[pt] Este estudo é uma reflexão sobre os desafios para a efetivação dos direitos contidos na política pública voltada para adolescentes que apresentam comprometimentos mentais, e, que se encontram em cumprimento de medida socioeducativa em meio aberto (Liberdade Assistida e Prestação de Serviços à Comunidade), em contraposição ao que normatiza o Sistema Nacional de Atendimento Socioeducativo - SINASE. Recupera o início do processo de municipalização do atendimento socioeducativo em meio aberto, numa determinada área da zona norte da cidade do Rio de Janeiro e reflete sobre o acompanhamento social dos adolescentes no âmbito da assistência social. Teve como fundamento para análise a mudança de paradigma para a socioeducação e a consolidação do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente – ECA, destacando a construção de uma prática de acompanhamento e de implementação de ações de caráter intersetorial e interdisciplinar no atendimento ao adolescente. / [en] This study is a reflection on the challenges for the realization of the rights contained in public policy aimed at adolescents who have mental impairments, and which are under socio-in open (probation and community service) as opposed to that regulates the National Socio-Educational Services. Retrieves the beginning of the process of municipalization of childcare in the open environment, in a given area in the northern city of Rio de Janeiro and reflects on the social support of adolescents under social assistance. It was the basis for analysis of the paradigm shift to social educational approach and consolidation of the Child and Adolescent Statute highlighting the construction of a practice of monitoring and implementing actions of intersectorial and interdisciplinary care in adolescents.

Variables affecting hand sanitizer use in public facilities

The following research was conducted to contribute to the greater understanding of the impact that most often utilized methods of public awareness and education have on behaviors relative to sickness and disease for the general public in terms of action toward prevention behaviors within a healthcare setting. The psycho educational approach is often considered an effective means to promote behavior change as it relates to preventative behavior, and in the clinical therapeutic setting has shown some relevance as an effective procedure. Unfortunately, no research as of yet speaks to the comparative effectiveness this approach may have over other approaches often thought to enhance preventative behavior, such as the more empirically based behavior analytic methods. This study provides such an analysis of the effectiveness each methodology has on changing the behavior of the public at large. Based on a study conducted in the academic setting to increase hand-sanitizing behavior of facility patrons (Loukus & Dixon, in review), this study utilizes the most effective form of prompting found to increase sanitizer use in a public facility. Because healthcare facilities often rely on psycho educational methodologies to influence sanitizer use amongst visitors and employees by placing "sanitizing stations" at the main entrance to the facility, this setting provides an appropriate venue for scientific manipulation of prompting variables to determine effectiveness on public preventative behavior towards sickness and disease, while a simple reversal design enhances the comparative value of effects obtained on behavior through observation and implementation of the two approaches within the setting.

