguntas e respostas utilizado como meio de educação não formal a alunos de ensino médio. O protótipo desenvolvido nesse trabalho é apresentado como roteiro e mapa estrutural, levando em conta as atividades e rotinas necessárias para seu funcionamento nos ambientes testados, eclipse, virtual set-top-box e Developer Box. As práticas de prototipação foram realizadas em NCLua, tendo como base o middleware Ginga. Como resultado, avalia-se que, de fato, o Ginga ofereceu suporte suficiente para realizar a tarefa, proporcionando características de interação para veiculação do conteúdo proposto, no momento da prática real / This work had as objective the development of a prototype of educational content, as an experimental process, making use of resources from the interactive digital TV. The characteristics of interactive digital terrestrial television are presented, in the form of a media mode capable of performing as a complementary source to eduation. The methodology used is composed of four phases: deduction, analysis, induction and synthesis. Its conception. Takes as issue the expressed need stated by UNESCO to use ICT (information and Comunications Technology) towards education, as well as the possibility of applying digital television in an educational process. The content is structured in the form of a quiz, a type of question-answer game as an informal way of education for high school students. The prototype developed in this work is presented as a structural script and map, taking into account the necessary activities and routines to put it into operation in the tested environments, eclipse, virtual set-top-box and Developer Box. The practice of prototyping was carried out in NCLua, based on middleware Ginga. As a result, we concluded that Ginga ofters enough support to carry out the task, providing characteristics of interaction to publish the proposed content, at the moment of the actual practice

[pt] Este trabalho se propõe a examinar as propriedades da Transformada (epsilon) - Herglotz e sua aplicação aos filtros digitais, permitindo explicitar a relação entre módulo e fase da função de transferência de um sistema causal a partir de seu módulo. É apresentada, também, uma extensão da Transformada epsilon - Herglotz Conjugada que permite determinar a característica de módulo da função de transferência de fase é arbitrada. O caso particular da fase linear é estudado, é proposto um algarismo de aproximação e são apresentados exemplos. / [en] This work examines the caracteristics of the epsilon - herglotz Transform and its application to digital filters, leading to the relationship between the magnitude and phase of the transfer function of a causal system from its magnitude function. It also presents an extension of this result to the phase through the definition of a Conjugated epsilon - Herglotz Transfom, which allows the determination of the magnitude characteristic of the transfer function of the causal system when its phase characteristic is given. The special case of the linear phase is analysed, an approximation algorithm is suggested and examples are also presented.

För att genomföra en digital transformation och ta del av de möjligheter som det digitala erbjuder är den digitala mognaden av vikt för att företag effektivt ska förhålla sig i en allt mer digital affärsmiljö. Den digitala transformationen drivs av lednings- och styrningsfrågor såsom kultur, strategi och kompetens där enbart implementering av ny teknik inte bedöms vara tillräcklig. Denna studie undersöker den digitala mognadsgraden på drivmedelsföretag samt identifierar centrala nyckelområden kopplat till kultur, strategi och kompetens som utifrån ett ledningsperspektiv anses vara främjande eller hämmande i transformationsarbetet för drivmedelsföretag i Sverige. Det är en explorativ liten N-studie med en abduktiv ansats. Den empiriska datainsamligen samlades in genom semi-strukturerade intervjuer. Intervjuerna genomfördes med fem olika respondenter från två olika drivmedelsföretag samt en branschorganisation. Studien undersöker de medverkande drivmedelsföretagens digitala mognad samt identifierar de nyckelområden som anses antingen främja eller hämma transformationsprocessen och har utgått ifrån teori rörande, digitalisering, digital mognad, digitala mognadsmodeller, digital strategi, digital kompetens och ledningsförmåga och digital kultur. Analysen belyser områden som har identifierats vara främjande för drivmedelsföretag i transformationsarbetet; genomsyrande kultur, acceptera brister, implementera i mindre skala, lokal anpassning och vikten av chefernas roll i transformationsrealiseringen. Det framkommer även i analysen områden som identifieras vara hämmande i transformationsarbetet för drivmedelsföretagen; gamla system försvårar digitaliseringen, bristande kommunikation genom leden och skilda verklighetsuppfattningar. Lednings- och styrningsfrågor är det som anses driva den digitala transformationen, dessa är abstrakta och det förekommer olika strategier i hur stora företag arbetar med dessa för att främja transformationsarbetet. Denna studie fann nyckelområden som var gemensamma för de undersökta drivmedelsföretagen där ett vidare arbete med både de identifierade främjande- och hämmande nyckelområdena kan på sikt öka dess digitala mognadsgrad och konkurrenskraft på drivmedelsmarknaden. / In order to carry out a digital transformation and take advantage of the opportunities that digital offers, digital maturity is important for companies to operate effectively in an increasingly digital business environment. The digital transformation is driven by management and governance issues such as culture, strategy and competence, where the implementation of new technology alone is deemed insufficient. This study examines the digital maturity of fuel companies and identifies key areas related to culture, strategy, and competence, which are considered either facilitating or inhibiting from a management perspective in the transformation efforts of fuel companies in Sweden. It is an exploratory n-study with an abductive approach. The empirical data was collected through semi-structured interviews conducted with five different respondents from two different fuel companies and an industry organization. The study examines the digital maturity of the participating fuel companies and identifies the key areas that are considered to either promote or hinder the transformation process and has been based on theory relating to digitization, digital maturity, digital maturity models, digital strategy, digital competence and leadership and digital culture.The analysis highlights areas identified as beneficial for fuel companies in their transformation efforts: pervasive culture, accepting flaws, implementing on a smaller scale, local adaptation, and the importance of managers’ role in realizing transformations. The analysis also reveals areas identified as hindering the transformation efforts for fuel companies: legacy systems complicating digitization, communication gaps within the hierarchy, and differing perceptions of reality. Management and governance issues are considered to drive digital transformation, these are abstract and there are varying strategies in how large companies work with these to promote transformation efforts. This study found key areas common to the examined fuel companies, where further work on both the identified facilitating and inhibiting key areas could ultimately increase their digital maturity and competitiveness in the fuel market.