Análise da representação temática de partituras, para fins de recuperação da informação, numa abordagem interdisciplinar em música e ciência da informação. A compreensão que a área de biblioteconomia tem do material musical é insuficiente, em virtude da falta de competência específica dos profissionais da informação tanto os que criam e gerenciam sistemas, como aqueles que os utilizam para inserir registros sobre os acervos das instituições. Os problemas presentes na prática biblioteconômica são pontuados e discutidos a partir dos preceitos da teoria musical. O foco central da descrição temática é o campo assunto e sua conceituação em ambas as áreas. Após a realização da análise crítica, as confirmações foram obtidas empiricamente, por meio de exemplos de formatos de catalogação e tentativas de recuperação de registros de partituras nas bases de dados da ECA/USP e do IA/UNESP. Comprova-se que a representação temática de partituras, do modo como é preconizada pela biblioteconomia, não atende as necessidades dos pesquisadores músicos e, portanto, é necessário que se incluam campos que atendam às especificidades de descrição do material. Em substituição ao campo assunto, sugere-se o campo forma/gênero informação de extrema importância para o pesquisador músico e que não recebe a devida importância no momento de indexação dos documentos. / This is a thematic representation analysis of music scores, in order to recover information in an educational approach regarding music and information science. After a critical analysis, confirmations were empirically obtained, through examples of cataloguing formats and recovering trials of the score\'s registries of ECA/USP\'s and IA/UNESP\'s databases. [pt] Esta pesquisa tem o objetivo de gerar entendimentos sobre duas escolas estaduais internas a duas instituições de medidas socioeducativas. Sob a ótica da metodologia participativa, o estudo se propõe a analisar os discursos produzidos por professores e alunos destas escolas. A investigação assume um caráter transdisciplinar ao se colocar no terreno da Sociolinguística Interacional e da Prática Exploratória. A partir dessa perspectiva, são analisadas transcrições de áudio das entrevistas realizadas com professores e alunos e as Atividades Pedagógicas com Potencial Exploratório, realizadas nas turmas do 3 , 5 e 9 anos da escola interna à unidade masculina. A análise é feita com o objetivo de: compreender como aconteceu a interação do pesquisador com os alunos; observar as estratégias de gerenciamento de face e estigma; investigar as crenças presentes nas narrativas dos professores sobre esse espaço de ensino; e, a partir dos puzzles gerados pelos alunos, entender os questionamentos dos alunos e criar inteligibilidade sobre a qualidade de vida dessa escola. A metodologia bricoleur de fazer pesquisa permite o intercâmbio de teorias que, ao olhar para o mesmo corpus de dados, possibilita reconhecer a complexidade e fluidez dos mesmos, valorizando o caráter multicultural e dinâmico da sociedade contemporânea. Essa investigação possibilitou compreendermos as crenças dos participantes da pesquisa sobre aquele espaço de ensino de modo coletivo, situado e transitório, destacando-se: o encontro misto entre estigmatizados e não estigmatizados; as estratégias utilizadas pelos participantes das interações, a fim de preservar a face e diminuir o estigma; o caráter instável do estigma; a multiplicidade de discursos sobre esse local presente na análise das narrativas; bem como as reflexões dos alunos sobre a estrutura e o funcionamento da escola, suas trajetórias de vida e seus sentimentos e anseios. / [en] This dissertation aims to understand a state school attended by students in conflict with the law. From the perspective of a participative methodology, the study focuses on the discourses produced by the teachers and students of this school. The investigation assumes a transdisciplinary approach by bringing together the fields of Interactional Sociolinguistics and Exploratory Practice. Within this framework, the recorded interviews of teachers and students were transcribed and analyzed. Also, the Pedagogical Activities with Exploratory Potential, performed in the 3rd, 5th e 9th classes of this Brazilian school were analyzed. The analytical work aims to understand how the researcher s interaction with the students occurred; to observe the management strategies of face and stigma; to investigate the beliefs present in the teachers narratives about this educational context; and, based on the students puzzles about their school, understand their puzzlement and create intelligibility about this school s quality of life. The bricoleur research methodology adopted allows the use of a combination of theories to interpret the same data from various perspectives. Thus, enabling the recognition of data complexity and fluidity, as well as valuing the multicultural and dynamic character of contemporary society. This investigation made it possible to understand the beliefs of the research participants about their teaching context in a collective, situated and transitory way, highlighting: the mixed encounterbetween those stigmatized and non-stigmatized; the strategies used by the participants of the interactions in order to preserve each other s face and reduce stigma; the unstable character of stigma; the multiplicity of discourses about this place present in the narrative analysis; and the students reflections about the school structure and functioning, their life trajectories, feelings and aspirations.

Stratégie d'implantation d'une échelle d'évaluation du risque de constipation : approche éducative et collaborative / Implementation strategy for a scale to assess the risk of constipation : a collaborative educational approach

Cette recherche porte sur la co-construction d'une stratégie pour implanter dans la pratique infirmière une échelle d'évaluation du risque de constipation du patient hospitalisé (ERCoPH). Elle s'appuie sur le Modèle humaniste des soins infirmiers (Girard et Cara, 2011) et sur le modèle d'apprentissage socio-constructivisme (Vygotsky, 1997). Le design s'inscrit dans une approche collaborative (Desgagné, 1997). Les objectifs sont de co-construire une stratégie pour implanter cette nouvelle échelle et d'évaluer l'impact de cette approche sur le développement professionnel continu (PDC) des infirmières ayant participé à cette étude et sur le raisonnement clinique de leurs pairs. Cette approche a permis à un groupe d'infirmières lors de séances d'analyse en groupe (Van Campenhoudt &al. 2005) de modéliser des perspectives pour implanter l'échelle ERCoPH. L'impact sur le DPC des équipes non participantes s'est appuyé sur une enquête avant-après. A partir de l'observation d'entretiens d'accueil de patients hospitalisés et d'une enquête sur la capacité à catégoriser les patients à risque de constipation. L'approche collaborative a entrainé chez les infirmières du groupe collaboratif un développement professionnel, notamment dans leurs capacités réflexives. La co-construction de cette stratégie d'implantation de l'échelle ERCoPH peut être associé à un modèle de transfert de connaissances tel que défini par Fixsen et al. (2005) et Graham et al. (2006) dont le but est de permettre l'intégration dans la pratique de nouvelles connaissances et ainsi réduire les écarts avec la pratique. / This study focuses on the co-construction of a strategy aiming to implement, in nursing practice, a rating scale to assess the risk of constipation in hospitalised patients (ARCoPH). It is based on humanistic model of nursing (Girard et Cara, 2011) and on the social constructivist approach to learning (Vygotsky, 1997). The research design uses a collaborative approach (Desgagné, 1997). The objectives are to co-construct a strategy to implement this new scale and the impact of this approach on the continuing professional development (CPD) of nurses who participated in the study and on the clinical reasoning of their peers. Using a collaborative approach, a group of five nurses developed, during group analysis sessions (Van Campenhoudt et al., 2005), practical insights to implement the ARCoHP scale. The impact on their CPD was determined through a group interview and a questionnaire. The effect of this approach on the clinical reasoning of the teams was established using a before and after survey based on the observation of patient intake interviews, and to assess the nurses' ability to identify patients at risk of constipation. This collaborative approach led to the professional development of participating nurses, specifically to the improvement of their reflective skills.The co-construction of this implementation strategy for the ARCoHP scale can be associated with the transfer of learning model as defined by Fixsen et al. (2005) and Graham et al. (2006), and thus help close the gaps between theory and practice.

[pt] Esta tese apresenta uma análise dos modelos de gestão da política socioeducativa em meio aberto adotados em algumas capitais brasileiros para adolescentes a quem se atribui autoria de ato infracional, com vistas a discutir possíveis caminhos que contribuam para a efetivação de medidas que promovam o respeito aos direitos humanos dos adolescentes. A pesquisa foi construída com uma abordagem quantitativa e qualitativa e fundamentou-se na perspectiva do materialismo histórico e dialético com aprofundamento teórico na criminologia crítica. Utilizou-se de fontes que dialogam com a gestão da coisa pública, Estado Penal e com o sistema de garantia de direitos da criança e do adolescente. A metodologia de pesquisa incluiu entrevistas com gestores municipais e técnicos de medidas socioeducativas, análise de documentos normativos relativos às medidas socioeducativas em meio aberto. Os resultados da pesquisa elucidam diversos aspectos referentes aos modelos de gestão adotados nos municípios analisados, destacando-se a alta rotatividades das equipes técnicas, as relações tensionadas com o judiciário, a complexidade da rede intersetorial, a insuficiência dos recursos financeiros para execução da política socioeducativa, o baixo investimento no desenvolvimento das equipes, o cenário complexo durante e após a pandemia no que tange ao fluxo da rede, o papel do judiciário, o aumento de demandas e a ineficiência dos prazos para realização dos trabalhos previstos no plano de atendimento das equipes da Assistência Social e do sistema público no modelo de gestão direta. / [en] This thesis presents an analysis of the management models of socio- educational policy in an open environment adopted in Brazilian municipalities for adolescents who are attributed with being responsible for an infraction, to discuss possible ways that contribute to the implementation of measures that promote respect for human rights. adolescent humans. The research was built with a quantitative and qualitative approach and was based on the perspective of historical and dialectical materialism with theoretical deepening in critical criminology. It used sources that dialogue with the management of public affairs, the Penal State, and the system of guaranteeing the rights of children and adolescents. The research methodology included interviews with municipal managers and technicians of socio-educational measures and analysis of normative documents related to socio-educational measures in an open environment. The results of the research elucidate several aspects related to the management models adopted in the municipalities analyzed, highlighting the high turnover of technical teams, the strained relations with the judiciary, the complexity of the intersectoral network, the lack of financial resources to implement the socio-educational policy, the low investment in team development, the complex scenario during and after the pandemic in terms of network flow, the role of the judiciary, the increase in demands and the inefficiency of deadlines for carrying out the work provided for in the teams service plan of Social Assistance and the public system in the direct management model.

Proj~ksie is 'n belangrike aspek in kinderterapie. Herhaalde gebruik van projeksietegnieke verminder die effektiwiteit daarvan. In haar werk met kinders van verskillende kulture, is gevind dat bulle instaat is om projeksies vanuit inkkladde te maak. Dit het aanleiding gegee tot huidige navorsing. Dit word aanvaar dat deur die gebruik van die inkkladmetode: * inligting wat versamel is deur ander projeksietegnieke, en wat moontlik verlore gegaan het, weer versamel kan word; * inligting aangaande psigiese struktuur van die kind vir diagnose en terapie versamel kan word. Bevindings word geverifieer deur die gebruik van bestaande projeksietegnieke. Twintig leerlinge is gebruik tydens die navorsing. Twee idiografiese studies en eksemplariese snitte is ingesluit. Dit is bevind dat die inkkladmetode as bykomende projeksietegniek effektief in kinderterapie en diagnose gebruik kan word. / This research is aimed at showing that the inkblot method with reference to the Rorschach method - as projective technique, can be applied for diagnosis and therapy. Projection is important in child therapy. Repetative use of projective techniques prejudices the effectivity thereof. In her work with children of different cultures, the researcher found that they were inclined to do projections from their inkblots. This resulted in the present research. Through the use of the inkblot method; * information which was gathered through the use of other projective techniques, and possibly lost, can be gained; * information regarding the psychological structure of the child for diagnosis and therapy, can be gathered. These findings were verified by means of including existing projective techniques. Twenty pupils were involved in two idiographic studies and illustrative examples.