Syftet med denna studie var att jämföra vilken mening digital kompetens har mellan två parter: statlig förvaltningsmyndighet, Arbetsförmedlingen, och en kommersiell förvaltningsorganisation, Manpower AB. Varje part var sedd utifrån tre perspektiv: rekryterare/arbetsförmedlare/jobbcoacher, arbetande, arbetssökande. De 24 deltagarna - med 12 deltagare från varje part - har genom intervjuer svarat på frågor som är relaterade till begreppet ”digital”, ”kompetens” och uttrycket ”digital kompetens.” Deras svar skapade tre huvudkategorier; mål, ansvar och personliga villkor i resultatet. Utifrån perspektivet mål framvisas vilken roll organisationerna har i relation till individen och vilken roll individen har i relation till organisationerna. Resultatet visar att utveckling är den centrala målsättningen. Utifrån perspektivet ansvar framvisas vad som förväntas göras för att uppnå målsättningarna. Utifrån perspektivet personliga villkor framvisas vad som krävs av individerna och vilken roll organisationen har för att skapa förutsättningar till att förverkliga målsättningarna. I avsnittet diskussion jämfördes det teoretiska materialet med resultatet som slutligen visar att digital kompetens uppmanar individualism framför kollektivism. / <p>Godkännandedatum 2013-09-20</p>

Tais visões são acareadas e avaliadas criticamente através do conceito de hibridismo, em seus diversos modos de atuação e teorização, conceito este entendido como central para a compreensão de fenômenos socioculturais típicos da era pós-nacional e pós-industrial na qual surge a noção de inclusão digital. A partir do hibridismo, o trabalho retoma as linhas básicas da pesquisa corrente em linguagem digital e letramento digital para propor modelos de análise supostamente mais congruentes com a problemática da inclusão, em suas dimensões social e cultural. Tais modelos são aplicados em dois estudos exploratórios, a saber, uma análise da linguagem digital tal qual instanciada na versão brasileira da página digital de uma empresa transnacional de comunicação, e um estudo de caso realizado em um telecentro da periferia de Guarulhos. A análise da página digital mostrou que os diferentes modos da atuação do hibridismo naquele discurso burlam distinções, até então tomadas como axiomáticas, entre o verbal e o não-verbal, o local e o global, o técnico e o cultural, entre outras, mas que esses cruzamentos de fronteira não são necessariamente transgressivos, servindo igualmente a mecanismos de coerção do sujeito. O estudo de caso no telecentro mostrou que diferentes modos de enunciação da inclusão digital (alguns mais reprodutórios, outros mais emancipatórios) ocorrem simultaneamente num mesmo contexto (em virtude de sua própria heterogeneidade), e que as formas de apropriação das TIC por uma comunidade em situação de desvantagem social não coincidem, necessária e/ou exatamente, com o que os idealizadores de projetos daquele tipo interpretam como inclusão digital / Abstract: The thesis presents a revision of the concept of digital inclusion with a view to overcoming the traditional notion that digital inclusion equals access to Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs). In doing so, it foregrounds contrasting views of the relations among culture, society and technology that provide the basis for the various academic, political and common-sense discourses of inclusion. Hybridity, taken as a central concept for describing sociocultural phenomena typical of a post-national, post-industrial world where the concept of digital inclusion pops up, is then applied to an analysis of the current research in of new media language and literacies. Such analysis generates new models of digital language and literacy ¿ supposedly more congruous with the social and cultural dimensions of inclusion in its present configuration ¿ which are then applied in two exploratory case studies. The main page of the Brazilian version of a transnational media corporation is analyzed in an effort to explain how the different modes of hybridisation therein support the construction of glocality. The analysis shows that hybridity dismantles long held dichotomies between the verbal and the non-verbal, the local and the global, the technical and the cultural, among others, but it also attests to the fact that hybridity is not always transgressive, as it can also be used to coerce the social subject. A second case study is carried out in a telecentro (a centre for public access to the Internet) on the outskirts of Guarulhos (an industrial town in the São Paulo metropolitan region), which attempts at disclosing the different modes of enunciation of digital inclusion (some reproductive of social order, some emancipatory) that take place in that, on account of its heterogeneity.
